The food was good especially tandoori chicken. But staff was not cooperating well. May be increase number of staffs for better operations.

The best in Quality & Taste
Majestic was in my bucket list for a long time.
It’s on Anna Salai with limited parking.
Restaurant is clean and hygienic suitable for family dine.
We ordered Hyderabad chicken biriyani, mutton Mughal biriyani, Gobi fried rice, parota with pepper chicken gravy.
Hyderabad biriyani was upto the expectation, spicy and yummy.
Mutton could have been more soft, not rubbery.
Pepper chicken flavour was not authentic, yet tasty.
Overall. Experience was memorable.
Total INR 1055.
Good food, service and ambience at affordable price👍

I could say one of the best biriyani i've ever had... My dad bought it once from then i've tried again twice... Quality+quantity=worth of money and great taste... All three tym i didn't see any variation in the taste.. Must try place for biriyani lovers..
Nice hotel on this stretch .I remember going to this place more than 10 years back before its renovation and gone after that.Nice place for having non veg food .Their biriyani is good and they could increase the meat quantity .Parking is the only constant on the busy road
Anybody with parotta, idiyappam and paaya or good decent briyani with big junk of meat .. This is the place for u .. Its opened till 12 ( if i am not wrong) as I remember walking in a little late than the usual dinner window. Surprisingly the entire menu was available and to add to that , it was served hot and fresh. When i say hot and fresh , i simply mean that it is not reheated.
It just reminded me of a good to visit place for some nice Muslim touch in the dishes and completely pocket friendly ..
They also have masala , sweet and plain buns of different shapes and sizes .. So do ensure you try them as well.
Happy eating ...

I visited few times only since i'm an eggetarian, but loved this restaurant.
I have tasted many veg and egg dishes, my favourite is 'Egg Pepper Masala'- vera level taste. This dish will be on my bill in my future visits. Roti items, Rices, Desserts and Beverages were all good.
Hot dishes around 11pm too, worth a visit.

I and my friends went and liked me very much there biriyani,Instead of brinjal, they give a different kind of curry that was awesome taste,
When I learned more about them, thier paya it's very delicious inshallah Next time decide to try it
My student had me visit this restaurant when I was sharing with my class my childhood experiences in Hyderabad. I was narrating my love for mutton samosas and Sulaiman tea with my dad every summer, when suddenly a child's face lit up. He began narrating his visits to Majestic Hotel every Sunday after church. Well that was one student's speaking test done, and my quest for mutton samosas begun!
Here's what I had (as directed by my student): mutton samosas with this yummy green chutney, aatukal soup (helped soothe my throat), idiyappam and pepper paya, Sulaiman chai and chocolate truffle. My husband who is an ardent fan of paya totally loved it.
Definitely going to be my evening tea stop once a month!
All this for ₹670/- was totally worth it!
And my student was totally right, "the paya is to die for".
I had visited this place with my friends.
Paratha and mutton chops are awesome combinations there major chicken is their special dish. They are maintaing their taste for many years Wonderfull experience. Suggesting everyone.
Mushroom 65 was not fresh

Husband's favourite restaurant. Whenever we r around he'll drag me to this place, only for their mutton samosas n dum tea. Had their shawarmas too... Everything is filled with flavour. Can't complain about anything!
Was looking out to have non veg breakfast along with my friend and we settled down for this.
Ordered mutton chops which was spicy with pepper in it and tasted great, gravies were given extra on ordering without hesitation and same gravy aswell. Mutton was cooked to perfection and it was juicy.
Porotas were fluffy and fresh tasted good.
Appam was fresh and cooked to perfection as they tasted sweet as expected.
Lemon tea - I liked as put the right amount of Lemon which was great tasted nice.
I would say a good place to have non veg breakfast. Will try other items next time.
good biryani..it was home delivery and was delivered quickly..
A die-hard fan of their mutton samsa and dum tea combo!! Visiting this place for years for this! For a change I tried their tender coconut pudding it was OK!
Thandoori chicken was awesome.. I had nice juicy flavour with gud amount of masala. Chicken lollipop I expected a saucy Chinese lollipop but I got dry one. So my kind suggestion is to just follow the instructions given by the customer.
Majestic 1963

A late night dinner around 11PM with a friend. Not too many choices on the way back home, decided to try Majestic 1963 in Nandanam, right next to the Audi showroom. I have been here a few times earlier, always liked the food here, especially the parottas. This time friend ordered Aappam and Paaya, in fact Idiyappam was the first choice. Since it was not available, he was okay with Aappam. I opted for a Shawarma Roll, since I wanted a bit more of it, ordered a Shawarma plate instead.
Good food , good services , good atmosphere . Food all were fresh in taste . Biriyani was well cooked flavours were balanced . Chicken and mutton in tender state . Delicious experience 👍🏽
A classic restaurant with modern outlook with great food items. Attukkaal Paya, and Samosa are my favorite.
Landmark place since 1963, many identify the region with name of the restaurant, retaining their quality of food and service ever since I know.
One best try-outs in the area. The food here is just perfect, especially the Ceylon Egg/Chicken Parotta. The Ambience is okay and has sufficient seating. Valet parking is available.
Chanced upon this place while hunting for a lunch joint in Nandanam. Simple order of non veg meals and fish fry. The meals was good. The gravies was not too watery. It was nice with full of flavour. The fish however was not upto the mark. It was a huge serving for 70 bucks but not fresh. You can tell it by the taste. The meals was wonderful and worth the 90Rs.
A joint worth trying for people who are looking for a VFM meal in and around Saidapet Nandanam area.
Situated in heart of the city and Great ambience and food for the price
We ordered
1 set Naan
1 Parotta
1 full tandoori chicken and briyani.
Overall It was a wow experience :D
Perfect place located in heart of the city
Good food
Great taste
Briyani is the special here
And prawn fried rice is there highlighted food
So just when whenever u r crossing saidapet
Just a make a try at this hotel.
Been. Here twice biryani lovers must try here and I was been here on 14th Nov 2017 for lunch oredered chilli fish starter and egg mughalai biryani both are so good and ambience descent look chennaities try here and hope you people well known about mejestic.excellent taste of food.
Must try : Idiyappam - paya (try their original version, not pepper version) , parotta - mutton gravy ( same, try their original version)
Don't even think of ordering biryani here. It is really bad. You will leave disappointed. Otherwise a neat restaurant with good service.
The taste of the dishes was absolutely exceptional. Whether you're a fan of spicy or mild, the menu offers a diverse range of options.
The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
If you're in the mood for some mouthwatering non-vegetarian dishes that are packed with flavor, this restaurant is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal.

They are located in a very busy road with limited parking so going during rush hour may be inconvenient. The place is quite famous around this area and I can say why after tasting their food. The restaurant is having good menu options for non vegetarian and the place is very pocket friendly. The food is delicious and authenticate the South Indian taste. The ambiance is good and staff is quick in taking orders
Food is good. Crispy lamb was good. But there is only 3 car parking slots in front of restaurant. Valet parking available but they are parked in no parking zone. Waiter is trying to evacuate seats as soon as possible.
Chicken Biriyani was really good. Don't order, special majestic biriyani because it's basically chicken fried rice served in a lesser quantity charged twice as much as the basic chicken biriyani. Caramel pudding was reallyyyy good..
Appreciate their Few unique dishes. As far as my experience , mutton dishes are their speciality. Well cooked in right manner. Ambience is not note worthy. Small car park and small dine hall are their disadvantages. But overall it's a must try restaurant for all.
The grilled chicken is probably amongst the best in Chennai. The chettinad chicken gravy was also very good. The fish pozhichathu was so filling and worth the price as well. Overall a place worth visiting repeatedly.
Ambience and environment is quite good. Quality of all food is nice, and quantity of food is good. Taste of the food is good, but some foods I found salt less, and some with spicy. Instruct them if you want to avoid more spicy. Service is good, and prices are little bit Higher for me, I felt, but some said it's reasonable for their taste, quality and quantity of foods. We started with their Sweet corn chicken soups and then tried their Spl Chicken Briyani with mild masala flavour, Grilled Chicken, Butter Naan, Tikka masala with spicy, coconut tender and Falooda.
I ordered biryani and veg.cutlet. As I love spicy foods, I enjoyed the food. But for my daughter, it was too spicy. However we can inform them to add less spice while ordering the food.
The food was tasty and I was surprised to see less crowds during the weekend lunch. Most of the restaurants moved only to biriyani they still serve non veg meals. Non-veg meals was a bit spicy for my taste, but no compromise on taste quality and quantity.
Place to enjoy non-veg varieties from tea, snacks like Samosa to pot biryani, Chinese and Arabian foods. Also has desserts like chocolate bun, brownie and Tender coconut pudding.
We had a simple business Lunch here. The Malabar Parotta is ok not so fresh, but the curries are tastier. I took veg options while my friend went for Non-veg. He liked them very much. It is for Non-veg guys. A bit overpriced for a middle class Indian, but worth for the business Lunch. They recently did a makeover and the ambiance is nice. A/C doesn't have much throw, the corners need additional fans to bring the air.
