One of the best apartments in Chennai... Great society and excellent atmosphere to live safely. I do not know if there are any other apartment in this vicinty which is so closely knit, joins together and celebrates together. Let it be Pongal, New Year, Christmas, Republic / Independence day, Avani Avittam - woooow. its fun to be in the crowd.. You will not move out once you are here.. I am fortunate to be a Proud Owner here!!!!
Had been there for a week. It was a very nice experience. Very clean. 24 hrs security. Calm and peaceful. All amenities available nearby. Very good walking track with children's play area.
It is a quiet apartment. Though it was considered upscale before a few years now it is more affordable. Neatly maintained too.
