Review Gymkhana Pub & Bar - Chandigarh

This place has an old times vibe which I loved. All the waiters were old age people so service may not be fast but that's ok if one is coming to have a good time with friends. The location is sector 17 Chandigarh, one of the most happening places.

I have been visiting Gymkhana eversince my college days. I love this place. The slightly dark brown interior appeals to me. The waiters are like friends & so is rest of the staff. Highly recommend! The best bar in the tricity.

Heaven on earth, if you are beer lover this place is for you. They have best drought beer on reasonable price. Along with that one can also enjoy music as well as match or music videos.although they also serve non-veg food, veg food soft drinks. Place is open till 11 pm and opens at 10 am. In front of their are electric bike to ride within the city.most importantly one can also dine with family. They have male and female washrooms.

Best chilli chicken in chandigarh. Amazing place to enjoy beer with your friends. Reasonable prices.

Good place to sit especially when it's just you two three old friends. old style setup with a glimpse of dim lights. Very light atmosphere. Prices dirt cheap when you compare it with other restobars that makes it a place to hang out there just like that. Good food. Two people with drinks you spend between 1500-2000 that's including liquor (mid ranged) Overall I liked the place very much

On of the best place in sector 17 Quit place If u don’t need loud music and need a cam place This place to good to enjoy drink and talking.

I thought this was a really good, basic, down-to-earth bar right in the centre. Prices were very reasonable; service was excellent. No loud music- a real plus! Recommended.

This place is "Old Buddy Hangout" type place. Plays only sports on 2-3 screen. All the serving staff is Old people, so service may not be that great, but hats off to the Owner to take that risk. Affordable in terms of pocket. Very good place in Sector 17 to watch live sports with affordable drinks.

I visited there almost after 16-17 years. Taste of the beer (mug) (strong) is still as good as earlier.. Same atmosphere, waiters, service.if feeling nostalgic, just go there have some beer, light snacks like channa chat and chill..

I visited Gymkhana Pub & Bar with my friend, not a good place for sitting, food quality very cheap . I ordered cheese chilly, only three pieces of cheese in the cheese chilly. peanat masala Bakwash.. not a good place. Service was also not good... Pls don't visit..

This place is dark, barely lit and have the vintage feeling. Draught beer is cheap. Food is below average. The staff is good and service is decent.

I'd rather go here or places like indian coffee house the food's great, kingfisher beer on tap. Just lovely but when it gets crowded its alright not that heavenly 😇. ICONIC.

this place is good to chill and watch cricket matches at prime location , sector 17 . <br/>Beer mugs and jars are freshly brewed and affordable. <br/>but, doNot order any food item except French Fries !! <br/>I have tried kebabs, tikkas and what not. They all are pathetic and damn spicy !!

Its location is the plus point when in sec 17 market. Staff here isnt very fast or friendly. Their toilet isnt clean most of the times. Taste of food is different every time. The best part is it serves cheapest liquor when in sec 17. So come here to enjoy some good liquor with pea nuts or starters.

Had their chilli chicken and the butter chicken . I enjoyed it overall . The food is good . Gives good indian touch and I like the food they are serving .

Very old place which you can tell with the interiors..but there is a catch..the old interiors and lights provide you the environment...especially if you go there with friends for few drinks n snacks..alcohol n snacks both wont damage your pocket...4 friends, chilli chicken and chicken tikka with old monk...and really wanted that silent quality time...when u r there it feels like you are sitting in a 90's or early 00's pub...dont expect too much from this place...i'd call it above avg. place.
