Review Chozan Hotel Restaurant - Chennai (Madras)

I had booked a room at The Pride hotel, Chennai for a day. I had requested for an early check-in, and an extra Bed. I assumed we wouldn't be getting early check-in but considering my parents old age, Ms.Sunita at the reception was kind enough to let us check-in as early as 6 hours. She is a true hotelier at her core and she is very hospitable. The room that we were given were spacious, clean and nicely lit. Every request from our side was taken seriously and dealt within just a few minutes, From helping us to check-in to settling inside a room, to helping us be comfortable through out our stay. The complimentary breakfast was just about an avg and can be improved but it's the best one can get for the price of a room. The room that we were given was spacious, clean, nicely lit, smelled good, and amenities provided were good. The best accomodation one can get at the price.

It should be an old hotel but they have well maintained it. Buffet wasn't great,cud have added few more items. Service is top notch.

It is a business hotel. Staff is friendly and polite. Rooms have aged but are well maintained. The hotel is quiet. I couldn't use the pool, but it looked well maintained. Breakfast was balanced.

I had good experience in pride hotel food is very tasty and delicious rooms are spacious and housekeeping was well maintained clean and higiene staffs all are in friendly manner everybody is very helpful hospitality is very good plzz do visit diz hotel and have a nice stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the (Hotel smart plaza, New Delhi). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thank you 😊! for a wonderful experience. Will recommend to my colleagues!

Room was nice clean and specious housekeeping well maintained but rest room was small and break fast was spred nicely and food tasty and delicious staff are frendly manners

Good rooms, quite spacious and near and clean. The service was amazing and I enjoyed my short stay. Even the breakfast was good. It's quite accessible and safe. Security is good, all staff have a pleasing personality specifically the receptionist was always smiling and ready to help.

The GM, Mr Srivinivas & Jitesh have all done a terrific job managing everything and keeping the hotel up running for the past two days.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city..it's just 2 min walk from metro station to hotel.3 km from railway station. The rooftop restaurant food is really good...
