Good place, great taste, nice ambiance. Personally I enjoy the taste of ice creams which are exotic here. It would be excellent if they can lower the volume of sound system since it really frustrates. It's like we go and tell them to lower the volume, and in the next 5 minutes the volume goes up again. Bought jar ice creams here. Both were good in taste and costed about Rs.180 per jar. But the catch here is, they all looked bigger in menu card. But when we got them in table, it was too tiny. Too tiny to even hold them. We felt really bad after getting cheated. Atleast the jar size should have been displayed.

I ordered online Willy Wonka and Ferraro Rocher Ice Cream from this branch, they provided them for name sake. The quantity and the quality was not at all up to the mark and they provided quantity which was less than what they provide in store. They also didn’t provide wafer cups which I used to get from other branches. Totally waste of money and bitter experience. When I called them to ask about this they responded unprofessional and hung the call abruptly. Never ever opt this branch.

I have given 2stars... two stars for the place, ambiance, service etc.... they give u a great fancy menu and u order ur ice cream and they serve u in a grand way... the ice-cream would look like it got dressed up for a fashion show!! But where is the deliciousness of icecream? where is the taste? there is no sense in combination and i just hate the orea biscuits in icecream. Not that great guys. Cream & fudge - forum mall Chennai was awesome. Fruit based ice creams tasted ok. Brazilian brownie was the only good item. Staffs are not well versed in explaining the concept. Prefer frozen bottle race course. Better choice in coimbatore.

I like the ice creams. What upsets me is the Zomato orders for door delivery. The quantity is too less and disappointing when ordered through Zomato Order. I did not feel the quantity of ice cream that was delivered, was worth the price that was demanded for it.

We just stopped by for ice cream. First the positives, lots of flavours on the offer (and good point stops there) The ice cream counter, toppings and cakes are all infested by flies (and I don’t think the staff were worried to get the food covered or get rid of flies). The order for ice cream got overruled by the supervisor stating it’s not available by itself (this was after they confirmed the order). Water bottle was never served Unless they fix the service and address the cleanliness it’s not worth a visit

Awwwwieee :) The ambience is so pleasing which makes yu to visit there recurrently...The dim lights are really companiable... They offer you a lot and lot of flavours of which Ferroro Rocher is my personal favorite...:) Most of them are Chocolaty...I love the way they slice and dice a hugey creamy roll in a cup of finely minced ice cream flavoured to serve the tasteful.... The wafered texture they provide is palatable... They serve even during the breezy late nights which makes the place perfectly scrumptious.

It's not as great as the cream stone outlets I've been to in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. I feel the staff need better training because when they beat the ice-cream it has to reach a creamy consistency without becoming too soft. Here I found that the ice cream was beaten to death and it sort of lost its integrity. Also the mashing of other ingredients into the ice cream has to be done in such a way, it adds texture to the overall ice-cream but the cream stone here just served me one gloppy mess. I love cream stone stores elsewhere but this one I'm not too fond of.

First of all loved their packing and their concept was very unique starting with this. Have tried this place like 2 years back and wanted to try it today. Ordered for Chocolava and Butterscotch with nuts, Nutty crunch and fresh strawberry. All the 4 flavours are very different and it had a very good taste. I've been here a couple of times and this is most definitely my most favorite ice cream shop in Coimbatore. The Ferrero Rocher, Bubblegum flavored ones and death by chocolate are my absolute favorites. The price is also pretty reasonable. Also, once we went there to celebrate a friend's birthday and unfortunately hadn't gotten a cake earlier. So they made this tiny cake-like ice cream with candles on our request. :) I'd give this place a full five stars.

Pretty close to the earlier SMS Restaurant. They have some lesser found varieties of ice creams. The green guava ice cream seemed out of the world, especially with the red chaat masala thrown in. But what blew my mind away was the Arabian Nights. A large dollop of generic flavour of ice cream thrown on the stone and mixed with a generous scoop of Anjeer mash, and then added to it a generous scoop of dates. And pound, slayed and slaughtered together. Then added to it a whole bunch of crushed nuts. Absolutely awesome. The kid had a scoop of Brownie Break, which by the looks of it, seemed as good as any other. Definitely on my go to list on my next visit.

The one place we always go to have icecream! And my fav is the Choco Lava icecream. 🍨 Though it's a bit on the pricey side, it's definitely worth it. The seating is great, and has good parking as well. ☺️ One drawback is that the music is usually too loud, and so it's tough to hold a conversation.

Ima die hard fan of Cream Stone buh visited the Coimbatore outlet for the first time recently. Mi all time favourites are Nutella brownie, Willy Wonka, Brownie break n Nutella horlicks. For some reason the Nutella horlicks is not served anymore hence we ended up having Willy Wonka n Nutella brownie. As always it was super yum buh the wait time was too much here. The place is well maintained n spacious. There is ample car parking area behind as its inside the SMS hotel compound. It was a plus. Would keep visiting now till I leave the city ❤

Dooo try ice-cream destination in Coimbatore. A concept of mixing ice-cream with add-on's according to the guests taste, process is done on a frozen slab. The mixing process is good to watch especially for children. Lot of varieties for mixing and toppings. Good seating both with privacy and also open space. Pink decor! What else not to love! Haha. Jokes apart, a fab place for ice cream this is. You can order any flavour blind folded and you wouldn't be disappointed - I guarantee you this! However, i feel it is a little overpriced. You wouldnt be getting the actual quantity you pay for but the quality speaks for itself. Definitely a place i would visit (rarely though - only because it burns a hole in my pocket!)

Ambience 4.5/5 Ice creams 4/5 Service 3/5 I liked the fresh fruits and nuts and nuts overloaded... The way they serve is also good. The wafer cups are creative. They served it pretty fast... But they took a really long time to bring the bill. We had to go n remind them abt it. But still they seemed to have forgotten us. Finally we went up to the counter and asked for the bill and paid n left. Excluding that part, cool ambience and great music. And small cups will make a decent dessert. Go for the regular only if u r gonna make it the major part of ur dinner cuz its quite filling.

Have been there once, and it's been intensely satisfying. We ordered a Willy Wonka, a Death by Chocolate and a Fresh Fruits and Nuts, the second one being my order. I had a spoonful of the other two and they felt good. But the Dark Chocolate Brownie with a scoop each of Vanilla and Chocolate ice cream and topped with Chocolate Sauce and Chocolate Sticks was an eternal delight. On a second visit, we ordered Fruit Exotica, Nuts Overload and Chocolate Over Dose which continued to impress with the mesmerizing taste. Chocolate Over Dose was most delightful having Vanilla ice cream mixed with Chocolate cake and topped with melting Brownie and Choco Stick.

For ice cream lover I don't think there is a place better than this . Very friendly staff and ice creams to die for. Not a big fan of waffles though. Lot of flavours for chocolate lovers and others. I can't see being disappointed once you step into this place .

Ice cream is tasty and delicious. I suggest that the ice cream is served in a glass bowls or cups instead of the overtly sweet waffle cups that are over baked. Some of the waffle cones look burnt. Lastly, the serving size is too little. There was no difference between the single scoop and the regular. I felt cheated with the serving size.

When we were here we had Ferrero Rochher ice cream it tasted YUM😘! He makes it in a unique way. The interiors in this place are beautiful and creative. Good ambience and faster service. Certainly one of the better ice cream parlours in Coimbatore, Cream Stone specializes in making freshly blended ice cream on a frozen slab or 'stone'. While there are the basic flavours of strawberry, vanilla etc., what makes Cream Stone special is that fresh fruit, dry fruits and other toppings can be freshly blended in your choice of ice cream, rather than having it premixed and therefore stale and frozen by the time it's consumed. I didn't think it would make a difference but it does and the end result is delicious. It's a bit on the pricey range, but I do think it's worth it. That along with the comfortable seating and ambience makes me give it a good recommendation.

Had been earlier too to this place. It may be a new thing to see ice creams being made in front of you. But the sound of clinking during making ice creams topped with very high volume music makes peaceful enjoyment a nightmare. One has to shout to talk. For the price, the quantity given is very less. The bowl looks big but the reality isnt as it looks. Interiors are okay. Expensive for the experience.

But trust me , have dinner anywhere and take your car/bike/cycle straight to Cream Stone for desert and even though its overpriced , have nutella brownie and you won't be disappointed. Not a localite. But I was quite intrigued to check out this place. Ambience is great. Bright & good music. The menu is also good. We tried the Dry Fruit Ice cream & Ferero Rocher. Found the Ferero Rocher is bit too sweet & chocolatey which could have been toned down.

Tried the nutella brownie ice cream and it was pretty delicious! One of my friends has suggested to try the fruit exotica one and that's certainly next on my list.

Great place for icecreams in coimbatore. I love this place. They serve different varieties of icecreams. I loved chocoberry icecream. It has a fresh pieces of strawberry in chocolate icecream. Other icecreams also tastes really good.

Loved this place totally!! Nuts, Fudge, Praline, Choco-chip, Waffle, Fruits and what not. An ice cream blended with all these delicacies at sub zero temperature over a granite stone and then presented greatly will not fail to impress you. With enough variety of flavours to choose from, you wouldn't need to make much customizations. Yet I love to bring together everything I love. With extra fudge and nuts, ice cream just impresses the taste buds a lot more. We had Chocoholics, Oreo shot, Hot chocolate fudge, Nuts overload, Arabian nights and fruits exotica. I highly recommend Nuts overload. It was top notch. The least favorite among the lot was fruit exotica. Other great one was Chocoholics. Rest were good. Ambience was dashing. Located in the mains of avinashi road, you won't fail to notice the place. Don't miss this one out!

Cream stone was expected to give some competition to its contemporaries since its recent arrival in Peelamedu but sorely doesn't live up to it. The place houses a decent Car parking but there was nothing exciting about the ice creams served inside, neither in their flavours nor in the way they were served. Regardless of what we ordered, everything is served in a cup topped by a wafer crust. One thing we all hate when we eat ice creams is the artificial flavours having a dance on your tongues instead of the original flavours- The so called 'Tonic Taste'. That is what I had with the 2 varieties I ordered. The place looks grand from the outside but definitely a futile attempt to make a difference. Needs a lot of improvement.

Can never miss a chance to have a cream stone ice cream. The varieties are plenty. They make it on the spot. And they are simply delicious. On top of that it is served in a waffle cup. Go to the nearby Cream Stone outlet in your city and you will know what I am talking about!

I have visited this place couple of times with my family,it's a nice place with a striking interior and the ice cream out here isn't bad.I have tried the Death by Chocolate and Hot chocolate fudge,both have the similar chocolate essence with a strong taste making the ice cream feel too sweet.But,when I tried Ferrero Rocher it was totally different with various textures,tasting so good.Coffee craze was very rich in it's flavour which I haven't tried before.I would suggest to sit behind the counter where the front gallery is too noisy with the sound of the ice cream stone.Overall experience was satisfying with an appreciable service

I don't think a better description can suit this joint. Like whaaaaaat! You HAVE TO GO THERE! This the the place where Ice Creams come to Scream. It's torture palace! But what results is bliss. Amazing combinations, wonderful ambience and very friendly service. Love the place and looking forward to visit again. We got two orders, the Willy Wonka and Tiramisu and both were orgasmic. Just stop reading and go already!

Must say, the best ice cream in town. A lot of variety offered, I had tried the death by chocolate and they serve amazing brownies. Music is a little to loud, not recommended if you are looking for some time to chill 😁 can be improved though.

I was always a lover of cream stone...?!!! Deur ice creams are real delicious...!! Especially seasonal ones...!!! I usually choose chocolate overloaded..!! Ds time tried with hot chocolate fudge..!! Apart from Boomerang this is another good option to go for some exotic ice creams. I have tried it before at Bangalore and yes the taste differs. But still they make one of the finest combinations you wanna have. Too crowded on weekends. Try it on weekdays for a better service.

An amazing place to have ice cream. Prices are not too high but not cheap though. Ambience is not very good but the ice cream tastes amazing if you choose the right combination. It's a new experience where two icecream a are mixed and beaten together with additional toppings that you choose.

I was tempted to visit this place after hearing positive reviews about it from my pals. I must admit that I am a bit disappointed (May be I expected too much :P ). The desserts are definitely not top notch. Few positives I found about this place were their friendly staffs and the fact they are a bit cheaper than the other players in their league.
