Lotus in "The Park" hotel is a very quiet and beautiful restaurant. The food is good except for the bao buns. I enjoyed the dumpling soup and mocktails.
The rice dessert was delicious.
The staff's service was good as well. The soft music in the background is good to listen to!
The ambience is peaceful and the staff is great. We ordered Korean chicken bao and tofu bao which were too tangy and bland respectively. The drinks were good. The dessert was delicious. Soup was good too.

We recently visited the Lotus Restaurant in Park Hotel Chennai and had an absolutely amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional customer service and hospitality provided by Esther. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like VIPs.
Esther went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations that were spot-on. She also made sure that our food and drinks were served promptly and that our needs were met throughout the evening.
The atmosphere at Lotus Restaurant was inviting and comfortable, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. However, it was Esther's exceptional service that truly set our experience apart. She was the best and made our visit to the restaurant a memorable one.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Esther and the rest of the staff at Lotus Restaurant for their outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. Keep up the great work!
Good food. The taste of the food was honestly better than expected. Nice place if you're in the mood for asian. The dim-sim was excellent. And a couple of other dishes we ordered was very well balanced.
Had a delicious dinner at Lotus, The Park Hotel. We ordered Tossed Mushrooms for starters. The different textures of the mushrooms and the flavour was wonderful. My husband found it a little spicy so our server, Esther informed Chef Tarej, who toned down the spices for the rest of the dinner. Thoughtful gestures that made our dining experience delightful.
Had a great time at the restaurant, the ambience was very good and the restaurant is very well maintained because the staff puts in such a effort especially Esther, Ruthi, Zami who were so charming and delightful. Plus the food was phenomenal props to the chef.

It was a splendid experience at the Lotus restuarant, the cuisine were unique and great service by Sathish, Amal, Esther and Ruthi. Definitely recommended.
