I have been to this place thrice and every time it was unplanned.
When we visited there for the first time we had a very great time.
DJ was so good and it was opened till some 1 am.
Second time was also good.
Third time DJ was playing some old Hindi songs which doesn't give us that feel to dance.
For food we orderd crispy chilli potato which was sliced in fine pieces
Pizza was way too small but it tastes good.
Pasta was really nice and chicken wings took a lot of time to come. Food was good but drinks wasn't that good.
Dance floor is very big here and couple entry as well as entry for girls is free.
Zomato gold is applicable on food.
Altogether it's a one time visiting place.

Pretty good ambience with friendly staffs. This place was bigger than we expected. They had offers going on in a random app and we used it and got a pretty good deal. Not so many varieties in the menu. But a must visit place during the weekends
The service was not good to be straightforward! But it all dint matter when the dj started playing Bollywood and Punjabi songs. Menu was useless as they only had expensive stuff available there, so be ready to empty ur pockets! But the experience was awesome as I had good company!😍

Mostly gud pubs nd restaurants r there in chennai only becoz of north people so that's the only thing we can enjoy here in chennai.
Sherlock's Pub has an uber cool vibe. That's probably the best thing about it! It gives off a British feeling and is very beautifully themed according to the BBC show.
Upon entering 221B Baker Street, you're met with an amazing selection of British music playing. It's a great place for screenings as well!
They've got a great collection of alcohol. Highly recommend using Zomato Gold here as it is slightly pricey.

Happening Place nice dance floor. They keep the crowd engaged with events everyday in the calendar. Food was good but Pizzas could be better.
A great place for good food, drinks and live music. The staff are attentive even in spite of crowds. The menu is fairly exhaustive and covers most palate pleasers. We ordered the pizza, golden fried prawns, dragon chicken and kodi vepuddu.
All the alcohols and food were delicious. The pizza was thin crust and with the right mix of sauce, base and cheese. The prawns were delicately crunchy and naturally sweet (a great sign that it's fresh). The dragon chicken was tender with a light crunch and perfectly spiced to go well with the alcohol we ordered. Kodi vepuddu is the highlight dish for me. Succulent chicken with chilly and spices. Traditional yet modern and a great accompaniment to our drinks.
If you don't mind the crowd and the slightly loud music it's a great place to hang out with friends. There is a cover charge for entry that is fully redeemable against food and alcohol. We went on a Saturday so not sure if this is the case for other days also. Dont miss this pub.
The place is a great treat for Sherlock fans. A nicely themed bar with decent food. Happy hours applicable even on weekends and that too till 8 pm...this makes it a value for money place as well.

It use to be my go to neighborhood bar at Bangalore and after coming to Chennai also one of my go to neighborhood bars. The food is amazing and the music and ambience is also super fun. The staff's are courteous and friendly. Coming to the drink Everytime they see me they try to make an new cocktail since they know I like trying good cocktails this shows their level of dedication and their passion. Pocket friendly as well.

I ordered for a portion of Thai green curry, a penne chicken pasta, and chicken noodles.
The green curry tasted good. The flavour was proper Thai. The pasta lacked a bit of salt. The noodles was as usual. Good.
The beer was served in the perfect chillness.
The service seemed to be a bit slow. But the staff were well mannered.
The ambience gave a good feel and dint look sketchy. Overall happy with the place. Would go back again.

Was there on Saturday, It was Bollywood night and I should the say Dj was good and violinist was awesome playing amazing songs with the violin.
Coming to the drinks had liit and comso it was awesome and enjoyed to the most.
Food - The salt and pepper wings was awesome and tasted good. Peri peri fries was the winner and lived it. The South Indian fried fish was ok and would say didn’t meet our expectation.
Would love to go there again and party.

Visited this place a few days back just because Zomato gold was available on drinks. The ambience was great but we were still skeptical about the food due to some not so great reviews in Zomato.
We had reached by around 3 pm where the staff had informed us about the weekend buffet which cost around 999 with unlimited drinks (including any local drinks, ie beer or whiskey or brandy) and, of course unlimited food. Since a few of us were teetotallers they even agreed to unlimited mocktails. We made the math and it sounded like a good deal, so decided to get into the action.
Since all of us were vegetarian, we had to choose between veg salad, greek salad and barbecued vegetables for starters. We were also specially served veg manchurian balls, fresh cut pineapples, cheese toast and tandoori vegetables as accompaniments. Those who drank chose domestic brandy and mentioned the taste as great. They were glad to provide additional larges as we kept finishing the initial servings. For the teetotallers too, they had served fruit punch and virgin mojito.
The best aspect about the lunch - more than the lip smacking food - was their courteous service. They were kind enough to explain the options available and service was extremely fast and unlike what we read in the other reviews they were very polite. Maybe it was because we were the only crowd there on that Sunday afternoon.
Special mention must go to the main course comprising some fantastic veg dum biryani along with dal makhani and raita. The veg pasta available was among the best we had in the city and my friend couldn't stop raving about it. There was also the customary curd rice, which I didn't have but was good per my friend. The desserts included mousse which was delicious, some thick well made paal payasam and an excellent hot halwa. For a moment it was a bit surreal, as if we had gone to a posh buffet restaurant with unlimited drinks as well.
Despite it being the fag end of the lunch time, they kept refilling and asked us politely if we need anything else before closing the buffet. I haven't ever had such a wide spread of dishes in any restobar and for me it was absolutely worth every penny we paid for it. While they closed around 4 pm, we had already stocked our table with what we wanted and they politely waited for us to finish eating (which happened around 4:30) after which we asked for the bill.
The bill came to 3001 only and we were more than glad to leave a handsome tip as well. All my friends were happy and we would definitely be back again for more.
The pub in this hotel used to be a quiet and mediocre place a few years back. After the renovation, it is an unexpected surprise. Little costly and food takes a bit long to arrive. But nice place to chill out on Saturday night. The electric violinist was amazing.

We went here because we had a few hours to kill before catching a bus to kodai. Being a Thursday afternoon, the place was pretty empty. The decor here is really cool and the staff were friendly. The food was really quite delicious for a pub. The musuc wasn't very good but that might be because of the lack of people and it being an afternoon. With zomato gold on drinks there really wasn't much to complain about. I might go back here on a weekend night to really get a feel for the place.

A special mention about food served at this place is one of the best in town . We have tried some tandoori dishes as our appetizers it was out of the world . The chef at Sherlock has given out best tandoori dishes . mouthwatering broccoli tikka & paneer tikka must try .

Very expensive and full of college crowd... Food is fine ... But if you're budget drinking do avoid.... The staff treat you like the junkie college crowd so I'm not visiting again. Ambiance is good for tho.

My sister dragged me to this place she keeps bragging about. And I'm quite surprised myself. The ambiance is quite exciting for a SH fan! This is another underrated place in Chennai where the ambience is good but wasn't that crowded on a SATURDAY night! We went for a Halloween party and got face paintings too!
One thing i disliked about the service is that they made us pay before getting the food and it was quite new and i wish the management changes that. The Alfredo pasta was super!

It was a joyful time in Sherlock's pub. They have good seating arrangements and the food quality is good. I would like to visit again on my next chennai trip.
Come to this pub to be "Sherlocked". It is easy to fall in love with this place. Firstly it has one of the most friendliest service staffs in Chennai. The place is large, clean, well Air-conditioned and well lit. When I walked in it was empty and soon it started to fill up so quickly. The short eats are superb and well priced too. The place is not cheap but is not expensive too. I had some issue with the beer being flat but they went a long way to convince me and also replace the beer. It could have easily been swatted away with some excuse. This shows that they take their customers very seriously and want them to come back again and again. Well done and Sherlocks and I am Sherlocked !!!!

They did not substract the entry fees amount in the bill. They refused to refund us saying we should have reminded them while making the bill. Poor behaviour.
A decent Pub where you can spend time with friends. DJ and disco lights is available as usual. You can dance wherever you are seated. Has a balcony view and orders are served where we are seated.

Amazing place to visit, has live music. The food here is also good. To hangout with friends or after office you can just go in to spend some beautiful time here with your loved or near ones.
