Ordered a paneer burrito and rice bowl. The burrito was surprisingly yummy. The rice bowl was okay but filling. This place has one of the best burritos in town and the customer service is good.

They have some really awesome dishes. Burrito are crafted to perfection. If u r there, Mutton kheema burrito would be a wise choice. Once you visited, you will surely visit once again

The food court is large and can hold good number of people. The restaurants provide good quality food. It costs Rs 500-600 for two people.

First thing which annoyed me that they dont value their customer. I ordered burrito and wrap. I found a tiny stone in my food and I immediately complained them. To my surprise, the lady at the counter, didn't even bothered to provide resolution and went to the other orders. Pathetic customer service. Many food bloggers have given unnecessary hype to this oultlet. I have given 2 star rating for their average taste of the food.

I always eat here whenever I visit the VR Mall. I keep ordering the rice bowls every time.
I have tried their tex mex paneer hyderbadi biriyani and tex mex paneer makhani. Both tasted very yummy. It is like plain biriyani kind of rice topped with gravy and rajma and salad. I mix it all together and eat it which really tastes good.
I have aslo tried their paneer makhani burrito which is nothing but the same rice and gravy but less in quantity wrapped in a tortilla.

First I didn’t like the attitude of your staff when I asked for fries. They could have been more polite in saying that all fries in the menu is not available (disappointed). Second, the taste of the burrito is not that great. Not like I expected. Both chicken tikka and chettinad were too spicy. The spice took over and I couldn’t taste the chicken or the veggies in it. Waste of money!

Its quite a late review. This place is one of its kind. A UK brand started their first outlet in Chennai, India. Its is located in VR mall food court. Nothing much about the ambience since it is located in a mall's food court.

Service was good. Staffs were courteous.

We ordered Mozzarella Cottage Cheese Burrito, Nattukottai Chettinad Mutton Rice bowl, Chicken wings(a new addition to their menu), Paneer Bhurji tacos and Mango slush.

Mozzarella Cottage Cheese Burrito was good with mild spice. I liked it. This would definitely make a great on the go meal.

Nattukottai Chettinad Mutton Rice bowl was minced mutton curry served on a bowl of Mexican flavoured rice. They were very strong on flavours. It would have been better if the cooked rice was plain or mildly flavoured, The rice did not compliment the curry.

Chicken wings: Chicken wings were good. They have 4 flavours - Chipotle, Chettinad, Barbeque and Peri Peri.

Paneer Bhurji tacos was good and it was too oily for me. A suggestion would be, they could add some veegies to their tacos instead of only paneer bhurji fillings

Mango slush was so amazing and i loved it. Id go well with the meal we had.

If you love Mexican food, then this is a must try.

Tried their Paneer Biriyani Rice. Bland taste. The serving was in generous quantity. The normal biriyani rice is topped with paneer and chipotle sauce with some veggies.

1 recently ordered 2 biryanis from here. I got only one and when i complained, zomato nor the restaurant was of any help. Very poor service. I'm sure it was an honest mistake from the restaurant but the zomato costumer care was utterly disgusting. Moving to swiggy!

Wrapchic is an outlet in a VR mall. I wanted to have a burrito for sometime then. As soon as I saw this outlet I went ahead and ordered a Mozzarella cottage cheese burrito.

They tightly wrapped in a plastic sheeting and delivered it in a plate. As soon as I find a seat I opened it up and the presentation itself was disappointing. I thought it would be presented in traditionally styled flour tortilla, instead, it was looking like a chapathi. Now even though it's presentation disappointed me, I wouldn't have minded it as long as it tastes so delicious. The stuffings inside tasted more like an Indian gravy than an usual burrito stuffing. I couldn't feel the mozzarella but there were lots of cottage cheese in it. I felt it tasted okay and not that great.
On the price side I felt it's costly and definitely not VFM.

This new mall has a lovely food court some amazing food partners that inlcude Wrapchic a place serving predominantly Mexican food.

Mango Slush - Summer is here and the slush is a delight the mango essence is strong and the ice was blended well.

Veg:
1) Cottage Cheese, Nachos & Salsa Lazeez Burrito - The tortillas were soo soft and perfectly cooked, stuffed with Tomato Rice, Rajma Paneer Masala, Tikka Masala Gravy, Nachos, Cabbage and Mayo it was flavourful and filling for the price. The burrito was wrapped very neatly and nothing falls off while you take a bite so its perfect to eat and not at all messy.

What a friend tried
Non Veg
1) Nattukotai Chettiars Mutton Biryani - The star dish on their menu this is a hit amongst biryani lovers served with leg piece on top along with a delicious bowl of Biryani this is a flavour riot meal.
2) Chicken Tikka Burrito made out of whole wheat tortilla, Hyderabadi Biryani Rice, tikka masala gravy and egg roll what a mix of flavours and different elements in this burrito makes it a delightful pick for masaledar chicken lovers!

It is a self service counter you place your order and pick it up once its done just like how Food Courts traditionally function.

Ordered their Veg Burrito. The wrap was not pita-type but different. The fillings were a bit inadequate and taste was okay. Delivery was prompt.

Where📍: Wrapchic

What⁉️ : Chettinad Chicken Biryani Rice Bowl☘️Indo Mexican Egg & Chicken Burrito☘️Chettinad Chicken Biryani Burrito☘️Péri Péri Chicken Wings☘️BBQ Gravy Chicken Wings☘️Cucumber Lemonade

Ambience:⭐️⭐️⭐️
Located at one of the Newest and Biggest Mall in town. Exhausted after a Long shopping spree??? Don’t ya worry just head to the food court and relish some lipsmacking Indo-Mexican Spread🇮🇳🇲🇽

Food:⭐️⭐️⭐️
Chettinad Chicken Biryani Rice Bowl : Wait what Chettinad flavours in a rice bowl🤨took the first bite with lots of inquisitiveness.........and the verdict is wooooow what an explosion of flavours. I wouldn’t call it a Biriyani it’s more like a Chettinad flavoured rice and all the components of the dish were perfect👌the meat was surprisingly tender and flavourful. Definitely a Must try Dish here😍

Indo Mexican Egg and Chicken Burrito : An average dish, since the flavours didn’t do much justice to the name of the dish. The bean sauce overpowered the dish. Though the rice was cooked perfectly and the meat was succulent enough to finish the dish.

Chettinad Chicken Biriyani Burrito : This had the same flavours as the Rice bowl but stuffed inside a Burrito. The Hyderabadi rice was flavourful and aromatic and guess what for someone who hates Rajma I loved the addition of the smooth Rajma masala on this dish. It was a whole lot of Creamy, Smooth, Crunchy, Soft and Succulent in one package.

Peri Peri Wings and BBQ Wings : Compared to the other dishes this was a total disappointment as the the wings lacked flavour and wasn’t that meaty too. They should work on the choice of the Wings they choose and present it in a better way to.

Cucumber Lemonade : Quite refreshing but the flavour of the cucumber wasn’t that fresh it rather tasted like a syrup mixed Mojito.

VFM: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
💰 Range : 100 - 350 (Per Dish)

Ps : One of the pocket friendly Indo-Mexican restaurant in town serving some lipsmacking dishes to satisfy you’re hunger pangs. They also have amazing Pocket Friendly combo’s on weekdays to munch on.

For those of you who love Mexican food, this place serves it well.
So, it's in the food court at VR Mall. The service is fast, and the food is hot!
What I had,
- Hyderabadi chicken Biriyani Rice Bowl, my favourite here as it was an all-rounder dish. There's amazing flavour and biriyani with it, what's not to like ryt.
- Peri Peri chicken wings, this dish would just be an 'Okay' one since it wasn't as juicy as expected but hard. It's a spicy dish tho.
- Cheesy Mexicano Chicken Tikka burrito (big name, I know).. their specialty. It had good flavours in it but I needed help to finish this as it was very big.
So, Wrapchic serves some pretty good, spicy food here. For those who are looking to try out some real Mexican food, try it out.
Wrapchic is located in the food court of VR mall .. we ordered slush, Nutella , strawberry and Oreo shake .. Everything tasted great except the slush.. My taste bud somehow not liked it ..
From burritos we ordered Mozzarella Mexicano cottage cheese burrito .. And trust me it tasted great .. The best burrito I tasted so far .. The rice and the paneer was very flavourful ..
In their new menu they launched chicken wings with 4 types .. And in tat peri peri tops the list 👌👏🏼
Coming to rice bowl .. we ordered Hyderabadi paneer, mexican butter chicken with red nachos , natukotai chettiyars mutton briyani ,. The rice on the bowl is same for Hyderabadi paneer and natukotai chettiyars .. I somewhere felt that the gravy on top of the rice bowl was little bit spicy ., If u dnt like to have too much spicy den u must go for butter chicken rice bowl .. The red nachos tasted too good ..
Now desserts, The desserts section was not that impressive to us .. we ordered quesadilla and wraposa .. Wraposa is something which we usually prepare at home ..
They can include few more desserts in the menu .. service was good .. n u need wait hardly 7-10 mins for ur food to arrive ..

Overall a must visit place wen u r in mall ..👌👍

📍 WRAPCHIC, VR MALL, CHENNAI

A pretty cool restaurant located in the Food court of VR mall, Chennai...
They have a variety of Mexcian dishes, but it's not actually an authentic Mexican food, everything has fused with Indian delicacies 🤤
They have variety of beverages in a very acceptable rate.

🔹 LITCHI LEMONADE - Gave you refreshment to start up a new food experience..
🔹 INDO MEXICAN EGG & CHICKEN BURRITO
And CHEESY MEXICANO CHICKEN TIKKA BURRITO - we really loved the flavours 👌🏻 but both of them tastes similar. The Indo fusion was good but the taste is totally differs from South Indian.. The sausage mix was perfect.
When compare with the quantity the price for burritos was quite high...
🔹 NUTELLA QUESADILLA - it had an yummy taste, it was thick and and really good indeed..
🔹CHICKEN WINGS - I personally loved Peri Peri Sprinkled and BBQ Gravy a lot 👌🏻

Best place for those who wish to try new tastes,
The place was clean neat and they maintain a pretty good ambience..

A small kiosk hence have varieties of Food, it will fill our tummy pretty nice but our mouth won't get much satisfaction I guess 🤒

Food - 4/5
Ambiance - 3/5
Service - 5/5
Money value - 3/5

Must try; prawn Quesadilla, Nutella shake., Burritos too.
•
They are know for burritos which is actually a Mexican dish. They have recently introduced hyderabadi biriyani bowl which comes with a Indo Mexican twist. Biriyani from wrapchic was totally different. And one more nee introduction to menu was chicken wings, which was spicy, but they serve chicken with skin which most people don't like.
•
Rating: 4/5

Loaded Chicken Nachos from @wrapchic.india 😋
.
.
Wrapchic is definitely not your regular Mexican Restaurant but this is a restaurant which serves Mexican Cuisine with Indian fusion. I loved the way how they have used the basic Mexican dishes and incorporated Indian spices and masala in them. This Loaded Chicken Nachos is definitely the best nachos I have tried in a while. It was loaded with meat and cheese and the contemporary Indian spices to it. 😋
.
Food: 9/10
Service: 9/10

The kiosk is situated in the food box, VR chennai, Anna Nagar. Yu can find it on the right side of the food box and they have plenty seatings nearby.
Tried their newly introduced menu which was totally overwhelming.

BURRITOS🌯Do not get confused with burritos and wraps are same, they are totally different. Burritos is a dish from mexican cuisine which a tortilla rolled with tomato rice and a choice of meat. I totally loved the burritos and will reach here next time to have one. **

Hyderabadi chicken biriyani RICE BOWL🍲 with perfectly cooked chicken tikka and tikka masala gravy, tossed capsicum and spice salsa topped with tandoor mayo and corn makes a complete delicious meal from @wrapchic.india . We personally did not like the rice, but loved the chicken tikka and the masala. Felt the rice tasted like puliodhare🙊

Chicken wings 🍗 they have four flavours: peri peri, bbq wings, chitpotle sprinkled and chettinad gravy. I loved the bbq chicken wings and the sauce was finger lickin goooooodd.

Mexican veg nachos had three different colours of nachos with cheese and salsa toppings jalapenos and olives too. They were crispy even after they had become cold.

Their lemonades were my favourite that i could have eaten all teh above mentioned dishes.

Food 3.9/5

Wrapchic is a famous chain from UK who have opened their first branch at Chennai VR mall 🔥
Neat , Clean and friendly service and yes the food court ambience was great .
Dishes that we had :
1. Hyderabadi Paneer Rice Bowl - Was good with heavy flavors . ❤️
2. BBQ chicken wings - it’s a new addition to their menu and the barbecue was the best 👌🏻
3. Chicken Overload Nachos - excellent with interesting tricolor nachos and cheese 🧀
4. Aloo Wraposa - it’s a Masala bread toast . Ordinary
5. Paneer Bhurji tacos - The shell was very very Bad though the fillings were good . They need to change the shell asap 🌮
5. Raspberry Slush - A good thirst quencher 👌🏻
6. Nutella Milkshake - The best of the lot . Super thick and good shake 👍🏻
7. Chicken Chettinad Wrap - Really Bad sauces and was not able to have it after a point . 👎🏻
Overall the experience was not so bad and not so great . They need to monitor certain dishes in the menu and make the corrections :)

They have a great slot at Vr mall, thier placing is just when you enter the food court making it a accessible option. Thier burritos are the right mix of Indian and Mexican, i couldnot stop with one. The beverages they offer also is pretty cheap and does the magic it should do. I wasnt really happy with the chettinad chicken rice bowl, felt the rice did not fit in any category, though the chicken gravy was yum. If you love chicken wings, peri peri chicken wings is a must try here. Overall a very pleasant experience. Keeping in mind i have already taken the rice issue with the respective leads and hoping they will make it right, giving a 4 star rating 🤗

Mexican food in indian style, and that's Wrapchic for you. They have revamped their menu with some rice bowls and the hydrebadi paneer briyani was simply amazing. Their mango slush was also pretty good and cold. Their Nutella quesadilla got into my top favorite list as they stuffing was well done and presented neatly. People visiting VR mall should definitely make time to try out their menu and enjoy.
Moni The Foody
Mexican food with a Indian twist. I ordered chicken tikka burrito and spicy mint lemonade.

Chicken tikka burrito - It's partially like a wrap but fully loaded with meat, hyderabad biryani, beans, Masala and sauces. Best thing about this is, tortillas are made out of whole wheat and quantity is more. 3.5/5

Spicy Mint Lemonade - Showstopper I would say. Personally I liked it a lot. It was super spicy and at the same time it was also sweet. Perfect blend of both. 4/5

A place situated in the food court of the VR Mall. Incase you are a mexican fan with an indian taste, this is your place. The mexican spices and sauces have been blended well with the indian bases to make the best.
They offer varieties like burritos, wraps, rice bowls, tacos, nachos, etc
My personal fav would be burritos and rice bowls.
A little point of improvement would be on adding more veg items.
Govarthan
Wrapchic is a newly opened outlet inside the food court at VR Mall and they serve a fusion of Indo Mexican cusine.

The wrap was good. U get to choose from options for the base. The Mutton kheema was flavourful n spicy. The Buritto was good in quantity and has rice filling. I chose the mutton kheema and it was good. The Hyderabadi Biriyani rice bowl was good. Do try the slush n shakes. The chicken wings are a new addition but needs some improvement. Lassi was very sweet and nachos were soggy yet tasty. Quesadilla with prawn is awesome i loved it. Must try mutton kheema wrap.

Tacos is good but need some improvement. Some hits n some misses. Overall a good place to try something unique. Overall i can give 4/5.

Worst Customer Service ... I Ordered the lamb rice bowl and they sent me the chicken rice bowl which was cheaper but i had already paid for the Lamb rice bowl ... When i tried calling them no one picked up ... Damn you Idiots!

This place serves mexican cusine with an indian twist! I have tasted their cucumber lemonade which is quite nice and their mango margaritas which tasted exactly like frooti! The Buritto was quite small however tasted good. I had their chicken Buritto with hyderabadi biriyani and the lamb rice bowl. The taste was decent! But there's lots of room for improvement!

Cost for two would easily touch ₹700.

Wrapchic, a U.K. Based brand has opened a new store in the new VR mall serving Indo Mexican food.

I ordered delivery of the indianized lamb with salsa Patiyala.
It was basically a rice bowl with toppings of rajma, mutton keema and an omelette.

The omelette was mentioned as masala omelette but I found it to be a normal one. The keema was too finely done, hence couldn't appreciate the meat texture while having the food. I wouldn't say the rice was biriyani rice.

Some new flavours and I enjoyed the food but I feel it could have been better done and could have been better if it was served hot.

I would like to give a another try here again.

Great restaurant. The fusion of Indian-Mexican restaurant is well done.

Food -
We only ordered veg. Started with the Mexican veg nachos, and Aloo Quesadilla. Both of these were great.

On Mexican Veg Nachos - the cheese was nicely melted, with a nice stretchy pull to it. Toppings like Salsa, Refried beans and peppers gave a nice flavor to it, while the jalapenos gave the occasional sour bite.

For Chennaites used to nachos and dips at movie theaters; please take note - this is the real thing :) Try it.

Next, the Aloo Masala Quesadilla - this a crowd favourite - we ended up ordering two plates (a plate is 2 pieces). Quesadillas are a great way to experience Mexican cuisine, and this one is done JUST RIGHT - a crispy-fried, triangle shaped tortilla with Aloo Masala and Cheese cooked to perfection. I was secretly hoping it would be chunky, and true to it, there was a hearty amount of Aloo in every bite, and it stayed soft and held-together throughout. I was hoping it would be more spicy, but the salsa dip did compensate up for it.

Not to leave any of the menu untouched, we arrive at the Litchi Lemonade. I was expecting the usual run-of-the-mill lemonade when I ordered this; but what we got was a nearly homemade, fresh-tasting lemonade with a tangy Litchi flavor. We downed it one gulp, and ordered another. Pity they didn’t allow us to take it to the theater. Friends who I’d gone with agreed that this is the best lemonade in the mall, and worth exclusively stopping over at Wrapchic for.

The choice of flavours are interesting too - Litchi, and Cucumber, rather than the usual mint, hibiscus etc. Next time, we’re trying the Cucumber-flavored Lemonade.

Overall, it was a great experience. We walked in expecting typically highly Indianised Mexican food; but what we got was some incredible fusion food, that left us wanting for more.

We’re definitely coming back

I took almost everything from the menu and it was worth it. Burritos are not my favourites but nacho burritos are nice. Wraps are comparatively better in taste. Nutella milkshake is to die for . Nachos are also good. Chicken wraps are also nice. I would not advise taking rice bowls. Its overall a good experience for reasonable price.

Wrapchic, a UK based chain of restaurants opened their first outlet in India, in Chennai. Located in the newest mall in Chennai, VR Chennai. The place is on the top floor in food court. Heard that they are famous for burritos. The place is a Kiosk. So nothing much to talk about the ambience of the place. We tried 4 dishes our here, Mutton polti Mexican biriyani burrito, loaded chicken, teekha aloo wrap and Mexican cottage cheese makhani.

Every time I go out I make sure that I try something new always. So the new dishes I tried over here are burrito and makhani. The burrito was basically consisted of biriyani, mutton kheema, tika masala gravy wrapped in a tortilla and given. The burrito was really a nice blend of Indian flavours. It was really good. The masala gave the biriyani a good authentic Indian touch. It was the first time I had this dish and its amazing. The other dish was Mexican cottage cheese makhani, it was like, the rice was on the bottom. It was covered with vegetables like corn and tomatoes, there was also lettuce. On one side there was chicken gravy on top. When you just have a spoon with all these, it’s a bowl of flavours in one dish. It was really good.

For the drinks we had cucumber and litchi mojito. They were really refreshing for the summer heat of Chennai. I liked the litchi more than the cucumber drink. Next was loaded chicken nachos, this was my most favourite dish of the day. The nachos that they served was really really different from the regular nachos. Thy had capsicums and jalapenos in it. Along with it, there was chicken gravy on top of it and melted cheese. It was really drool worthy and I just loved it. The nachos were crunchy and delicious. I loved every bit of it. Last but not the least was the aloo wrap. The aloo wrap was one dish which was veg that we ordered, it was like a typical wrap. It had a lot of aloo inside it. It was fine 😊

Overall, this place was good. Loved the indo fusion style. Nachos is a must try over here. I would rate it 4/5 [ food, quantity, price] .

Wrapchic, It’s in VR Mall,Chennai it’s an first outlet in India, an Mexican and indo Mexican foods served with proper fission and stuff.
They are with Burrito, wrap, rice bowls, quesadillas, nachos.
.
.
They tasted good.
The indo Mexican burrito was served hot and spicy with rice stuffed and chicken tikka this was good and filly. Tortilla bread was soft not hard and it’s good one to try.
The nachos was also good with Mexican style.
The beverage and dessert was good...The lassis and ice cream was good to taste........
This is an good Mexican style place for your instant craving and one good place for burrito 🌯.
.
.
Good place .... Do try 👍👍
Paradise Of Flavours
The Hyderabad paneer biriyani rice bowl was simply amazing. The rajma rice was cooked to perfection and topped with paneer tikka masala gravy, mixed with spicy salsa, some fresh lettuce and tandoori mayo. All together making it a wonderful dish. .
.
Out of the Mix Veg khurma and Paneer bhurji Quesadilla, I feel more inclined towards the former than the latter. It had an amazing taste and it really brought out a Mexican feeling in it's flavor. The filling was nice and the crust was fried to a crisp perfection.
.
.
The Veg mexicano Nachos was fried to a crispy perfection. The salsa, refried bean sauce, jalapeños, topped with molten cheese brought out a one of a kind flavor to compliment the nacho chips.
.
.
The Wrapchic is a one of a kind Mexican place with a comforting ambience and good service. All in all a must try restaurant. ❤️.
.
.
Price :
Quesadillas - Rs 149 each
Hyderabadi paneer biriyani rice bowl : Rs 189
Veg Mexicano : Rs 159

Located in VR mall, wrapchic has opened their first branch in India. This place has a variety of Mexican dishes. The food and the quantity was good. Coming to service, there not not much delays the dishes were in time. The nachos is a highly recommended dish. The wraps are filling and tasty too! The ice creams were a disappointment, but the Nutella quesadilla was tasty too!

Wrapchic is located in VRMall foodcourt anna nagar. It is a famous UK based foodchain serving indianised version of mexican dishes.
We ordered paneer masaledaar quesadilla, mozeralla mexicano cottage cheese burrito, mexican chicken wrap beans and corn, veg mexicano nachos, quesadilla nutella, mango lassi, coconut lassi, redwine sangria, chicken keema tacos, paneer wraposa, chocolate chilli icecream, charcoal icecream, peach and mango margharita.
Awesome and scrumptious food. Literally made our day. The wraps and burritos were beautifully wrapped in paper covers and had good quantity of paneer and veg stuffings in it. I liked the wraposa which is similar to sandwich and had good paneer stuffings. Nachos had good amount of cheese and beans toppings. Iam tasting the choco chilli icecream for the first time but it was great. But charcoal icecream was a let down. Nothing great about it. I want to try their rice bowl and churros which i missed it. Mango and cococnut lassi were too good. Staff were courteous and explained all the items well. They helped us select the items based on our likings. Service was quick. Will recommend to friends and family for a good dinner meal. All items are priced around 150 to 200 which is lesser than other outlets in the food court. Wrapchic is the new food joint opened first in India that too in Chennai. It is a famous UK food joint which has opened here. Mexican food with Indian twist in it.

Located at newly opened VR mall is this small kiosk in the food court.

The place has all the Mexican dish with some desi tadka. From rice to wraps, it was all yum. Being a wrap person I wanted to try their wraps and to my amaze it was definitely worth trying. I still remember the taste of it. It was worth trying them.
Do check them out.

Happy eating ! 💜

Food - 4.0/5 ❤️
Service - 4.25/5 ❤️

Parking would never be a problem here as it's a part of the food court in VR Mall. The service is really good with responsive staff. The order processing time is pretty quick too.

They don't serve the authentic Mexican food. All the dishes are fusioned with Indian flavours to suit our taste buds more. The Mango lassi was thick and had the proper amount of sweetness in it. The non alcoholic 'Red Wine Sangria' looks pretty and also tastes good.

The Nachos were cheesy enough for a cheese pull and crispy, a very good one. The 'Burritos' are basically wraps filled with rice. I liked the 'Chicken Cheese Burrito', never expected rice in a wrap would taste so good. The Paneer and Chicken wraps had good amount of fillings inside.

The 'Nutella Quesadilla' would be loved by those who keep craving for the Hazelnut Nutella Cream. The icecreams were the only disappointment. The 'Charcoal Icecream' was blue in colour and the 'Spicy Chocolate Icecream' never gave us a hint of spice.
Famous UK based foodchain has opened their first outlet in vr mall. They basically serve indianised version of Mexican dishes.
-Quesadilla
my favourite pick among other dishes,
the chicken Quesadilla,
Paratha layer was crispy with the delicious chicken kheema and cheese filling. The paneer Quesadilla was equally good.
_
Chicken tikka nachos and salsa lababdar burrito:
Chapati with the filling of red beans, rice and the respective gravy, the chicken tikka filling was tasty and it would be sufficient for a person to complete their meal.
_
We had Hyderabadi chicken briyani bowl and Mexican butter chicken bowl.
I wasn't much impressed with the rice bowl,
the gravy with succulent pieces of chicken/paneer, rice , refined beans were the same in both dishes. The quantity of gravy could have been more for the rice provided.
Tacos
Miniature version of tacos with paneer/chicken filling, the chicken taco tasted comparatively better.
Nutella milkshake and Oreo milkshake:
The shakes were perfect and good.
Food-3.5/5

Within just 3 months of their launch in VR mall, Chennai, I heard a lot from friends wh visited Wrapchic & shared their experience with me. Curious to try it out myself I visited them & was not disappointed at all! Here’s what I loved most about them.
.
1) ALOO MASALA QUESADILLA—-8.5/10——-super soft quesadillas with scrumptious potato & cheese filling. Perfectly seasoned masala. (₹149)
.
2) CHICKEN KHEEMA WRAP—-9/10—-juicy filling with tender & flavourful chicken kheema. (₹179)
.
3) PANEER MASALEDAR WRAP—-9/10—-spicy yet not overpowering with melt-in-your mouth paneer masala. (₹159)
.
4) MOZARELLA & MEXICANO COTTAGE CHEESE BURRITO—-9.5/10—super juicy, delectable, wheat based burrito wrapped around scrumptious rice & paneer masala with mozarella cheese. One of the best burritos in town (₹209)
.
PEACH & MANGO .MARGHARITA—9.5/10—-a delicious flavour combination that makes you crave for more! (₹149)
.
5) NUTELLA MILKSHAKE—-9.5/10—-Nutella lovers cannot miss this one! My personal favourite. Really smooth & creamy milkshake that’s a great accompaniment to the meal. (₹159)

6) CHURROS WITH DARK CHOCOLATE SAUCE——8.5/10—-gorgeous churros perfectly fried with no excess oil, right amount of sugar & rich dark chocolate sauce to go with it. Perfect for you to order hot & munch on while you walk around the mall. (₹149)
.
7) NUTELLA WRAPOSAS ——-8/10——crispy toasted bread filled with rich Nutella. (₹139)
.
8) TAKEAWAYS~~COCONUT LASSI & MANGO LASSI—-8.5/10—-apart from being a little too sweet, both tasted excellent especially the coconut flavour was soothing. (₹159 each)
.
PLUS POINTS—-Mexican & Indian fusion food works out well for this place. Special mention to the wrapping that is done meticulously with green & red stickers for the veg & non-veg food with the item’s names on them. Fresh & good quality ingredients used that is evident with one bite of that burrito! The salsa is spicy & tangy, served in a cup. You can also get more of it for ₹29. The Lassi is made fresh everyday and comes in cute sealed bottles. Wide variety of food options available. And they’re going to add more items to the menu soon. Polite & friendly staff. Food reached our table quite quickly upon ordering.
.
VALUE FOR MONEY—-8.5/10
.
An absolute must try when you visit VR mall.
.
Will visit soon to try their rice bowls & tacos! :)

Wrapchic is a restaurant/kiosk in VR chennai mall food court. It offers Indianized Mexican cuisine if that is an apt explanation

They offer nachos, wraps, burritos and rice bowls and other Mexican dishes in Indian style. Ordered vegetarian bowl - it simply is vegetarian biryani rice in a bowl with lettucee, beans and other vegetables

It probably not worth a try, there are better alternatives in the food court

Chicken biriyani with cheese blend and mayo makes the Indian version of burrito. It was fine. Could tolerate when you know not to expect anything authentic, but man the burrito was ice cold and hot. It was not heated evenly. One half super cold and another just hot.
Another thing we had was churros cos it's a personal favourite. But their churros were drought hit like(thin like stick) . It was hard as well.
I have shared pics of how churros should look like and how I got it from Wrapchic.

Wrapchic, the food served out here is as good as the name suggests. The tagline says "The Indian Burrito". They have two different kinds of Burritos, Make your own and Ala Carte. They have different innovative varieties of Burritos in Ala Carte. The Chicken Tikka Burrito is my favorite out here.

Wraps, they have different varieties like Paneer Makhani, Paneer Bhurji, Chicken Kheema, Mutton Kheema to name a few.

Their Nachos are colourful. The black and red nachos give a pleasant eye appeal.

Do not miss out their Churros, Cucumber Lemonade, Quesadillas, Nutella Quesadillas, Wraposas. Coconut and Mango Lassi need special mention.

Full marks for this outlet. They have outlets in London, all over UK, Dubai. This is the first time they are in India. It is challenging and they have met up their expectations.

Wrapchic is all about an Indian and Mexican fusion burrito kiosk outlet which is in the food court of VR-Mall. And yeah it belongs to an Indian which was a startup from UK. Menu ranges from burrito, wrap, quesadilla, rice bowl, nachos, tacos, and few desserts and beverages. They even have their Make your own options in few.

Tried the very options there:

Aloo Wraposa: It is nothing but a aloo masala grilled sandwich and yeah tasted good.

Paneer Burji Tacos: expected for a bigger one and yeah was disappointed to get a smaller version. In turn it was very less in savor.

Mozzarella Mexican cottage cheese: Rajma and rice filled wrap, I felt it was less of spices but the quantity could fill your tummy for sure.

Loaded chicken nachos: The nachos they served were flavor of bitter gourd and beetroot, with chicken filled and a cheesy topping. Must try one, and I loved it a lot.

Prawns quesadilla: This again tasted good with properly cooked and equally spiced prawns.

Chicken tikka burrito: Was bland in taste even the salt was very low.

For drinks had the Litchi lemonade which was more of lemonade, mango peach drink which I felt more of tangy mango taste and Red wine sangria which could have been less of ice as it spoilt the drink.

Nutella quesadilla: Who doesn’t love Nutella, and yeah I loved it ether.

Chilly chocolate ice cream: The name says it all, chocolate flavored ice cream with a mild spicy flavor in the end.

Overall the experience was good; being in a mall you can even pick the same on the go and have it delightfully.

Food/Taste: 3.5/5

Cost: 4/5

Wrapchic is a decent place in the food court.
They serve Mexican kind of cuisines.

I usually drool for nachos and decided to have the same.

Choosed to have loaded chicken nachos and mango slush.
Loaded chicken nachos: 4.5/5
Cheesy, chewy and crispy. Delectable dish it was. They made me to fall again for nachos.

Mango slush: 4/5
I literally felt the slush flavoured like mango bite candy. And I loved it.

Price is reasonable, as the quantity and quality is good.

Today went to VR Mall along with family. Being lunch time decided to have in the mall food court itself. One of the place which we opted is this. Indian style Burrito was the catchline which made me to give a try.

Ordered Mix Subzi Khorma Burrito. It was ready in reasonable time. It was filled with Tomato rice, Khorma etc. The blend was good. Better than I expected. Pricing is reasonable considering the location.

Worst service. Staff not able to create signature dishes . Disappointed.. sorry to say.. hope management takes some initiative soon to rectify these humps.

This place in VR mall food court serves Worst rice bowl ever. Raw chilli smell in the gravy with all chicken bones. Very less quantity of rice.

quesadilla was better comparatively in price and taste.

On hearing that this U.K joint opened up in Chennai, I was quite excited and headed to this place. Located in the food-court of VR mall, the space is very vibrant and mexican. Very pretty.

They had a number of Indianized Mexican food options but the menu seemed a bit disorganised. After a bit of confusion, I settled for Chicken Keema Quesadillas and Hyderabadi Chicken Rice Bowl which was promised to be served in 10 mins but was delayed. They were kind enough to address the issue and apologise to me. Very much appreciated.

I loved the flavours of both, the rice bowl and quesadilla. The rice bowl wasn’t upto my expectations, as it was served with some plain, coloured rice and less meat/gravy. The quesadilla was like paper and was very oily too.

Overall seemed to be on the expensive side for the kind of food served.

Located inside the VR Mall's foodcourt, Wrapchic is a brand from London serving wraps, quesadillas, burritos and rice bowls .

I like the aloo sandwich the most and the mozzarella burrito.
The beverages are slightly sugary.

The chilli cheese icecream is a must try!

It's a kiosk present in the food court of VR Mall, Chennai.
Indian Mexican fusion Stall that caters to both la carte and make your own dishes- Burrito, Wrap, Quesadilla and Rice Bowl.

Aloo wraposa-
Grilled sandwich with aloo masala and mayo. This was my favourite dish of the evening.

Mozzarella Mexicano cottage cheese burrito - the melted cheese and paneer masala tasted really good and flavoursome. But on the whole with the rice. It didn't taste that good.

Paneer bhurji tacos
Mini tacos filled with paneer, cheese and capsicum It tasted bland.

Among all the beverages, Litchi Lemonade was good. Although I liked flavour of mango peach margarita but it was too sweet.

Nutella Quesadilla
For all the Nutella lovers out there. Tortilla filled with Nutella and grilled. It was yummy indeed.

Chocolate Chilly Ice cream.
Confused with the name? So was I. It tastes chocolate-y in the beginning and leaves a spicy/chilli after taste.

Prawns Quesadilla, chicken Tikka burrito, red wine sangria, Raspberry slush and loaded nachos were few other dishes we tried.

Service: self service
Ambience: Kiosk at food court.
Taste 3/5
Must try-
Aloo wraposa
Nutella Quesadilla

Follow @foodovergym_ on insta for drool worthy updates

Wrapchic is a famous restaurant chain based in UK that makes Indian-Mexican food.
Located in the food court of VR Mall, this is their first outlet in Chennai and we stopped by for an evening grab.
They have a make-your-own menu as well as a la carte, so there's a wide range for you to choose from.

- Chicken Quesadilla
- Paneer Quesadilla
Not your usual quesadilla as the outer base was not hard and crispy but soft, which actually gave a nice taste to the dish. This is definitely one of the best I've had. The paneer and chicken pieces in the respective quesadillas with the rich gravy made this my favourite for the evening!

- Chicken Tikka, Nachos & Salsa Lababdar Burrito
- Mozarella Mexicano cottage cheese Burrito
The burritos have biriyani/tomato rice according to the non veg and veg variant stuffed in it.
The paneer burrito lived upto its name for the mozarella amount in the burrito making it cheesy and tasty.
The chicken burrito was also equally good with the succulent pieces of chicken in it.
The burritos itself were really filling and could be eaten as a separate course dish.

- Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani rice bowl
-Mexican Butter Chicken with red Nachos rice bowl.
Buttered rice, gravy, assorted with vegetables and rajma.
If weren't for the red nachos in the butter chicken bowl, both the dishes tasted almost the same to me.

- Nutella Milkshake
- Oreo Milkshake
These are two milkshake flavours where you can't go wrong with. The milkshakes were good.
- Red Wine Sangria
Too strong in flavour, the margharita had an overpowering raspberry flavour and was too sweet for my taste.

- Chocolate Chilly icecream.
This might sound like a weird combination but trust me, the taste is worth the try. The sweetness of the chocolate icecream has a spicy aftertaste which was actually a pretty nice combination.

A new mexican food stall located at VR mall chennai has opened up. The menu has most of the mexican food that is loved by many such as burrito's, nachos, churros, rice bowl, quesadilla and tacos. As the menu sounds interesting, our expectations were also set high, but then the food was not promising enough. Burritos and chicken keema quesadilla was the best among whatever we tried. We ordered hyderabadi chicken biryani rice bowl and mexican butter chicken rice bowl. Both looked heavy and appetising but then there wasn't any difference between them except that one had nachos in it while the other didn't have. Tacos were very average with a soggy shell that lost its crispiness, but the chicken keema filling was good enough. All their dishes are very much filling but then taste also matters and also i wish they had a better and modified menu. Hope to see a better menu and and serving soon.

UK's famous Mexican chain restaurant has now opened their first kiosk in Namma Chennai at the VR mall . As it is in a food court there's nothing talk about ambience and parking won't be a problem as it is in a mall . Here in India the menu is customised right from the food to the drinks. An Indian touch is added to the food to match our taste buds.

Chicken tikka nachos and salsa lababdar burrito: yeah I know it's such a big name but the burrito is as big as the name sounds. Red beans is a standard as it's a Mexican cuisine and followed by biriyani rice as an Indian twist . The tikka masala in it was good and the mint mayo along with went perfectly well . It's a whole meal in itself and will suffice as a meal .

Mozzarella Mexicano cottage cheese burrito: A cheese explosion happens in your mouth as soon as you take a bite of it . Nice chunky pieces of panner and as it's a veg instead of biriyani they add tomato rice in it followed by the regular refined beans that goes in every other burrito.

Mexican butter chicken with red nachos. This is a rice bowl and also the kinda healthy version compared to the burrito. This is just the same when compared to the burrito except for the tortilla. The rice bowl was decent in taste and nothing great to talk about. It's just a burrito without the tortilla with the same regular toppings.

Hyderabadi chicken biriyani rice bowl: There was nothing new in this and tasted almost the same as the previous rice bowl which we ordered. The sauce, rice and refined beans are just the same and there's nothing new in it.

Chicken kheema tacos : The tacos would have really tasted good if the shell they used for was different or of it was a fresh one. The shell was kinda soggy and didn't go well with the stuffings , while the filling in it tasted really good .

Chicken Quesadilla: This is undoubtedly the best
Quesadilla I've had. Definitely not the authentic one but definitely the best one I've had . It's more like a stuffed paratha with lots of stuffings In it. The filling in it was also too good and the base was cooked good.

Red wine sangria: expected it to taste like a whine but it ended tasting like a berry flavoured drink. It was more like semi liquid slush. It tasted good but doesn't do the justice for the name it's got.

Nutella milkshake: well how could this combination go wrong. This was the only drink that tasted and did justice to it's name. It wasn't thick but it did had the right milkshake consistency.

Chocolate chilly ice cream: The combination may sound weird but trust me the taste isn't. You get a nice chocolate taste at first and as soon it gets down you could feel the heat of it. Sweet and heat combined together actually works well together.

Overall it's a place where you could expect to get food that could fill your stomach but when it comes to taste it's just an average kiosk.

Aren't we all a little hyped about Mexican food ? And how much better can it get if it comes with an Indian kick ? Wrapchic has made that possible ! Their menu varies from basic light bite Mexican nachos to heavy tummy fillers like burritos and rice bowls ! The varieties and flavours are all tempting and you'll end up with little or no space for desserts ! But do not miss out on their chilli chocolate icecream that is a whole new experience for your taste buds :')

This newly opened place serves Mexican cuisine with Indian touch. They are loacted at the food court of the newly opened VR mall in anna nagar. So parking is not an issue. The food court is pretty huge but getting a table on weekends would be an issue.

The place serves tacos , burritos, quesadilla and wraposa ( basically sandwich). We as a group of friends tried our hands on both veg and Non - veg dishes .

Veg

Aloo masala wraposa - This dish felt so good. It had the home cooked kinda touch. Tasted good that all of us wanted to go for another round of this yummy delight. The aloo / potato filling was good .

Paneer Burji Tacos - This was very bland. The dish on the whole lacked flavour. They were a smaller version of tacos which looked cute.

Mozzarella Mexicano cottage cheese - This one from the burrito had the rajma and rice filling along with Paneer. The rice part again lacked flavour. It was bland.

Non - veg -

Loaded chicken nachos - This dish is a must try . It had an amazing cheese pull. Tasted good. The nachos they use are on the healthier side . They use beetroot and bitter gourd nachos and with all the toppings tasted yum and Cheesy.

Prawn Quesadilla - This dish again tasted good. The prawn with the cheese filling was something I enjoyed. The prawns were cooked to perfection.

Chiken Tikka burrito- The rice filling of the dish lacked flavour.

Drinks -
We had the wine sangria, Litchi lemonade , raspberry slush and mango peach all of it tasted super sweet. It was served chill.

Desserts -

Nutella Quesadilla- If you love Nutella you will love this. The Indian style tortilla had a good spread of Nutella. Tasted yum. thanks

Chilli chocolate ice cream- This was definitely a good try. A combination that has worked well. The spicy flavour could be more.

One of the kiosks in the newly opened VR Mall's food court, wrapchic is a burrito/wrap/quesadilla chain that is new to Chennai.
The mall's food court might get crowded on weekends, so good luck finding a table! The service was quick and the staff were friendly & helpful.
We ordered Aloo masala wraposa, paneer burji tacos, mozzarella mexican cottage cheese burrito, loaded chicken nachos, prawn quesadilla, chicken tikka buritto.
I loved the aloo masala wraposa, which is aloo masala sandwich that tastes so good!
Paneer burji tacos - tasted bland
Mozzarella mexican cottage cheese burrito - lacked flavour
Loaded chicken nachos - cheese and chicken tasted yum!
Prawn quesadilla - cheesy and yummy
Chicken tikka burrito - flavorless again
Drinks - raspberry slurry, sangria, lichi amd mango - they all tasted decent but they were too sugary.
Chilli chocolate ice cream and nutella quesadilla tasted okish.
Gurooooo
Wrapchic- It's a famous Indo- Mexican outlet in UK which has opened it's first franchise in VR Mall of Chennai... The menu is quite extensive and is filled with items like sandwiches, wraps, burritos, nachos, enchiladas, etc. I ordered a Masaledaar prawn wrap... The wrap was good with loads of prawns... The only problem was too much of sauce... It gave an unnecessary extra tanginess... The service is a bit slow also... I hope they improve the service and mellow down on the sauces...

Long waiting hours even after paying thru their online foodbox app.. waited for 30mins after the staff said 10mins.. to receive what u see in the pics below.. 4 of the worlds tiniest hard shell stale taco (gone cold due to improper storage) .. called Paneer Bhurji Tacos for 130₹... Not worth it at all. I'm giving a generous 2 star.

Located in the newly opened VR mall in anna nagar,,,planned to dig in after a tired shopping,,,we went for chicken quesadilla and chicken nachos!!

Quesadilla is mexican food which is a tortilla stuffed with some veggies or meat coated with some cheese and salsa!!

What's spl abt these quesadilla? It is cooked with a indian twist ,felt the aroma of indian flavours,, we personally liked it!!

The nachos was topped with salsa which tasted literally like chicken gravy but only with the dollop of cheese,,basically we are cheese sucker ,,we were bit disappointed!!

On a whole definitely worth a try if you wanna dig into some mexican dishes with a indian twist !!

Bon appetite:)

Never choose this places for a starter on VR Chennai , quality of this restaurant has come down even in an month . We happen to be this restaurant ,when this was launched during june 2018 and it was good . We again visited by yesterday had a same wrap with paneer and chicken tikka . It was worst I believe they had old stock or freezed item been cooked and we had food poison and stomach upset completely. Totally waste of money & no hygenic at all.

This is located in VR mall food court .
Rice is really good here . Tried paneer rice and chicken biryani , both were really fantastic .
Prawn wrap was also nice , but bit costly for a small wrap i think . Even for packing also , neatly packed and quantity was sufficient for one person . Rates have been slightly increased as it's a month since the restaurant has opened .
Very decent ambience , must try one . ❤

Ordered for a chicken Keema burrito and panner masala wrap, they made me wait for 25 mins. In the end what I received was half cooked and the taste was so bad. They charged RS.189 for a burrito which was not even close to a Rs.60 Frankie. Such a let down.

When it opened newly I visited wrapchich loved their food and taste.but now the price is increased and taste is not at all good like the first few days they had given and the quantity also changed for all the dishes they sell.they should bring back the old persons.

Had been to this place in VR mall. Ordered a Paneer Quesadilla and Biryani. Each 103 rupees. They processed the order in 15 mins as they had told. It tasted good and worth the money!

Located in newly opened VR mall! Best quesadilla i had ! Being a vegetarian on a Saturday, I got to taste the paneer makhani and paneer Bhurjee quesadilla ! And it was yumm and stomach filling at an affordable price! My BIL who had Hyderabadi chicken rice bowl also liked it ! However he felt the gravy was a little bland! Food - 4/5 Service -4/5
