I prefer this place for traditional taste. Been here many times. Good service, cockroaches (big and small) are roaming....need some serious pest control systems. My family has told never again to this place....expect quick action.

Decent hotel for non veg lovers specialy mutton special gravy is awesome..... only problem is seating capacity ..... its so small in space.... if u need delicious food tis hotel is good... if u need delicious food wth private space for a nice and good conversation tis is not the place

The Briyani here in quite good, it's different from the usual briyani and it stands apart very well. I would recommend you to try it.

All the items we ordered were so good. If you are someone just expect only tasty food from a Restaurant and nothing else then you can go here.<br/><br/>Half of the food items we ordered were not available and there were no ice cream and no cool drinks though it was there in the menu card.<br/><br/>Waiter who served us was patient and interactive. But don't know why there were not enough waiters and cleaners. We waited for more than 10 minutes alone in the AC hall without knowing whether someone will come to serve us or not.<br/><br/>I think there is no enough staff to clean up things. The floor of the non AC hall was so so dirty and no one came to clean our next table which had the leftover foods and utensils remaining on the table without being removed.<br/><br/>The ambiance is not good at all, we ate in the AC hall it was fine little bit. But the non AC hall was pathetic, floor was so dirty and most of the sofas were torn out and very old.<br/><br/>They said the server is down so we can't do card payments and they don't accept Paytm also. Finally I did Google pay to a restaurant staff.<br/><br/>Price was decent, it was neither cheap nor costly for this tasty food but this mokka ambiance don't deserve the price.<br/><br/>Overall if you are someone who don't care about ambiance and services but you want only tasty food then you can go here. If you are someone more concerned about ambiance and services please don't go here.

You know what, let's cut to the chase. I've given them two chances, let's say they failed to impress, what I had was horrible.<br/>The very first time, I forced my friend and took him to this place as it was newly opened. Good place, huge restaurant, decently decorated, nice comfy seating and all. So we ordered what was called Naatu Kozhi Biryani if I'm right. What we got was watery, puli saatham (tamarind) sort of looking, chicken rice. Felt sooo bad that why we entered on the first place. I ended up recieving blue words from my friend for forcing him into this disaster.<br/>Second time, I went alone, I didn't wanna try anything big so I ordered a Shawarma roll and parceled it. I saw a kid, standing before the vertical Shawarma machine, sweating profusely, getting scolded by the manager for no reason. The kid looked under 16, was very nervous, obviously didn't know how to slice Shawarma, ended up carving huge chunks instead, dropping pieces off the counter top, taking it back to put it in the roll where I had to stop him and said to just parcel it as it is..<br/>I wouldn't blame him though, the kid is new. It's the management. But the horror was not over yet, I reached home and took a bite, it was sooo salty and the meat was undercooked 🤦🏻‍♂️.<br/>That's it, never went by that side again, never recommended anyone to try there.

Do you want finger licking non veg Kurma for sunday breakfast ??? Then tiz should be your destination. Have tasted Ter spl chicken Kurma ₹170(available only on Sundays) .. qty and quality are top notch.. They do serve one of the best kuram in our city..

New variety of briyani and its really amazing. Briyani looks yellow (rice colour), for the first time when I saw I hesitated to taste it but after I tasted I can't stop my taste bud.. It's really mouth watering.

Its a good place when you go at the right time. The service is not good during normal hours, but on the contrary service is too good in peak hours. The cost is moderate and reasonable. Food tastes good but can be improved. Overall, a good restaurant.

Was very disappointed with the taste of biriyani and chicken 65. Though the quantity was large, the taste was no where near an average biriyani in Tamilnadu. Would suggest to skip this place.

A decent midsize hotel with some quiet good food. Known for their non-veg meals - chicken, mutton, fish curry for 100rs a meal. Try their mutton gravy and egg side dishes, their take away quantities are always good and extra as a way of traditional approach. One of the few good restaurants in north chennai. Their first place is in tondiarpet.

Taste is not good

Been here multiple times. Used to buy meals here many times quantity of the rice is good. Taste is better. Single meal is enough for two persons.

Vera level food here biryani yellowa irundalum has a unique taste ... prawn biryani and brain biryani Vera level combination must try.... definitely worth your money prawn bir rs 190 and brain fry 100 .......

I always get take away lunch from here whenever required. The quality of the meals prepared here is worth the money we pay. I'm sure this is a good place to have noon meals.

Hotel Surya is an descent place for Non - vegetarian food in Perambur.. Nice and clean place.. The prawn biryani was good.. & The fish fry was excellent.. Chicken fried rice also good..

Chose this restaurant for a family get together party. Mutton biriyani here is very different yellowish colour less spicy unique taste it's awesome. Highly recommended for biriyani lovers.
