Review Toshib Fast Food - Chandigarh

Had Tandoori Momo’s and Afghani Momo’s last night with friends really enjoyed it and it was flavour full. Tandoori was even better. My friend ordered one Pao Bhaji as well but that was just ok (won’t recommend). Another day I tried Chicken Malai Tikka and liked it too as it was fresh and very soft. Will visit again for the Momo’s only. Someone told me to try out their Kurkure Momo’s too. Quantity was also to the mark as you get 8 good pieces of Momo’s in each plate for the 220 only.

Toshib fast food is among the top players in the category of fast food in Chandigarh. It has a wide range of products and services to cater to the varied requirements of their customers. So I have tried lots of dishes here which included veg and non veg momos (steamed kurkure). Mushroom duplex, butter nan, butter chicken,kadahi chicken and so on. For Veg-Momos I think the price is a little expensive as compared to others and for Non-Veg it's almost the same. The taste for veg is ok-ok but non veg is good.

Hard to express the quality of food they provide. The paneer naan with gravy is amazing and a good heavy meal. The price is quite high but worth the quality food. For few food products a little work can be done on the price factor. They also provide standing tables and good service. Proper dustbins and cleanliness is maintained which is also a plus factor. Happy to enjoy the food.

I tried chinese platter.. cheese chilli and noodles.. taste is not that good . Dont try cheese chilli.. it was soupy noodles.. and fruit beer is ok ok..

Same old flavor even now also after such a gap of 16-17 yrs. Awesome taste with great pricing. Quantity is also good. Bit fried rice was little dry. In Naan, filling was quite good and generously whether may be chicken or paneer.

Best: * Service is blazing fast, you order it: you get it.(even in the peak hours) * Prices are on the higher side, but quality & taste of food is awesome & quantity of food is more than enough. * You might not like it: * Parking in this market is a hassle, although we get 1-2 vacant car parking spaces everytime we visit here after a little effort. * You have to stand & eat the food, some people prefer sitting. The area is not very clean, sometimes it smells bad.

Simply best for street food. Every dish tastes amazing. Visited this place so many times and tried almost every thing before posting the review. Every time experience with the food quality, taste is great. Prices are genuine not so high and not so low exactly matched with quantity of food they provide in the amount. Always visit when I am low on budget and want to eat street food with hygiene. My favourites are their Veg noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice, Malai Chaap, Fried Momos and Cheese Naan with gravy. Always crowded and it may take time to prepare your order, so plan accordingly.

Due to market food area of sector 34, it seems good but no such taste. I have ordered momos, spring roll and noodles which are average in taste. Thank you!!

It's famous for fast food vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Many varieties of fast food are available there and the Taste of the Food is very good. The rates as per quality is nominal. Must visit when you go to Sector 34. Highly recommended. Good taste. Thanks

It's a landmark street in sector 34 now all thanks to Toshib fast food a food joint that has been situated here for a very long time and only a few locals living in 34 knew about it. Thanks to newer educational institutions and the numerous PG's that came up, recent updates in food quality and taste in the past few years has really brought it on the fast food map of Chandigarh. It's a place that's bustling with business. One has to stick to their specialities as is evident with all streetside fast food joints. We had the rich and flavourful "Chicken lemon coriander soup", the well done and usually very creamy "Afghani chicken", and the sumptuous "chicken tandoori momos" which are a must try. It's a streetside joint so do expect less place to stand and eat since it's usually jam packed but don't let the crowd bother you since the food is always worth the wait. The usual rush however doesn't lead to any compromise in food quality. It's really good at this price point although a touch expensive for students but the taste, quality and quantity ratio cannot be beaten. Also parking here becomes a huge problem after 7 pm....so try to walk to this place or park ahead or near the adjoining Gurudwara.

Popular food joint in Chandigarh. Crowd is always there in full glory. Service speed is good. Kurkure momos are very popular. Food overall is very good.

I ordered cheese chilli and when I opened the box, it smelled horrible and really bad. The taste was disgusting, had to throw the whole thing away. I almost puked. The worst thing ever!<br/>

Toshib is a quite decent place for foodies. You will enjoy the burgers and chowmein they have. Overall the food is tasty and not to expensive also . Try once when you are in the city ..

Chicken Manchow Soup was one of the worst soups I've ever had. No chicken pieces whatsoever. The soup was both flavourless and chicken less. I don't recommend it at all. A roadside soup would also be better than this. #worstsoupever

This is one of the oldest Chinese joints in Chandigarh. Whenever in Chandigarh i usually order from this place. Noodles, Manchurian, chill chicken all are good. Quantity is good considering the prices.

Ordered afghani chicken for some guests, they were absolutely delighted. It was creamy, well cooked and super flavourful. Highly recommended!

Me and my feyonce visit at this place today's evening. In request of my friends. They told me about the serve on of the best Chinese food in sector-34, but this is not the reality.<br/>Firstly the behaviour of the owner and the staff was so rude.<br/>Secondly the area of the cooking is not properly cleaned.<br/>Third the prices are very much high and quantity is low.<br/>But the quality of the food packaging is quite good we can say.<br/>We had order Hakka noodles from here. The taste of this HAKKA NOODLES are not soo good. That over cooked and they had used plenty of vegetables instead of boiled noodles. Love ordering from this outlet.<br/>The food quality and quantity both are amazing. Sufficient to satisfy 2 people. Their chicken noodles are my absolute favourite. Along with it the chicken tikka is also tender and juicy. Also this place isn't at all heavy to your pocket.

I ordered food from here and the delivery got so late that i had to cancel my order. I called the zomato vallet and he told me that the merchant had still not handed over him the order and it had already been 40 min from the time of my order. Really didnt expected this from a place like this. Very disappointed!

Its a great take away joint,We ordered kadhai chicken and it It was good. Neither too spicy & the gravy was Just the perfect in taste & blend of spices. The delievery was good too.

Ordered chilli garlic chowmein and manchurian. The flavours were apt. The taste was awesome. also like other junctions, it wasn't oily and made up of corn flour. Neatly packed and hot food. Chinese lovers must try.

The quantity of the chicken was so less as compare to the other orders we order from the toshib fast food i ordered full kadahi chicken rather than that they gave us half chicken

I used to order from this place when i was a kid. Got a chance to visit this place recently i noticed that not only have they dramatically reduced the quantity but also the quality. This place used to offer great food once upon a time shame that things turned out this way

I prefer to order Chinese food from here and the first thing that comes to mind is that the restaurant is easy on the pocket as compared to Shangri-La or Yo China. However, the food is no less that any of these two. The portion size is appreciable and the delivery is fast too.

Following observations right from the first spoon of the fried rice till the last<br/>- The packaging was not that good but good enough to make me nostalgic and good enough to pack the food efficiently<br/>- the quantity was as usual huge. I’ve been a permanent customer to this place for a long time now best and economical food and best price and best taste in fact you can say it’s the best it’s the most famous destination in sector 34 situated in the center of the Chandigarh I would say heart of Chandigarh famous with youngsters and students this place is Always busy in fact I don’t think I have ever seen this place empty. You order anything and you get all your food on time and pick any dish it’s the best. Today again while coming back from work I picked simple veg chowmein and quality and quantity was best in fact 1 veg chowmein can be divided into 2-3 portions and one can enjoy. So keep up the good work and maintain that quality and quantity

This place is life saviour for me. I mostly go here and have noodles, burger , naan chole. And I always love being here because of pocket friendly menu.

This is one of the best Chinese outlet in the city. I ordered veg chowmein🍝 from here. It was non sticky and yummy😋 although it is small shop but pocket friendly.

I believe there is a difference in the quantity and preparation between the direct orders and through Zomato App. If we order directly to the outlet, the quantity is good. Yesterday, I felt there was a difference between the quantity and quality too when I ordered through Zomato.

2.5 rating as zomato has mentioned kadai paneer as bestseller but its taste was not worth the money they took. Although taste of the noodles was good, but will never recommend kadai paneer

Best Chinese in the city that you can get! Its a small outlet in the inner market of Sector 34 which is always lit... They have alot of variety in Chinese and north indian food... Must try: Chicken noodles, Dry chilli chicken and chilli garlic noodles. The prices are pretty decent... Food is great but they don't have a sitting area..

Have got food delivered from this place on multiple occasions and the taste has been consistent, and consistent good. The packaging is neat, nothing fancy about it. Veg hakka noodles, veg garlic chowmein, chilli garlic rice, veg spring rolls, veg manchurian, honey chilli cauliflower - all are worth a try! The portion size is decent.
