I took a birthday cake from here as it was an emergency and last minute order. Normally i would have skipped this place but it was open at night 11.45pm so took parcel from here. The cake 🍰 was good in taste but I think the layers are made from bread 🍞. No ambience, no proper lighting and you wouldn't expect any better seating here. Crowd comes here for late night coffee and expected crowd is of age 16 to 35. Nothing much to see here. They have coffee here which is famous. Most ordered here is falooda, fruit juice, cakes and coffee.

The coffee house at Mount road is a good place to visit often. The cream bun, butter bun, bread butter jam and such kind of items provided by the coffee house is too nice. Apart from these mini meals other kinds of lunch, dinner etc are also available here. It's not that expensive and can be visited for casual purposes.

It's situated in the centre of Chennai city. One of the nicest places to have coffee, tea, snacks and quick bites. They've assortments like cakes, chat items, confectionaries and savouries.
Coming to the ambience, it is always a busy place where many people come around.
The only thing is people don't follow social distancing here and many people who work here don't wear a mask.

The best place to have a sip of tasty coffee. They also had a wide variety of snacks. Situated in the centre of the place. It is very near to the junction, from where u shall walk through government multi specialty hospital road towards Triplicane police station junction road. A must visit place for the travellers especially coffee lovers..

I have a few gripes here and they are firstly parking facilities in such an important hotel there is not enough convenient parking space. They tell you to park on the road, it is very difficult to park and pick up. Maximum 15 to 20 vehicles can be parked at a time. The second disadvantage I think is the cost of the ingredients. It is a bit noticeable otherwise it has a wide variety of food items like cakes, pubs, tea, coffee, sweets, sweets, etc., making Mount Road an important destination for late night food lovers. Mount Road Coffee House is the most prominent snack bar located on Anna salai.

The 500ml filter coffee is a true savior during those hectic late nights. Strong and tasty. Must try. Have already ordered it twice in a three day span. I got an amazing offer @ 54rs. I hope the offer comes again.

This is my fav place and I love ordering pav bhaji here. The buns are extremely soft and the cheese on top of it is mouth watering with affordable price but unfortunately packaging is worst. Twice I received open boxes with spilled food and juices. I request you to take care of packaging as it is adding a black mark to ur restaurant.

A place with a literal versatile menu. On our recent trip to Chennai we were staying at Mount road and religiously had breakfast and supper at the Coffee House. Super fast service and amazing food. Our favourite was pav bhaji and chilli cheese sandwich.

Kothu parota is too good.. though they can improve dosa quality.. when I ordered onion othappam it was like a normal onion doas prepared at home...customer service can also be improved so that wait time ll be reduced

I've gone to this place a couple of times. The ambiance was good. First Went to this place after watching a movie at Devi paradise. A pocket friendly place. The pastries are sometimes not like we expect.
