It is very first and first experience with Zomato and Arasu settinadu hotel on yesterday night, Being vegetarian, I occasionally take egg and so I ordered egg fried rice and they supplied chicken or fish fried rice. I complained the same, but not received the replaced one, so kids slept with half filled stomach. pathetic experience with Z and A.

Ordered mutton biryani bucket and chicken 65.<br/>Tastes good and it had enough pieces for the money. It's worth the money and filling too.<br/>3stars is due to the failure of my expectation tasting it to be a chettinad type but it tasted like the normal biryani.

Before placing an order I selected my current location and I placed the order and the order was even accepted and I got a call from this number 04439592041 telling that Ur address is not deliverable and he asked me to cancel the order but I asked about refund and he asked me to contact customer support and inform like restaurant is too far hence cancelling the order because I was worried about the rider that time and I cancelled the order but the rider mentioned like customer number was switched off hence cancelling the order which is completely unfair.<br/>Look the picture it shows very clearly my address is deliverable and he called my number. But I haven't receive my refund

Worst service ..i have selected the veg and i ordered kal dosai and chapathi , but they provided Chicken kuruma and i spoke to Mr Ramu (manager) from arasu and he said we don't provide chutney and sambar is not there that's the reason we.provided Chicken kuruma .. and he spoken very loudly and rude ..he wants to check with zomato not to him..

We ordered mutton biriyani (mini bucket) and few full meals. Biriyani did not have enough pieces and meals did not even have the necessary curries. Each full meals was supposed to have 2 each of everything (sambhar, rasam etc) however we got only one of each and poriyal for 2 meals they gave only 1, not enough papad. Quality was good, but quantity was definitely a miss. The portion sizes were normal. If the required quantity was given, we would try them again

This time my money got wasted. really needs to think twice before ordering in Hotel Arasu. advise to hotel If biriyani is not good please don't deliver to customer.
