It's near my house, however the grill chicken was nice.<br/>

So far the worst grill chicken I have ever tasted. It’s clear that the grill chicken is not prepared today. Obviously it’s re-heated and supplied. I am not sure what’s wrong with Zomato to have these restaurants listed in their app. Don’t spoil your reputation just because this shop.

Actually they serve good quality and quantity if u go to the hotel. But its direct opposite when u order through any food delivery app. Less quantity no good taste.

The first time ordered chicken biriyani combo and was not impressed by the quality of the food. The chicken piece in the biriyani and the grilled chicken piece is very dry and bland and has no taste in it. Need to improve the quality and the preparation if chicken. Also need to improve in the taste of the food.

We ordered the Chicken Biryani + Grilled chicken Combo through Swiggy.<br/><br/>A feather came out of the Chicken Biryani and the Grilled Chicken was burnt!!!<br/><br/>The Chicken was burnt. Swiggy sent us replacement as the Chicken was burnt and a feather came out of the biryani. But the Chicken was black even in the replacement. No point asking for replacement again as we do not like wasting food while so many go hungry around the world.<br/><br/>The Biryani Factory does not know to cook grilled chicken without making it black just like most of the middle class restaurants in Chennai.<br/>It is a shame as even the slightest black colour in food causes CANCER.<br/>It is a serious health hazard and many restaurants dont understand that.<br/>And even the poor customers in Chennai also take it for granted that grilled chicken needs to be burnt and eat it without complaints!!!<br/><br/>The customers should understand that if it is black then either the restaurant does not have the skill and/or knowledge to grill chicken without making it black. Or they are trying to play with their customers health (actually life as Cancer kills you) just to save money.<br/>Proper grilling requires slow cooking on low heat for long time.<br/>The restaurants just increase the heat/ flame to save the time/ costs and play with the customers' health/ life!!!<br/><br/>This should STOP !

I ordered 2 biryani + chicken 65 from SUN50 offer but didn't got the order number. I paid the full amount got the verification from bank regarding the same. Kindly help

Doesn't deserve online service

If you are in a hurry and wants the food delivered asap, order from this place. Like the other reviews, they deliver super quick. The food is decent and so is the quantity - average. The chicken biriyani comes with few small Kebabs. While the rice was ok, the chicken pieces were bright red - indicating the amount of artificial food colour used. Overall average experience.

I ordered 1 large bucket mutton briyani ,but delivered very less content, before order they told 1 kg rice and 1 and half kg meat once got ur order very less and poor quantity rice. Dont select this type of hotels<br/>.<br/>

Don't order. Stale and bland. Regret choosing this over my usual. On giving feedback to the restaurant their only response was that it's only today that their food turned out like this. But yeah, quite unimpressive

Twice I have been this place. It is again a small hotel and recommended mostly for take away. But price and taste of Briyani was great. They provide hyderabadi kind of Briyani, now they added veg Briyani also to the menu. Both egg and veg will taste nice and quantity will be sufficient.

Limited menu, no fuss , value for money, have ordered quite a lot of times, simple dishes, well prepared, my favorites Tandoori, and tikka ! I have dined in just once because I did not have the patience to wait till I go home, they usually get the order done in 15 mins for a take away. I like the food here!

Very bad. The restaurant doesn't even accept the orders. They have to have some basic commitment to the products they sell online. Once the system accepts the order, the restaurant cant reject it. On top there is no reason given for the rejection

So few reviews after being open for so long. I wonder why.<br/><br/>I visited this place a few days back after a sudden get together with a friend and a craving for good food that doesn't dip too much into our pockets. I came across TBF on Groupon. Thanks to a fellow reviewer, I got their number. Called em up at around 11am and ask if I could buy a few groupons and come for lunch the same day. The person on the other end, whose name I never got, was very kind, sweet and too polite, told us that 2 out of the three groupon deals are available for lunch. So we got a Groupon for one full grilled chicken and a chicken biriyani, chicken tikka, sweet and drink combo, which set us back 350 bucks.<br/>We arrived at a near empty restaurant at 2pm and were given a Luke warm welcome as they were attending to the solitary customer who had placed his order prior to our arrival. AC and fans were being turned on.<br/>I expected a small place but not as small as that. The seat capacity is only about 14-16. I also did not realise, this is a very old restaurant.<br/>Upon presenting our groupons, the staff went into work on getting our food ready and plated. This is the part I loved. The staff, seeing what we had ordered, calculated how we would eat it and served it accordingly and with a smile. Grilled chicken was first up, divided into 8 pieces, 4 each in separate plates along with Mayo (unfortunately). As we were going thru it, the staff arrived with a bottle of Pepsi and asked if we'd want the entire bottle for a price or just what we are entitled to as per Groupon which would suffice the two of us. I happily agreed to pay the difference as I was relishing the well done grilled chicken in my mouth. Just as we were about to finish, the waiter asked us if we were ready for the biriyani combo. He got us an extra plate, knowing we will b sharing that as well.<br/>Biriyani was actually a let down as the chicken pieces or rather blocks were very much under cooked and ruined what was left of our appetite. We set them aside and finished off what was left. Paid the waiter and tipped him for the awesome service. He can only work with what is at his disposal. We didn't make a fuss about the undercooked pieces in the biriyani.<br/><br/>Ambience: 1/5<br/>Food: 3.5/5<br/>Service: 4.5/5<br/><br/>Would I visit this place again? Probably not!<br/>Please do take steps to improve what u serve and the ambience.

Tandoori biriyani is good but less spicy but tikka was gr8 value for money. Quick service and good response while crowded also. Good location . Keep it up

Was searching the page for TBF for quiet sometime as i was too eager to post my reviews about the same. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone for a great briyani experience which has a very appreciable takeaway or home delivery service. Prices are nominal while they are consistent in taste and service. Chicken tikka briyani is a must try while they serve mutton dishes, tandooris too.The people out there have a very good fluency in English and that's really amazing to know. TBF = Super Cool!
