Comfortable to dine in for family and for friends as a gang. Easily accessible. Staffs are professional .Ordered waiting time was very less & got good response from staff.

We had a delightful experience relishing the 5 in 1 meal box (Classic Burger 🍔 & Zinger Burger) at the KFC which was a value for money product.
Outlet is adhering to social distancing norms with sanitiser in the entrance with temperature check. There is also X markers among the seats which should’ve avoided while being seated.
Also the service is really good and fast. Ask for offers over the counter. Do not be deceived by the offers online since they may not be available at the store counter.
Burgers were huge and tasty. I was offered this instead of a meal combo as this also costs same as meal which is ₹229. Zinger Tandoori box costs ₹279
French fries were amazing and so as the wings. You will feel contended.
They have enough parking space and is bang opposite the Moffusil terminus.

I visited it at late night 10:45 pm. I expected I won't get any better service and some mediocre items at this time. I'm wrong and completely over judged the time.
The staff are energetic and still serving the customers with a smile in the late and last hours. Payment options and some cash back options are nice. If you are slow and less eater, go for 2 piece chicken. It will serve you almost full. Whole arena is spacious and have washroom too. This is exactly opposite to Omni bustand high road, guys who are waiting for their booked buses.. this is for you ! :)

Well to be honest I was disappointed when I got to know in zomato we are seeing less of options to order, whereas when I actually visited the place I found the ones which are added in which were exclusive for few days or might be didn't pop up in zomato menu while ordering :/

Ordered online since this kfc outlet is very near my home, to start off the chicken was very dry compared to. Other outlets, and burger buns of the chicken zinger were crumbling as I was about to eat them, never going to order from here again.

The place is quite big and can be easily located. The service is very good. The staff is polite and hospitable. They serve your order to your table. Definitely the best service I've seen at a KFC outlet.<br/><br/>Coming to the food, I ordered a Super charger burger, an Alphonso krushers and fries.<br/>The burger's chicken gave it the crunch and the sauces gave the creaminess. The burger was good. The fries were the usual however had some black spots, not sure if this is normal.<br/>The krushers was very disappointing. The essence wasn't mixed well and I got chunks of ice at the bottom. Too much ice and too much sugar.

This KFC outlet's only plus point of the location. Located opposite to CMBT bus stop, it's one good option for a quick dinner/lunch. The tables were all dirty and we had to get tissue paper from them and clean the tables ourselves. The French fries were okay - I always find it salty. I like the spicy wings, but they don't the same always. Zinger meal - I ignore the bun and lettuce usually after the first few bites. The patty with cheese was decent. Chicken popcorn - good enough. Chicken strips - not a fan, but I don't mind eating it if someone else in my table orders it 😬😂

This koyambedu branch is totally waste whenever i visit and ordered i hv to wait for 20 to 30 minutes. Last time I hv ordered half-half but they gave 3 spicy and 5 crunchy that crunchy only 2 pieces is full others are fully damaged. I strongly recommend no need to go to Koyambedu Branch

Out of all the KFC's available in Chennai this is just an average one. Afternoon times are better cos the food is fresh and better whereas in the evening's they just reheat the chicken basically (2nd pic) see the difference and it's sucks big time. Service is decent. You have an okayish Wi-Fi. Just the food.
