I have been to this place twice now and have to admit that it has something going on for almost everybody. There is a live band, a great bar and even lounge area in one corner. The bar adds to it a newyork downtown kind of vibe which is quite appealing. So that would be a ✅ on the ambiance .<br/><br/>Coming to the food section, amongst what I tried the pasta and the pizza were quite average, the pasta was rather bland. The chicken kathi roll and chicken burger (served with fries and coleslaw) were yum! According to me they need to pull up their socks a little in this area.<br/>The highlight though, were the mocktails and the cocktails which were delicious!

Fabulous area for enjoying any party and spend some time with dearest family and friends. The food quality is also so good I spend very much enjoyable movement

Maverick will struck you once you visit it. It has really very good, attractive interiors. It is certainly a place for youngsters. The atmosphere and ambience is electric eapecially in nights. They also have live music available but not everyday. Full marks to the ambience.<br/><br/>Food: The food quality is really nice and taste is appreciable. Garden pizza is a treat to eat. The topings are excellent. Thin crust pizza are always wonderful to eat. The cheese spread also tastes well. Garden salad has a lemon spread. Though i am not a big fan of lime but still i liked it enough. Though it could have been better if they would have kept the lemon content little less. Peach on beach is refreshing and pleasent to drink. Apple sparkle is too sweet. If they keep the sweetness little less then it is definately a drink to try.<br/><br/>Service: The staff is good and service is praiseworthy.<br/><br/>Final thoughts: If you are a person who likes chlling out in the night, must try this place. Food is also very good. The prices are fine for such a quality outlet.

I go to Piccadilly Square very frequently for movies and I really like this place who gives me a feel of Maverick! But the food is not that exciting, I have tried their Pizzas and It was below my expectations. I go there because of their music and ambiance (both are really nice)

Maverick is  a very nice place to hangout with your friends! I went their  for my friend's birthday party! The ambience is really amazing, gives you a feel! Cowboys & all ! The food is okish but the music is really amazing. Live band and DJ both plays really cool music , a mixed genre of Bollywood, Punjabi and hard rock (sometimes)!

So , i went the other day to watch movie with my friend and we didn't had any idea where we'll dine in. So we checked out the nearby places on ZOMATO so this place was on the top list . So me and my friend decided to visit this place ! FUNNY PART: we asked the security guard that where is this place 'MAVERICK' They said : Piccadly mein nahi hai, bahar hoge kahi . We were on the top floor so while coming down i accidently saw the name Maverick and i shouted yes i found this place LOL. SO THIS PLACE IS Left from the enterance of the mall !! <br/>I found this place pretty cool! But the food was average. <br/>I had pizza (Fungai pizza) : it was okayyish , extremely thin crust !<br/>Spaghetti : PATHETIC , YUCKIEST (i can't explain how bad it was ) <br/>Drinks were the only saviour !!

When this place opened up, I was really excited to see something happening in this part of the town. It is a restaurant-cum-bar inside the Piccadilly mall. It is a good sized setup and has the western theme. Cowboy hats, cowboy seats and all can be seen. The ambience is well thought of and quite nice. <br/><br/>The food here was not too great during any of my 3-4 visits, However, the salads were slightly better than the rest of the food :P<br/><br/>I like this place because every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday they have live bands or singers and generally these are very young and new bands. I appreciate that they are in a way supporting fresh talent. So, I like hanging out here during weekends and enjoy the atmosphere which is lively. <br/> <br/>The service is good, staff is cordial and helpful. The only thing they need to work upon is taste and portion size which I found too less.

Thought to tke few friends for my bday bash.. It wz awesome.. The ambience, d food n service..especially d band which played song ryt from d old guns to recent chainsmokers.. Juz loved it..

So my friend ordered a chicken salad non veg for home delivery the other day. It took them more than an hour to deliver food. The delivery guy was not provided with any phone number to contact us neither did he had any balance in his phone to contact anybody. Now coming to the salad quantity very less, taste was average. We weren't provided with fork or tissues. Overall experience with them was bad. Never gonna order from here again.

Another great interior hangout place with alot of decor on a particular theme. Great place to have drinks and food. A place to get lost in day time as it will make u feel total cut from the outside world. Food is okay okay..nothing new nothing diff. You are just paying for ambience and decor

Maverick as name in literal sense denotes originality and unorthodox. But nothing in this place has originality.<br/>The place looks appealing when u enters the place. Sitting arrangement was also comfortable. *except* that annoying blue neon light spotted on the high table. <br/>Place has tried to provide a rustic cow-boy style bar but ended up in making confusion by having fusion of Indo-italian or native american *confusion*. <br/>Best selling point is live band performances which is kindaa grt specially when u r gulping beer after having a tiring day. But volume is so high that u cant chat with each other.<br/><br/>And food is *biggest disappointment*. it fails to reach the average marks even. Lacks taste as substance. Just bland.<br/><br/>Ambiance: 3/5<br/>Music: 4/5<br/>Food: 2/5<br/>

Real gud place to hangout! The ambience is awesome. Highly recommended. The lost 1 star coz of food which needs to be upgraded. But otherwise HD lvly moments at Maverick!! Keep gng guys

Three stars are exclusively for their wild west ambience. Seating was uncomfortable, beer was abysmal, veg burger was satisfactory but the sides were below food standards. The management really need to improve.!!!!

Theek hai types place . Nothing is perfect everything you take decor , food , service Is kinda copycat thing . Nothing original about this place as the name "Maverick" suggested . They really need to improve .

This is a good-for-hangout place with friends. Live Music..drinks...ambiance...every thing just takes you into a zone...u just tap your feet and swing along with the music. Food is decent in quality, but can't say much as i didn't eat much. Sadly i didn't drink much either so mum is the word. <br/><br/>But i can tell what was odd about the place. First of all the seating arrangement...extremely uncomfortable. The seating is not good, you'll find chairs at the places where you would never want to sit. There are some cozy corners but that's it. If they are occupied, take the exit and go to some other place because even if you start enjoying the food and the music, it's never gonna feel complete. <br/><br/>Now to top the uncomfortable seating, after a while the place becomes too noisy. For me it became so difficult to talk to my friend that i literally had to text him. So, music is fine, you should at least be able to hear each other, or what's the point in going out when u cant even talk...better watch a movie !<br/>But overall, i liked the place...my friends liked the place...we had a good time. So yes, i complained, but still, m not complaining :)

This place has been my favourite and not just mine but my group.. loved the ambience and the food .. service is super awesome. In all would love to visit the place again and again... And would request not to change anything..it's al super good ..

It's a great place for friends to hangout and enjoy. As soon as you enter the place, you'll be happy to see the ambience which gives you the feel of Mexican, Italian and Indian blend design. I went with my friends and enjoyed a lot.<br/>The Live band was amazing and quickly changed the atmosphere to that of a party one. You'll be eager to dance on the music yourselves.<br/><br/>Having said that, there are some cons associated with it as well:<br/>1. Food is tasteless. The same thing is mentioned in other reviews as well. I'm surprised why they don't work on it.<br/>2. The music and live band although a great one at that, gets too loud and makes it difficult to make any conversion without you yelling on the intended recipients ear.<br/><br/>Overall, if your aim is to enjoy with friends, have beer 🍻 and dance, this the place to go.<br/>On the other hand if you're looking for good food 🍲 and an atmosphere where you can make a conversation or get to know each other, you might as well give this place a pass.<br/><br/>Anyhow, good place overall.

Visited this place on a saturday evening. Interiors were different and applealing, seating was comfortable.<br/>Now when it comes to food, this literally spoilt my mood. <br/>Chicken thin crust pizza was terrible, it had no taste, no cheese and no spices. Basically it was so bad that u could noteven chew its so called thin crust!! <br/>On requesting, the waiter changed the pizza and got it made newly, this second pizza had the right amount of cheese and better base but still was not close to an average pizza. <br/>So pizza over here is NOT RECOMMENDED.<br/>In my previous visit, we had butter chicken which was good enough , but with this visit all i have is bad memories of this place!!

So, decided to go to Maverick one Saturday night,since i had been hearing a lot about the ambience and food of this place. Well, as soon as i entered the place, it was totally empty despite being Saturday night. However, to make things worse some shitty band was playing nonstop and was so loud that i feared going deaf. And the best part was the vocalist of the band was literally asking us to applaud for him. I was like wat dafaq😂😂😂😂<br/>Somehow we ordered beer but the place had nothing to offer except Fosters and that is when i totally felt like leaving the place. The starters and the main course were definitely delicious which made up to the ambience and the music. Will def not visit the place again.

Nice and ambient place .We ordered chicken pizza and obsession pizza.The pizza seemed to be overpriced according to it's quantity. The service is a bit slow. The pizzas were okay in taste .

A good place with random events from local bands keep environment lively  , pizzas are good rest average. Might visit again to for a pleasant evening :)

Good place to hangout with friends. Went on a Monday, so it was calm and nice. Chicken wings were fine and garlic bread too. Didnt like tandoori chicken at all. Ambience and music was good. Service was excellent!

Purchased a deal for 425₹ for a bowl of salad, a pizza and 4 pints of beer. <br/><br/>There was a live dj present at the venue and was playing up the venue pretty decently. <br/>Lighting and seating is very pleasant. <br/>The beer was always served chilled at its finest. It was a German beer named Kotsberg and 4 pints were worth it. <br/>Apart from that they have a 1+1 on most of the beers. <br/><br/>The salad was well tossed, could have been a bit better and the pizza was incredibly thin crust. Even after talking to the chef and ordering 3 pizzas, no improvement was made. <br/>The servers were very friendly, he ensured we had a good night. <br/>Decent place over all.

Nice restro cum bar ,located in piccadily went twice once for lunch, another time for dinner ,would personally recommend to go at dinner time especially at weekend because one can enzoy the great music,live band,candlelight dinner,the whole atmosphere is different at weekend nights,plus they give 50%off on drinks every time you go yes right happy hours full week anytime,must try crush velvet I could drink this mocktail twice,their starters quantity is very less,but pasta quantity is good ,I love maverick's brownie with ice cream .In short little expensive but worth try.

I have visited this place almost six months back...i find is as nice place. Like the decor but the food served there and decor is like mixing lot of different things. I am not sure what kind of food they are serving these days. If they haven't changed it. I suggest them to follow one particular theme for decor n food.

I went there on my Bday.. the place has a nice ambience and impressive interiors..<br/>The drinks were nice but very expensive.. we got them @50% off so enjoyed them anyyway :Dmenu is quite limited but overall the food is good but served in really small portions..<br/>so, i'd say the place is not so pocket-friendly but fun :)

Maverick!! <br/>A fantastic place to dine-in and hangout with family and friends . Restaurant with very nice ambience and service standards located at the heart of City beautiful -Chandigarh. ❤<br/>Food is amazing, worth going and dining.<br/>Although a bit expensive for students but a try should be given.

This is a good place in an offbeat location in sector 34. The interiors are well done, we went on a Saturday night during navratras so the whole affair was a bit down key but Jeewan Khanna and Band brought the house down with their brilliant performances. <br/><br/>In food we ordered beer and some finger food like nachos and fries. The rates are surprisingly high for a place that is operating out of Piccadily Square mall. I don't mind paying extra for places that offer something more but we decided not to indulge in their food and drinks after having their nachos, which were just chips out of a packet and some sad salsa dip for 300+ bucks. <br/><br/>I will probably not be going here anytime soon because of the location and the high prices that it doesn't deserve but if they get a good enough band to perform again then maybe I'll give it another go.

Amazing place. Just loved it. The experience is the best, from the time you enter the place till you leave it. <br/>The seating is perfect for everything, be it a meeting, a date or a luncheon. The service is prompt. The ambience and interior is one of the best in Chandigarh. Food isn't all that costly too. Although they didn't have their bar license when I visited, I'm pretty sure the bar is nice too.<br/>Foodies should definitely visit this place for a rich and lively experience. It definitely lives up to it's name. Worth every penny :)<br/>

Had an average experience here this sunday evening. The ambience was not as good as expected. Kiwi cooler and velvet mocktail was good. Bbq chicken pizza was also delicious but the garden pizza was not that good. Ice cream with chocolate sauce was so good.

A good place in Picaddilly square and much needed too. Few offers on the board at the entrance door were too attractive. And when i entered here i was quite impressed with its cozy ambience. Some nice interiors and good seatings. I tried garden pizza and chicken pizza and ordered two mocktails. Mocktails were quite good. Toppings in pizzas were good but crust was too thin that even two 10" pizzas aren't enough for a single person. But overall a good experience.

Maverick is the one of the rare reliable, finest restro-bars in sector 34.<br/><br/>When my fellow foodie friends Nameeta and Anupam Goel reviewed it few months back on zomato, the only question in my mind was where it would have been situated, since sector 34 is all about corporate offices. I was later told it is in the Piccadilly Square, and situated in one of the best locations giving a view of the parking lot and the road beyond.<br/><br/>Its one of the most cosy restrobars I have known so far, which has a certain liveliness to it even when it has no other customers. Since my first visit was on Lohri night, and owing to the importance of the festival there were hardly any customers, yet the place didn't appear dull at all.<br/><br/>With a decor similar to south US pubs, this place seems quite promising for hanging out with friends and holding get togethers with both drinking and non drinking friends. There is a stage which has some live performances at times, on our second visit, one of the customer entertained everyone with her solo unplugged performance as well.<br/><br/>Apart from all the vibrance and liveliness, the other good thing is the service. The staff is patient, courteous and serves you whole heartedly.<br/><br/>When it comes to food , there are quite a lot glitches. First of all, the menu for proper meals is pretty limited and the Indian menu is hardly even worth giving a try. Then, even if we settle for some or the other food item, the portion size is pretty small and not as per the prices at least. However, ignoring the shortcomings, the taste and presentation are quite satiating.<br/><br/>Maverick is definitely the perfect place to be if you are looking for a lively evening.

Just came from maverick and could not stop myself from writing the review. Amazing place..ambiance was so pleasant and appealing... Band fuzal just did the trick...we literally danced to the tune...food is good too...must try crush velvet...I could drink four of them..so worth it...I'll come next time...

Whenever you visit a restaurant the first thing that comes in your mind is the ambience and comfortable dining. I went to Maverick 3 days ago with my friend. The ambience was very rocking and chilling.<br/><br/>I was very excited about the food as i have heard and read few reviews about this place which were positive. We had a nearby coupon which included a salad,2pizzas,2 lemon sodas and a desert. <br/><br/>We started with salad(garden salad) which was just okay type. Then we got our pizzas naming garden pizza. The pizza crust was too thin and did not tasted fresh ! Side by side we had our lemon soda which was just like lemon squeezed im water. Lastly we had saffron kheer as desert which was far better than other. The size of kheer was too small. The price of kheer mentioned in the menu is ₹199. However we got the nearby voucher ₹300 after discount. Moreover one can buy a cup kheer from any Verka booth for merely ₹15. <br/><br/>So i didn't had a good experience in Maverick. And I don't recommend this to anyone & myself won't visit this place again.<br/><br/>2star rating only for ambience.

Hi, I went mavericks after one of my friends recommended it. <br/><br/>As far location goes, it's pretty decent. Parking is near by. Just that security closes the door near to it if u leave late. But then its not a deal breaker. <br/><br/>We went on Thursday , expected it to be less crowdy. But almost all tables were full. Though we got a nice comfortable table. <br/><br/>Ambiance is pretty up to mark. It's nice & simple yet looked good. Lighting is pretty decent too<br/> <br/>They had amazing deals going on drinks. Though we went ahead with draught beer which was fresh. Just that I wished it was chilled more. Over all beer was good just that service was lil on the slower side. <br/><br/>We ordered many things to eat. Mezza platter, Fish , chicken , pizza & pasta. Fish was very good. Pizza can be better. Though pasta was a very big disappointment . It wasn't cooked well and It lacked the taste too. I would like you guys to improve on it. <br/><br/>Overall, I'll recommend this place for sure. Though service needs to be improved and food can be improved too. It was good but can be excellent.

One won’t find any sort of inconvenience while locating this place.<br/><br/>AMBIANCE<br/><br/>While you enter this place, you tend to give 5/5 for maintaining the place neat & clean. Indeed this place has one of the best ambiance I have been to till date. In short Simple & Elegant. Ambiance 9/10<br/><br/>FOOD<br/><br/>Availability was an issue here since my choice of beers be it Draught Beer or Budweiser/Carlsberg both of them wasn’t available at that point in time. And thanks to their unavailability which prompted me to try Kotsberg which I haven’t done prior to this. Personally I didn’t like Kotsberg & apart from this I tasted Kingfisher Lager beer. We had margarita pizza as well which was baked well & had all the requisite ingredients. So for Food 7/10.<br/><br/>HOSPITALITY<br/><br/>Yes, we were treated well by the crew members. They possess customer centric approach which I observed amongst them. In nutshell commendable service is what comes to my mind. Went to Maverick on the eve of Valentines day, not having a clue about the special singing performance..<br/><br/>The ambience of the place was joyful.. The interior was different.. The furniture was really comfortable.. There were various hats for guests to wear..<br/><br/>The menu was okay.. Ordered a mezze platter.. It was really delicious.. The burger was a deal.. A fresh burger with salad, fries and dip in just 150.. The grilled vegetables were of a really good quality.. The mocktail was also fine.. Liked the presentation alot.. The garden veg pizza was so so.. Awesome ambience with the live performances, one could only go for the ambiance. <br/><br/>Staff was extremely courteous, but the service was not that fast.<br/><br/>We ordered a mezze platter, pizza garden, veg burger, a grilled vegetable platter and a maverictini.<br/><br/>Mezze platter was great as expected. The pizza was average, could have been better.<br/><br/>The veg burger was awesome and is highly recommended.<br/>Grilled vegetable platter was also good.<br/><br/>One disappointment, was the beverage. The maverictini was not good at all. It was all flavoured, mixed with canned juice.<br/>

I was impressed by the ambiance of this place.. they offer you a very different theme.. They have certain offers displayed on the board on their door.. according to that this restaurant is very cheap.. but if you look at the prices on the menu then it seems to be a bit expensive.. Staff was very courteous.. Pizzas were nice.. The drinks were also impressive.. all in all it was a nice place to visit.. :)

Went there on a Friday night with my family. Going in, the place looked to be nicely themed so the expectations were high. But I don't know what was wrong with them that day, they seemed completely off color. A couple of mistakes by the waiter who forgot to bring a dish and starters came after the meal. So, I was very disappointed. The Pizza was very light with thin crust, the spaghetti was plain without any leading taste. <br/>Although most will consider it being empty to be a good thing but, I couldn't stop thinking if the place even worked as it was empty on a Friday night.<br/>So it was overall a bad experience.

Went here for the new years eve 2015 as this seemed to be the only economical place for the eve as a stag entry was rs2200 while a couple was rs2000. The food was unlimited in both veg and nonveg segment. The liquor was limited as 6beers per person and 10 refills of hard liquor. There was a live band as well as dj playing that night and inspite of being in the mall, there were hardly any problems and the event went smoothly. The food was average with the chicken and veg pizza. The chilly corn and paneer tikka were also served but were again not too tasty. That's all I can rate for this one. Yes I agree the ambiance is good, the staff is good too but the food is on the bottom line.. they ask much from us then what they give us in return the quality of the food is also not good. So I have to say they must work upon their product first & then on other stuff coz people go there to eat first.

Went there on christmas eve and Ordered veg burger which was nicely served with coleslaw and fries, paneer kathi roll which was delicious and plated very well, Penne Arrabiata was just average , less in quantity and was very dry. Most of the alcoholic beverages listed in the menu were not available so i ended up having mavericktini which didn't lived up to its name and I couldn't get hold of all the listed flavours because practically it lasted 3 sips. Well, at last a decent place near my office , Sector 34, after a long time!!! We ordered for Wood Fire Pizza Garden, Risotto  and Nachos there.....and all were good. But best thing was Pizza.....It was perfect thin crust and toppings balance was just like cherry on the cake.... Nice ambiance.  Chairs Sitting was however little uncomfortable. Indian Menu also not matching with their decor. Overall it was a nice experience.

The salad of maverick is too bad in taste and<br/>I can't eat after taste it.<br/>but the pizza with thin crust is good,the dish is not up to the mark..<br/>Ambience- clean and well maintained<br/>But I don't like to visit again....<br/>

It is so damn good, loved it so much. The cuisine is marvellous. Service is very nice and quick. I am even gonna bring the girl I asked out yesterday for a date in maverick.<br/>It's that awesome, ya know!!

Maverick is an one of a kind restaurant-bar , the ambience is perfect and the music is perfect , whether it is a party or family dinner or some friends hanging out , perfect place to dine in. After all the things I've heard of, maverick was a must visit and what better time than its bar launch. Shunya the band as always were brilliant. The cocktails were reasonable and I must say quite amazing. The food was limited yet there is not one thing I wouldn't want to have, I ordered the peproni pizza which was the best I've had in a long long while. Great place to hangout at, reasonable and worth every penny. Not to miss the free shots which was a cherry on the cake.

Not worthy. The food is as usual. Also they give coupons for couples for entry n the menu is as limited to three pages. Also Shunya (the band) came that night, but not too much crowd. Peddlers is much better.

Went here to celebrate my birthday with a couple of friends. The ambience and seating is really nice and lively. <br/><br/>Ordered italian smooch which was nice. Also, the apple mint spritzer and crush velvet was tasty. <br/><br/>The veg garden pizza and obsession pizza were nice. They had ample toppings and were crisp. The nachos and crips bread was served with italian salsa and cheese which was tasty.<br/><br/>The red sauce chicken pasta was yumm but the white sauce pasta lacked flavour. Salt was missing, I guess. The portion was not too much as well.<br/><br/>Veg platter had really nice grilled veggies with lemon dressing. A healthy option and the quantity was good too.<br/><br/>Stuffed chicken breast was delectable and so was sicillia di pollo. Tender chicken sausages served with mashed potato. The gravy accompanying it was good.<br/><br/>In indian we ordered, dal makhni which had a nice flavour. Kadhai paneer and mix veg along with chiken tikka masala were great. <br/><br/>Gulabjamun was okayish. While the caesar salad had just lettuce and not many other vegetables. The naan and roti were fresh and crisp.<br/><br/>The owners are two ladies who were kind enough to offer extra discount. Also, they got the license to serve alcohol the same evening. Guess, it was a special day for me as well as them. <br/><br/>Would love to go again! Nice outlet !! :)

Went with a couple of friends there and liked the experience. The ambience is nice, with different types of seating available. For a big group of friends there is sofa type seats, for a formal meet, there is different seating. We ordered two pizza, two mocktails, one salad, kadhai paneer, naan and a brownie. Can’t comment on salad as I am not the right person to say a word about it :p . In mocktails we ordered one Italian smooch and one crush velvet, smooch was better than the crush :p and in pizza we had Indiavolata and a chicken pizza. Overall the place is good, the seating is nice and staff is courteous.<br/><br/>Happy Eating :)

I had some free time between meetings and I was in the sector 34 vicinity so i decided to get a meal here with a colleague. I had the apple mint spritzer and stuffed chicken breast with mushroom and bacon while my friend had the chicken wrap with parma. Both the grills were perfectly done and the flavours were great. The gravy was the highlight for me. The mocktail had fresh apple and just the amount of sugar I like. I'd say they nailed it. Going to go again real soon! Best grills I have eaten in a while

I came here for a late night dinner. Had a craving for pasta and I was lucky to make it 10 minutes before they closed. The ambience is pretty, woodwork, the wooden furniture. In addition to the pasta I decided to go for the much hyped about thin crust pizza's at this place. To be safe for my first trial, I ordered the Chicken Pizza and Chicken Lasagne! To be honest it, they were totally worth it. I will go back to try their wide selection of pizza's and italian starters! <br/><br/>Just checked out their new Menu for Fitness freaks, looks tempting for anyone who is not even diet conscious.. :)

Had been hearing a lot about the pizza's at this place and finally decided to try them out. <br/>Loved the pizza's. Perfectly thin base and generous toppings.<br/>Even though I had gone for the pizzas, the highlight was their new health menu. It's convenience mixed with absolute pleasure! The menu is well thought of and offers a guilt free treat for everyone! I would totally stop here on my way back from the gym for a delicious guilt free meal.

I got a chance to go to Maverick on my last visit to Chandigarh. I had a great time thanks to the amazing drinks and scrumptious Italian food. My friends ordered the Indian food and they really enjoyed the tikkas and butter chicken . We also had thin crust pizzas, lasagna , mezze platter and the chicken salad. The ingredients were fresh and the taste quite authentic.<br/>I also thought that everything was well priced and not outrageous for the kind of ambience they have created.<br/><br/>I can easily say that this was one of the best meals I have had in Chandigarh and I have got a chance to try quite a few other restaurants there. The ambience is chilled out -a perfect blend of a restro bar. Music is upbeat, staff is very hospitable. All in all , I definitely recommend this place.

I had gone there few weeks back with my friends. The staff is really courteous. The food is nice, I really liked their Indian food. The drinks were really nice as well. This is a new place in Picaddily mall and I was searching the web for good nightlife places and came accross this place. The only disappointment was that they do not have a liquor license but looks like a promosing restaurant.<br/>In adfition to this really liked their delivery timing. I guess they have recently started delivering food. I have had an dining amazing experience here and really liked their delivery service. Extra .5 for delivery service this time.

celebrated my sisters birthday, my experience was really good , was considering this place ok, but they surprised me with everything, the birthday went so well, the food was yum, staff was very humble, specially the manager was very cooperative :). <br/><br/>coming to details<br/>1) thin crust pizza,loved it<br/>2) mocktails, each one it was different(+ve sense) <br/>3) salad perfect, couldn't be better<br/><br/>so worth visiting ........

The ambience was Mexican but the menu was Italian. The fettuccini pasta in red, white and cream sauce was phenomenal. The lamb chops were a little rubbery, the chicken stuffed with bacon and mushroom was really good. <br/>A good gesture serving a on the house dessert. <br/>Worth a visit! <br/>Cheers maverick!

I was in Chandigarh last week with a group of friends and decided to check out this new place. The ambiance is really different and I quite liked their concept. The staff is cheerful and the service is good. The Italian food is definitely a hit! I didn't try the Indian food but my friends who did really liked it. It's quite reasonable and definitely value for money! The mocktails tasted really fresh and nice. I would definitely go back :)

So after so many days of hearing about this place I finally went there.<br/>Good interiors, more than required lighting in a restaurant or bar. Music was going with the mood. Staff was good but didn't felt that hospitality. They served things one after the other though multiple times I asked them to keep gap between things, but in vain.<br/><br/>So now about food:<br/>Chicken salad was good or tha best of all that we had<br/>Mocktail were up to their mark<br/>Pizzas tasted fine but too much of crunchy base took all away<br/>Dessert was the biggest disappointment, we had to fight our way to make bites out of our brownies<br/><br/>Prices are on a higher side but food at the same time lags a lot

One of my friends had come over and I took him to this place as it was the newest joint on the block and man was it a disaster. The place is so brightly lit it makes u feel as if ur on some stage and when u ask the guy to dim the lights a bit, he tells u that's how they are. The place ought to be named wild west as the staff is dressed like cowboys and the decor is also like a ranch, except everything looks extremely phoney. The music was too loud and one has to shout to be heard across the table in an empty restaurant. Now coming to the food , we ordered a Lebanese platter a non veg pizza and a salad. The Lebanese platter came with fluffed up pita which tasted more like kulchas then pita the hummus tasted like bland chutney and rest of the sauces were even worst. The pizza though had a good thin@ crust but tasted like apna ghar ka desi tadke wala pija. The salad I would say was the best thing on the table and every one gobbled it up. Guys u gotta pull up your socks or else you will soon be history !

Well i've gotta say that this place is MAGICAL!! For those of you searching for a culinary experience and for those of you looking for a place to chill out with your lads like no other in Chandigarh, look no further than Maverick. I have been there twice now; the first time to get some fresh nosh in town with my chap and we were gobsmacked to find Maverick in Piccad square mall. The restaurant is located in a rather unassuming converted mall and so quiet easy to miss. We ordered Bits' n Bobs the first time and yeah I found the place fancy. The second time I went there, I was knackered of my Gmat prep :p and was damn hungry, so I jumped on to the main course. For that, I decided to go with chicken grilled breast with bacon, mushrooms, and some vegetables on the side. Well the chicken breast was supposed to be stuffed with potatoes, I asked for just the plain grilled one with no stuffing (trying to loose my joeys :p) and the server said "yes sir" with a smile on his face. My bespoke dish was executed perfectly, and blimey!, the bright colors of the ingredients peeking through the plate were brilliant. The servings were big and may be a bit pricey for few, but well worth it. Again, doesn't matter if you want to dine in with your date or want to get plastered, you want a stag night with your lads or a get together with your family, Maverick is the place to be. We decided to give this recently opened restaurant a go- I wasn't disappointed, but I wasn't particularly impressed either. Their menu was truly maverick- I speak out of sarcasm though. Extremely poorly spelled was the least of the problems; their entire 'Italian appetizers' had everything but Italian food listed. The theme couldn't have been more confused; that in conjunction with the terrible mocktail had my expectations at bay, but the actual food was executed fine- thin crust pizza, decent chilli mushroom and a very well balanced pasta. The chef really knows how to cook chicken tender and the cook on it is probably one of the top in the city. But then some elements are nice, and the others just fine.

Went there on 15th evening and they had an Independence day special package for 2 people which included starter, salad, pasta, mocktails and dessert. There was a bit of confusion on number of pasta dish but they very nicely sorted it out (after my insistence as I can get quite adamant at times). The look and feel of the place is very good and bit of change also. The starter was platter of nachos and pita bread with salsa It was ok. Salsa was fresh , nachos seem out of packet but pita bread was bit soggy. Over all not bad start. The mocktails were good specially the sufer paradise.Salad was also upto mark (Apple and greens combination). Pastas were quite nice both the penne and spaghetti. They were well balanced properly cooked and very nice. Portions were also good although if garlic bread was to be given with it then it will make it perfect. Dessert we had brownie with ice cream my all time favourite and it was  perfect end. Over all the food seems to be quite good and I will be surly trying out more when I will be back.<br/>Some suggestions would be to train the staff better. They are not bad but have week hand in English which I understand and have no issue but even when I spoke in Hindi they lacked clarity in speaking which at times makes it difficult to understand. Drinking water had too much chlorine so that needs to be controlled. <br/>The menu is mix of India, Mediterranean and Italian but why is the staff wearing the cow boy hats is something I could not understand and that kept me smiling all the time as some of them seemed lost under their hats (sorry :) )<br/>Over all a good experience and will like to be back again.

Visited this place by chance one evening after a movie at Piccadilly mall. Was pleasantly surprised... The ambience and decor our refreshing and they play great music.. We had the thin crust pizzas and they had great flavour.. Also must try the chicken wings... Will surely re-visit!

The ambience is really good.it's a really peppy place with good music and the bar is the best part.too bad they don't have a liquor license as of now.ordered the chicken pizza.it was above average.the crust was nice n crispy.the toppings included chicken, onions asparagus and olives.the toppings were scanty though.toppings were little hence it's definitely not the best pizza in town but for the price they offer it is reasonable.their pizzas are cheaper than thin crust pizzas at most places.i'd like to visit again.ambience-4/5 food-3.5/5 service-3.5/5
