Good ambience with good food. Courteous staff. Reasonable price. Temperature control and light conditions are adequate. We entered at 12 am. Located beside the main road opposite CMBT(Bus Terminus) hence easily visible.

24 hours Restaurant opposite to Koyambedu CMBT. Tried Gobi Masala Dosai, Parotta, Panneer Fried Rice, Panneer Butter Masala, Chettinad Chicken. All were good. Quite expensive.

This is very good place to have food. Even at 12 pm they have hot food. Mostly at night you won't get any dosa item. I have visited 3 times at night, but only one time dosa(Al kind). Speaking about supply, they serving is very poor.. Service is not so good as their food. Atmosphere: they have very good interior design... One unique think they have is Goli soda... It is good. It bring back my memory.

It has been the worst experience ever. After a movie on sunday aftrnoon we hav preferred to try out this restaurant, at speectrum mall,perambur. Quantity n taste both are bad. We hav ordered for kall spl chicken of the restaurant wch was charged 190Rs n oly 4 small pieces of chicken, that too it wasn't cooked. Almost half cooked. ( whn we wer asking wt them what is spl chicken, their reply was lik we il cook it specially)�N mutton biriyani we neva tasted this bad food eva. Not at all worth of money n also taste. Dnt get cheated seeing the advertisements. This is what we have learnt.

Non veg meals - no non veg was found. explanation given by staffs was we provide only plain gravy.. apo ennaku doubt chicken podama chicken gravy cook panringala illa, podra chicken yena panringa? Very worst service nd food..

Having late night dinner once here I thought this place was worth until I tried their sit down buffet to a great disappointment. Firstly the service. We were 5 people of 4 non-veg & 1 ala-carte as not big options for veg buffet. Believe me there was only one person who was allowed to serve who took so much time serving each course. The combination of food was slightly awkward. Chinese chicken, crab which was uncooked, kaadai was decent, chapathi was like duster, so is parotta. Kari soru or something tasted like puliyogare rice. Some items which were supposed to be available was not there for reasons unknown. No goli soda, awesome presentation of burfi & then mittai as seen in the picture. <br/><br/>Highly recommend the management to ensure better taste, service for the value of money spent. I went on for a Sunday lunch @ 4 PM. As expected their Biryani is Not Available. So they had Kal soru and Parotta available. Me and my friend tried Kal soru and kothu parotta.<br/>That was my first experience with Kal soru. It was really delicious. I went to this hotel for the unlimited feast the most voted I have never been there kaun sa face making everything on the dosa pan even chicken 65 they are making it in dosa pan the chicken is not at all cooked properly because of that... Simply in YouTube they are showing some different items and in reality there giving different items which is low of cost very low in cost but charging high ... In YouTube they are showing vanjaram fish but in reality they are giving some other fish with selfish. when I enquired about that they told we have changed but only 2 days after the YouTube video event.. in video they showed three types of chicken 65 but they gave me only one.... In the videos he showed the desserts... But none of them were given to me only golisoda was given.........none of the food we're cooked perfectly because of their worst concept of dosapan cooking.....foodstalls followed dosakal cooking because they cannot buy big vessels and they are cooking in small amount...as though that is a biggest secret they are following in the restaurant ....if they are going to continue cheating in YouTube and other media's people don't belive

A 24/7 restaurant located opposite to CMBT bus terminus serves authentic south Indian food. Ambience in simple and dim lit. Service is good but can do better.<br/><br/>We ordered Chicken Kall Soru, Gun Chicken, Idlis, Egg Dosai, Egg kothu parotta(wheat), prawn masala, Mutton kari Dosai.<br/><br/>Chicken Kall Soru was nothing but biryani fried with southern masala on dosa kall. It had additional along with the regular biryani flavours. It was good.<br/><br/>Gun Chicken is a huge chicken leg piece shaped as gun. Was spicy and serves two people. <br/><br/>Idlis were soft and were served with 3 types of chutney and non veg curry.<br/><br/>Egg kothu parotta was yumm. The parottas were made with wheat flour and hence its healthy too.<br/><br/>Prawn masala was the show stealer. The prawns were cooked right with the right combination of masala. The dish did not have the seafood stinch. So loved it.<br/><br/>Egg dosa was as usual and was served with non veg curry.<br/><br/>Mutton Kari dosa was similar to egg dosa but with mutton pieces, The mutton chunks were good and the egg added to it gave it a good texture.<br/><br/>Overall, it was a good experience. The ambience and service could have been better.

I dont even feel like rating 1 tbh. The service was EXTREMELY bad. They didnt even serve us water. We waited for about half an hour after the order and got unheated plate of chicken sidedish which literally looked like leftovers. Completely lost my appetite and left the premises asap. Will NOT make a visit again. ever.

The food here is great. But the only disadvantage is that their services for online ordering is horrible. We had an issue and the delivery guy called us and we asked him to give the phone to the supervisor Mr. Vignesh and he literally refused to talk to us. We ended up getting something totally different from what we had ordered. Very bad experience. Will never order online from here again.

1. The number is not responsive after 2 AM. I have called at least 10 different times till now, just waste if time.<br/>2. I stay very close and I visited 4 different times till now around 3 AM, all I hear is restaurant closed.<br/><br/>There is nothing less than 1 star, so I had to choose that. You guys don't deserve anything but peanuts.

Went for a lunch, the place was too crowded and ended up with a takeaway .. Very mediocre service, I had to literally walk up and down the restaurant in order to place the order. Biriyani was bland, prawns were tasteless and the chicken was spicy. Never going back or ordering from this over hyped restaurant ever!!

utter waste. I visited this place based on the visitors facebook updates but in reality it is not. They will take more than 30 minutes for a single order particularly for dosa varities and if you ask they them why it is getting late they point you to try for some other dishes. Because of the name Dosakall dont think that you will get only dosa varieties. Dont waste your time by going there.

The ambience is nice. Coming to the point. I tried dinner there , with some parotta's and crab masala . Crab masala was outstanding . Subhash - service manager helped to find the best combo and it didn't go wrong. It's a best place for Non-veg hunters. Don't miss goli soda too

I bought the 99rs non-veg breakfast combo. Combo contains 2 idlies,1 small cup of mutton gravy and fish gravy each. 1plate mutton biriyani with Raitha. Fish gravy tastes good and other dishes are above average. Biriyani is of less quantity. <br/> The ambience is nice, place is silent and pleasant but the service is not so good.<br/>This restaurant serves 24hours and that is positive.

Yesterday is my girl friend birthday ..I went to dosakallu restaurant.i saw that the hospitality of this restaurant very nice ..guys of this hotel are welcomed very warmly.especially Mr sathish Kumar and Mr jai Raj .the both guys have a very beautyful realtionship in a short interval of time.they doing his job very calmly and very friendly like his family.the both guys arrange a cake and celebrate my dear one birthday very perfectly ....thn they serve one by one item of thalai vaalu dish.wow wat a wonderful ful experience is that....thnk u guys we spend a time with u..thnks alot....luv u guys<br/><br/>

First and foremost I didn't taste or smell any overuse of artificial ingredients or flavouring. But many items are not in the menu. Kari dosa was not as expected. Couldn't taste much of chicken pieces. Quantity served was less. Falooda was not good. But very good service.

Experience wise it wasn't exceptional. After a morning of roaming around in heat of 40°+, stepped into this restaurant and was actually looking to taste their Rs99 deal. But unfortunately that offer was not available. So instead I settled for a Non-veg meal and a portion of Pichu Potta Koali. The staff were having a staff meeting I guess and it went on for a pretty long time. Considering the fact that the time was 12.45pm, any decently intelligent team would have a team meeting before the lunch time starts. So after waiting for some time a gentleman (probably the manager or supervisor wearing a blue shirt), came up and took my order. And then he asked the person at the cash counter to put the order through. I was waiting for almost 20 minutes and two tables who came after me had got their order, and two of the staff members came up and asked whether I had made the order. Finally the gentleman who took my order came and asked why the order was not processed, and came up to me and apologised that there was a system hiccup. By that time I was impatient and wanted to be in Mylapore by 2.30 in the Saturday Chennai traffic. The food came out and Pichu Potta Koali was cancelled as it will take time. The gentleman brought me a Fish Fry (prepared by covering it in banana leaf and herbs) as a complementary dish. The food was tasty, and it was the quick thinking of the guy which saved their grace. They should get their act together to be in the business and to get better ratings.

This review is for the wrong commitment on 24hrs service and delivery.  I visited the restaurant 3 different days of the month but they send us back saying maintenance or some lame excuse.  Today i called the restaurant nobody is picking the call.

Worst worst worst experience ever....actually 1 star is also doesn’t suits this place.....we wasted our time..went inside ordered the food and came to table after 40mins....this itself will mark your view about this place......I will give one more insident that took place....we ordered for dosa...dosa came in 20 Mins....with a white paper spread with cold serving....the sambar and chutney was cold.....that’s it we walked off the hotel ..... hotel themselves understood and didn’t ask anything.....There was actually two customers from different tables were fighting with the hotel management for the worst food..... and wondering why they then give advertising on FM and Newspapers and desided not to go anymore.

I really don't want to give 1 star because you guys don't deserve it. I have visited your Tanjore branch the food and the service was great so I thought it would be the same but the service was horrible, I was there on a Saturday for dinner around 7:30 pm with my wife there was almost 5 to 8 tables were empty, One of your staff asked us to sit at a table and took the Reserved board with him, we have to ask for water for more than 3 times and at last the water was served after 20 minutes and again we have to wait for next 20 minutes to get the menu card and finally a girl came and said that this table was reserved for someone and asked to move to some other table, I just lost my temper and left the place immediately. I will never ever step into this place again and also will not suggest to any of my friends.

Satheeshkumar. Good person gave hot food. Food was good. Chicken was soft and juicy. Idiyappam and chicken curry was my favourite. Carb could have been better. Everything else was really good.

We have reserved the table and been looking forward to a feast. We have been waited for 20-30 mins and then a huge banana leaf has turned up to our seats. 10 mins Later they said preparing items to be served hot. But howdy we got served a severly chilled bowls with no hot at all. And when we asked Prawn & Mutton for another serving, then they said it's limited (never mentioned before). Requested for Luke warm water thrice but never got that even after finished our lunch. Suddenly there could be someone come to your desk and ask for what would you like to have, whatever you ask which won't be arrived unless you reask that 3 or 4 times. Parotta, Roti, Kal rice are a huge turn down. Biriyani was of ok kind. Meals - Rice was served and got Fish gravy, Mutton gravy and Chicken gravy. My kind advise avoid all them. Better go for Rasam and buttermilk won't be coming to your table for atleast 20 mins. Then we decided moving out, suddenly the guy who took charge of table came and said serving desserts. That's another turn down. Generally, it's not a worthy place to crave for good food.

We went today at 7pm. They told just they have chapathi and parotta. Without more options I had to take chapathi and my friend waited for the other items to be available.<br/><br/>Chapathi is really very good and the cost is Rs.30 . They gave a kuruma which is a non-vegetarian. I'm vegetarian basically and my friend is NV. So I asked for raitha. They provided me immediately.<br/><br/>Only thing which made me sad is we had been waiting for nearly 7.55pm<br/><br/>My friend ordered chicken soup and chicken Briyani. He told soup is really good but Briyani is little bit sweet. I ordered veg noodles which is worth for money and paneer 65 is too good.<br/><br/>Then I took paneer dosa for parcel. The paneer stuffings for not really cooked well. It is not good. They told Rs.99 Briyani will be less content also suggested to have a normal Briyani.<br/><br/>Overall experience is nice ambience. Dosakall introduced 499 buffet, I saw in YouTube and went there. Fish fry and other items are not taste. Except muttun gravy and curry dosa. Not worth for money 499 excluding GST. Service and food taste to be improve a lot. Ultimately not satisfied

If I can give a rating in negative I would opt that. The worst customer service. We went here for a Sunday lunch. No seats were available in the front end.. we had to sit in the last table which was near kitchen. The table was not cleaned. There was a serving tray with a dirty towel which nobody bothered to clean even after we sat there. No body even attended our table. We called more than 4 servers everybody just said 'one second' and nobody turned up. This happened for atleast 20 mins. We maintained our patience level considering the fact that it's a Sunday.. Even when the crowd had settled nobody really came.. No one was there even to give us a glass of water. Finally one girl had come to take our order. She said it'll take atleast 20 mins to prepare our food. We said okay and waited. After 15 mins we called a guy to enquire about our order. He passed it to some girl who never really came. After wasting 30-40 mins there we really couldn't stand it anymore that we left the place. If the service is going to be like this, I swear you have no future..

The buffet was chettinad style they started with a chappathi , mutton gravy , egg etc it was good . Then started with briyani which was normal but not tasted like a chettinad , and the crab gravy and chicken pepper fry was okayish but need to improve and the chicken manchurian was awsum must try dish and the chicken lollipop tasted good . On the same way they kept 2 types of fishes in that Vanjaram fry was 👌🏻 , the same way other fish was very bad. Need to improve in that ..., coming to the finishing the the milkshake was good . Overall a good place to try out these chettinad type of buffet that too serving in a banana leaf South Indian style .. it was nice to see these type of buffet among these grill nowadays . There are little things here and there to improve but overall the experience was good . I would recommend everybody to try this out particularly a SOUTH INDIAN s favourite type of buffet ☺️.

I visited this place on a Saturday night around 11. You get only dosa (not all varieties again) and biryani. I was lucky to get some sides. Ordered mutton sukka and kaadai roast. Then a chicken curry dosa for me and chicken biryani for my wife.<br/><br/>The biryani tasted a bit sweet. They forgot my order and I realized it when people who came after us were served. We had to leave and asked the food to be packed. The curry dosa and mutton sukka were packed for us.<br/><br/>When I reached home, I found that there were no sides packed for the dosa (chutney, sambar) and I had to eat the dosa dry. There was no flavor in it and I hardly found any meat in it. <br/><br/>The worst part was that I found a big chicken piece in the mutton sukka.<br/><br/>You wont get any drinks apart from regular pepsi/coke.<br/><br/>The service was good but the food is not up to standards and the price is really high.

Ok it's authentic food .good service. Good food nice ambiance. 499 food buffet really good. Good restaurant in koyambedu . It's locate opp to cmbt

Dosa was ok , but still it can be improved. Other than that everything is worst. Especially desserts they have used all the old products such as old fruits etc .

Great place and good food... One good thing u get food for 24 hours... Late menu menu is very short and served with good quality and taste. People are very humble and friendly, so good place to walk in at anytime... Price is pretty nominal compared to other midnight options.... :)

Mr.Satheesh explain this food to us and he ask us to sit in one place when he finished serving then he call us to start eating his explanation,his service and customer welcoming all are good.. nice taste food all come in a few minutes... Nice worthy place.... Taste is good... Ambiance good....

biriyani quality was good.....worth the price....all other dishes were excellent in quality and the dishes were hygenic....the hospitality was really good and the dishes were presented well.......had an great experience in the restaurant.... biriyani as well as dosa is their special dishes and have many different varieties of dishes...... quantity and quality both are worth the money paid for the dish.......

On 1st April, we celebrated our daughter bday in Dosakal Restaurant. The food was excellent and also value for money. The staffs are friendly & very helpful. Hotel situated in very convenient location of the city. Had a great evening with family and friends. strongly recommend for all.

Place is expensive. good part is it's open during the night as well (After 12 midnight). not much items during the night. if u order a special kind if dosa u got to wait for at least 30mins.

Dosakall has the word dosa in its name and u must be thinking it must be famous of dosas ...But the real option is it has variety of dosas but not tasty as you think<br/><br/>I order a paneer dosa and a plain dosa and lemon soda and for delivering this it took 1 hr 15 min though my house was just 1 km away and it was not a peek hour too<br/><br/>They replaced the lemon soda with coconut burfee which was fine with me and the panner dosa had no panner gravy in it ....It was served with just raw panner mixed with pepper and put inside a normal dosa and the dosas were dry and hard to byte.<br/><br/>They gave just one sambar for 2 dosas and I complained the restaurant and they took another 30 min to bring the side dish with the forgot while packing<br/><br/>The only thing which was good and forced me to give. 3 starts was the customer service who took immediate action and made for arrangement.<br/><br/>Only the customer service is good that too in phone I don't know how they react in person<br/><br/>If you want to try you can step in and God only knows what's next

Ordered chicken biriyani and kall dosa. Biryani for me and kall dosa for my friend .Taste wise food was ok. Since the kall dosa costs 50rs I thought they will give at least 3 kall dosa. It was a total disaster for my friend. They gave one kall dosa. Seriously!! Single kall dosa for 50rs?We went to a nearby restaurant to buy more food for him. I feel sorry for him.<br/><br/>Also the parcel in which they gave dosa is one from which the dosa cannot be directly eaten. We have to transfer the dosa to a plate or leaf to eat it. This caused difficulty in eating it. They should include at least a leaf in parcel for dosa.

A very decent place to have food.. It is located opposite to cmbt bus stand... We ordered samy's meals, chicken biriyani... We received tasty food with sufficient quantity...
