Since I stayed here for 9 nights, I have used most of the services the hotel is offering. I am pretty impressed with the ease of booking and checking in. I used laundry service where the delivery of washed/pressed clothes were super fast and clean. I used in-room dining. Food was excellent and was served hot. As for the spa, the massage is unlike what I’ve experienced before. It was a unique experience. I liked the tea that was offered at the end of the massage. It was refreshing. We have used the travel desk for all our transportation needs. Manager Alagu, Drivers Anand and Nandagopal helped us with taking us everywhere. The front desk ( Anand, Pradeep, Paul and Manpreet) , Bell Desk (Nagaraj) and all the other staff who were managing the lobby and the doors require special mention as they make you comfortable and truly make you feel at home. We dined at all the restaurants there. I loved the idiyappam with coconut milk for breakfast. Sky restaurant is one of a kind. The views, the service and the food made us visit couple more times. Chef Anand requires special shout out for the bamboo shoot hot and sour gravy. That with garlic fried rice ( such a simple yet nuanced recipe) is worth the visit. With all positive things, the only issue I had was with the coffee/tea. Being in the heart of Chennai, I was expecting hot Chennai filter coffee but most of the time it was not warm and didn’t hit the mark right. But the staff, once we let them know did their best but there’s room for improvement. Overall, I would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had buffet dinner. Variety a bit less for non veg items. Great selection for desserts. Loved the butter chicken, which unusually had chicken with bones. Why ?

We went to the Sky restaurant here. It’s on the 20th floor and the view is amazing. The food here is good. Family friendly place. My grandmother gives this place a big thumbs up! The staff is polite and friendly. We had a great time.

Very luxurious 5 Star hotel 🏨 Everything like Lights, AC, TV, Curtains, Blinds everything is controllable from a single Ipad. Free TV channels to watch - Housekeeping service was excellent.

i would love to thank the staff who works here for their hospitality and service. Without doubt this has been the BEST hotel in chennai I have ever stayed at! The staff here is amazing, and I would like to say a special thanks to Anthony, he works at the front along with the other wonderful members at this hotel. They are very quick and efficient yet so friendly! They always smile and greet you! I go to India so often and stay in chennai, and this has been by farthest my favorite hotel ever! The location is perfect, the staff is accommodating and the food is just amazing! It was just too perfect! Thank you everyone for your help and most importantly the hospitality you all had provided during my week stay! I will without doubt be staying at this hotel going forward in the near future!
