Review Pizza Hut - Chennai (Madras)

Pizza is awesome and especially the non veg Nawab special. Cleanliness can be better maintained. No bill provided and how do we know the offer of 1+1 when we pay almost same amount of money. Otherwise we enjoyed the Food.

I have tried medium sized sizzled chicken and some scheswan cheesy pizza was good. Very much satisfied in the work of the employees💯

This Pizza hut is an absolute bliss. Clean cutlery, friendly staff. Not too over crowded. Cute decor for a franchise. A few of the items on the menu was not available. Need to improve stocking of certain supplies. But otherwise a beautiful place to dine.

Tried the meal for 2 Tandoori Paneer pizza with cheese crust for Rs 625. It came with wedges, dip sauce and garlic bread as sides. The potato wedges were good. I prefer pizza and garlic bread in Dominos. The garlic bread was thinner and longer which made it less fluffy. The end of crust of the pizza was bigger than I expected which made the area for the contents less. The set up is quite good and there were no other customers on a Monday night. The number of mosquitoes were quite shocking for an international food chain.

First con is, need to climb up all the way to first floor which has multiple steps. Not very comfortable for kids and elders. Food was good, we had ordered for the traditional cheese and corn pizza combo which cost around 289 including taxes. But the so called Lemonade masala was not great. The standard phrase- Enjoy your meal/The pan is hot was not said. Even though the staffs were very polite and had a smile on the face. The traditional Bell, the ambience were all feel good and nice

Food was very tasty, service and maintaining the place was too good. Not much crowded. Good response from employees.

I ordered a new treple treat meal box veg. Which has .<br/><br/>2 medium pizzas<br/>1 garlic bread stix<br/>1 potato poppers ( 15 pcs)<br/>1 Veg stuffed roll<br/>With some dip also.<br/><br/>But I charged only 722 with all taxssss.<br/><br/>😄😄😄 wow . I am really happy with tasty pizzas and value meal. I will recommend to this my friends also...great going pizzahut....

placed order from delivery,  for paneer vegroma and garlic bread, garlic bread didn't really win us over and could have packed more punching power in it........

It's located in it park, l can't go to have pizza in this outlet, but whenever I placed order through online for delivery I getting speed nice service...

Last Wednesday I visited this store usually we are getting delivery from to the which is inside RMZ campus 1 but for change we went had a lunch there we had the 50 % flat offer on medium that was really helpful for my wallet when I used to go for my birthday treat and pizzas were so good got the order within 10 mins happy to spend the time there ....

Tried their new triple treat combo. Was good and to all my friends liking. Will definitely order back with you people.  Only disappointment was ketchup being charged extra though...

Thursday afternoon,really hungry and without any desire to go out. I checked online and give it a try to order in pizza hut RMZ..! It was exactly the way I wanted...! <br/>Excellent pizza with fresh ingredients. Delivery is fast. Customer service is in a league of its own. Very user friendly service. Highly recommended

Its a fast food joint and moat of my experiences at fast food jointa are the same. The food is very consistent usually, which is a good thing. Ive had a few opposing instances though. Ita the service and time that make the difference. The service is fair and the time taken to serve is decent too. Their value lunch combos are good for a small appetite.

Personaly i had a great experiance with this outlet in chennai. Pizza served was very yummy and not to forget those yummy cheese garlic toast.

There is no negative rating, I Wish it should be there in Zomato, this restaurant not even deserve a 0. Pathetic pizza & Pathetic taste. Never going this pizza outlet until I die. It doesn't mean That making your pizza packaging good makes your pizza's good.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!<br/><br/>Phone Order Placed: 8:50PM, 5/20/2016<br/><br/>1st Exec- Took the order and said, it will reach within 45 minutes. Store is not very far from where I stay.<br/><br/>After 45 minutes, I called to confirm about the status of my order. <br/><br/>2nd Exec- With a straight face, denied that they did not receive any order. I gave my Phone number, Address to confirm the order status. Still, the answer was "NO". I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor and made him understand, to which he said, your order will reach in 20 minutes. I accepted their apology and waited for another 20 minutes for the order to be delivered. In the interim, my family and friends at home were waiting as well from more than 1 hr. Just out of curiosity, I called them back to confirm whether it will take time or is the delivery boy on it's way.<br/><br/>3rd Exec - Informed me that there is no order registered by the phone number from which I am calling or any other alternate number. Meanwhile, the time is 10:15PM. I asked him to speak to the supervisor to know the status, to which he again replied that you did not pick up your phone number, hence the delivery boy came back.(BS Excuse)<br/>. After the argument over the phone, the delivery boy came at 10:45PM with ice cold pizzas and warm cold drink. I had to return the order as all my friends had left by then. <br/><br/>I would suggest all of you to please take some sort of confirmation, they will start blaming you that you did not give proper address, proper phone number. <br/><br/>Very Disappointed with <br/>the Pizza Hut service here. I am never ordering here again and will make sure no one from my circle does that too.....Thanks for your splendid services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst pizza hut franchise ever. If I call or visit an Italian restaurant I expect its employees to understand basic English. But it is not so with this place. None of them can speak or understand a complete English sentence. Inspite of giving the complete address with landmark, every time the delivery boy calls up and asks the address in Tamil and can't understand head or tail of what I say. You can open a south indian food joint franchise if you can't keep proper employees.

Standard service, access issues for outsiders will be a challenge. Staff members are courteous. Food court being shared is not ver neat and needs a real uplift

Review for Pizza hut delivery, OMR<br/><br/>Pathetic service :<br/><br/>1. Went by 10pm, they said only cash no card service. (actual service is 11AM - 11pm).<br/>2. No drinking water bottle<br/>3. They billed for Pepsi pet bottle, later while servicing started arguing that we won't service Pepsi pet bottle, after long argument they gave me the bottle.<br/>

Just a regular pizza joint in a food court. We ordered Cheese Garlic bread, some pizzas (veg and non veg) and also some desserts.<br/><br/>They did not have the mexican versions of any pizzas which was pretty disappointing for us.<br/><br/>The garlic bread was nice. Had some generous cheese topping with some black olives. The pizzas were very mediocre though. Average crust with the same flavor on 2 versions of paneer pizza. <br/><br/>The desserts were better here. The chocolate mousse had a nice brownie on the inside. There was another dessert (name of which I don't recall) which was served pretty cold and had some choco chips on top. It was melting off and not so very great. <br/><br/>Given the vantage point of the location, it would be nice to see some better food coming up from this place seriously!

This is my often adda... mostly will be here on Wednesday's for dont cook Wednesday offer. I love chicken tikka pizza.. Overall the taste and price are average.

Been to many phds in chennai but never had such horrible pizza like I had here. They served me just the crust with some cheese on it without any toppings. It was not the plain cheese pizza that I ordered. I told them to replace it but they just sprinkled the toppings on the same and served it. No need to say it was awful.

Worst buy. Waste of money n spoiled weekend. Don try even if ya gotta free coupon.

Always a mouthwatering experience when i am in this  "Paradise of oven-baked flat bread's stuffed with gobs of cheese, sausage, pepperoni and lot more... Sooo i had ordered pizza here for home delivery and it rots nooo taste at alll i mean the pizza should be some what hot but it had turned cold when it was delivered i meab we had to re bake it and stilll the taste and everything was bad i wish there are much more less points to give to this place i would rate it 0.5 out of 5

Wanted to taste the new birizza. Its only 9:30pm, they said order will take 30 minutes.. Ordered. After 20 mins they r saying birizza is over.. Come on guys its weekend.. Unacceptable..

Ordered for a home delivery which did not turn up after more than 2 hours and that too I stay May be 3 km from this unit... Finally the delivery guy calls at 10.30 pm for checking the address.. Asked him not to bother delivering...

I really had a very bad experience in Pizza Hut – RMZ Millennium Business Park, Tharamani - Chennai. It started right next when i plan to place my order, the person who has to take order said he is already taking an order and when I checked there were 2 persons who was discussing among them to give order (but not started placing ordering). When I asked about that, he started arguing with me. Though I stopped and asked him to leave it, he never minded and keep pulling me for argument and it went for around 15 minutes. He is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to a customer. He doesn't know to serve a customer in a pleasant way. I decided not visit any pizza hut store here then for their customer service. If Pizza hut doesn't value customer, then definitely they are going to lose so many customer like me in a daily basis. This incident happened in a corporate office, it is really pathetic that there is not even a manager to take care of this store or solve the issues on spot. The Name of the person who took the order is Ramesh – 1049 (I believe this is his ID).

This is more of a "Special Offer Awareness Message" than a review because, let's face it, foodies who know a thing or two about Chennai don't exactly visit Pizza chains; and if they do, it's because they had no other choice or there's a highly tempting special offer they stumbled across. I belong to the latter.<br/><br/>I was sitting in my cubicle, browsing through Facebook when I came across a post about this "Buy one Medium Pizza, get one free" offer shared by a friend. "Now which self-respecting person shares a pizza offer on Facebook?", you might think, but there's a Pizza Hut outlet in my food court and we pass by it everyday without giving as much as a second glance because it simply doesn't make sense to have their overpriced, thick, boring pizzas unless you yourself are bored, or hate spending sensibly, or you're an expat whose digestive system is struggling to cope with Indian cuisine.<br/><br/>But this was an offer I couldn't refuse, two medium pizzas for the price of one! Not to mention the fact that I was actually really bored that day. Most pizza chains claim that a Medium Pizza serves 2 people, but in the real world it actually serves only one, one very bored, hungry, gluttonous, fast-food junkie. So off I went with a friend in tow, claimed the offer, placed a pick-up order online for the timing we desired and laid our hands on a Chicken Tikka pizza and a Chicken Italia pizza.<br/><br/>The Chicken Italia was actually quite impressive and had a very saucy overtone, the Chicken Tikka though was notch below expectation, but did its job of filling us up nevertheless. The greatest deal breaker though had to be the pricing, since we scored two medium pizzas for the price of one! And knowing the fact that we had a sweet deal, a highly VFM pizza meal, had us breeze through work, occasionally struggling with the drowsiness that accompanies a heavy meal.<br/><br/>So folks, keep an eagle eye for future offers for any restaurant that might pop up on the internet, because the deal you might strike might just keep your appetite and your wallet happy!

Let's face it Pizza Hut is already suffering from competition from better outlets like Dominos and Papa John's; and they go and make matters worse by having the worst customer service of the lot. <br/>I had called to ask if they deliver to my area to which I was told I would receive a call back after checking, got no call back for 2 hours. So then decided to go into the store itself and the guys at the counter seemed more satisfied to chat among themselves than explain or take my order. The size and quality of the potions was not all that great either. <br/><br/>Save yourself the trouble and stick with the better outlets out there, pizza hut does not seem interested to keep or improve their business.
