Review Chili's - Chennai (Madras)

I really enjoyed my dining experience at chilli's located in express avenue mall. The food was delicious and saying that the portions were generous is an understatement. I was completely stuffed by the end of the meal. The service I would say is average and not great, the one issue I had with this place was they cater fast food but the price doesn't match that criteria, it is rather expensive and can't be visited on the regular. However that being said the quality of food here is simply exceptional and is a must try for those of you who enjoy Mexican cuisine.

Lovely atmosphere and we were looked after by a very sweet waitress - Saranya. She deserves a lot of praise and was one of the reasons we had a good time yesterday. Buffalo Wings were brilliant and the mocktails are recommended. Will visit soon for sure.

Fabulous ambiance with a wonderful vibe, thanks to some lovely song collection. All to it some very delicious food and prompt service. All these contributing to a wonderful meal. A tropical Sunday Margarita as my cooler, Texas cheese fries, BBQ Salad and Fajitas as my main course and Molten Chocolate Cake as my desert was what two people had. Some might feel that the pricing of the food is on the upper side but trust me for at least once, it's definitely worth it.

Decided to visit this place as it had good burgers to begin with. This diner is medium sized and it has a decent ambiance to start with. We were taken care by a waiter who has a goatee and he was kind enough to explain us about the dishes. Taste wise the starters are terrific, the mock tails are a delight to have but be little careful when you are choosing the burgers as the ingredients are little confusing. Coming to the burgers these are pretty big accompanied by French fries which are big in it's size. Make sure to avail a decent offer such as the one with the hdfc credit card so that you get a decent discount. Overall a good place to spend your weekend. Pricing is little bit on the costlier side, watch out for the same.

The food was really good. People usually go for the tacos which is on the second page but I suggest not to, even if you go for it, ask them for a soft taco. I had wings which was really good with the spicy sauce on the side and a chipotle. Which is really good for 2 people. And a dessert at last molten chocolate cake. And many people do not know that if you order coke you can refill it as many times as you want. Chili's are all the same and so this is. The waiters were also good.

The lunch combo between 11 & 4 is great value for money. I usually don't like soup but both the cream of mushroom & especially the roasted red capsicum soup with chicken are fabulous. The Veg option Mac n Cheese was yum. The chicken for the fajitas was perfectly cooked. Helpful and attentive service. Nice decor. Will be returning soon to explore everything on the menu :)

This place is always my favourite when we think American cuisine. Located in EA, it's one of the most popular places in EA with a cosy atmosphere and bar like setup, it's so inviting and pleasing to the eyes. Best thing about this place is the service, both the team members and the manager are quite knowledgeable about the food and provide excellent customer service and with a smile. Thoroughly enjoyed their servicing capabilities. Coming to food, we ordered the fajitas which was amazing. The juicy chicken with the veggies and the different varieties of sauces are simply amazing. Then we ordered the sea food trio that comprises of calamari, prawns and fish. Again accompanied with different types of sauces. Next was the turn to get Herb River salmon, it was good but little on the saltier side. It comes with rice, veggies and some dips. Now came the turn for some more trio with chicken, beef and more chicken, tasted absolutely delicious. Next in line was some pasta, which was creamy like we expected with some garlic breads that were ordinary like most places but the quantity and the taste was mouth watering making u crave for more. I'm never a pasta fan but believe me when I say that place is excellent with their pastas. They know their stuff pretty well and never I found something compromising esp with the food. Next was some chicken stake with mashed potatoes and veggies. I thoroughly loved it, looked appetizing and tasted amazing.Then was the turn for some chicken wings which I found to be little blunt but with the sauces it was ok. May be we were so full that the wing tasted dull lol. After all this we got some chocolate lave cake that was size of a football (literally) it was huge. With chocolate sauce poured all over it looked yummy, too bad I was full and had to pack it for the next day. It was one awesome experience, thanks to the team for the great service and looking forward to some more adventurous at this place . If you don't mind the cost, this place is a paradise for foodies.

It's an awesome place to have lunch. They have a huge menu to choose from. I loved the sweet lemonade and cream of chicken soup it was awesome. The service was great. Its a good place to talk and eat with friends.

As always the food here is top!! The service was even better, really loving Chennai and this mall. Speacial shout out to killer Karthik, the best server here. He's a legend. Do rate them on zomato if possible.

Best burgers/steak in town, perfectly done. Awesome service, can't wait to go back. Spacious, top 100 pop songs of all time play at the back, giving you the "we're American, guys" feel - works 100% as food is top notch.

Chili's - As hot as the name ❤️ Well, let me tell you something even before I start reviewing it. The staffs here are sooo friendly and they would care you and your food. Myself and my cousin visited chili's for the first time before a movie and we ordered a Watermelon Margarita and a lemonade. Trust me.. I dint know what Margarita was but now that has become my favorite drink. Just after the movie, we planned to go for lunch and we choosed chili's again. This time, we went extra mile and ordered so many dishes which were huge in quantity and brilliant with the taste. Can't ask for more. After twice visits, took my Hydrebrad friends to this place today and enjoyed it. They loved the taste. Ambience was so good, decors were good. More than that, the service was tremendous. Happy Hema - Nice name isn't it?? she took extra care for the customers and made them feel happy. She did justice to her name. Above all, to my surprise, my friend Mr Parthiban is the store manager and he helped and suggested with great options. We were so delighted with his gesture and wish him all the success to him and chili's.

A great place to hangout for lunch or dinner. Located conveniently in the EA Mall and the staffs are very friendly. Food quality is good and Western food lovers mush try this place.

Vibrant ambience, colorful interiors. They even have a screen where they play some good music. Great palatable food, good service. Gorgeously diverse menu. Flatbreads are a must have, definitely recommended.

Great place to hang out with friends and chill....food is also great, just chose wisely. We had ordered a burger which we did not like at all...there something wierd about it. We just took a bite and left it. We did not complain about it. Wen the waiter asked us feedback, we just casually mentioned that the burger was not so good. In a few minutes she brought the chef to us...we were v surprised. He asked us why we did not like it. We could not give a proper explanation...just said that it was not good.. probably something wrong with the meat or sauce. He took the feedback very sportingly :) which is great. N then to our surprise the price for the burger was not even added to the bill!! So this place has an amazing customer service...they treat them like their own guests....will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Just wished they could add hard drinks to the menu.

Essentially I ran into this place while Window shopping at Express Avenue mall because I did not expect to see it there... As with the chain, it's a brilliant and cozy place that sets itself apart with the ambiance and setting. Excellent service, very courteous staff and of course fantastic food. Fair warning about the food style is completely western so it's not very spicy. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny of it. Go with a big appetite and a full wallet to enjoy the spread 😊

The food portion size was too small and not enough for even one person despite being a tad bit expensive. No drinks were available even though It's a bar. Did not get the Chili's experience, I should say. The brownie was good though.

Mr. Ajith catered excellently well and provided us with amazing dishes. the triple dipper was wonderful to share and eat. The tropical sunrise was great too

The best place to hangout with friends in EA. <br/>The staff are so so so awesome. The food is equally good. Both veg and non veg are delicious. We were served by Surya A. He has become accustomed to us I suppose. Every time we went (more than 5 times) there, he was the one who served us. Very polite and very attentive. All the staff were of that level. Right from soup (mushroom soup is a must have!!) to starters to main course to drinks , nothing will disappoint you. Keep up the good work guys. Cheers. !!!

Quality has drastically reduced over time.. highly dissapointing. We loved their burgers once, now after visiting many times the last 3times have been upsetting. Why do Indian businesses start well and end up lowering standards and think people won't notice. Sad.

The fact that you cheat. No parmesan, no brownie, no shredded cottage cheese. You think India is full of fools? People don't understand the ingredients or your sick mind? Think again. Duping an educated customer is the kind of thing you might want to avoid. But well. Its gonna make the headlines. S **** you for your lies Chili's.

Points worth R.s400 was added for my birthday and the manager said he would send me the link to use the points but after asking a couple of times they still didn't add the points..they made us wait but didn't allow us to use the points till the end..why give points and benefits when you can't redeem it.

Ordered mushroom soup & it was supposed to be clubbed with bread/fries. Instead chips of cheap quality was thrown & bill of 341 slapped. They compromised on quality but refused to acknowledge that & when discounts of 10–20% was requested they denied flat. Very expensive not commensurate with quality. Think thrice before visiting this place in EA as better value opportunities available in same venue
