Very bad customer service...dirty quilt covers...dirty washroom... behaviour of hotel Staff was also very bad...tv was not working.and they charged 3500 rupees for that room which is in bad condition..food was also not good....total waste of money..it made my new year eve worst..they also told that

Pathetic washroom and and when asked to them why isn't water coming they replied aa jayega afte more then 10 calls and their rude behaviour water came after 2 hr and the dirty water came only in washbasin no other taps.

I'd say don't waste your money unless you're getting the room for 1100-1200. I'm giving 2 stars cz i was charged 1800 by MMT. The rooms are less than average size. this was a worst experience. the rooms are pretty old and have water damage on the walls. the place does not have running hot water. the air conditioner in room did not work properly. the doors are old and do not lock properly. though the hotel operates under oyo the hotel is not upto the standard.
