Although pricey for the local area, the food here is delicious and worth every cent. We tried a range of appetisers and main course food and everything was delectable. We spent a couple of hours at the restaurant and the staff were constantly attentive and friendly.

The place is always booked even on weekdays, as there are quite a bit of expats who dine here frequently, some of the items in the menu especially the kebabs are delicious, roti’s and the dal are brilliant, prawn kebab is average, dessert Kulfi with Gilab Jamun is out of the world. Service guys need to be more friendly, and smile more.

After dining at this ITC Grand venue multiple times this past evening had the opportunity to utilize the venue for a larger format customer dinner. First, it's worth noting that the duty manager did an outstanding job of the last minute accommodation of our party of 15. Securing us a very nice location within the restaurant and a view of the open kitchen. As like every meal I've enjoyed the food quality. This particular evening was on point! This was only amplified by the helpful staff and careful oversight of the restaurant management.

It's worth noting the standout performance of all the servers involved as well as the incredible array of delicious dishes.

Grand indeed! Palatial hotel, with different cuisine options. We tried the Peshawri restaurant, paneer was so soft and tasty. Naan bread was crispy on the outside and soft inside, paired well with the curry. Finished with a dessert 😊 Outstanding service. Must try.

INCREDIBLE! we went in for the set menu and it was SO good. Every single item they served was incredibly well cooked and delicious! Don't miss out on trying the raan! The highlight of the meal for sure

The cuisine was truly exceptional, boasting both an exquisite presentation and delightful flavors. We opted for the gayathri and lisa tasting menus, being forewarned that the dining experience would span approximately 3 hours. Regrettably, we found ourselves at the establishment for over 4 hours due to the sluggish service. Waiting 20 minutes for the bill was particularly frustrating. Upon receiving it, our request to split the bill was met with a cumbersome process, prolonging our departure. Notably, the alcohol was billed separately and could not be divided. Despite the service delays, I would recommend this place for its exceptional food. However, it's advisable to designate one individual to handle the bill and anticipate potential delays

Had a wonderful experience yesterday evening! Staffs were polite and responsive! Thumbs up to the management and those who have provided service! I had gone for my bday celebration and this is my first experience with ITC hotels. I and my husband had 2 vegetarian single diner. Food was delicious and rich! 🔥🤗 Also everything was sanitized and neatly organized. Loved it & totally worth it!

One of the Best Fine Dining Experience. Great service and attendants help is choose the dish and suggests the offers available. For ITC standards the price is not so expensive and it runs a family pack offer on weekend which is around the same price for regular Buffet hotels. They encourage you to eat through hands than utensils. Good collection of Desserts too. Worth Visiting.

Good food but the Dal Bukhara is overrated. Excellent Kebab and breads. You won’t find soups or rice dishes. Juices are made available on request. The seating area are cordoned off with frosted glasses and the menu is digital-maybe COVID effects. Would be good to hold a menu on-hand and peek at fellow human beings nowadays! No physical receipts/bill either. Several staff members saunter in every now and then and enquire about food - it’s probably unnecessary to do that so frequently.

The very best of Peshawari cuisine bar none is to be found in this legendary restaurant located at the ITC Grand Chola Chennai. You choose either veg or non veg and let the chefs indulge you with the most delicious and memorable meal. These photos were taken before the pandemic and I eagerly wait to returning to Chennai, just to eat here!!!
