Well kept ambience, excellent service.
The chicken biryani was phenomenal.
The only issue I had was that the biryani served was colder that what it should've been.
Always when I visit Chennai, this place is a must for me to have a meal. Tasted Chicken and Mutton Biryani here. Chicken Biryani was good but Mutton sometimes wasn't cooked properly..then too that taste is always the same..Love it
Walking around and trying to clear the stomach from the breakfast to Belt some biryani is not at all way, even in the Hot Oven of Chennai.
Just about finished sweating over 45 mins and entered the Grand old man of Biryani in Chennai.
Buhari war even recommended by my hotel staff.
Ordered the staple Mutton biryani and waited for 20 mins, even though the rush wasn't significant that time around.
Beautifully cooked rice and even more tender mutton pieces justified the creation of space in the stomach for me.
Nicely cooked Dum preparation, will not disappoint u.. And ur certainly carried its weight off fame well.
As we all know it is the best restaurant to dine out, popular for #briyani. They offered welcome #drinks and #chocolates for children, as soon as we reach the hall. Briyani tastes delicious and no other restaurant could match this taste.
Walked in for a late dinner. Chicken 65 and schezwan rice, naan, the food taste really good. Service is slow. Not friendly so i will give 3.5 star.....
After reviewing few negative reviews..we dined in for lunch at Buhari Velachery on Sunday!! V were 6 of them ad were waiting for the seats since it was full..the manager requested us fr buffet at second floor ad it was a huge hall, having enough space to enjoy our meal leisurely!! Coming to food; the buffet menu was wide spread! With good starters of fish black peppers, fried chicken,kebabs ad n main course biriyani, Pulau ad noodles. The Stewart were refilling d starters over again fr serving it hotly. Next v ordered fr pomfret fish but unfortunately it was over for d day! N desserts v ordered for brownie with ice cream but they suggested cassata saying it's Buhari's special ad it tasted good!
Suggestions: soup was not up to d mark. But I wud pay a next visit here with my family.
Buhari restaurant close by the Chennai city railway station. The place which spread knowledge about chicken65. Ho yea. Till I had been here I don't know y and how is chicken 65 named!

Went for a late dinner . Really helpfull for the peoples travelling to chennai egmore at late night . I reached this restaurant at 12 in night and still could see lot of peoples in restaurant . When every thing is closed around this restaurant gives you a option of dinner . Ambience of the restaurant was average just like any other restaurant near railway station . Coming to the food nothing much to say we just took 2 chicken Biryani . The taste was good , packaging was great so dont require any plates to eat that . Felt the chicken piece was too small in terms of there pricing .

#Greatambiaence #Averageservice #wentforlatelunch but the taste of food was just fingerlicking . Cant expect more than this as middle scale restaurant but restaurant maintanence can be taken care well if possible .. staff can be trained more let them speak to guest about food and let them personalize their Conversation.. atlast food is just out of the box wehad buharismutton biryani , prawn f rice south east wok ,mutton curry of chennai,the wheat parata which is crispy & tasty ,Brian fry
