I recently had the pleasure of dining at Namma Veedu Vasantha Bhavan, and I must say, their all veg item left quite an impression on me. With its medium taste, inviting ambiance, and high standards of hygiene, this restaurant truly stood out. First and foremost, the biryani itself was a treat for the taste buds. I had onion roast and poori set. Both are good and tasty. Comparing other hotel price is little bit high.. But its ok.

I ordered my breakfast pongal and coffee...neatly packed and delivered...superb taste...kindly ensure the coffee pack...it was leaked in their cover...otherwise worthable food...reasonable price..

Food was good. I had breakfast Pongal and dosa. The quality of food was excellent. However the plastic plate in which the food was served was broken and worn out. Nevertheless banana leaf was placed on the worn out plastic plate. It's time to change the plates as it diverts the attention from the good tasty food being served and acts as a sour point.

I like the vibe here. I ordered a Parotta set, idli set, masala dosa and veg fried rice. Everything was tasty and super good. The quantity was good but the price was a little expensive. Otherwise, overall it's a great place to dine in.

We stopped by at this place for a quick breakfast. The service was real quick. They had all the usual breakfast items, we decided to go for a breakfast combo, this consisted of Idly, Vada, dosa,poori ,pongal and kesri bath. The taste was good and food really fresh. I liked the location of the hotel too and they do have some place for parking your cars and bikes. Do enjoy your food there .

Hiii, ordered a meals in our lovely namma veedu vasantha bhavan. Taste and quality wise is perfect and suitable for both Dine in and Take away. Especially all the staffs are very humble to the customer and even the manager Mr. Anbazhagan is very humble and taking atmost care of the customers. Ambience and cleanliness is very nice. If you have come near maduravoyal you must vist this restaurant. It's open from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. Come and vist here with your families and friends and have a nice day.

Ordered meals - Very poor quality. Sambar, More kuzhambu, Kootu all were so watery and of bad quality. When I asked the server why everything was so watery, he replied saying everything got over. Does that mean, they mixed water on the balance remaining to make up a plate of meals?? 126 Rupees for such worst quality food is not at all worth or recommended.

It's a good south indian restaurant in the locality. They serve better menu and good portion as well. They become active in serving online orders than the walk in. There is scope for improvement as well.

It's a terrible place to be. We were served idliesade in the morning for dinner. They were so hard, we could hardly bite into them. Food was very average. *Parking* needs a special mention - our car was terribly scratched by another and a piece of it was even broken off. All this by the time we could complete a meal and come back. Worst part, the security claims to have no idea of it. Neither is there cctv coverage for the restaurant. Roti was made out of maida and chatted to say the least. Very much like leather. We had to literally throw them away and heat half cooked chapathy as replacement. A good range in South Indian dishes and snacks. Also sports a varied assortment of sweets and drinks. Also offers a variety of meals and business lunch menus. Clean, with a homely ambiance. On the whole, a good place to hang out with people and have a wholesome vegetarian meal. A lot of items are overpriced though. I don't think I'd wanna be spending so much on items that are available in almost half price.

Cancelled the order a full hour after confirmation when I called to check on the delay. What is the point of a confirmation anyway? They said something along the lines of someone accepted the order and no delivery boys available etc. Way to go.

The worst restaurant to order food from because they don't ever deliver that food. Dumb people running this restaurant. I don't know why they are even open to orders when they don't want to delivery the food. I ordered breakfast and it never came. I am still struggling to get a refund.

Vasantha bhavan is a well know veg restaurant ....we think the taste is always common as it is same idly dosa etc...but vasantha bhavan always has a unique taste apart from other veg restaurants....even the pongal they served is made with seeraga samba rice ,which was new to taste....some foods like paniyaram and dosa are not cooked properly and the service is some what mokkai....otherwise is good...👍

We went for lunch here, the server didn't care for us for the first ten minutes, then he came to us without even menu card, I asked it, he went and bought the menu card given to us and left, we finalised the items and waiting for him, he took another 10 mins to come to our table. We ordered one meals and one cashewnut puloa. We were not able finish half the quantity of puloa, I don't like food wasting, so I asked the waiter to make it a parcel. After seeing the parcel I was shocked, they packed the puloa in polythene cover. I asked them if they need parcel charges I would have paid for it, the waiter told in rude way that this is what he can do, if we want anything more please contact the manager. I went to manager and asked about, this is the way you do parcel, in a polythene cover, for that manager was saying that they don't parcel the leftover food. Till now I never seen a restaurant say they don't make parcel of leftover food, wasting food is a nation waste. I asked for a review register to make note to change this kind of mindset, for that the manager response was what ever you want, you write on it. Nothing is going to happen, openly he is giving that statement. I am attaching the bill also with this review. To vasanta bhavan team, kindly teach your Manager and waiters on how to handle the customers, teach them how to be polite. You are running business, we are paying for the food what we eat, we are not having food for free. Kindly change the mindset of wasting the food. Next time I never ever go to this restaurant.

South Indian dishes are too good. Staffs seemed too lazy. Place wasn't crowded. Ambience was okayish. The SEVEN TASTE UTHAPPAM is my personal favourite and it is a must try if you are a first timer here.

Yesterday with my friends visited namma vasantha bhavan maduravoyal. We had a nice tiffin. Especially pongal awesome taste. The taste of sambar gud. Ghee roast superb. Every thing gud.

On 29th December we celebrated our daughters bday .we planned for a small hall and found out Namma Veedu vasantha Bhavan was offering two halls. We decided on the hall and approached the Manager Mr.Mohandass. He was friendly and offered us tips on the Menu and the type hall which would suit us.<br/><br/>One the eve of the function, the people who were at the buffet were helpful and served with charm. Guests were delighted. I’m very thankful to all the staffs and chefs of Vasantha bhavan on making this function a great success.

It was my parents wedding anniversary and after visiting Mangadu and Thiruverkadu we were hungry and decided to have lunch. As anna nagar was near we decided to go to either HSB or Vasantha Bhavan. It was Already late for lunch it was half past 3, my dad saw Vasantha Bhavan and he said we will have here. With a doubt in mind we went inside and asked about meals and mini meals and fortunately both were available and we 3 decided to have mini meals each. I have eaten in lot of Vasantha Bhavans outlet but this was really exceptional, the quantity and the taste were really good and it was a nice lunch. The hotel staff were also polite and courteous. And the price was also quite reasonable. I really liked the sambar rice as it was super hot and delicious especially for a cloudy climate it was an excellent lunch. Looking forward for future vists.

"Namma Veedu Vasanta Bhavan" is one place that never disappoints. They have a devoted clientele so often you will see the same faces over the weekends. An absolute must try is their Mini Tiffin that comes in compartmentalized plates, and gives you a variety of typical South Indian breakfast treats in eatable quantities. For lunch, VB is a treat for the usual South Indian favourites sambar, rice, rasam, kootu, porial, applam, etc. but, it's North Indian items like naans, rotis, etc are good too. In fact, VB North Indian Thali offers quite a variety of dishes.The Vada range are favourites here, all of them bring on the crispness and yum factor. During the evenings, VB also offers chaats made by North Indian cooks which are quite a hit with the patrons. The Pongal, chutneys and sambhars here cater to anyone looking for typical Madras-style side-dishes. After a bitter experience in namma veedu vasanta bhavan in vadapalani and the outlet in anna nagar, we were not sure if we should step in the maduravoyal outlet. Back from a tiring journey we decided to go for it. We had one mr.ismail stewarding our table and was very courteous. Mr.Balamurugan attended our table and suggested us to try their new dishes. We started off with corn samosas for the starter and chilli paneer. This is not an exaggeration but the chilli paneer was yummy, paneer so soft and spiced perfectly. Mini corn samosas were hot and crisp from the outside but partially gooey and soft with tender corn in the inside. Super impressed with the starters we moved on to the main course. Ordered a masala paneer dosa which was generously stuffed with the paneer masala and was spot on, palak puri- mild flavour of palak with crisp puris & yummy channa masala, chinese idly fry - super hit dish, so tasty that it got over in a jiffy, very soft aloo parathas and kari keema parotta -the dish of the day.. reminded me of the vegetarian version of quesadilla! We finished our meal with sukku kaapi and basundhi.. Basundhi was served in a matka and was creamy and tasty although there could be a little more pieces of the cream. We even had a small chat with the chef Mr.sokkalingam and told him we liked the food a lot and that we r considering bulk order for mallu sadhya on onam.. Vegetarian food for a carnivore like me doesnt usually click. But this, it worked quite well. Top notch service and excellent food. All this priced at 860/- it is definitely a bang for the buck.<br/>Would recommend 👍

Hi guys... This s my first Review in Zomato.I had my son 1st Birthday party here. The Banquet hall s good... I had ordered for 80 guests but we had 150 still they managed very nicely.. There was no lag in service. The food was too good. The service was best. The manager Mr.Singaravelan and Mr. Raju managed the crowd very well with good care. The decoration was best done by Mr. Kumaran.we enjoyed our occasion.I would recommend this place for functions... Its good.

we tried food at maduravoyil branch.Actually i am not interested in having food outside.One of my friend suggested to have food here. At first i was thinking how the taste would be and how the price would be..My fav food is parotta kurma.So i ordered that.Parotta was so awesome and the taste of kurma is fine not that much like A+grade but i will give A grade for that.And also price are reasonable for a good food..Will come back atleast 2 days in a week to try different items.
