Review Domino's Pizza - Chennai (Madras)

Number of seats are less. Quality is good. Loved the Cheese-burst Farmhouse.

Nice staffs and great service. Parking space is available. Worth the money! Great place to hangout after work since its located in OMR. The place is tidy. The chicken supreme and mexican tacos are my favourite 😍

Imho, this outlet has more space than the others. Might be same as others, but it's spacious and it's good to have lot of space. Taste is just like normal other Domino's outlets. Next time if you try, just wait for the last pie of pizza. The pan will get hard in Domino's whereas in Pizza hut, it's still soft after half an hour. That's the only reason that Domino's misses out fifth star.

Their paneer makhani pizza is totally to die for. The bread is so fresh and flavors blend in so well, it was just yum. Spice level wasn't too high, just perfect. In addition, their delivery was on time too. So a big thumps up from me.

Services was really good. Had great time with friends. Taste was really good. It was not that crowded.

One of the good Domino's outlet with neat and clean environment. Also good parking space available. Nice place to hangout with friends.

The AC was a little less cool. There are a lot of chairs, trust me, you can go with a large group of friends to this outlet. Ambience is nice in the night.

Pizzas were delicious as in any other Domino's. The service was good and the place is open for dine-in till 11.30pm.

This outlet of Domino's pizza is really good.. We have been to there for many times. They serve crispy and spicy pizza's.

Delivery was well with in time dispite of pandemic challenges,food was awesome and delivery peron who mentioned his name as Padaiyappa was really very well behaved and he was also taking all necessary precautions to wear the protective gears while delivering. Keep serving the best👍

Pizzas are served with less toppings and cheese even if its a pan base.Delivery is less than 2km still they find hard to deliver on time.Pizzas mostly need to reheated because they serve cold pizzas.Taste wise just below dominos standards.Recently they have stopped the delivery also for a location less than 2km.<br/>Have ordered tacos also from their outlet which was okeyish..

Worst place ever... You dine in to eat they don't even maintain place or clean it .... It looks shabby to the core ... They don't say waiting time before taking the order ... After you place order they say waiting time is 45 minutes

They should have more menu cards 3 counters and 1 menu!!! I asked for everyday value pizzas and the person at counter explained about it but after payment of bill I was able to see the everyday combo meal which was on a different counter when asked the lady at the counter about it she was like that is for one pizza yes I’m paying 200 for each pizza and the same price I’m getting a meal they should have more menu cards <br/>Initially I have given 3 rating but now changing to 1 post receiving the pizza, they haven’t given oregano seasoning & flakes when went back and asked she kept expression like I was asking her property, I’ve also told that they should’ve given it along with pizza and she was like I don’t care and not even responding what the hell is this?? Won’t they train the staff to be responsive to customers very bad

Superb pizza.. All are very good. Mainly i like chicken pizza and pannier pizza both became my favorite among all. And the service also very good and fast.

I ordered panner with onion pizza it was simple and yummy and one chicken meat balls and brownie is tasty but small in size totally it was nice and decent one 😇

Food is very good here.... Delivery within 30 minutes is dominos speciality... Way of packing the food is good and is eco-friendly...👍 Customer service is also good

Our All time favorite cheese burst chicken tikkapizza it's always taste same and mind-blowing nice experience and chicken tacos also so yummy and the tacos sauce was so amazing I liked very much and finally chocolate lava cake always amazing thank you

Pizza taste was average..we have ordered chicken Tikka and chicken fiesta pizza...asked for cheese burst...they have added 75+ to the price of each pizza...but I couldn't find cheese burst on it...was not satisfied much..

Review and rating about delivery time and store apathy, not about food.<br/>The order was placed at 6:48 PM. At around 7:16 PM my tracking order online updated that the order is delivered, whereas it was not delivered. I called up the dominos toll free number and the operator said that it's an online update, the order will be on its way. First call I got from the delivery boy was at 7:23 PM. He was asking me the address, I told him the point and he called me back at 7:24 to ask the address again. At this time he was no where close to the building. He was at least 500 m away. Finally he came to my flat at 7:31 PM for the delivery. I complained to the call center again, and the store called me. He started arguing with me that the delivery boy called me earlier at 7:15 but I did not pick the call, or I cut the call. I can show the the call logs, I can talk to the Vodafone operator and get the call log that there was no call. Since the order was a Guarantee order in 30 minutes, and the delivery came late, there have been all efforts to make the customer a liar, that I gave my address incorrect, but the store is not at mistake.<br/><br/>DOMINOS - if you cannot honor these orders, please remove the 30 minute or free scheme. Don't fool customers and then blame the customers to save yourself from abiding with your terms and conditions. Please don't spoil the name of dominos, remove the 30 minute or free offer. It's a big scam and I am going to post this on other social media sites too.<br/><br/>The complaint is not for a free pizza, but It is because how domions tries to cheat customers with this offer, and then the store calls me up and makes the customer a liar and tries all ways to show the delivery was on time. I don't understand how the online track order showed "delivered" just 2 minutes before the 30 minute time, whereas the delivery boy was far away. There's no issue with the delivery boy, he was nice, it's an issue with domino's!<br/><br/>

I have recently visited this branch taste is not up to the dominos standard cheese qty is very less compare to previous experience..<br/><br/>Need to improve on qty Peri Peri chicken is my favorite name it self have yummy tangy flavor but when I received I was shocked they have to focus on quality and taste if your not ready to serve proper flavour in your product plz stop don't spoiled the brand name..

Nice tasty Pizza with good amount of evenly spread toppings and chesse on a late Sunday night. The yummy lava cake just blew my mind. And a special Kuddos especially to the delivery guy for his patience in finding the address..!!

Ordered cheese and corn as well as chicken sausage regular sized pan pizza. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The pizza was overheated and the crusts were literary black in color. I could hardly find any corn and chicken on the pizza. Dominos is losing its standards.

wow Dominos... ur improvement was amazing.. first i should say about the delivery. i received the order before the ETA very good fast delivery. i have ordered veg pizza and meatballs.The taste of the meatballs was very good. i tried dominoz meatballs 6months back but i'm not satisfied with the taste at the first time. now the taste has turned extremely good and taste of the pizza is also wow with yummy yummy my favorite cheese. Always in luv with Dominoz❤.
