Must be the only place in the food court to sell less expensive north Indian food, the food is not that great but yet compared to the prices in the nearby outlets this is more economical. Their menu is also a bit limited.

Panchavati is one of the three (the others are Anandhaas and ID) wholly vegetarian joints in this mall. That's not much of a choice. Vegetarians are a neglected lot and have to often settle for Idli and Dosai.
We, a group of four, ordered an Aloo Paratha, a Paneer Paratha, a Potato Capsicum, a Paneer Butter Masala. The vegetables came with 4 small phulkas each and the parathas came with small portions of a sookhi sabji and Chana Masala.
The portions were just enough. The Aloo Paratha and the Aloo capsicum were good. The Paneer Paratha and chana masala were okay. The Paneer Butter Masala was too watery and not what one would expect for the price charged even in a mall.
The service was good.
For a bill just under Rs 700/- I would rate the experience Good.
The next time I shall stick to Paratha and Sukhi Sabji so that I too will feel 'sukhi' :-)
I don't understand why this place is so under rated. I have been here loads of times - especially after a movie and I have always loved it.

THE FOOD - The most important part of every review, clearly. Haha. 5/5
The food is always tasty and more importantly hygienic. I love their chat (especially sev puri and vada pav) and their parotas (panneer and aaloo - I always ask for mine devoid of any ghee). The food is light on the stomach and leaves a nice after feel (nobody feels the need for hajmola).

THE PRICE - Ridiculously over priced. 2/5
100₹ for a vada pav is just nonsense. They really have to revisit their pricing if they want more traffic to their restaurant.

THE AMBIENCE AND STAFF - Very courteous and well lit. 5/5
Well, it's in the food court of a mall. There isn't much to say about the ambience - you either like it or you don't.
The staff are very nice and very friendly. I have met the owner once or twice and she is super sweet - treats me like a little sister, haha.

BOTTOMLINE - Visit this place if you want some tasty food that feels like home cooking even if it is a little heavy on the pocket.

Worst place to go because they have poor knowledge on how to key in to the system as payments are made by foodcourt issued prepaid cards for which top ups can be done at a separate counter. Inside Brookfield's mall today when having lunch there was a lady there in the stall of Panchavati Gaurav and I ordered one combo meal which costs ₹150 and a bottle of mineral water which costs ₹25 so total ₹175 but she keyed in twice and then charged me additional ₹150 and she said wait one more plate coming. I scolded her badly. Told her use the word meal because if she say plate I thought there's another plate for the combo meal. Bad choice of words by her which leads to misunderstanding. Later I checked the bill and saw my card balance then I realized something wrong and told her I ordered for one meal only not two. Then went to the prepaid card top up counter and shouted at them asked them print me last 5 transaction history as that time I just top up my card and want to know exactly what was happening. For that the guy there said he cant see that must inform higher officials who will retrieve that from server. I got that and then realised I got cheated. Then with their help I got my money back. Beware. Don't better go to this stall. Taste also not nice. Horrible. Water bottle one liter mrp ₹15 but they charge ₹25 daylight robbery.

Very expensive...
They have good chaat...
But not at all worth the cost...
Very less quantity...
Gobi cheese paratha and aloo gobi paratha were really good... And are a must try if u don't really care about cash-for-quantity.!
Check it out..
Have fun..
