Today i ordered here two pizza veggie supreme & chicken sausage , but compare to dominos pizza this pizza size literally small quality Good , Good packing , perfect time Delivery , Veggie supreme taste was awesome , Chicken sausage pizza also Good Very tasty. I recommend it strongly

This Pizza hut outlet has been there forever in Chennai and it is still my favorite place to go for some good pizza in the city. Through the years I have seen the staff, the interiors change but never has the quality in food changed. Now they don't seat guests on the first floor or probably it's open when it's full. There was this tiny thing that was bothering me, was the badly touched up wall near the windows that was putting off if you're seated near the round tables. The music is at the place is quite good and I believe it wasn't repeating. Moving on to the food, everything that I ordered was piping hot. Thoroughly enjoyed my baked chicken wings and wedges. Although it has been on the menu for quite a while, I was introduced to the masala lemonade by my mom and it was so refreshing and also acted as a plate cleaner after every bite. This is a must try.

Well built space to spend time with food... Families as well as friendly spacial... The taste will be good.. The only problem is there won't be much people to serve food and the order usually takes up a huge time while u can have a nap inbetween if you went over dinner time!! Otherwise a quiet place where u could enjoy your pan pizzas😻 The shop is renovated and it's atmosphere is sooo great.. Everyone will like it the it is ..the inner atmosphere PAN PIZZA🍕 😻

Spick and span restaurant with a calm ambience. Shorter wait time. Adequate service. Not crowded on weekdays. Comfortable spacious seating with great lighting. Quality of food is also great, with cutlery being sparkling clean. The messanine floor is specifically for parties. Had a pleasant dinner.

Pizza hut is Pizza king, need we say more about pizza hut, try to get a bite of cheese burst, while eating normal pizza may make you feel happy, cheese burst will make you feel blessed. :P if you planning lunch here, just order a combo, combos are very pocket friendly, if you are concerned about pocket and wallet, hop into dominos pizza, it is only a block away from pizza hut in same street.

First of all ambiance is good and feel comfortable. We had chicken meatballs pizza which i liked it very much. Then Italian chicken pizza & Chicken Tikka Pizza are also good in taste. Pasta is also good but i felt bad because we had more pizza so i couldn't comfortable with it. have great time& Had lots of fun. Staff are good at service 👏💯.

I ordered two medium pizzas and a garlic bread stick and the pizzas were lovely. They were soft, cheesy and I enjoyed every bite. The garlic bread stick was also good but it could have been better. It wasn't as soft as I expected. Overall,I'm happy with my experience.

Very poor service. Been almost an hour since ordered the pizza and they are taking A long time to serve the order. No proper Staff for the amount of crowd in the restaurant. They take more than half an hour to serve just a glass of water.

The worst place to order a pizza . I ordered a veg supreme and guess what they put large chunks of onion in it with some corn (literally like 5 or 6) .atleast put some tomatoes. PIZZA SHOULD HAVE SOME CHEESE IN IT. It was cold by the time it reached. tasteless .

Placed order for 2 pizzas while watching IPL finals! Order delivered home on time ! But the pizzas tasted like they were half cooked , The Margarita pizza which was supposed to be a cheese pizza , had very minimal cheese. And the Chicken tikka pizza tasted too bland. Truly not worth the money . Request Pizza Hut to work more on the taste please.

They have started this new time frame thing ! And the waiter concentrates only on that.... Im checking in here after a month.. To my surprise, whole crew were new and I experienced a worst service ever.. Pizza boys were arrogant and they made us to wait for nearly 40mins to serve just a garlic bread.. I can confidently say that I would never ever visit this branch henceforth though I reside nearby !

The waiter gave us non veg pizzas and pastas after specifically mentioning the veg paneer pizza and veg arabiata pasta. Service very slow. Definitely not the outlet you want to be at or order from.

Have been to this pizza hut with family some two to three times. Its near to Bessy Beach. Their ambience is nice and cozy , especially after an evening at the beach. Pizzas taste good. Can be served a lot faster though.

Moderate place with good staffing. They somehow try to manage the fact that their food comes late by being hospital enough and easing the moment. Overall it was a decent experience here

Not sure Pizzahut delivers based on location. No delivery to Palavakkam Kottivakkam Etc. Useless to have Puzzahut as delivery restaurants. Please remove delivery option and have only Take away or dine only who comes to your reatraunt

Visited Pizza Hut, Adyar a couple of weeks with my kids. It was a Saturday Evening but the crowd hadn't picked up at that time. The place is spacious enough though.   <br/><br/>Picked up Meal for 2 Non Veg option - Chicken Supreme.  We got the potato wedges pretty quick but the Pizza & the Garlic bread took quite a bit of time. Pizza tasted pretty good with right quantity of cheese & chicken. Garlic bread was a bit dry. <br/><br/>Ambiance & quality of Pizza were good. Parking was bad. there is only street side parking, which was very limited. No designated public parking nearby.

The Jalapeno cheese poppers are by far the most amazing thing on their menu - Hot, gooey cheese center with crunchy outside served with a side of peri peri dip (that dip tastes pretty good with pizza crust as well). Had my lunch at this place today. The location is easy to find. We took the Friday unlimited offer which had unlimited garlic breads you can upgrade them by adding rupees 30 to cheese garlic breads. Next they've two types of pizzas in each veg and non veg types which you can order as many as you want moreover you can get unlimited coke by paying rupees 99. The quality and taste was really good the only thing it lacked was service it was really slow because they don't have a big workforce at that outlet. <br/>If you want a pizza buffet then it's a must go place because they serve a good amount in small price.<br/>VFM: 5/5<br/>Service: 3/5<br/>Taste and quality: 4/5

Delivered 3km away from my given delivery point. Had to travel 6km in total. Delivery guy told us to be there in half an hour but it took him 1hr to reach there. When I got back, the pizza had gotten cold and it was all for nothing. Worst experience I have ever had. Will never order again.

We went to Pizza Hut for the unlimited pizza. Veg section had veggie feast and country pizza servings and non veg had chicken tikka and chicken salami pizza which we can order unlimited. We also added cheesy garlic bread and unlimited coke for extra price of ₹126. <br/><br/>The serving was very late and the sync was never good until we are full. Good technique. The pizza were good old ones. Visited this place for the Friday unlimited pizza offer with my friends. Worst offer. Just 2 varieties of pizza when compared to other unlimited pizza offers. The delay that they make is really the most annoying thing. The service guys were not responding to us properly for first 45 mins. Just 4 glasses of water for 9 people and 2 pizzas for 9 people. We were forced to get up every time and walk to them for speed up. Garlic breads were decent. Country feast pizza in veg was decent. We also ordered unlimited coke but that too came almost asking for 3 to 4 times with 30 mins delay. The coke was diluted very much, maybe because they add too many ice cubes and let it dissolve in there. Worst experience. will never vist this outlet again.

Pizza hut is my all time favourite.. The variety they have is commendable.. And I like to ring the bell everytime.. One of the reasons I like this place..everytime I go I find a new variety of pizza..I had a fight with my boyfriend (currently husband) once while we were having pizza...and we stopped visiting this place since then..u kno to avoid the bitterness or any memory relating to the fight. Went there for their unlimited pizza offer on a Friday evening. The offer sounded very promising but the pizzas didn't. The new Ambience looks amazing and gives a very modern feel. But the veg unlimited pizza were a disappointment. They said they have two varieties of pizzas but they both ended up being the same with just mushrooms added in the other one. The pizza wasn't cooked well. Being the first to establish does not mean being the best . <br/>Having tried most of the Bessy pizza outlets this was the last to try .<br/><br/>What makes a pizza best ? <br/>The toppings ? Nope<br/>The purée? Maybe <br/>The crust ? Of course YES <br/> <br/>Make the crust soggy and add what ever toppings you want . The pizza is still long lost from being okay !<br/><br/>However have a great crust and just apply cheese and tomato purée. Voila a delicious margarita.<br/><br/>Get the point ??<br/><br/>So moving on with the pizza I ordered , the crust was not simply soggy and rubbery but unevenly cooked and extra fermented. Sad fellers . After a very long time was here, <br/><br/>GArlic bread - the hardest I have ever seen<br/>Tandoor pockets - Panner packets rather, not up to the mark, <br/>There was a another starter in veg, which was again average.<br/><br/>When it comes to pizza, <br/>Veg Romano- thin crust pizza, it was good, <br/>Tandoori tikka - cheese crust, it was above average... <br/><br/>We didn't try much desserts , two mojito's peach lemonde and green apple soda.<br/><br/>Would like to say, taste has to come a long way. <br/><br/>Not even close for another visit in Pizza Hut.

Wow , been a regular visitor of dominos but gave pizza hut a try and after trying their pizza first time I realized how much money I have wasted on dominos till date , taste was extraordinary quality was outstanding dominos is no were close to what pizza hut offers everything u touch is fresh and perfect would be regular visitor of pizza hut hereafter

Good service & Neat Ambience. But the pizzas are bad. The non-veg pizzas tasted worse than the veg ones. Garlic bread was the only good starter. None of the potatoes in the wedges were cooked properly.<br/>The mocktail tasted better and it was worth the price. Desserts are the best ones here. My recommendation would be cookie with ice cream and Tiramisu. Other than food, this place is only suited for kids birthday parties.

I didn't like their dip but my wide did liked it.. here comes the main course.. chicken supreme - it's okay.. nothing special.. chicken pieces were good but the meat balls over powered the taste of pizza.. rest all good..

I visited this shop for parcel some pizzas to my kids, they have some offer called WOW, which was existed me, 50% on my medium pizza, pizzas also really tasty and in budget also. keep it up .

Despite being part of an old and reputed chain and having the legacy of being the best pizza chain in the world, this outlet MUST be avoided at all costs. The overloaded big pizzas are sizeable but have soggy crusts. Their BOGO offers are very deceiving and are nothing more than a carefully construed marketing strategy to Rob customers of their money. The pan pizzas have very little cheese, stale toppings and oily crusts. 2 of such pizzas for ₹600 is nothing less than daylight robbery; and are not even worth one slice of ots dominos counterparts.<br/>PS: awfully uncooperative and rude staff.i was delivered stale, hard and indelible garlic bread and was told that that's they way they are. MY, just simply audacious.

Planed to give my children a pizza. This was my first order in pizza hut adyar. I have ordered one veggie surprise pizza for home delivery by cash on delivery. The pizza name suits my first order. I was surprised by the look of the pizza. The taste was awesome. My kid really loved the pizza. The veggie toppings perfectly suits the pizzas. They also delivered very quickly. First time saw that a delivery person was so kind and handling the pizzas. Loved the pizza. I will order again and refer to my family friends also.

Had a pizza hut outlet in OMR, thinking the quality would be better here came all the way to adyar branch, but was proved wrong. The ambience is nice and casual. Service was a bit unenthusiastic but still polite. They hardly had items available- Salad, Potato Wedges. Stuck to a meal combo. Garlic breadsticks and soups was the only thing that was good. The chicken pepperoni pizza had way too much salt, it was more of a chore eating it. Improvements are needed.

I ordered for a home delivery. I got my order on time.this is not a first time I am ordering with pizzahut, every time I am getting my orders on time with hot and tasty , goods....

The place is just very close to my delivery address but still the pizza was not hot though it was delivered within 30 mins. I had ordered for extra cheese but I couldn't find any even there were just bits and pieces of meat and chicken in the pizza.

We were super hungry and wanted some pizza but alas,  it wasn't to be a happy meal. We ordered Mediterranean pasta, bread sticks and the Quattro thin crust pizza with some pepsi. Nice man Naresh even replaced my flat pepsi with fizzy pepsi, which I was super glad for. The food was most definitely  a huge disappointment. The pizza looked like a half hearted attempt at cooking with sparse cheese and next to no pizza sauce. The bread sticks tasted microwaved and stale, in spite of being assured by Naresh that they were fresh. We thought we would bring up the issue with the management but Manoj, the manager, was super mad that we complained about their food AFTER eating it. Like, how are we supposed to find out the food is bad is we don't eat it? When we asked for a discount, he asked us to **** off, without saying the actual words. He said, "Pay and leave." I was quite shocked at being treated this way. Naresh looked embarrassed and gave us a 20% off. I think the management should review the training that managers are put through so that, at no point, are they in a place to ask a customer to leave. Never been so disappointed with pizza hut.<br/>
