We were here celebrating our wedding anniversary with extended family. Customer service was beyond excellent - we had a great occasion and good food. My only disappointment was the lime soda which wasn’t fizzy enough. Everything else was good. Barbecue nation will need to switch up their menu a bit, it’s been the same over the years. Customer service however has improved significantly. My last visit was about 8 years ago and a lot has changed since.

Both veg and non-veg varieties available.... Price is ok... All taste are good...

Went there to celebrate our anniversary.. Food was good. They congratulated us by playing music and providing a nice cake which we brought to home after having the lunch. Staffs were very polite in nature.. and we found some bengali staffs too which made us feel homely.

I had dinner with my friend and his cousin for the first time here. Starters were all good except the prawn was a little salty. In the main course there was paneer butter masala, veg masala, kulcha, naan, biryani etc. Masala kulcha was nice. There was ice cream kulfi and pastry in the dessert. Kulfi and ice cream was nice. The pastry was average. In the salad there was cucumber, onion and carrot. Watermelon and pineapple were also there. The atmosphere was nice and the family and friends family. Special treatment for special occasions. All the staffs were nice. Overall a good time there. Main course can be improved and new items should be added

We had a very good time there in a calm atmosphere. The experience was awesome. Food options and availability was superb. In one word we had filled our stomach with lots of tasty foods😋. The stuff crew was also kind helpful. You can give it a try for sometime.

The food was excellent. All food was served on time. The service guys was kind and quick and served all dishes very well. But the AC was completely not working till the time we were there. Almost more than two hours we will sitting without ac. There is some maintenance problem which needs to be address on priority else all vistors will have same complaint.

Awesome !! Service at it's best . Starters were very good . To my taste , Fish was less spicy , I informed the service person , It was immediately replaced by a spicy one . Fish and Crispy corn were the best among the starters . Main course had good items . Dum Biriyani had a excellent flavor , it went very well with the spicy lamb curry. Other main course items were also good . Pizza was good . Momo's were okay. Wish grill items were excellent . Mutton kheema 👌👌👌👌. Taste of Dessert's 👌👌 . Ice creams and kulfi are normal. Based on my experience , Taste of the main course and desserts was better than other buffets around Ramapuram.

Staff was quite friendly and prompt to serve food. The quality the food was also good and worth trying. A complimentary birthday cake was presented by the hotel.

There are many differences while comparing with pre lockdown and post lockdown. No live counter available and also they are serving only limited varieties and also the service is not up to the mark

The food taste was pathetic they have increased the amount, earlier the buffet cost was inclusive of tax but now it is not, also the main course varieties were limited with inappropriate taste... No dips (mint chutney, mayonnaise available)

Barbeque nation is one of the most emerging restaurant brands which is spreading all over India. So we have vistied this place recently and had amazing food and time with our friends. They have a huge number of desserts, unlimited quantity of starters served to the tables, and a wide spread of main course along with live pasta, pizza and ice cream counters. It is a budget friendly place for all the vegeterians and non-vegeterians.

We visited this place on 6/Feb/2020 and we have the worst experience from the couple of visits we had earlier. I would say the food was pathetic and service was very poor. They said they have live counter and never saw a person in the live counter to prepare/serve food. I would definitely say please do not prefer this outlet for any Team outing or group booking. If you are in Porur, Absolute Barbeque is very near to it, it is awesome when compared this Barbeque Nation, if you are in tnagar, Coal barbeque is there it is super awesome, Barbeque Nation is worst. "Not Served Properly, Often felt like no starters served, Our table was with out grill and no starters for more than 45 mins", Smelly Grills, Grills were not heating, uncooked starters, uncleaned plates. Service not good, fights & arguments among Servers, very very unpleasant experience

We planned for a team dinner as it was near to my office and had a really bad experience in terms of service , varieties of dishes & all the dishes were not even hot enough. Even the starters were not hot enough and we had to heat it in the bbq placed at our tables. When complained about the service and situation the waiter was telling his problems Abt the crowd and the kitchen situation. We paid almost 10k and we were not at all satisfied as it got late we were not in position to bargain or to ask for any compensation from the hotel management. Not even thinking about going to this place again.

Had a bad experience, food taste and service were really bad. Don't try grill fish, it's worst. There is nothing much in main course, and thye have only chicken varieties at live counter nothing else. Ice cream and Malai kulfi really upset me to the core. Not worth for money.

I first opted to go for ABs with reservation through Zomato app, although Zomato confirmed the reservation, ABs promptly cancelled it at 20:15, so with no other choice I went to this place, Barbeque Nation.Ambiance : Very nice and well lit place. spacious enough, food arranged in organised way so that we can access them easily. The waiter was polite and gave us reservation at 9pm. It took 21:10  to get seated.Food: Unlimited BBQ Buffet - Well that doesn't stop with just BBQ, it included Biriyani, curries, deserts, icecream +street food festival which was on that day. Taste: Although they served small portions everytime we asked for the BBQ's (may be not to waste food), the taste was good and there were 4 varieties on Non-Veg BBQ(Chicken, Prawn, Mutton Sheek Kebab and Fish), and 4 Veg BBQ(Pineapple, Watermelon, Mushroom and Potato Patties). Service: Waiter was polite and had the serving at table at regular intervals, infact he kept filling the BBQ's as soon as he saw our grill is near empty.<br/><br/>With Gulabjamun, Kulfi, Icecream, cakes, salad we had a good anniversary day. Today, BBQ restaurants are there all over the city. Due to this, I feel the crowd at some of the restaurant's are comparatively lesser and one among them is the Barbeque Nation at Porur.<br/><br/>Right from the moment we stepped in, the service was great and prompt. All the grill as well as non grill items were served promptly and the waiter took constant feedback. Nothing felt rushed and it was smooth. The Mutton Kheema & Mutton Seekh Kabab were simply superb. I'll surely come back for the Mutton Kheema, if not anything else. The other food items were usual BBQ taste and flavor. Nothing worth mentioning here as I personally prefer quality over the number of items.<br/><br/>Overall, a good outlet with good service and reasonably good food. A final cake was given without even asking for it. It was a good touch by the restaurant manager!

What new should I say about this place? All their options are good! But they need to improve the taste for most of their dishes. I feel like they were bland. And the buffet price can be reduced.

We went for their chilli fest happening from 16th aug till 1st sept and it was so much fun. Apart from their usual starters they also had some very unique items added to their starter menu. The mains were completely different keeping in theme with the chill fest and even the desserts had some chilli items added to them.overall a very unique experience. The dishes were nice. Staffs very friendly and entertaining. Do ask for their special rabbit fry. Tasted just like podimass. There could have been more variety for non veg. Desserts were awesome.

my office came to BBQ. The taste was not good. In menu they mentioned chocolate fountain. But they didn't keep. And no varieties and all. No briyani no sweets. They kept yellow cake its fully water no sugar nothing. Etc... Some bad smell came from pizzaa... Need to improve more...

Flies everywhere,less hygienic. Pls don't go for 330pm slot. Most of the food are left overs from first slot or they will say it's over and they will replace it , but taking a lot of time. Your hunger will gone by that time. Also sometimes they can't replace it and saying they will prepare something special for you but it won't work.

This restraunt is located in the center of porur they have ample of parking space, the place is very nice.<br/>The staffs here are very good and polite, they will come and ask u about the taste of food and any changes u need in that bt u wont have to do that as the foods are very delicious.<br/>This place has a seperate area for pizza,burger and pasta which u should try.<br/>Recently i visted this two times in a week and to my suprise they remembered that i came here before😁

From cheesecake , brownie, gulab jamun, rasamalai, jalebi, fresh cream cake , fruit salad, custard, ice creams of ur choice..
