Review Hari Bhavan Restaurant - Coimbatore

Came here for dinner after landing at the airport and was speedily served the food we ordered. Bun parothas are fluffy and tasty, especially with the house curry and some chicken masala. The mutton spare cuts weren’t that meaty so I’d recommend just going for the proper chunks. Space is functional and clean.

Good restaurant with average taste and nice ambiance. Need to improve on the quantity and taste of the items. Too many waiters inside standing and staring while we are eating, though it is good that a waiter is nearby but having 4,5 guys in front of you while you eat is not a nice situation. Had bun porotta, coin porotta, non veg meals, mutton, chicken and fish. The only thing worth mentioning was the Mutton. Service is good, nice ambiance, neat and clean but taste is not worth the price you pay. Adequate parking is available for bikes and cars also. Edit: went second time. This time all the dishes were good. Tried chicken 64, mutton chals, mutton nelli, fish 65, chicken biryani etc. All were good

Great place for every spicy food lover. Atmosphere was ambient. Services were great. Kids friendly menu and services provided. Liked the sitting arrangement they provided. My daughter was privileged with high wooden chair and she enjoyed spicy biryani sitting over it. Service was quick and taste was nice......real suggestion if anyone having cold can visit this for dining and I am sure they will get rid off it. In all a great dining place .....not to mention but beeda was priced high but was able to satisfy taste buds. Recommended for all family and friends to enjoy variety of non veg and that too spicy one.

Great place to have lunch or dinner. Parking is a problem if you are in the weekends, have to wait for your turn even if it’s a big restaurant. Many varieties of dishes in veg and non-veg. Biriyani is ok and the non- veg meals are very good. Nice ambience and good service. Definitely try their special items in chicken and mutton.

Must try place if you're searching for chettinadu cuisine with Chinese also available in their menu. Since we went Sunday night around 10, most of the Mutton items were not available. Although we tried Mutton chukka, Aatukal Paya, chicken chinthamani, Kari dosa, and bun porotta. Everything tasted great in Chettinadu flavor. Crab soup was spot ON. Very good service and plenty of car parking space.

Food taste and quality was good. Delivered ontime. Bhuhari chicken tastes good. Liked Malai chicken the most.

One of the best place to have non-veg in the city. Plenty of authentic dishes available like mutton kola, Kudal fry, bun parotta. Parking available for few and remaining have to park outside at their own risk. Waiting is longer during the lunch timings especially on the holidays and weekends.

We have dined here a few times and one of them was in a group of 25. The staff, especially the ones that take the order, are local to the place and therefore adept at exhibiting what some of us from the region know as "kongu hospitality". The other staff serving the food and taking care of cleanliness are all very polite and non obtrusive. If you go here after 1 pm prepare to wait anywhere from 5-20 minutes to be seated due to the crowd. Lines are managed efficiently and they do expect you to leave your table once you complete eating. Food has been top notch everytime. Mutton biriyani, chukka, gola urundai, parotta, fish fry being our staple items. The biriyani virundhu and meen virundhu have never been available at this branch for whatever reason.

Worst biriyani i had never eat before like this and rs 200 is heavy to pay for this type of briyani and it's madness of ordering there once again

Came here for the first time for team lunch ! When my friends told about the biriyani here I did not trust them . But when I just tasted it , it was one of the best biriyani 😍😍😍ever had in the town ! I loved all the fish recipes. Wish they had shakes and ice creams too !

I visited here for lunch. I ordered for Mutton biryani + fish fry (vanjaram) initially. Both of them tasted very delicious. As per my expectation of Tamilnadu style biryani. Later I ordered Karandi omelet and I did not feel anything special here but was good. I finally finished with a bowl of rice and rasam. Again that was amazing. In spite of excellent food, pricing was too much. For me alone I ended up paying 518 which was way too much.

Afternnon ground floor and AC hall. Night time Roof top. You can crunch that grill chicken or tandoori with parotta, biriyani, friedrice etc., on a roof top setup. Their parcel meals can be sufficiently shared by 3 people. Their authentic dishes work well too. The Naa/Rotis and gravies are pretty much decent! Karandi omlet is a special one where you can get it at a famous outlet in coimbatore. Do try!!

I had a non veg half meal for lunch but the quantity was as good as that of a full meal so the meals are extremely value for money! I ordered Vanjaram Fish Fry as a side dish but it didn’t taste fresh and it was expensive as well.

This outlet of Haribhavanam is very disappointing.. We went for a dinner to their roof top restaurant and the service was average.. Dishes we ordered also tasted very average.. Personally beleive their Pelamedu branch is good compared to this branch..

Heard that it was pretty famous restaurant out here in Coimbatore. Ordered non-veg meals on a damn hungry afternoon. They say it's non-veg meals but you don't expect chicken in the curries. They only provide you gravy which is hyped as non-veg meals. Regret coming here but the rating only for few pickles and the staff.
