Review Sagar Ratna - Chandigarh

I recently dined at Sagart Ratna in Elante Mall, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant not only impressed me with its delectable cuisine but also with their exceptional service. The staff was attentive and courteous throughout my meal, making me feel welcomed. The food at Sagart Ratna was truly outstanding. From their flavorful curries to the perfectly cooked naan, every dish was a culinary delight. The flavors were authentic, and the portions were generous. I particularly enjoyed their paneer tikka and butter chicken. Overall, Sagart Ratna at Elante Mall is a fantastic dining choice if you're looking for a combination of great food and impeccable service. I'll definitely be returning for more culinary adventures.

The one and only place outside south india I love to have my South Indian delicacies ! A perfect family place for dinning out with your loved ones ! They offer the best if not the very best version of rawa dosas ! Highly recommend and my favourites ! Along with dosas u do have other food items like idli , uttapam , vada and other North Indian delicacies which are way to familiar to all of us now ! The south india Thali can also be tried ! But I really don’t have them ! The filter coffee is one of the best here ! Do try a cup for all the coffee aficionados! Me being a tea person but I highly recommend the filter coffee version of our South Indian coffee . Finally the price point here is quite budget friendly we had ordered for a family of 5 adults plus 2 kids ! We got bill of around 250 per head ! So quite reasonable ! And the quality of food was 👍🏼 Do try the meetha pan once u leave the counter ! 😀

Sagar Ratna is a well-established name and there are no second thoughts about ordering something from this place. On Raksha Bandhan, we visited Elante Mall for Shopping and after roaming in Mall for 5 hours we got hungry and visited Food Court on the top floor. There Sagar Ratna is our 1st choice and we ordered Chole Bhature, Masala Dosa and Veg Thali. As Usual, everything was delicious. In veg Thali, Dal Makhani was okay okay, but on the other hand, Shahi paneer was too good to miss out on. Masala Dosa was crunchy and with chutney and Sambar a whole another level dish. Chole Bhature were good too, but chole taste can be done better. Sagar Ratna is one of the best options available at the Food Court of Elante Mall that one can try with Family and friends.

Great place not the same taste as Sagar ratna sector 17. But it’s been years since I had it at sector 17. Punjabi Kulcha was with channa was very yummy. I tried Mysore masala dosa and yes it’s has pepper paste so it’s slightly hot. Green chutney is more like a Pudina chutney. I have no idea why the masala had tomatoes. Not a fan of pepper ghee roast plain dosa

Located in foodcourt (3rd floor) of elante mall in front of KFC. The foods served here are good in taste. The presentation of staffs was good. Having ample space for conducting small parties. Usually crowded after 9pm. Good place for South Indian foods.

I was here for their Famous Paneer Rava Dosa and as usual it was delecious ❤️ 😍 . They served 4 types of different sauces and Sambar along with Dosa . 🔹 Ambience is 💯 , i loved it ( Peaceful Atmosphere ). 🔹 Hygenic level is great . 🔹Staff is professional . 🔹 Prices are not too high . 🔹Food quality is awesome . 🔹 Family Friendly . 🔸Only thing i didn't like about this is that u have to wait for long time for your order . I will definitely recommend this place to visit once atleast !

This is, according to me, the best looking Sagar Ratna restaurant in the Tricity. They have a really nice setup, and if am not wrong, this is the only Sagar Ratna in Chandigarh where you have Gol Gappas.

Always have been an awesome place to enjoy South Indian food. Tried butter masala dosa though the batter was too salty. They changed it but no difference and offered to change again with rava masala dosa which we enjoyed.

True south Indian authentic food and also has options for north Indian as well.

We had North Indian Thali 😍🖤 Revealing what all is there from the thaali: Left to Right: Dal Makhni, Shahi Paneer, Matar Paneer, Moong Daal Ka Halwa, Salad, Raita, Achaar, Tandoori Roti, fried rice and Papad. It was so yummy, everything is so delicious. Worth the price.

Good place to have some south Indian food. Although apart from South Indian dishes the North Indian food was also delicious. Thali is a must try. Overall a good experience.

Falhari idli chaat specially for navratri season.<br/>Putting idli into chaat is really a good idea! Loved it.

When you want the best dosa - this is the place however the north indian food is average . The staff was courteous. We ordered dahi puri, gol gappe, pav bhaji , amritsari naan , tomato uttapam . The sambar and chutneys were nice and fresh. Loved every bit of it<br/>The thali could have been better.<br/>

Nice ambience. Tasty Food. Yummy. Extraordinary food. Dosa is verryyy tasty and crisp. Sweet dish is also mouth watering. Good service. Nice restaurant.

Navratris and this amazing thali is a divine combination. Its taste is amazing and the hospitality is satisfactory. They have over 7-8 outlets in Chandigarh and serve amazing South Indian cuisines. Must try!

We ordered Veg. Rava Masala Dosa, Masala Dosa and msala Vada. Masala Vada was nice. Masala Dosa was superb. Rava Masala Dosa is an attraction. Sambhar and Coconut chutney are Nice. Vada here is really fresh and tasty. Both were made to perfection and are very fairly priced.

Very few places serve tasty south Indian food and this place is one of them. Do try South Indian platter ; it will serve almost every main south Indian food in very low budget. ❤️

One thing I always have at Sagat Ratna is Dahi wada. It's a must try. We also had Paneer Dosa which was OK but the Palak Masala dosa was was really yum.

Me as a regular visitor of Sagar Ratna just for flavourful Dosas , This time I ordered Rava Onion Dosa along with Channa Bhature .. South Indian Dish with North Indian Dish ..<br/>For Rava Dosa , just awesome too much crispy with onion , fully loaded with potato filling .<br/>For Channa Bhature , very delicious one with fresh ingredients , Served with Channa and Aaloo sabzi .<br/>If we talk of Staff , Ambience , Interiors Everything just appropriate at their place ..<br/>Always have satisfying food at Sagar Ratna ..

I went to sagar ratna restraunt , and it was a great experience going over there. They have great ambience, really comfortable seats and lovely environment.<br/>I ordered :<br/>Stuffed naan with gravy : staffed naan was seriously amazing. Proper filling all over and they had gravy which made a perfect combination. Naan was really soft .<br/>Kadhai paneer: this is one of my favourite dish , I didn’t like it much as they had alot of onions in gravy i.e. more than required . <br/>Dal makhni : it was good , flavours coming out of it were delicious.<br/>I found the staff a bit lazy , occupied..<br/>Overall:4/5<br/>Staff: 3/5<br/>Food: 4/5<br/>Ambience: 4.5/5
