Very good pastry shop. Cakes,sandwich,Burger juice items available. Red velvett cake is spl here.....Very tasty...mostly all people like tht aftr tasting this. Fresh cream cakes are good in quality & taste. Birthday cakes - photo cake, theme cake, layered cakes are available. Little bit costlier but it's worth the price.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday on June 15 2022. The flavor was butterscotch..... The cake look and taste was awesome..... We served it to almost 150 members and there was not even a single negative comment...... Vera level taste..... Good shop for birthday cakes. Have been ordering the cakes for the past 3 years and they are good. Veg puffs are awesome here and they take bulk order for the same. Pastries are nice as well though little costlier. Can't hold more than 2 cars in the parking. Space inside the shop is not great however takeaways and orders are worth here.

I rated 5 because the taste is good. Little bit on the costly side. But the service is very poor.

They are doing great job. I am regularly getting birthday cakes from them for the past three years . Whatever theme or picture you give them they will do it with such a good taste . Would recommend it!

Recently I ordered birthday cake,it was good.Overall i am satisfied with the baking,decoration and the quality.The cream quality is good and the cake bread is fresh.They have all types of bread,chocolates,cookies,puffs etc but i haven't tried any of them yet.

The apple and pineapple flan that I tried were just breathtaking. Takes you to a different world altogether. All the other desserts are delicious as well.

Had a Caramel Custard, nice presentation and taste was nice, not bad for Rs 50 in East Tambaram. All items have a reasonable pricing. As a complementary they even gave a small portion of Milk pudding for tasting. Muthu Kumar did a beautiful job, he was very kind and explained all products displayed high level of product knowledge and was very patient throughout the walkthrough.<br/><br/>

This is located in the Velachery main road. A small yet spacious bakery kind of place with limited parking facility. They have a good spread of bakes and cakes. Of all, I like their tiramisu and pana cotta. They also have muffins, cookies, cotton candies etc. they also take up orders for customised cakes. Quite a reliable place this is for desserts.

I like Mexican here. Both Quesadilla and Enchiladas are very nice here. It will take a bit more time to prepare, but worth waiting. Cookies also good here.

Cakes used to be nice usually. I always buy cakes here but the last one was horrible. I bought a 1kg red velvet cake and it was totally pathetic. The usual flavour and the softness were completely absent. They couldn't deliver it on time and the cake was prepared in a hurry burry in the last minute.<br/><br/>Moreover, I got sick after eating the cake & so did my mom. Something wasn't right about the cake and tasted really weird. Tarts was my favourite place until this incident and it has now come to an end. I don't recommend people buying anything in Tarts showroom for kids or for the elderly.<br/><br/>Tarts - You need to improve a lot in terms of Quality.

Very limited offering but they have aced them in taste...haven't been disappointed in any of their food till date, be it just a loaf of bread or their pastries...very happy with the quality of food. Just feel that they can be bigger than what they are now and so the ambiance is a little disappointing...it's just a few chairs and tables... The food gets the 4 on 5 rating...<br/><br/>Take away is the best option!

Best cakes and pastries in Selaiyur. They also serve sandwiches which are good. Good place to have a quick bite. Ambience is good. They don't have a big seating place. Might have to wait during evening.

Went here last week to have some thing delicious after seeing the menu online juz got mesmrzd and decided to go der. But it turned down to be the worst nightmare. We first ordered butterscotch milkshake. Seriously the serving was too bad, they gave in a plastic glass which was not even in a good position and was in tilted position which i had too handle carefully and also the size was small, finger fries werent crunchy nd had a odd kind of oil taste(usually wen u use d same oil for frying many food items dat kind of taste) and even the nuggets was fried in d same oil i guess. That was my first and last time i have ever visited it. Bad experience 😣

It was my mom's birthday and was ought to order a cake on last minute. Fixed on Tarts, have stepped into Tarts for their quick bites(puff and nuggets) sometime back. <br/>Went for a Red Velvet 1kg. Being new year weekend, home delivery was not available. They said they would provide in a couple of hours. There were choices for whipped cream and cheese 🧀 cream and opted for the later. I requested for a customisation in shape, but was mentioned stating can't be done in red velvet due to minimal sponge.<br/>As mentioned, take away was provided in the specified time. The presentation of the cake was simple. Now coming to the taste, the sponge was minimal and bit hard. The cheese flavour in the cream enhanced the taste. Overall it was just ok!!!<br/>We ordered for a 1kg, but when weighed in home it came out only for shocking 850 gms. This gesture was really bad!! The so called 1kg cake costed around 1000 bucks.<br/><br/>VFM - 3/5<br/>Quality - 3/5<br/>Taste - 3/5<br/>Service - 3/5

I was looking for a pastry shop in and around Medavakkam and Tarts was suggested by a friend, so decided to give it a shot. <br/><br/>I was having issues locating the place as the directions shared by Zomato was quite misleading. So called up the bakery and some how reached. This place is located next to ICICI Bank, Selaiyur.<br/><br/>Ordered a BLACKFOREST CAKE for my parents anniversary and they were kind enough to get it done in just 10 minutes. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much but the cake just took me by surprise. It was the most creamiest and tasty blackforest cake I've ever had. They also had a range of cakes, cupcakes, small bites, pizzas, burgers, fresh fruit juice and desserts.<br/><br/>Overall a pleasant experience and Tarts is definitely on my list of celebration cakes <br/>destination.<br/><br/>Bon appetit :)

This is again one of my preferred hangout spot. Located in the main road tarts is easily locatable. They have a quirky name and the ambience also matches it. This is a perfect eve hangout spot. Been to this place regularly my favourite orders- pannacota (it just melts down ur throat), red velvet cupcake, Black Forest, white forest, chocolate truffle, brownies, blueberry pastry. There are much more varieties and they are priced nominally. Also there are eve snacks like sandwiches, chicken nuggets, puffs, tacos. Dessert lovers don't miss checking this place.

Very very tasty dishes here, but place is small.weekends ll be crowded so felt uncomfortable with crowd but food awesome.should try once surely.

Burgers are good and are yummy. Especially the "fourth of July" burger. Recently we were disappointed though as we were made to wait for around 45 minutes only to tell us that the burgers were apparently over. The service has always been quite bad. Ambience is good enough. The pastries and milkshakes were nice, though pastas failed to leave a mark. Service pulls the place down. Otherwise it's a winner in terms of taste.

Tarts has gained some attention from the start because of its quirky name and location. I once ordered a birthday cake from there and it tasted amazing. So decided to drop in and try some more varieties from them. <br/><br/>I tried a red velvet cupcake. The cupcake was hard but the cream on the top was smooth and tasty. Packed up few cakes and puffs. The packaging was good. <br/><br/>The German chocolate cake is a must try. It has three flavours; vanilla, butterscotch and chocolate and tasted amazing. The butterscotch and pineapple cake was also good. The highlight to me was the chicken puff. The pastry was so thin and crispy. It melted in my mouth! <br/><br/>The parking is also good here. Loved this shop and would love to visit quite often! :)

Located opposite to icici bank , me and my friend walked into tarts to taste their redvelvet after hearing some good reviews, but absolutely it's not worth it . We ordered redvelvet cake and also the redvelvet cupcake both tasted bad. The topping of the cup cake had cheese rather than cream cheese , base was hard. It was total disappointment.

Visited this place, ambience was decent and neat. As it was bit late in the evening there were almost no crowd. We had ordered red velvet and litchi pastry, both the pastries looked appetizing but the tast was bit of a downside. Cake was not fresh, cream was thick and we couldn't feel the real flavour. For the cost we had paid I will not recommend this place.

Ordered a cake recently for my wedding anniversary :-) it was very good and worth the money spent:-) but two things that needs to improved is in term of attending the customers which is poor as people need to wait for long time. And there is no home delivery. Which is pathetic.

Ordered Red velvet cake for my Valentine's day. This is the first time we were having the cake and we did like every bit of it. Really appreciate the bakers for keeping it up till around 11pm. We ordered an extra cake though I didn't taste it, they had few cakes ready which was of great help. Would love to visit often in coming days, I've already referred my friend. Always wanted to try this place but for some reason never stepped inside.Had a chance to try them today for dinner.Ordered a Grilled Veg sandwich with pickled mayo,Irish cake, and opted take away for milk pudding & ragi cookies. The grilled veg was good and spicy with decent filling of veggies but not sure if its worth 70 bucks.On the other hand Irish cake was too good,light and creamy with an excellent aftertaste. Got low cal ragi cookies and milk pudding packed and both were excellent!! The milk pudding was so good! Do try if you are around the hood.<br/><br/>Service needs a lot of attention since the staff seemed a so lazy. The table didn't have tissues and sauce and it took forever for them to be provided. Apart from this had a pleasant experience!

Food from this place is confusing. We ordered two birthday cakes one was too bad and other was damn good(both same flavor). I wonder If they can make a cake that good then why do they make bad cakes too. And coming to other stuff. Breads and cookies were nice. But this ain't a place for pizza. They messed up with that pizza. So they are making both good and bad foods. May be if we are lucky we'll get good food. But as we were paying money it should be good or least normal instead of bad food I guess.

From cakes to confectionery to short eats, this place stole my attention. Loved the Italian omelette. The quality of food is on top notch. It takes reasonable amount of time for the food to arrive.

I actually am a Donut's and Muffin's loving guy but for everything DUNKIN DONUTS can not be the answer . Not because its not good , it tastes the best. It's just that the place is really far from my home. So TART'S is surely an alternative. The place is sweet , definitely not many options in DONUTS but one can definitely try their other servings. This shop can not be compared to any other place but it has its own charm. Pretty normal place , even if there are no Muffin's found , u can tell the guy who runs the place to make it specially for u..

Delicious cake from Tarts. Finishing of cake is awesome and didn’t felt like cutting it :) Very innovative designs, kids have great fun and enjoy the cakes.

A decent pastry shop in that locality. Can accommodate up to 15people. The pricing is very reasonable. They have pizzas and sandwiches also. I had their kiwi pastry and white forest cake, kiwi was good but the white forest wasn't that great.

I have a fine relationship with tarts. I have visited this place a dozen times and the most amazing thing that I notice is the ambience of this place, even though it is near the GST road with all the buzzing and running around atmosphere, once you enter inside its peace. This place is undoubtedly the best place for pastries and cakes in Tambaram. Almost all the cakes are good here, but I recommend Irish coffee cake which I list above all the other cakes. The Chocolate filled doughnut is the must try item here, its mind boggling and filled with chocolate. The juices and shakes are average here. The service is quite good and almost everything that they make here is good and affordable. For the people who have a crazy taste for cakes and pastries then come down to Tambaram and experience the Tarts.

I love this place! It's an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The pastries are made fresh and the sandwiches are too good. Especially I love flans they make & visit often just for it. Recently ordered a cake for my sister in law wedding & I should say it was beautiful designed step cake garnished with flowers. Our guests loved it. We emptied everything without a crumb left. It was delivered on time. And the staffs were very courteous.I have occasions upcoming& waiting to order more. Thank u all for it.

Tarts has been one of the very few cafe/pastries joints that have mushroomed in our neighborhood in very short span of time. I have visited couple of times. Their variety in pastries are awesome. The burgers would make you want more but sometimes they are bland- Need consistency. I have ordered fresh cream cakes before and this time I ordered for Fondant- Birthday cake for my mom. I would say I was so happy that I got more than I expected. Not only the colors were vibrant but also the taste was awesome. Our guests were so much pleased. I would say the price was reasonable for the work they have done. Thank u Tarts. Keep going.

I visit Tarts at least twice in a month. They are very good in showing the varieties and tastes good. Need to improve the response and services except that young boy pathetically responds to orders and takes his own time to take orders or deliver. Rest of them are really polite and good. Please do try for an delicious cakes, pizzas and desserts.

Delicious!!<br/>A small place indeed but only interns of space. I loved the bread that they use to make sandwich, very unusual taste, quite yummy. The menu over there is quite out of the pace, not like usual restaurants. BBQ chicken sandwich is very tasty, I liked the potato salad & chicken steak sandwich is also a must try.<br/>The bakery items like biscuits & cakes are also delicious, almond biscuit is very tasty.<br/>A nice n calm & quiet place to hang out with.

Had ordered a chocolate truffle cake with a fondant top with guitar in the centre and the wish on either side... Check out the image to believe it yourself what they gave me, I was impressed.. It was my daughters first birthday and i thought i had everything planned exquisite including the German Chocolate cake we ordered 1 week before with guaranteed door delivery, everything was set right except for the cake that arrived 1.5 hours late and i had to make multiple calls to know where the cake was and had the whole gathering anticipating to know where the cake may come or not. As about the cake it never tasted as an German chocolate ought to be and was clearly an different flavour.

A very decent place on this side of the town. Tarts is a go to for me when I have the urge for sweet tooth. They got nice varieties of desserts for a place that is situated far from the city. The irish cream cake is delicious. Apart from the dessert & cake items, i havent tried anything else.<br/>My friends do say they serve good sandwhiches, gotta try it next time. <br/>

A regular hangout place of ours post office, have no count of how many times have been there. Good sitting options,its near to home and has not diappointed us with its offerings. Best part is they always keep bringing new items in their menu.Also, Tarts is our one stop place for all birthday cakes.

After much speculation went to tarts. Really great taste and hygienically prepared. Haven't had a decent cheese sandwich since my college days - and tarts did not disappoint me. Their sandwich was not only cheesy but grilled cheesy. Their bread roll needs improvement though. Icrecreams are good as are the cakes. Must for anyone who wants to have a decent sandwich

Breads....all have a neat home baked aroma...and the softness combined with the fresh taste is mindblowing...A simple veg sandwich....mushy...cheesy and yummy bowled me over..They bakes your hearts...the only downside is the construction. .counter facing dark corner and casually arranged tables ..parking is the second best thing...enough place away from mainroad..

Been here for a couple of times...Milk pudding is awesome...one of the best item in Tarts...attendants were very friendly...bit expensive but go for it if you are near Selaiyur...

For my Birthday I ordered cake, along with donuts, etc costing more then Rs.1000.<br/><br/>The black forest cake was not all that good. I asked for white forest cake, but I was told not available.<br/>Do not eat donuts at Tarts. <br/>Badly made, seemed to be old stuff, not soft.<br/><br/>So overall experience is poor at Tarts, decided to  never ever come here.

Best place for all our pastry needs in Tambaram. Excellent varieties of cakes and pastries. Good work Guyzzz... :)

Hi,<br/>I have been to Tarts, many times and here I would like to appreciate them for their good work. Very friendly ambiance. Their cakes are so delicious and yummy. Every item is so good. I have been trying different items on my every visit. Mock-tails, Burgers, Finger Fish, Tacos, Pizza etc. The list goes on. No need to worry about what to choose. Choose what u feel and then sit and enjoy :)

At last finding a Mexican solace and after going through the card ordered tacos. The tacos was served with four pieces of tortilla breads baked with yellow and green capsicum, onions and cheese predominantly. This was topped with black pepper sauce. The time took for this is twenty minutes. Then for dessert o ordered panna cotta. The dessert is simmered with cream, milk and sugar and letting to cool and solidify. The toppings for it was dry fruit nuts and Chico powder. The dissatisfying point is the waiters are not sure about what is there and not there on the card.

YUMMY DESERTS...QUALITY IS GUD....
