Amazing place to hang out with your friends. The variety of foods they are provide is pretty amazing and exotic. The food is costly and will burn your pockets. The ice creams, brownies and waffles are delightful. The traffic in the road could be upsetting though. A place for special parties, not every day snack shop

Second time here and all items served were good like our previous time. Only drawback was that they didn't have many of the options in the menu available for order. This made us to limit our choices. The ambience of the place also makes it suitable for a date.

I visited this restaurant when it was there in phoenix market city. I had a milkshake, pizza and crepes. It is fairly priced and satisfactory. The quantity served was sufficient to fill stomach for two people. They food presentation was very nice. They took quite sometime to serve food. The taste was a bit below expectation. I expected a lot from the crepes but they tasted average, the milkshake was delicious and the pizza was average too. The food was fresh. The ambience was very normal, not very attractive or pleasing, nor was it boring. Kind staff. In conclusion for me it was a one time visit cafe. I enjoyed the time i spent there but i would not visit again.

Who wants chocolate kanju?? Please place a homedelivery order from " CHOCOLATE ROOM" . WORST!! Chocolate lava cake...very bad experience. Unless and until you want chocolate shit please order from here and their customer executive is vera level

One of the abandoned places near Velachery junction. The waiter will treat you like why is somebody here 😂 Food is very average

I ordered a cottage cheese pizza and a margherita. But what I received shocked me. The pizzas came in a local bakery cake box with "chco room" written on the box with a pencil. Also the boxes were tampered before they are delivered to me. When I opened the boxes, there was a slice of pizza missing from both the boxes. They sent whatever was available to them that they did not even bother to check what's ordered. Both the boxes contained cheese pizza with leftover seasoning and cheese that's not even melted.<br/>What disappointed me the most is the way zomato handled the issue. The zomato customer executive continuously argued that the order was correct in spite of providing him the images. This is customer service at it's worst. What I cannot understand that if the restaurant actually sent the pizzas in that condition or the delivery guy bought the pizzas from a different restaurant after having a slice for himself

Paid 20/- extra for warming mug but was served in cover also not tasty

There is nothing great to share yet a simple place, I asked for a chocolate bomb they said its not available, then I asked for a chicken burger again they said its not available. they only gave us a very good options, I ordered waffles with ice cream and white pasta. Waffles was not even made well there is no taste at all, and the pasta was okayish.

It was hard to digest only that was the quantity of that dish😵 which also didnt taste good. Reason is that our order was stuffing of fresh vegetables with cheese in a hot Italian bread. We felt the stuffing was too less and we felt like eating the small small pieces of Italian bread only.<br/><br/>But we are still more brave enough to try out chocolatie chocolatie items in that outlet as they have vareities of chocolate dishes. That dish has base of chocolate mousse. Absolutely loved the place. This place is soooo underrated. And the prices are too low for the quality of food they provide. Every single item we ordered was dope. Good stuff, good place and good people.

Not worth the money at all we ordered a chicken sandwich and a Alfredo pasta both had no chicken in it and hugely overpriced. The pasta was bland with no cheese or chicken and onions in it were raw. The sandwich was also small and filled with only mayo and no chicken. Portion was very little compared to the price they charged us. Horrible experience. Rodent alert.<br/>We saw a 7 inch big Rodent moving around the restaurant.<br/>The place is not at all well maintenand and deserves to be raided by food safety regulators.<br/>It should be closed for maintenance as the seats and the walls are looking like they will break anytime.<br/>

I had an important meeting here and we were 10 people. First speaking of ambience. It was on lower side. The visual merchandising products were all dusty. The tables were not clean and the sofa seats were torn.<br/>On the other hand the Air conditioner is poor and a few were under maintenance.<br/><br/>When it comes to food we orders some cappuccino, cold coffee and tea , coming back to food we ordered french fries and waffles.<br/><br/>The food is good but the waffle kind of disappointed the taste buds. It didn't even motivate me to click pics.<br/><br/>The place is good for people who wants to discuss something in deep and confidential as they don't disturb you and the staff are really friendly and very responsive.<br/><br/>Overall you may visit once if you have no choice to get over your hunger pangs.<br/>

Very bad packing... Hot coffee was delivered in juice glass and sugar wrapped in tissue with rubber band. Panini had very less filling, not worth for the money paid. Poor quality and standard.

Very good place to have continental and desserts. Pizza had a different flav than the regular domino's and the Nachos was to the best. Would like to visit again. Fast service and cost was reasonable

First of all the pizza stuck to the top side of the carton. the pizza was so cold and hard. not just hard but so brittle. it was in crumbles when it arrived. even a one star cannot be given for this kind of food.

I went here at approx 5pm on a weekday. They had NONE of their hot chocolates except Strawberry and Mint. When I asked if they had the plain, they said they didn't even have the classic! I then asked for a milkshake - and guess what! they had no vanilla ice cream. A chocolate room without Vanilla ice cream! Then, i assumed my food would compensate. Instead, look what I got in my food: a male hair. (In the images)Really sad to see quality control in Indian restaurants being so dismal. Why not just shut shop.

Packaging should be made better.

This is the first time I've received pizza in a Tupperware box. This good for nothing pizza costs around 400? Pathetic packing and I am very sure it's not thin crust, you guys packed whatever you could find and sent it away thinking of getting away with it.

Visited this place to have chocolate bomb, their signature dish. To my great disappointment it wasnt available there. After which we ordered paneer sandwich, pizza and for dessert KitKat milkshake. The sandwich was ok. I loved the pizza. The crust was thin, they had plenty of cheese and the toppings were decent quantity wise. The showstopper was chocolate KitKat milkshake (it's obvious as this place is known for dessert) . A bit overpriced. You will have many options if you are that intense dark chocolate lover.

Ambience was not as good as the other one in Coimbatore but the service was quite fast and good. The look out dish Chocolate Bomb was missing but pasta made it up for it and was much more that satisfying to fill your tummy!

Parking is hassle but rest of them are quite good.  Cappuccino flavor makes a lot of warmth and fragrance atmosphere to have a group of chatting.  Choco choco sundae and chocolate lava lava are really soft and made up of full creams with choco strands, nice taste.  Really good.  Next time definitely I would try different.  Keep rocking.

Very nice ambience and staff are awesome.   Death by pancake is worthy to try.  Preferable smoking items are extraordinaire that i have never tasted anywhere which is the real landmark for that particular item.  More comfortable and price worth to tag for it,

The food was packed really badly. The pasta that we ordered was coming out. The shake/ice cream that we ordered was placed right on top of the house pasta, so that's just useless now. Myself and my friend went here yesterday.Ordered chocolate chocolate sundae and thank god its sundae.The latter was worth trying and its a mix of truffle cakes with icecream with some addons.the other one was okayish

I just had two items here. One is the cafe mocha and other is potato wedges. <br/>Cafe mocha was justified. <br/>I was not happy with the potato wedges. A normal red sauce was too cliche. They could have given some mayo or a different one for that price.

I thought he would like the combination and ordered Chociza - Banana & Marshmallow (was served hot and gooey) he loved it<br/>Chocolate truffle cake (again was served hot in chocolate sauce)<br/>Cottage cheese pizza - 3.5/5 (was a little spicy but I guess that's just me. I am not a spicy food lover)<br/>Brownie Milkshake - 4/5 (served with fresh cream). For Rs.229, they should have added more brownie and an ice cream topping but it's okay. This place is simply awesome.. Such a cute place wid good people.. But place for dessert lovers.. I ordered a chocolate pudding and a choco lava lava.. Both de desserts were amazing.. I really loved the chocolate lava lava.. It tasted really good.. The brownie was soft and de chocolate sauce and the ice cream went on well.. As well as de chocolate pudding.. It was soft and filled wid choco chips.. The price was reasonable too.. They do have pasta pizza and other quick bites.. :)

We ordered a mushroom pizza and sunday mood pasta. We were the only customers in a late afternoon and they took their own sweet time to deliver our order. Pizza came first after 20 min and was warm (??!!!) but the taste was okay. Pasta arrived still 20 later but was hot. We were happy by the looks till we took our first bite. Absolutely no salt and it had the flavour of just milk and nothing else. How horrible it could be when we were super hungry. I cancelled the pasta and paid for pizza alone and went to wash my hands. Surprised to see a rest room in such a bad condition... No water in the wash basin and had too wash my hands in the loo. Such a disgusting poor maintained common loo with a very strong odour of phenoyl. Advise you to better skip washing hands here after eating (only if you had food with salt) to avoid throwing.<br/><br/>Restaurants these days are particular only in stealing our money without providing basic needs. All i could see is worthless/tasteless food with fancy names having exorbitant price and taxes. Western food, Western price but Chinese quality.

Was here two years back.<br/>Had chocolate rum and death by chocolate. <br/>Loved both.<br/>Chocolate rum was warm and in perfect consistency.<br/>Death by chocolate, it was an array of chocolate crepe I suppose. Layered with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and ice cream. <br/>It was out of the world. But they took a really long time to serve. <br/><br/>But it's far from my home. We didn't taste the actual flavor which it said to have:-( Cafe mocha was supposed to have d chocolate flavor where as %as the name says hazelnut for d latter. Both were just plain Latte's tat too warm not hot!!<br/>We had good time chatting sitting there hence we didn't mind it much but it wasn't worth the amount we paid!!

I couldn't salvage it because the cardboard was stuck to the entire cheese layer and there's nothing to eat without that... So had to trash it too... <br/><br/>Sandwich - I never had a sandwich thats chewier... But it's better than the pancakes and the pizza, so ate that... All the types of sundaes are very very tasty here. Specially the chocolate chocolate sundae. The affogato here is also worth a try. Loved the tiramisu hot chocolate here as well! And you should totally try the tcr chocolate express cake! Loved this place! ❤️

Horrible is the word. Ordered a pizza, and 2 pastas ... The delivery boy came in a shorts and a batman tshirt.. The pizza pack was crushed under the 2 pasta packs.. Opened the food... The cheese was dry and stuck to the top of the pizza pack....<br/><br/>Mediterranean Pasta: the white sauce pasta was drenched and submerged in a sauce that had exactly 4 jalapeños and the sauce tasted more like milk.<br/><br/>Pan toasted penne alfredo: thick sauce of spices overloaded where the pasta was submerged. This is what it was. Tasted and knew this is gonna give me a bad Monday stomach.<br/><br/>700rs went to nothing. <br/>The food was unacceptable to the non existent mouth. <br/><br/>Threw the food in the dustbin.<br/><br/>

Worst place to visit... Velacherry bypass chocolate room branch was exactly located near to a big drainage pool that welcomes you with its pleasant smell. Only 50% of the items on the menu was available and the in charge women was very rude. They didn't have card swiping machine and when I paid with cash they told we don't have change.

We have selected this place to celebrate our sister's bday but regretted later. We reached there by 11am sharp and found the guys still cleaning the place.. No AC no professionalism no good vibes at all.. We decided to make it lighter after seeing the ambience so we ordered a cheese pizza, brownie shake,blackcurrant cooler and rocher shake.. Trust me the blackcurrant cooler tasted like syrup and warm.. Brownie shake was not great but drinkable.. I liked the rocher shake and cheese pizza comparatively.. Bill was 1000bucks which is not worth for the food we had.. I would not recommend this place until they do something about it..

The chocolate room is standard in their servings.The price is high and I don't know why for what they provide.But,this outlet at the Phoenix Market city has a great siting area and is nice .I was full so I tried the Chocolate Avalanche and it was great in looks and is yummy.The nuts and the chocolate were a great combo in taste and is a plate for 3 people .So,definitely try the chocolate servings here.

Chocolate everywhere ❤️ one best hogspot for Choco lovers ! All you have n the menu is chocolate dishes only and few other limited flavours too. I tried hot chocolate sizzling brownie with vannila icecream this time . Death to chocolate pan cakes are their signature dish here .

I never wanted to be so rude on writing about any place before but to be honest , this is the worst place I've ever visited. So suffocating and unhygienic . I thought of running away from the place as soon as I entered but settled down because the staff tried to comfort me with better seating in a few minutes. Obviously that didn't happen. I ordered a cheesy garlic bread and it was a disaster. The bread was plain and tasteless and the chesse was in a rubber like consistency. I had to pay 150 rs for this. I would never think of visiting this place again.

Never had such a bad experience at a cafe. Please avoid.Not at all hygienic. Order hot chocolate which sucked big time. The air conditioning is not working ng. I didn't know why I have to pay exorbitant prices.

Very worst experience.. No AC available.. service is too slow ..Food is not at all good..I ordered Nachos, lava ice cream etc..and cancelled the lava ice cream since nachos itself took 30+ mins.. cheese on the nachos are not at all good..it tastes like saltless idli batter.. not even deserved for single rating.. even though many complained regarding AC.. Management is not taking any steps..waste of money..

Dear Manangement, <br/><br/>My name is Sruthi, and im writing or rather complaining about the worst service of the particular branch in Chennai at Velachery, neaar the by pass road. <br/><br/>First of all, its the team's duty to inform the customers that the card machine is not working prior to the dining , its insane to expect every customer to have enough cash to pay the whole bill. I was NOT informed by your team in Chennai, i happily placed my order, after a disastrous food experience<br/><br/>Lemonade : Gelusil Water <br/>Pizza : Base was un cooked and tasted flacky <br/>Cheese Fondue : Where is the cheese ? or the maida sauce is it ? with some oil  drunk bread pieces.<br/><br/> the waiter very calmly tells that NO CARD, pay via CASH or PAYTM. The location of this branch is in very shady area, and it was around 10 pm in the night, all the team expects me is to go to the ATM and bring CASH, so i had no choice to settle down for the PAYTM option.  <br/><br/>And to my next shock, instead of the QR code, i was ask to tranfer money to the PERSONAL or some number of the manager of the branch, named GOPALAKRISHAN. So i wanted to see the manager before i make the payment. The store assistant gives me the next shock, that he is on leave . <br/><br/>And he has given his personal number to transfer money for the food i had at the franchise.<br/><br/>I really dont know how the franchise scheme policy works, but its solely the name of the very famous FOOD Chain's name that is getting damaged. <br/><br/>I have no belief on the manager that such money would even reach the office account. Cant post the PAY TM screen shot here  bec its saved in PNG, ( not sharing his phone number which was given me to transfer the money, due to privacy policy )<br/>I request the team to take some action.<br/><br/>Btw AC is not working in this branch, and we are in CHENNAI and its SUMMER.FYI.<br/><br/>Yours unsatisfied customer

As always this place has been too good for a chocolate lover! We tried the peanut butter frappé and the Ferraro rocher choctail for drinks. Both were perfect with the right amount of sweetness. We also tried the chocolate Pancake which was extremely rich in chocolate for sure!

A newly famous place. Its actually very nice place to hangout with buddies.<br/><br/>The food is just normal but the crowd and the environment here is quite great. <br/><br/>I enjoyed alot.<br/>thank you

IT was a sudden meet up with my friends and taught of going this place to hav some good ice creams and shakes this place is located in 100ft road , velacherry opp to thalapakatty it was hard for us to locate this place. The ambience was okayish we orderd for a brownie shake which was okay 🙂 could have been much better then we got chocolate icereams with waffles and fries 🍟 they were good 😊 its a nice place 🙂

If you are a sweet tooth..then obviously you can add this to your bucket list... different kinds of sweets and shakes..sure goin to make you mouth water... being a sweet tooth..I go often whenever I head to grand mall

It's a small place near Starbucks in Phoenix. The outside seating is wonderful. We had ordered the Marshmallows Waffles and the Russian Panino. The waffles were really good in terms of texture and taste, lightly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Mind you these are the American waffles, not the Belgian ones. The waffles were loaded with chocolate and had a side of marshmallows. Would've been better if the marshmallows were roasted though. The Russian panino wasn't particularly special. Regular coleslaw in panini bread with a side of fries and salsa.

A small but happening place. <br/>A great choice for people who are crazy for cheese and chocolate. <br/>Had Cheese Fondue and chocolate pudding. <br/>Both were good in taste.<br/>Would definitely recommend for Desserts.

The place looks shady from the get go. It was almost empty and looked like it didn't have a lot of people going there. The air conditioning was not working and there were too many mosquitoes. We had ordered a chocolate pizza and two normal waffles. The base of the pizza was bad, stale and tough. The waffles were raw and unfinished. On the bright side, the food *looked* good.

Addicted to chocolate then visit this place. I tired nutela frappe n coffee mocha, nutela frappe is so yummy n very refreshing taste n coffee mocha is simple hot coffee. But will visit again to try other deserts,beverages, food from their menu.<br/><br/>26/9/17 - My second visit to chocolate house once again proved to be very satisfying as earlier reviews suggest. This time my order was Pasta,pizza,sandwich,nachos n ice tea n chocolate popsicle. For 3 people its was filling n yes a satisfied tummy in the end. Nachos was good,the chocolate popsicle was tempting as it was made very good. Good place to hangout with friends n have Good food or drink.
