The service given to me in SMF right from entry till I am discharged is commendable. The room is clean and the house keeping service was prompt. The personal attention given by the Senior Doctors and their team was heartening. Staff Nurses took personal care 24x7 which will be remembered by me. In short everything was systematically done. I had a great delivery experience with SMF ... Very surprising to find such hospitals these days who wait for normal delivery. I had consulted Obgyn.Dr.Sivagama Sundari definitely the best decision we had taken. She set my pregnancy journey right to avoid any complications and also made sure she waited for as long as possible to deliver baby normally. Also a big shout out to the team of nurses and duty doctors in labour ward (Girija, Vasanthi, Ranjitha,Sowmya Diana) who were there to cheer me up during the last tiring stages.

Today, I visited this hospital. As new, approached PRO, Mrs Amutha, I was directed to go to ENT OP just sideways in opposite. Dr Ilambarathi, excellent doctor. I'm wearing HA beyond 23 years. Debris cleaning done and exonerated. It is good hospital in Chennai and affordable price range. Service oriented and more values. Expert authors. Thankyou PRO mam and Doctors. Long live.

Took my friend to this hospital emergency department. The staffs and the doctors were really very polite and they listened to every details we said to them and helped us to understand what's happening with my friend. Also they explained about the possible things and all the available treatment for her condition and helped her recover. Excellent hospital with proper care, good hospitality from doctors, nurses, pharmacy, canteen, house keeping. Doctors dont go for unnecessary investigations. Myself being a doctor, was admitted for obstructive uropathy. Highly satisfied with my doctor Ganesh Kamath & his PGs ( Registrars)

The shifting of outpatient department to Mogappair is a big blow. Although a new annexe division is opened in 12th main road , patients are apprehensive

caring approach towards patients. Senior Customer service executive supported very well. housekeeping staff doing their job very neatly lot of support from all the people working very kind people will always reccomend had a great experience thankyou

I am visiting India after 12 years (from NZ). On day 3 my adventures peaked with severe diarrhoea and excruciating abdominal pain, hence had to be taken to ER (Emergency). I had the most wonderful experience at this practice! The facility is clean, the staff are welcoming, and I was seen immediately at the ER. All doctors who checked me, really listened to my concerns and helped me feel at ease. Friendly, proficient and CARING staff. Respect and kindness shown by everyone on the most scary and painful day. Hospital food provided for patient and attender was tasty and nutritious. The stay was very comfortable that I felt no need to rush my discharge. Thank you for all the care that you have given me over the past 2 days (8 and 9 May, both in ER and room 329). Your compassionate attention and professional care is super appreciated.
