The delivery is very good and they maintain correct timing.
It's a very good restaurant. And the taste of each dish is very good.
The wait staff and the owner are very nice, mannered and polite. Humility is a virtue I see lessening every day in restauranters but with them, there was more than enough room for everyone's ego. Loved the food there too. Had a butter garlic sear fish plater and chapatti. Loved it.
Wonderful food. The sea platter was one of its kind. Will go back again. Worth the price of 2K. Feeds 5-6 people.
I had called for delivery to my hotel. The food is Economical, Tasty & Hygienic Packing.
Quantity was good for one person.

I have been here twice for dinner whilst staying at the Club Mahindra Cherai Beach Resort. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. They took great care in ensuring that our food was prepared with our choices i.e., fried in coconut oil, less spicy, well done parathas et al.
We had different dishes on the two occasions.
1. Appams were soft and fluffy,
2. Karimeen fry was spicy and exotic
3. The Spinach Dal was a bit too salty, when mentioned to the steward he just replaced it with
4. Vegetable Stew - full of fresh vegetables and whole spices cooked in a coconut milk based sauce, an absolute treat with the appams.
5. Nadan Kozhi Curry was good however there were a few pieces of chickens which were a bit tough
6. Vendakkai Mappas was similar to the stew and equally good
7. The Coconut Rice was the piece de resistance - full of flavours when consumed with the mappas and chicken curry.
To top it all we were offered a complimentary payasam which was lip smacking good.
Great restaurant in Cherai, must visit - budget around Rs. 500-750 for two.

Had gone to this place on a quiet afternoon.. we had ordered the kari meen fry, nadan chicken curry with appam. The fish was fresh and the tasted really good. The chicken curry was average, the flavors were a little too subtle for my taste and lacked a little falvor. The appams were a delight as they were made fresh. Would try this place again to taste other items on the menu.
Great food and location. Just infront of the beach. Ordered crab curry, kallumakkaya roast, prawns kanthari roast , puttu and poratta. All the food were fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back the next time we visit cherai beach.
Need i say anymore than the rating...wow...one of the best non veg restaurants i have been to...lipsmacking fish fry , juicy chicken curry , light porotta , spicy yet tasty beef curry....u name it , its tasty....if anyone goes to cherai , pl ensure that u visit this place for a lunch or a dinner or both or get a parcel from them...we just cudnt get enough of it ina lunch and we went for a couple of meals too...very quick service , lot of smiling people hence a satisfied meal...parking is available at the back...
The seafood here is absolutely fantastic! We've been to the Lilliput restaurant for lunch twice already, and we'll definitely be coming back. While you're waiting for your order, you can watch the chef and the staff in the spacious and impeccably clean kitchen as they prepare your meal. It's truly a delightful experience.

Situated right opposite Cherai Beach. We order the sea food platter which was delicious. It costed around Rs 3500/-. Which is reasonable according to the quantity and quality. Atmosphere is quite normal since its a open restaurant. Service was pleasant with friendly staffs.
Overall we had a great experience in terms of food quality. Fresh fish was served. Would recommend to try it out.

They are well known for sea foods.
Must try - Black pomfret tawa fry, prawns tawa fry with sezuvan chicken fried rice.
Prices are bit high but it’s good for taste and quality they have provided!

Food was really good. It was bit delayed to get the order,but this is best restaurant in this locality. Price is bit higher for sea food which I felt.

Hello to everyone. This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Cherai Beach for customer service and the food is very good and reasonably priced. The staff are always ready to assist in suggesting how you may wish to have your food prepared if you are not sure of exactly what you want. They always seem to be able to accommodate customers even when the restaurant appears to be full.
Lilliput would be at the top of the list of places to eat in Cherai Beach from us.
Amazing restaurant with hygienic delicious food at a reasonable cost. We loved the tandoori chicken and garlic crab plate. The seafood fried rice and Oreo milkshake was good too. We plan to visit this restaurant every meal during our beach stay since it is so close and we trust the food will not make us sick. The staff is friendly and helped organize a rickshaw to our hotel. Highly recommend!
