When ever I ordered from this Restaurant I have ordered only chocolate brownie thick shake. Before they have provided good quantity and now these people reduced the quantity and hiked their prices. They should provide good quantity for that price. Taste became average too.

Ive been regular with TSF for a while , love their shakes but recently im very dissapointed with their deliveries as oflate the quantity they provide is wayy less for the amount of money they take. I contacted my delivery n informed him to sure the right quantity is given but the staff denied to speak or do as per need. I did not ask them to give me more or less. Also ive purchased from a long time if thats how much they provide why not other branches provide the same quantity?! They fill the cup n send us. Very irresponsible staff. They dont even want to address the issue. Dint expect this. Have been ordering n recommending TSF for a long time

This is the first visit to the shop, my husband kept praising about the shop. But I was highly disappointed with the taste. I ordered Belgian chocolate milkshake and my husband ordered ferrero rocher thick shake. Both tasted the same.<br/><br/>Worst is they added only one ferrero rocher chocolate into the thick shake. My milkshake was just a normal chocolate drink like if you can find it any super market.<br/><br/>Definitely not value for money. Please do concentrate on your taste of the drinks.<br/>

In other branches it was too good.<br/><br/>The customer service is so poor in this branch, when enquired about the milkshake their reply was like: we are new, we don't have enough experience 🤯

This is my favourite milkshake shop for their thickshakes. This outlet have very good spacious for dinning . They have different kinds of Milkshake and thickshakes. This is a much smaller outlet than the one in Sholinganallur but it is a comfortable space. The shakes are on point here as well, but even then I think the outlet in Sholinganallur churns out better shakes tastewise.

It's amazing place, where you get different kinds of milkshakes and thickshakes.<br/>Fruits, ice-cream and blended with milk, perfect drink to kill your thirsty.<br/>I had been there with my friend, at night.<br/><br/>We have ordered for oreo nutella thick shake and blueberry thick shake.<br/>Really , it has yummy taste. Though the size was small, it fills your tummy perfectly. Of course, it was thick.<br/>🥛🥛 🍪<br/>It's really worth trying this and best place for milkshake lovers.<br/><br/>Service was really good<br/>Quality of the thick shake was fantastic <br/><br/>So good to have this .<br/><br/>My rating - 5/5.

Let me share my very positive experience after not so positive experience previously at other places :) . This place is can be found near Dindigul Thalappakatti at Thoraipakkam. The ambience of the place is similar to other branches but I could find a lot of games being displayed. Thus, making it a potentially good hangout spot with friends and families with kids!!!<br/>I tried choco crumble and blueberry delight and both were really good. Choco crumble was every chocolate lover's dream. The blueberry was soooo rich and fruity- yum!!! Waiting for the drinks, we decided to try out the games such as Jenga and chess. All together, this place is nice to chill and have some fun!! Great start, keep it up!!!

This place is located near cream stone in THORAIPAKKAM, its a fun filled place with so many interesting games, a great place to spend time with frnds and kids.. I have tried their Belgium chocolate, strawbanana, butterscotch, redvelvet crumble, choco coffee, choco brownie crumble, Nutella and peach ice tea... Everything was good enough. I loved ❤️ them.

Each of the TSF outlets have their own theme and ambience, but I loved this store the most coz of the friendly staff n hospitality, really cool interiors, and most importantly I can spend as much time as I want after ordering a thickshake and just hang around with my friends playing different board games like chess, Jenga, Uno etc.<br/>I'd say, when both the experience n the product are amazing, paying another visit to try another shake, play another game, spend another night is always on my mind :)<br/>Good going guys....keep it up ✌

We ordered three thickshakes - one mango melody, one chocolate Banana and one shape your shake (Hazelnut Ferrero chocolate with Honey). Mango was so good while chocolate banana was a new combination. The honey with the hazelnut was a treat for the tongue receptors as they created great tingling sense. Thickshakes were great than milkshakes as they were almost ice cream through straws. The best spot for people with sweet tooth.<br/><br/>Ambience:<br/><br/>Definitely calm and serene but could turn crowded in peak hours. Decent Ambiance and the menu would make you drool.<br/><br/>Price:<br/><br/>No comparisons as thickshakes are definitively one of a kind This place has great menu with reasonable price.

On a sunny hectic day, got a chance to try shakes over TS Factory... Ordered thru swiggy.. The Packing was really great and it was cold even after I got it.<br/><br/>❤️Banana shake - This was was THE BEST!! Was very thick in consistency... its really delicious .. Got that unique taste of  banana in each sip... Taste and Quality equally maintained .
