Tasty food, big portions, good service. We had mutton biryani, chicken chettinad gravy, and chicken kothu parotta, and a salem egg dosa. It was all absolutely excellent. Big portion of biryani too. I wish the south Indian restaurants back home in the UK tasted half as good!

Wonderful ambience, smiling staff, and most importantly delicious food! Kongu cuisine is special and Junior Kuppanna has taken it to another level. The spices in the Biryani stays evokes a charming aroma. Highly recommended if you are in the T Nagar area.
I visited Chennai and I got recommendations from my Twitter followers to try biriyani at Junior Kuppanna. I did value their suggestions and went there My orders included Egg kuttu parotta, Mutton Biryani Mutton biryani was flavourful but a bit high on fats ( a little oily for me) cost INR 375/-

Tried Kizhili Parota and Peri peri chicken. The taste was very good, and had nice authentic Karaikudi spices. The tea was the best at the end. Kalai was the server, and she was kind enough to take the order, served the food and made sure I was well taken care of.

I loved the food be it the non veg dishes or the veg ones and to talk about the service, they were on point. The ambience was very authentic and pleasing. Overall a very superb experience and I would suggest anyone to go for it.
