An amazing place to gather with your friends or family to have lunch/dinner , The ambience has a rustic home touch to it , The food was absolutely mouth watering and to be fair their quality and quantity is definitely remarkable , I had ordered a variety of chicken dishes and the meat was so tender and fresh, I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever at coimbatore.

Located in saibaba colony. I usually visit this place for North Indian delicacies. The mango lassi, laccha Paratha, naan and mutton is good. The service is good. Best part is the ambience with open sitting. Place is pretty spacious as well. Definitely recommend for a good meal.

Food taste is good, slightly costlier than other same category hotels. Menus are full of Chinese, but the name of the hotel is Punjabi. Need to wait a little bit longer than usual time for our foods ordered. Ambience is good. Quality of food is good.
Sobit Amarnath
Taste of food is not as expected like north indian.

Went in to have dinner with family. Excellent ambience with a couple of properties that can be used to click photos. We had to wait for around 10 minutes to get the table as they had to join the tables. We had baby corn Manchurian, paneer tikka, stuffed mushroom, naan, paneer butter masala, paneer tikka masala, fried rice, Schezwan triple fried rice, egg fried rice, Gobi Manchurian, dal fry and jeera rice. The starters were too good, the main course was okayish. The triple rice was a disappointment. Paneer butter masala was good. Lassi and gulab jamun were too good.
Ravi Balasubramanian
Food was awesome. We order Basil chili soup, garlic naan and paneer butter masala. Taste was very good. Mango lassi - did not like it.

OMG, I do not have words to describe the food here. This is my excitement. The food just tasted amazing. The mutton rogan gosh was to die for. Each and every food I ordered was worth the penny. This restaurant won’t make a hole in your pocket. Trust me !! Please be careful with the timings alone, restaurant wont function after 3 PM If you are going here, please try mutton rogan gosh. You won’t regret.

Must try "Mushroom Cheese Kumb" Worth the money Good Ambience; Friendly service ♥️ We went to celebrate our Friend's birthday, they offered a Sizzler Brownie as their compliment for us. It was delicious..
Hasan Roshan
Nice ambience and food taste was also good but the hotels doesn't have grill chicken it would be nice if they add it to the menu list
Jebastine Rubasingh
Sheekh kebab and Crunchy chicken is must try dish. Atmosphere is good. Food service is also good.

Great ambience, best place to hangout. All the dishes are very tasty especially their triology chicken taste good & very juicy. Cost was little high but worth the money. Peaceful environment, kids can enjoy too. If u go for dinner , the ambience will be so amazing. We tasted their brownie sizzler, it's so good.

It's one of my nicest experience in Coimbatore. It has amazing ambience. Welcome drinks(soft) is amazing. We ordered cheese kulcha, (rest of the veg items I didn't pay attention, but they were amazing They have lorry and cycle rickshaw which adds beauty to ambience. It makes the Atmosphere good and enjoy your food with happiness. Food is good with different varieties. It's bit costly. Parking facility can be improved.service was good.Belle belle exceeded all expectations while being reasonable cost wise. Highly recommended

Very good food for me and my family likes it.

We liked this place so much that we ended-up dining here three times in one week. The food was delicious & I'd recommend the Mango Lassi. The price was reasonable and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Coimbatore. I was unable to find Balle Balle on TripAdvisor to review there, however.

Ambience & staffs are plus, food could have better especially Chinese, ice cream brownies(brownie like rock) . Chicken lahori gravy almost taste like butter masala (gravy was so good), cheese Naan they should stop using amul 🧀 cheese. Kids not enjoyed, my kids enjoyed only ice cream 🍦 which they don't prepare there! My experience was not impressive, but I would be visiting if there is a improvement on the food. Good luck

Expensive, service not worth that price.. they must retHink do they justify their pricing

The ambience was good. The welcome drink was wonderful. The food was excellent but the lemon juice was not good , it had too much salt. Apart from that it is good and reasonable
Shanmuga Raja Hari

This place has an amazing ambience, yummy food and a wonderful team. I haven't seen such a polite and a hospitable team. Vegetarians, do try the Dum Subz Biriyani with Boondi Raita, it is undoubtedly the best veg biryani you can have in the city.

You won't find Spicy items here and you can go to a better Restaurant with lesser cost than this restaurant. Particularly the main course items are not good.

Welcome drink is very nice..Good starter ..After Long back I had North Indian food...Taste is very mass...Price is very high...Bubblegum shake is chanceless taste...Awesome...
Gnanaprakasam Gerald
Ambiance was so good with peculiar Punjabi style.. We liked the food tasting so good... Children enjoyed seeing sizler ice cream...
Vikram Manoharan
First the ambiance is really good. Food is good but they need to think about the GST, by setting the base price lesser. So that overall experience will be good.
Srikantan Prakash
Except for the ambience nothing was gud! Had to wait too long for the food, and it didn't even taste good, not returning to the place again!
Swathy Saranya
Great ambience and yummy yummy food..tang di kebab was the best..we love it..All the best folks !!
Archana
It was a worst experience. The plates were not clean and the food was not up to mark. Crispy chicken and oreo smoothie were good but main course was totally disappointing. I have already been to this restaurant in which I had a good experience but not this time. The taste of food was not worth the price. The servers didn't wear masks. We asked for their signature starter and the waiter suggested Murg Atishi Murg Tikka which was not that good in taste. Overall, it was a worst experience.
Preethi Sakar
We went with family, it was good ambiance and our family loved it. Taste of food also good.

Anisha John
Ambience is great, it has a North Indian theme despite being in coimbatore which grabbed my attention, the food in general was ok but was a little overrated but I enjoyed my time there so it was worth it.
Saravana
Taste was average
Sivraj P
Amazing food, great ambience and friendly and courteous staff
Viji Kannan

Best punjabi restaurant in Coimbatore never expect such a gem in Coimbatore. Simply love there dishes and awesome interiors. Not in a busy street and easily accessible. If you are in the city a must try place.
Nikita Mary Mathew
This place has been on my'must visit place' for quite some time. The decor and ambience was amazing! As for the food, the dinner started our gear..The Manchow soup and dragon chicken was excellent!!!!! But there main course was extremely disappointing... The cheese garlic naan was too overpowering...too much cheese... Even with the chicken curry, all I could taste was the cheese. The curry also had very little flavour... wasn't too happy about it.. But I would definitely go there to try out other items
Sindhana Roy
Omg! This is such a cool place with cozy interiors, their seating, tables, cutleries everything is cute. Needless to say their food was good too! Very aptly cooked and flavourful! Fantastic experience overall!
Parking can be tricky especially during weekends! So gotta plan accordingly!
Anindita
One of the best place in Coimbatore for North India cuisine. Nothing to complain about this place as everything is great! The keema khulcha is amazing and must try dish...great place for hanging with friends and family
Manu
This place is good for North Indian food . Garlic naan and two colour paneer gravy were damn good . Stuffed mushroom was delicious. Service is quick. Ambiance is kinda different. Gravy is good enough for 2-3 people.
Yogita
The best Punjabi / North Indian food in Coimbatore.
Loved the appetizer trilogy murg tikka with three Flavours.
Egg chilli was superb with rich flavour
Mutton Sheekh kebab had excellent meat flavour.
Murg Atishi kebab was different but nice. These are their signature appetizers and they were all good.
The paneer tikka was soft and subtle. Masala papad was nice.
The sweet lassi was fresh and had a very good and subtle cardamom flavour.
The main course was egg masala, dal makhni and paneer Mustafa. Paneer Mustafa is their signature dish that is made with stuffed paneer and two flavoured gravy. It sure was a winner.
The only dish that think could have been better was the dal makhani, I like it more slow cooked. This did not have that flavour.
We had a very special paratha Umesh Singh da- butter this is must try when at bhalle bhalle.
Very colourful ambience with indoor and outdoor seating, excellent food, service par excellence.

Except nonavailability of parking due to it's location not really much to complain on this one. Tastefully done place. Simple & elegant. Overall...

Ambience 3.5/5 - Decent, clean and tastefully done. Bit of attention needed to cleanliness near wash area.
Service 4.5/5 - Fast and minimal wait time.
Taste 4.5/5 - Yummy!!
Quantity 4/5 - A bit excess but good for large groups.
Price 3.5/5 - Slightly on the higher side given the ambience and lack of parking.
Value for money 4/5
Will I go back? - YES!

*Parking will be a challenge.
Waaaahhh! Its balle balle ! Yummy best in class hidden heaven inside coimbatore. This is a typical punjabi restaurant with multicusine items. We have ordered signature panner stuffed tikka to kick start! And the taste of panner was creamy soft mixed with cheese layer made me go high never have words to
Explain the taste of it my godddd!! Over to punjabi style dum panner biriyani, even biriyani hater can not say no it it !! Next was cheese stuffed garlic naan with panner mixed gravy !! After the first bite i felt i was literally there some where near Jammu they made us really felt the taste of north indian cuisine best try ever !!
Brithul Balaji
Chicken starters stole the night. Biriyani varieties were not up to the mark. Courteous staff and the ambience was really good . Strongly Recommend!!!

Just a Awesome place for Punjabi and Chinese food in the city. The Ambience and especially the interior was fabulous. The service is so fast and they serve you a welcome drink.

Recommended Dishes:

Paratha
Butter naan
Panner butter masala
Panner tikka (They have a variety of tikka's both spicy and sweet ones, ask their special dish)
Masala chaas

Chinese items needs to be little spicy when schezwan is ordered.

Try Manchow soup.

The Price is worth for the place. Must try place in coimbatore. Simply loved it.
Sumithra
Really good North Indian food..
Calm place for a family dinner. The service is quick and the staff are polite too. However this is not a budget restaurant.

Taste 9/10
Ambience 8/10
Food portions 9/10
Service 9/10

Visited Balle Balle after it was recommended by my brother Viswanathan . First of all the ambience was very good . The service was very very good . As soon as we entered we were served with a welcome drink . We ordered the following items .

Mushroom Cheesy Cumb - 4.5/5
Cheese Garlic Naan - 3.5/5
Khemma Chicken Naan -3/5
Anda Masala - 2.5/5
Sweet Lassi - 4.5/5

The starter and the Lassi were just awesome . The quantity was sufficing . Actually the person who served us was very kind and gave us good suggestions . I somewhat feel the prices are a bit expensive .

Ambience - 5/5
Service - 5/5
Quantity - 5/5
Taste 4/5
Cost - 2.5/5

Overall the experience was very good . Would surely visit this place again .

Heard a lot about this place so thought of giving it a try! Ambience was really nice and has that desi touch. Being a North Indian I know exactly how the North Indian food should taste. So, I had ordered Garlic Naan, Amritsari Paneer and it was delicious! Will surely visit this place again and would like to try some Chinese here. I would recommend this place to all the North Indian food lovers.

I am living close by to this restaurant and we wanted to try here for dinner. Our menu here goes like mushroom 🍄 soup and chicken manchow soup it was pretty good. We ordered naan and Punjabi special paneer which was a red base curry tased good with naan. Also we tried egg fried rice which was so like so usual like other restaurant. Quantity of the paneer curry was good. My kid liked the ambiance of the restaurant and we ended up taking some clicks. One the whole I had a good experience.
Sai
Service and ambience is good
We went 25people together
Sizzling browny with ice cream is the best
French fries are worse
Salt lassi is bot worthable

Went for lunch. Ambience wise an exciting joint. Had fish finger and trilogy chicken platter. Both were okay. Manchow soup was terrible. Shouldn't have gone with this in a desi joint. Bad move!!

Rotis and Naans were usual. Chicken patiyala - 2 colour gravy (red and green) was great. A must try.

Finished up with a Mango lassi which was good as well. Altogether a highly priced restaurant with okay okay dishes.
Aishu Ramachandran
The ambience is good, they serve most of the things in copper which is catchy and unique.

Coming to food, i like their north indian veg items, but i did not like even a single item from non veg side. And for good vegetarian food - this place is a bit pricey.

Most of my north indian friends (who are veg) love it here but me being from south and a non veg/spice lover - this place was just okay. And if u are anything like me just opt wisely.
B Sathish Kumar
I would like to start with happiness because we went out family treat on father's birthday. Veg n NONVEG.
* Starters - variety less average taste.
* Main course - only one page of dishes in menu...you only have 2 options roti naan or briyani. Average taste.
* Dessert - Jamun was hot and okay. Sizzling hot brownies we found paper at the bottom plate melted and is it okay??

Rest of available are only ice cream. Poor restaurant.

Located at centre of saibaba Colony having no calibre to eat in this hotel restaurant. Need to improve a lot.

Not gonna walk-in to this restaurant ever again.

Thnx.

A perfect place for North Indian food..
Been here some 7 times in the last 1.5 years .. Amazing food... Amazing taste.. I just love their welcome drink,😍

Best north indian restaurant in town...! Good ambience.Tasty food and very good customer service.I went here during lent season so I ordered veg items only.Still the food was very tasty.Garlic butter naan,Burnt garlic chilli fried rice and broccoli Manchurian were the dishes i ordered. Everything was very tasty and have very good quantity.Has very good value for money.

A really good place to dine with a group of friends! The truck stop 'dhaba' kind of setup/ambience is really nice on the eye! The service is prompt and the pricing is nominal for the quantity that they serve! The desi flavours popped in all the dishes and some dishes stood out for me!
On the Veg side of the table -
> Paneer Achari Tikka - really good blend of flavours with the taste of grilled paneer peeking through the strong flavour of achar ( pickle ). A little on the spicy side!
> Cheesy Mushroom Kumb - the cheese oozes from the skewed mushrooms giving a beautiful twist to earthy flavour of the grilled mushrooms!
> All the breads were really good (Cheese Garlic Naan and the Onion Kulcha are a must try)
> Paneer Mustafa - a buttery, and colourful gravy with paneer served like sandwiches! Has a combination of sweet 'n spicy sauce hitting the sweet balanced spot! *must try*
On the Non-Veg side of the table -
> Chilli Garlic Chicken - well done chicken with spicy chilli sauce sets up the mood, a good starter choice!
> Tandoori Chicken - grilled to perfection!
> Mutton Kadai - all-in-all a good gravy with really well done meat!
> Balle Balle Murg Biryani - one of their specialties and it really stood out to be one of the best!

Hope you enjoy this place as much as I did!
Cheers,
Dhyan! 😁

Finally we’re to Balle Balle . First Ambience is top top notch, Desi look and lorry welcomed us.Staffs are friendly and our welcome drink was lime shots. We only go for a starters no main dish everything is awesome and Mocktails 3 idiots and Bahubali Sooperb and End Gulab jamun🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Loved it ...❤️

One of the best restaurants at Coimbatore. a must visit for food lovers. They serve mainly Punjabi and most of the north India dishes are available. Their special bale bale biriyani was lit, both chicken and mutton. Would love the names given for their mocktail range. And the ambience is also good. Try to opt for the outdoor dining. Children too gets excited coz they have kept an old truck compartment in the premise.
Arnab Datta
Literally the perfect place for the best of North Indian cuisine .

The ambience just beautiful with shedded outdoor eating with handing lanterns around. The ambience is perfect for a romantic dinner. (5/5)

The kebabs, the indian gravies and the indian breads are all just fabulous. My favourite being the tawa fish is such a perfect dish with it's perfect blend of indian spices. The masala chaas and lassi is very refreshing and a potential thirst quencher. (5/5)

The service is to decent standards and the staffs are good enough in their service. (4/5)
Soman Babu
Such a tasteless biryani I have ever tasted in my life. Avoid this place if your choice is to taste a BIRYANI. This place will make you forget what biryani is !!!
I started reviewing this biryani first rather than eating the Biryani. Ambients were perfect though. A bit costly.
Melstar Dian
Amazing place for a family dinner.. Even when you are new to the place , they suggest you with good food. Food was really delicious..its a must visit restaurant
Vasudha
Worst food.. in restaurants is good.. when they delivery as packed food dam worst..

Quantity of food s very less compared with the rate..... otherwise taste s good
Aishwarya Raghavan
An absolutely lovely place. Bright and desi look. The food was extremely delicious. Every dish was fresh. The paneer was perfectly cooked. The baby corn was super crispy. Dal tadka and ghee rice was perfect and masaladar.
The only problem is that the place is very dusty. And dust everywhere on the cutlery and table.
The staff are extremely courteous.
Venkatesh Rajendran
We four of us went there for dinner......out order as follows
1.tom yum soup- not good at all..they made in Indian base with more tomato and chilli dominance more....
2.crunchy chicken - decent
3.chilly prawn- good....
4.tandoori chicken- well cooked but not flavoured ...bland
5.nan-decent
6.butter chicken masala- need improvement...
Soup was not good so they replaced with compliment manchow soup....it's good....
In terms of service the guy who attend us he really good in handling...mbut we all near to closing time...so need more attention on customer especially on closing time....they switched of almost all light except our table...we felt bad...they want us to move early by their behaviour....overall okay experience...
Vicky Pals
First of all, the ambience is top notch! With a truck welcoming you in the reception, copper plates and glasses and the environment being calm and peaceful. Service is incredible too, quick delivery! Coming to food, Murg Pahadi Kebab was smoky and tasted awesome, Murg Biriyani had a different style and the taste was okayish. Butter Naan was fluffy and wonderful, Peshawari Mutton gravy was good too!
Harish
Had heard a lot about this place and finally got a chance to visit it. The ambience and overall aura is amazing. The staff are friendly. Their menu selection is also good. The quantity of starters seems to be a bit less or may be it is because of the amazing taste that we felt to have it more. The food is amazing here and the value for money is also fair.

Overall a good place to hang out and treat your taste buds.
Muthu Kumar
Nice ambiance. Interiors reflecting the urban dhaba with food being served in copper utensils is super cool. Chicken Allishan Kebab and Murg Lasooni Tikka was awesome and it's like 5/5 but the biryani was too bad, rice seemed half cooked with too much of oil and chicken was rubbery.. Service is good.
Arya Stark
Great experience!

Ambience - top notch
Food - great taste, quantity and freshness. Although a bit expensive compared to Yari.
Service - the waiters/servers can do with a little more training/finishing. They are in a hurry to clear the table. And the way they serve and clear the table needs a little grooming.

Overall, amazing dinner! Loved the food, owuld definitely go for more.

P.S. I had tried the vegetarian menu.
Raj Kumar
கடந்த வாரம் என் குடும்பத்துடன் சென்று இருந்தேன், ரூபாய் 1800பில்.(இதற்க்கான Worth இல்லை)
பகள்கொள்ளை....They are definitely over priced .. not sure how long they will survive,3 PC's chicken tangidi kabab 300 Rs
Mohan Kumar
Sorry for my negative comment. But i had Worst chicken tikka masala ever. The chicken is hard & rubbery. The smokey smell is overwhelming. Dears i have one simple request, just focus on the quality of chicken you are serving. The chicken must be tender. Not rock hard and rubbery. For the amount i paid the quality is miserable. I had tikka masala in many places but as a punjabi restaurant i never expected this from you guys.. Disappointing!
Siva Rajan
With the butter melting in your mouth of the butter chicken I had the most best time in this hotel. This is the defining hotel of North Indian food in Coimbatore. For a health conscious person like me the food here serves both health and taste which is rare. Kudos to this hotel. Great work chefs!
Madhumitha Shankar
Being a biryani freak, I tried dum subz handi veg biryani.. I loved it in the first try.. but when I happened to try it again, I didn't happen to get the same taste which made me dissatisfied. I also love the crispy bhel here. The ambiance is cool with all dishes served in antique plates and glasses.
Chitra Vijayakumar
Beautiful ambiance. The set up of the restaurant is very attractive and neat. They have a decent menu and the dishes ordered were served without much delay. Service was superb. Tastes were also yummy.
K Mukul
This is one place in Coimbatore with great ambience.they have great starters and variety of tikka.Abousltely loved it.the laccha parthas and chiken tikka masala is dream combo. The only down is the pricing. The service is quick.friendly staff. finsh off a picture with the signature Lorry.
Sruthi Suresh
I visited this restaurant primarily because of its ambience! The place is beautiful and peaceful! When it comes to food, the traditional punjabi dishes that they serve is really good! Atishi Murgh Tikka is my personal favorite from the list which is one of their special dishes as well!

PS: Though I liked the food and ambience, its a little overpriced! 🙊 Because I personally felt that the quantity of the food was less for the price we pay!
Ravi Modi
amazing food....great hospitality, worthwhile every time you go....good hygiene, best food, and corteous staff...highly recommended...chicken tikka tender and fresh...reminds of authentic North Indian dhaba...
Ramya Shiva
Loved the ambience and the details,The food is served using copper plates and tumblers which is great and we tried cheese naan, murgh kolapuri, murgh malai tikka and chilli prawns.
The service is great, they help us explaining about the dishes.
To wrap it up, The place is definitely meant to satisfy our north indian tastebuds❤
Nixon Mendez
I've been to this place and the best thing is that it's located a bit interior so it's calm. Really loved the ambience. They have the truck and rickshaw where you can click photos. Coming to food it's served with royalty. Some really yummy North Indian food. A good place to go for lunch and dinner with your dear ones. The service is good and the pricing is reasonable.

good food and good service

Been with my friends today. Lots changed within a year.

The starters quantity is poor. You order a full tandoori chicken, they give 8 mini peices with mostly bones at ₹ 520
Kebabs pathetic. You literally get 3-4 cm 6 peices @₹290 I think.

Sweet lime @₹80 is worthless.

The ambience, service and quality of food , cleanliness are good.

Vanitha Divakaran
Been there for lunch. Very nice and lovely ambience with a typical Punjabi lorry welcoming us. We chose to sit outside primarily because the ac hall was smelling pungent and outdoor seating was nice compare to a.c. seating. But the chairs are not comfortable in outdoor too.

Food was average. Heard from non veg folks of the team that chicken tikka and Tom yum soup were good but the main meal was not so good. We vegetarians found all veggie starters, biryani, naan and all side curries were too good. All desserts were awesome. I liked their sweet lassy which tasted divine. Just that Romali Roti was too much of oil. Though food is bit of disappointment, it is a nice place to spend good time with friends and family with decent meal...
Mithun Mohan
This place is awesome. The ambience is great. There are a lot of film stars like Vikram Vedha fame Kadhir and Hip Hop Tamizha visiting over there. But the cost of items can be reduced.

Nice Restaurant. The north indian gravies was excellent. We were impressed by the superb service. Very good ambience as well.Balle valle has few spots for your selfies and group pics.

good service, ambience n delicious food...would like to visit again.
even if u hv to wait coz of the rush the service staff will make you comfortable by offering welcome drink n a chit chat....happening atmosphere.

Ambience is good, the biriyani we ordered was freezing cold. Falooda was not great. The Bill was on a higher side. Overall an average experience.
Febin Charles
First of, the ambience of the place is just amazing. It has a good Punjabi atmosphere. Even the table, chair and cutlery is designed in such a manner. The food is worth the money and super tasty. They have one of the best Mutton dishes I have ever had.
Juhi Jayaprakash
Balle Balle is an amazing place to stir up your North Indian taste buds. From starter to main course , everything was delicious. Try out : Murg RaRa, Murg malai tikka and Kheema naan.

Sunday Lunch...

Ambiance was very inviting and good attention to details. The photo spots are well thought of, gave a great feel of an upscale dhaba.

The outdoor area behind the live kitchen is a great nook for couples who would like to have a romantic meal. The bird nest on the trees is a good idea and it really gives a great feel when you dine in this nook.

Staffs were very courteous and understanding, they knew what to suggest, the service was fast and prompt.

As for the food the taste is pretty average nothing over the top, the price is also perfect for the food on offer. Being new this place will get a lot of attention but looking at that if the price is to increase for this quality you will be on a downhill ride.

The chicken lollipop was a stunner with the Chili Compote (aka) schezwan sauce. Advise form a chef if you are to saute on high fire with chopped shallots, sp onions, ketchup and the chili compote this lolipop will be taken to the next level. Just try it and if people like it leave it like that.

Mutton Biriyani is just average but the meat is good as its boneless. Using boneless meat is a winner, keep it up.

The portions are very substantial good job.

The tandoori starters are well marinated and balanced, coming to the bread the butter romali is a slow poison as it was soaked in butter. I have never seen this dish anywhere just plain romali is the best.

Balle Balle is a great place to chill for a decent Indian meal with an affordable price.

FINAL VERDICT - DECENT VALUED FOOD with GOOD SERVICE

After being absolutely stunned with the north indian food served in yari i couldn't resist myself from trying out balle balle. Non veg being served here was adding to my excitement.
Locating it wasn't an issue , parking was on the streets but the roads next to this restaurant aren't that busy so less worries about the car parked outside.
Its a house converted into restaurant, one look from the front and the whole place cries its Dhaba, With the fake lorry and rope cot but its a sophisticated Dhaba.Had outdoor indoor and even garden seating; We sat outdoor to experience the dhaba ambience.
Ordered sweet lassi , paneer tikka and Gullaiti seekh kebab to start with. The lassi just blew my mind one of the best that I have had after the one from delhiwala, served in a huge copper tumbler and tasted fantastic. Paneer tikka was ok nothing to brag about and the Gullaiti seekh kebab is basically a seekh kebab that is very light and airy, again very average tasting dish.
For the mains we ordered Balleballe special mutton biriyani and impressed by their sweet lassi ordered another mango lassi to go with the biriyani. There was nothing special about that biriyani, tasted very average or below average with dry pieces of mutton mixed in flavoured rice. The mango lassi was good but the sweet lassi was the best.
Overall a decent restaurant with top notch service and average tasting food.

Getting good food for a vegetarian is really really hard . But I think Bale Bale was upto the mark. Quantity and quality were good. Taste was good too. The AC hall wasn't well maintained though. Except for that great service and overall a good experience.

Food : 2/5
Service : 2/5
Ambience : 2.5/5

I'm being generous in my ratings to be honest!
It looks fun from the outside but not much in the way of food variety, etc.
It was a very mediocre fried rice. Nothing great in the baby corn and Gobi starters
It was basically nothing to rave about and nothing making me come back.

Great Ambience.. The vegetarian food were great.. can't say the same about the non-vegetarian.. They were okay.. Very fast service.. the Mutton Biriyani was a disaster.. Expected more from the place looking at the reviews.. Great spots to take selfies and group pics..

Coool place in Coimbatore for trying out the Punjabi cuisine. Awesome ambience with punjab da tradition. Copper plates to selfie corners mixes traditions with modern.
Food was amazing. Tried out the Murg Atishi Murg tikka and Tangdi kebab as starters.. Balle balle special biryani and Murg Lababdar with roti.
It was fabulous and almost to the level of original Punjabi household flavour.

Something that tops the food was the service.. The staff were very polite and took care of us.

Very good experience.. Would be awesome for group parties. Must try.

This is the place to be if you are looking for authentic North Indian Non Veg food. Awesome ambience and very friendly service. Would suggest to have murg Angara in Rum for starters and Murg Lababdar for the main course with Indian breads.
The interior setup was fun but the food was little less than average.
The quantity per portion was not appealing either.
We had Murg Kalimirch,Murg Pahadi,Tangdi, breads and sweets.
Some were undercooked but the cooked pieces were juicy. The flavours were not balanced.
The service was okay.

An okay restaurant for North Indian.I would suggest you to find a decent one but considering that there aren't many North Indian restaurants in Covai, you can try this if you can't find one nearby your place.

Yum: Chicken drumsticks in tandoori dhaba style.

Ermmm: New restaurant in Cbe. The car park security is a bit rude. Located right in the middle of a plush residential area. Food is okayish in taste.

Special: Outdoor dining experience under a roof.

Good food service and kind hearted customer service. Even if the cost is high, i recommend here since the quality and taste is very hygienic.

Last minute planning on a heavy rainy day made my family in search of a good spiced up north Indian food which lead us to this place.
Ambience:
First the ambience is welcoming with a lot of depicting about the Indian highway food culture called a dhaba style with a tractor on top of the top, the front end of the lorry at the entrance and a cycle rickshaw along side. The al fresco dining experience was a bit off because of the heavy lashing rain but I'm pretty sure it would be a good spot in the summer, autumn evenings and chill winters. All together the ambience is very good and welcoming
Food:
The food overall experience was good. All though the spice is a bit above normal and might not appeal to all or old people, the perfect blend of spices bought a good flavor throughout the meal. The variety of parathas or Indian wheat bread varieties are a must try and the combination with mutton is something that portrays how rich are our Indian food in flavor and it is well served in brass plates adds flavor to eyes and dining experience.
Dining experience:
The staffs were very friendly but a bit slow in service given to the conditions that we dined in the other day, and they worked towards our requests and overall was a good dining experience.
Recommendation:
I would recommend this a try worthy restaurant as to gain a different dining experience and certain flavours which you might not even get to taste in any other restaurants around coimbatore and obviously if you like to eat heavy. Pricing is nominal given to the healthy eating space and neatly presented food. I would definitely hit this place again on a much more calm hazy sunshine day and even out an update on this review.

Perfect dinner location for North Indian food lovers...chicken kebab, dal makini, aloo paratha were all too good, their butter chicken was not that good as claimed to be,mock tails were great and quantity was good with the price they charge...their Tawa fried fish wasn't that good though..try to have seating in the non -ac area for better ambiance
The Random Raccoon
Good place for tikkas...has a punjabi setup...tried their fish tikka, kheema naan, prawn gravy, mutton seekh kabab n balle balle spl chicken biryani...everythin tasted yumm...they have wide varieties for vegetarians too...mocktails were also gud ...

One of the best North Indian restaurants in Coimbatore. The food here is just delicious especially I love the kababs here. There is so much flavour in the food the ambience is super cool. Gives the feeling of being in a typical punjabi restaurant. Overall experience was excellent.

I ordered home delivery from Balle Balle....and the experience was the worst I have ever had in my life...
Mushrooms, paneer, potatoes were not cooked properly, everything was raw and the quantity was very very low, all the rotties and breads were black, manchow soup did not have noodles, overall taste extremely poor and for the 3.7k INR price I paid... extremely low quantities.
I had called the restaurant as it was referred by my friend but I don't think I will ever promote or call or dine again.

Was here for my bday n thanks to this place for spoiling my day, their so called balle balle special biryani was a bigtime flop n Punjabi butter chicken was another blunder. Lassi was just a semi-solid shrikhand. Not gonna visit this place again.

Food was ok to be honest. What i liked the most is the service and the place. Slightly overpriced i would say. Closing time should be slightly extended as most of the people arrive late.

Balle Balle - Typical Punjabi Restaurant. If you are looking to explore some North Indian Punjabi Dishes, then you need not go anywhere else. This is the right place to experience authentic Punjabi food.

The ambience is soo cool. Each and every part of the restaurant make you feel like you are in a Punjabi Joint. From the spoons(made of brass) to decor everything's got a Punjabi touch. The very first thing you are gonna notice is the tractor on top of the building.. There's much more like decorated Punjabi trucks, cycle rickshaws, etc...

The Food! I must say, its soo damn amazing... Mouth watering. I ordered "Muttton Rara with Garlic Butter Naan and Garlic Whole Wheat Roti". I still got that taste in my mouth. You could really feel the cashew paste in the gravy, too yummy. Even the Naan got that buttery taste. They even gave a "complimentary lime shots" as a welcome note.

The hospitality was too good. The staffs really take care of each and every things delicately and carefully. I opted for the outside seating and it was a corner seat. It was bit dusty over there, even my mobiles screen got covered with dust within 5 minutes. So next time I would prefer taking it inside. Otherwise I would have given a rating of 5.0. But overall experience was excellent so these minute things could be ignored!

Good food ambience and service. Dinner for two with soup starter and main course cost 1250. Worth the price. Very tasty food and would recommend to friends.

The spectacular Desi hangout in town........ Everyone is bound to love that pretty decor outside and try not to be too fussy about the food, cuz the food here is just amazing and so much North Indian....... The rates are quite reasonable......... The staffs are quite on the lookout for their customer's comfort.... I would say they were rather nervous.... But hospitable enough!! Shud visit this place!!

Amazing ambience and staff service. Great place to click pictures if u like clicking pictures or simply love posing. Mutton biriyani was simply superb. However they didn't have pastas and sizzlers when we went for lunch. Little highly priced. Would definitely recommend.
