Review Barista - Chandigarh

Gets basic coffee shop things right. Not in abundance but plenty of charging points, decent coffee. My always go to drink AG any barista is their Ginger Lemon Honey tea which they made perfectly well. Plenty of parking available nearby.

Yummy almond muffin with cafe latte and cafe Americano. Their staff was polite and service was quick. Good food, good ambiance and good company. What more could you possibly want? Deducted one star because they didn't have many things that were supposed to be on the menu.

Regular coffees are very nice here Plus, now they do have eating options like pizza pasta, etc, along with desserts

One place that never gets its coffee wrong is Barista. Go there if you craving a cup of pure coffee and not just because you wanted to socialise. You will want to savour and concentrate on the coffee more than on your friends

Ambience is awesome and coffee is yummy and try the sahkes in summer and also some new dishes go and try 😊

Batistas are a dying breed. I cherish the few that are left. The coffees are always good, the cakes etc are a conundrum, somethings they are good, like the last time i went there, and sometimes they are forgettable. Distance makes the heart grow fonder.

I had a meeting with someone here. The coffee was good. Got the seat easily as there was no rush. It offers all types of coffee , cakes and few quick snacks.

Barista always leaves a good impression. Out of all cafes, they probably have the best consistency in their drinks. I did see some missing items from as compared to Mumbai but nothing to cry about. Great service always. Love the sitting arrangement. Very comfortable and welcoming aesthetics. A great place to be in during a rainy day.

This place has been here for a long time now. The coffee is good but they need to improve on the service and taste. Located centrally in the town.

I had visited 3b2 two days ago, and I tried the smoked chicken sandwich, and it was amazing.Today I went with my friend to sector 35 barista outlet, to make her try this sandwich, but I was very disappointed. It spoilt the whole evening. I dont understand how the two sandwiches can have such a huge difference, when they belong to the same brand. Please improve and get the same quality everywhere.

Kudos for the great coffee and beverages. No complaints on that side.<br/>But the couches are bad. They are torn, old and have scratches on them. This place has been a constant favorite over the years. Nothing fancy in terms of the ambience but some really good coffee makes it special. The barista frappe is great. The latest range of summer quenchers are worth a try. It has some really experimental flavors which are nice viz, tropical fruit, Tiramisu and banoffe pie.

Was decent enough. Regular barista. Was unusually empty. I’d ordered a hazelnut latte. It barely tasted of hazelnut. But did a decent job of a coffee

Great ambience and service. Staff is very friendly, and the best thing about this place is ambience. You also get a complimentary cookie with tea, which was again very pleasing.Tried some items from the food section.<br/>Food, though, is just like any other cafe. :)

Barista has great coffee and cakes . The pastries are so tasty. I has celebrrated my birthday here and the food was so good. All my friends had a great time at barista and wish to celebrate some more birthdays in coming time. The food is little bit costly but then it is value for money..

Ordered a brrrista...was damn bitter. Too much of coffee. When the bubbles settled, the qty remaining was not even 20 %. When I complained about it, the attendant said aisi hi hoti h....if it is so, then it was one of the worst cold coffees

Amazing service and nice crowd coming to this outlet with variety of fast food. Staff is welcoming and they know the taste of the customer. Need to change the infrastructure as the condition of the couches are worst.

Definately a place for book reading, work or cozy with your partner. They are good at their coffee presentations and taste but definately it's not a place for students( less options, expensive )

Barista.<br/>It's a cute small cafe in sector 35-C. As soon as you enter the cafe, the aroma of coffee wafts into your nostrils and coffee lovers like me will be in love with the place at once.<br/>I ordered a cup of Cappuccino during my visit and they served it just right. The ambience is good. You can go over a date with your significant other and talk of life or you can go in alone and enjoy reading a novel while you sip on coffee.

A decent atmosphere where you can do your work while a cup of coffee. One suggestion for them would be that they really need to work on their presentation.

Barista offers a nice selection of coffees and desserts..... loved their hot chocolate and brownie and ambiance was also good...overall nice place to sit and hangout with friends and family....

If you want to sit down and work, this is the best place. I have sat there for hours and worked on projects and there's no disturbance. You'll find many people coming there working on their laptops which sets an aura for workplace. The staff is very nice and cooperative. The food options are good and their coffee is as per the expectation. I have tried and tasted these food items on various occasions: Cafe Latte, Cafe Mocha, Brrrista Frappe, Brrrista Blast, Mix Veg Momos, Spinach & Corn Sandwich and Brownie Fondente. And this place has never let me down.

Good place for meetings and also casual hangouts. Their cuppas are good, and so are the snacks that are on offer. Seating is also pretty good.

Nothing but Barista ,, A must visit for coffee n peace lovers , cappuccino is nice , nothing extraordinary but still better than most of the outlets serving it , more efforts could me made to polish the ambience ,, since many cafes with a better ambience n similar rates are there in chandigarh , Brownie wasn't good , it was way too hard , n wasn't freshly baked the staff can act more professionally , Mu rating Coffee: 7/10 n brownie 5/10 :)

I absolutely love this place for being a place away from the hustle and bustle of other cafes! But sometimes it does get crowded😀 <br/>The staff is friendly and hospitable.. The coffee is really a mood lifter when you have a long day. <br/>All in al it is one of my favourite cafes in town.. <br/>

Barista is usually a quieter café which is why I like it. They offer the staples in coffee and do it well. Do try the affogato! The service is always pleasant and prompt. If you want to avoid chirpy high schoolers and awkward first dates, this is the place.

The ambience is nice but the counter people need to be more professional and when told about booking that too by a customer whose excess money was already deposited against a low order they should know how to keep their words. Total lack of professionalism and utter misconduct. Thoroughly disappointed by that. Although the new variants are good in taste

As a regular, I'm undoubtedly in love with the coffee here. They serve the best cappuccino in town! The Americano is a must-try for those who cannot stay without their daily caffeine dose.<br/>However, the food that they serve is really bad- and could do with a lot of improvement!

I like Barista Coffee better than most. The best part is most people don't, so it becomes a great cafe where you can spend time and discuss a lot. Food quality is average and ambience is also average. This cafe has some maintenance issues and the wall would not delight you. Not till they fix it. The biggest advantage is the lack of crowd makes it a suitable place for meetings and work.

personally i am not a big fan of coffee shops....i find them expensive and boring......but this one was way better than other shops......i had a date....so the atmosphere was perfect.... suprisingly both coffee and snacks were good...higly recommended for couples....

This outlet of Barista is I guess the most happening one out of all of their outlets. The ambiance is fine, service is good and no complaints for coffee, it taste good every time you have it.<br/><br/>Happy Eating :)

Nice aura. The coffee tastes authentic and much better than that of café coffee day. The prizes seem high but after having the coffee, it all seems worth it!

Barista LavAzza is nice authentic italian caffe !<br/>They serve Amazing Coffe with amazing different flavours. Moreover they have Yummy Sandwiches, rolls & Stuff. <br/>One day f my Favourite coffe is Vanila Latte with add on Hazelnut 😋😋😋

The coffee here is better than most other chains(Starbucks, ccd) offering similar service. A nice place to enjoy and chat over a cup of coffee with friends . Kudos.

Ordered 1 regular cold coffee and 1 mocha cold (grande) Coffee's were awsum and gvs us a bit relief.bcoz summer here in chd seems to be very hot. BT 1 thing I didn't lyk was that thr were only 2,3 tables even then they punched 1 extra coffee. N just gave me slip didn't present the bill. Later on while checking with narinder(staff) that I got to know that 1 extra has been punched. All over experience was good. But billing part needs to be improved.

My brother introduced me to coffee from this place when I was very small. I immediately fell in love with the place. It was much better than ccd back then(2008-09). I used to come here religiously and had ordered almost everything. Plus I had a favorite employ "Mr. Chain Singh" . I used to come pretty late at nights and he would always make a special coffee for me. But after he got shifted and the place got renovated it has totally changed. The prices have increase sharply, the staff is like they have been tortured to work here and the coffee doesn't taste coffee anymore. All this has made me stop coming to this place and Till date I am finding a cafe to replace it.

Went for a casual tea break from my office. My mood was in favor of Cafe latte but on seeing Assam, earlier, Masala tea options I thought Masala tea would be better. Tea was delivered in 2minutes. A big cup made of glass with Masala floating on top of the cup in a specially made utensil. Milk was served in a ceramic pouring cup. The scent of Masala of the tea was astonishingly good,tempting one to drink and savour every drop. Indeed the tea was very good and the calm ambience added to the experience.

I used to like this place and hold most of my meetings here. Just got tricked by them. Sometime back I payed for my coffee in cash, took my change and left the bill slip inside the bill folder.I went to Barista today after 10 days for a meeting and they showed the same bill to me and asked me to pay it again.To all who still wish to visit this shitty place. Make sure you pay by card and not in cash, also don't forget your bill slip inside. These buggers are smart enough to trick you.Never going to this place again.

I have been going to this place on weekends for almost a couple of years now.<br/>Although the ambience has remained the same, the quality of their drinks has fallen miserably. There is a lack of consistancy in taste in most of the drinks.<br/>Love it most for the fact that they let you sit there for long durations without asking for order again and again. And they have charging points!

The Best thing about Barista is the Aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the air.<br/>The Menu has improved over time and this place proves to be one of the best cafe's in Chandigarh.<br/>The Iced teas and coolers are very fresh and rejuvenating.<br/>Their lasagne and pastas are a delight.<br/>And my favourite is the sizzling hot brownie with vAnilla ice cream.<br/>If you haven't tried that, you are missing something.

Nothing beats a good cup of cappuccino anytime of the day, especially during a rainy day and Barista is a perfect place in this town for just that. <br/><br/>I am so fond of this place and have been visiting here for years now. That smell of fresh coffee and some cookies to go with it perks up your day instantly. That feeling is just unbeatable and I have always liked this outlet for that.<br/><br/>Located in the ever busy Sector 35, parking is an issue. But that can't deter the likes of us from reaching our oh-so-loved cup of coffee. Its a good place to chill with friends, chat and just laze around while you sip your coffee and read a book. Quite comfortable actually. And all this comes with impeccable service.<br/><br/>Apart from the standard coffees, they have included a number of new things in the menu, like lemonades, iced teas, smoothies, granitas and even people who do not like coffee as much have a lot to choose from (Though I am biased towards Hazelnut and Irish Coffee).<br/><br/>They have also started serving a wide variety of breakfast items and I must say I am impressed with the selection. Just my taste! <br/><br/>I'd say perfect place for a cozy date any time of the day!

barista 35... the first place i actually went on a date..:P a good place to enjoy a cold coffee with a sandwich or other snacks... the seating, the decor and the staff are excellent. if u have nothing to do and just want to enjoy a cup of coffee go to barista 35 and sit there for as much time as you want. till you are satisfied...:)

I am a grown-up and will write a mature review.<br/><br/>Barista is a huge and well known multinational chain specialising in coffee, cocoa and other sweet treats. It is like a bar for getting tight with Coffee for coffeeholics I suppose. The cosy ambience is perfect for a chilly evening or catching up with friends or just a one on one coffee date, if you know what I mean ;-)<br/><br/>My Tip: Perfect for a first date, Good Luck :-)

Though not the cafe of choice, Barista certainly serves better coffee than Cafe Coffee Day. It is interesting to note how Barista and CCD brought cafe culture to smaller cities. However, they couldn't bring flavor, consistency, quality to any of their outlets. And like it or not these places have been reduced to couples paradise.<br/><br/>I like Blossom Hazelnut Latte. Free Wi-Fi is a blessing.<br/>Coffee connoisseurs pls. giv this place a skip.
