Decent place in chaotic surrounding. Getting to it is tricky with small stairs, lifts but they are managing people well. The food is not wow type but okay after tired shopping.
Went there around 3.30pm and tried their biriyani and tandoori chicken. The biriyani wasn't very hot but tasted fine and the tandoori chicken was very good. Reasonable pricing and decent interiors.
A very entrance located near Khadims,T.Nagar.. So decided to check this place out..Believe it or not,we had to wait for 45 mins to get a table,went on a Saturday!!..Place was crowded..Finally got a seat and ordered out usual Chennai menu..Tandoori and grill chicken,mutton biryani,naan and chicken butter masala... Wasn't having high hopes on this place..But trust me..all tasted soo good..it's quite pricey and portioning is OK.. Decent customer service..
Hello all after shopping in. Tnagar we are starving for the food and we found this restaurant recommended by friend was in wait list for few mins then we got tables ordered non veg meals and fish fry mutton Sukka food was good and ordered biriyani as well but it’s not worth usually Muslim restaurants biriyani will be good but quite disappointed over all fine experience
We went to their T Nagar branch which is the main branch. This place was bustling with crowd even on a weekday noon. Ambiance is decent, service is very fast. We ordered chicken biryani which was a bit spicy for me but my partner loved it. I ordered special veg thali and it had all the traditional flavours. I loved the rasam and payasam! Price wise it is easy on pockets.
Great food and service! The food here is delicious at a very nominal price. All of which I ordered tasted good. Great place for the carnivores
After a long shopping day we always hit this place with family.. It has a quite ambience never seen the place crowded.. A fine dining place with good ambience.. I would definitely suggest this place if you Wana a peaceful dining

I always wanna try this place, in fact for years! Had a chance to visit this restaurant recently and had a good experience. Loved their mutton biryani - it was too good on my tongue and on my stomach - much like home-made 😃 tried a couple of side dishes in chicken, prawn and fish and all were good. Prawns were fresh, tender and well-cooked. Will try more dishes during next shopping time 😄 and update here.
Had a visit with family recently. We ordered both chicken and prawns Biriyani. Found their Biriyanis decent. Service was also good and prompt. Not so great ambiance. Always noisy. You can dine here once in a while.
Located very close to pothys but in a hidden space. Food is really good especially tiger Thai chilli prawns and everything. Parking isn’t available.

Both veg and non Food was pretty good. The restaurant ambience is decent. When I went it was fully crowded. Their system of managing the crowd could be improved. It's in the third floor and the only decent way to reach this place is through 2 small lifts. Access to this restaurant could be improve.
One of the best biryani spot in the town. You must try the Chicken and Mutton biryani with Cole and you feel like in heaven. Nice small picture galary in walkway.
Taste was good. But a big no on service as they had only one person attending all tables due to covid situation and that poor guy was running here and there so obviously he was tried and not in mood to serve with attention.

I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 10yrs. It is located just opposite to Pothys showroom. Last time I visited with my family around 3pm. We ordered chicken briyani and prawn 65 and the total bill was around ₹900. Briyani taste is good but the quantity isn't sufficient, hence we were forced to order Kusha to compensate the chicken pieces. Customer service lagged a bit since it has pasted prime lunch time. Overall a decent restaurant in my opinion.
Visited this restaurant a couple of times for lunch while shopping in T.Nagar. I was a little skeptical given the approach to the restaurant where a small lift takes you to the third floor and the path is dimly lit. The place was pretty empty when I visited both times given it was after 3 pm.
We had Briyani which was pretty decent and no complaints there. The non veg meals was also good but the quantity of rice could be more. We also had Schezwan fried rice, noodles and a few starters which were all tasty. But the quantity of starters need to be improved.
You will not have any space to park your vehicles as it's on the main road. The spooky approach to the restaurant might put off some people but there isn't much that can be done there. If you're looking for a place to eat while shopping in T.Nagar, this place might just do the trick.
Food was good. Currently Basheer not well so pathetic management people giving food like this. Rise your voice if you found any issue. We need to convey all issues to Basheer Sir & restore this Traditional hotel
Visited for lunch. We had chicken and mutton biriyani, and starters. All the dishes are rich in taste. Interior of this hotel is too good. Reasonable price. Custer service is good. Restroom available neat and clean.
Disadvantage I feel is no parking available.
