Beautiful theme restaurant! Families will love this place! It was so amazing to see some machines serving us! Should try once! Coming to the food! I'll rate 4.3! The pricing and taste weren't that relevant! But a decent menu for that restaurant! Kudos to the management!

The restaurant is designed in dark ambiance and it looks cool. It is more of techie Restaurant where menu and orders are given through a tab provided by them. Food is good and I personally liked only Chinese Cuisines as other cuisines weren't that good. Overall it's a good place for family with the kids to spend a beautiful dinner time.

Robot restaurant was amazing. Futuristic and superb theme. Tablets for menus and robos for waiters. Really cool place in coimbatore. The menu is pretty decent. Prices are high but the portion size compensates for it. Must experience it at least once.

Definitely kids will enjoy this place a lot. Do visit here with your kids. Food was good, we can get more of Chinese food. We do have Indian & Thai foods as well.

This is my first time visit, the theme has worked out well for grabbing the customer but need more dishes also the price is high . Service is good , ambiance scores more than taste of the food .

Nice and superb infrastructure with robots replacing the barrers,You can order the food via the tab attached to your table and your order will be delivered by a Bot,Taste wise it is normal and costwise it is little expensive and for that Infrastructure it is not so expensive.Nice place for the family to dine.It starts from 12 noon.So don't fly for the Breakfast.

Pretty decent restaurant with warm welcome of team, lots of varieties available for choice though the price tag is bit in higher side if your group you can enjoy couple of items in the list .. Was hesitating how the food is going to be? And had postponed the visit for long. Truth was surprised on the pleasant side regarding the food . Kids did not waste any food and they had a blast .

Ambience is good. Great food. I will definitely go there for the food. Soups were yummy. Cant say costly as some normal restaurants in such areas charge the same. So its okay to pay for a different theme. Kids will definitely love it. Not much variety of dishes but ample quantity and very tasty. Robots bring the food to our table n then either waiters or we wil have to take it from the tray.Parking facility is available.

Ordered chicken pesari which was delicious and garlic naan. I've never had a garlic naan taste so good. There was a decent quantity of chicken and the meat felt very high quality.

This place has a good ambience. The cuisines served are indian, tandoori, Chinese and Thai. The food was fantastic. Service was super-fast! There are tabs placed at every table. So you can order whatever you want and whenever you want. You need not wait for the waiter to come and write your order.

Wanted to try this restaurant with a huge curiosity of how actually robots serve you!! It is actually cool ,but still waiters help you if you are stuck with tab ordering.<br/>Coming to the food, we ordered mushroom podi varuval, fish chettinad, fried veg momo, robot spl. fried rice, kadai paneer and curd rice( as it was a family date, appa would love to have it like a dessert! ) The quantity was seriously too large and tummy filling that we couldn't move to the actually dessert. So just be careful with how may dishes you order.<br/>Both the starters were yummy ,especially mushroom. Robot spl fried rice was bit oily but I loved the taste, it was delicious indeed. Overall, this restaurant could be recommended for its theme and extraordinary quantity. Also it is one among the very few restaurants in our area which serves you with Thai cuisine.

Ok I get it, it's cool to have robots serving you dinner but the food should be great. And, if you are going wrong at step 1 of having a great restaurant, then I really don't know. The ambience is fine (slightly dingy but well robots!) and it's fun to watch robots politely talk to us and its fellow robot colleagues and even the pricing is pretty good for the quantity they serve but the food is below average. Also they should have told us in advance about their quantity and we would have ordered lesser.

Went to this place last month as wanted to experience the robot service...just had a starter and soup, so upfronting the rating may not reflect experience of others. I guess place is more famous for it's non-veg dishes. Had a manchow soup and their some dynamic potatoes starter. The soup was quite thick with ingredients that it almost filled our stomach. The starter was a deep fried hard version...we thought it would be more wedges kind but it wasn't. Felt like we were eating thick wafers. For kids the robot experience may be good. Ambience is decent. With just the above experience, was a little disappointed.

Food was too yummy ! <br/>Consistency was gud in all the dishes that we ordered ! Not so spicy like other restaurant starters, it was pleasant and tasty ! Noddles was great and tasted great! One chicken starter with a mint flavour was outstanding ! Me and my family loved the food and ambience was great for kids to have fun and few adults too ! Might come back again

Looking at the robots serve is delightful for kids. Ambience is good. Food tastes good and served quickly. Now coming to cons, the staff are not friendly. Service is really poor. Ordering has to be done by a tab. By mistake we ordered 2 number instead of 1. There was no option to change and the staff were not ready to take it back also. Too costly for the kind of service they provide. Quantity is also. Overall I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This is our second visit. The taste of the food is really good and less spicy so good taste for kids. But today their service was really bad. Very delayed delivery of items and then was served veg dish for non veg order. Then they took it back and again had to wait for more than 20 minutes for the replacement. Really bad experience today. Got the dish only after repetly asking for it. Hope the management looks into mix-up like this. It took more than 2 hours for us to finish dinner. Usually if served in time it should not take more than 45 minutes for the dinner.<br/>

In one word "Awesome" . The ambience is simply great with cosy big tables make you feel comfortable and less crowded when food arrives.<br/>The food is simply superb in taste, quantity and presentation and of course complete process from order to delivery make it much relaxed and enjoyable.<br/>Very helping, courteous and supportive staff adds to complete experience of dining.

Well this place is a good outing, nice ambience, quiet and all ur ordering is through tab, uu have ppl to give u suggestions if u ask for, humanoids deliver ur food, thai food was really good... Good food and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Though we went to the restaurant to see how robots serve food, there was nothing much to get excited there.

Very interesting to eat at such a place. Best place for kids to have fun. Delivery was on time. It is a visual and soothing treat to enjoy the ramp walk of robots. Especially when you go a bit early, when the restaurant opens, the fun is just between you and these robots.

The food here was great... Expensive.. but that cause it is after all a robot themed restaurant but the food is great and satisfying both quantity and quality vice. The service too is great. Here robot carry our orders to our tables and the people serve. It was definitely a great experience and I would definitely love to go again. The ambiance too was epic. A very good place for family and children especially as they will be in awe with everything. Every body in Coimbatore must definitely try this place at least once.

As a enthusiast for unique things we tried out this robot themed restaurant. Except the 7 layered cake which was low on quantity all of their dished were yum. staff were cordial polite and friendly. A special attraction for kids.

I came here for lunch with my friends who weren't from Coimbatore and I am glad there is such a different restaurant here. To begin with, the place has good parking facility, which automatically elevated our mood. <br/><br/>The ambiance is good, well designed interior. The robots are also well maintained. The cake had weird taste plus being a Robot Spl. we expected a bit more from it, so disappointed us a little bit.

Had dinner at Robot. I ordered the hot basil chicken and it came green! Something in a million years I wouldn’t expect. They said it’s a mix of Indo-Thai but at least respect the original recipe and put real Basil over there. Not even a single basil leaf is there and too much paprika. They shud change the name to Hot Paprika Chicken and not Hot Basil Chicken!!!

I had expected a lot from them, lured by the flashy robot Becky, I would say we fell in a trap and rather went dejected with unsatiable appetite and bad mood. The food was bad, there was no quality, the seating arrangement wasn't comfortable at all. Where are we loosing our basics giving more importance to the fancy robot that serves food when the customer cannot even sit comfortably?! The six seater table on the left is meant only for four fellas. And what is that bullshit with red curry , green curry and all that!? Curries are supposed to come with flavours and taste man not with colours! Unbelievably the staff too was trying to convince me by telling the curries differ only by colour! Very very disappointed with ya people!

Going out for rides with my friends and having lunch or dinner at a robot hotel - that's my favourite time-pass. Just go there and enjoy the snacks with family and the friends the food was just awesome and quick food supply was the plus point of the food especially that fish fry i tasted here was just awesome it tasted like the fish fry i was tasted on the Thailand

It is a pricy restaurant compared to others in coimbatore. The food quality is below average and tasteless. The place was not clean and the service was totally ok. Not recommending it.

Non veggies are really good. I really enjoyed the Thai Roasted chicken. The entire hotel is a brand new and nice idea. Price too reasonable. Kids will really like this hotel.

Very unique theme and ambience! Love the food. Taste is very flavoursome :). Price of the menu shows in the quantity and quality of food. Would totally recommend to friends :) Just a small suggestion - May be the loghts over the dinner table can be slightly brighter to enjoy the food displays as well.

This place is a one of a kind experience. We had prawns for appetiser and yellow chicken Thai curry and red veg Thai curry for main course. The food was an absolute delight. The drinks menu which comprises of mocktails is very sparse and wish they had better and more options. The staff was very polite and courteous. The ambience was amazing. Will definitely go back here if I visit Coimbatore again!

This is an amazing lively experience in Coimbatore. We were here for a birthday celebration which was amazing the robo carried the cake and the speakers were onn singing birthday song wow ... thats so cute ! The robo delivers all the orders on time.

Thai food is very good, coming from a person who doesn't enjoy Thai generally speaks volumes<br/>Here are our recommendations:<br/>- Burnt chilli garlic noodles<br/>- Creamy Prawns<br/>- Robot spl fried rice<br/>The indian starters are totally avoidable. Courteous staff. The ambience is ok. Not a kid friendly place. The arrangement of the tables are such that there is restricted space for movement.

Since the concept of robots bringing us food is so new in Coimbatore, this place had been on my wish list since it was opened. But we were quite disappointed.<br/><br/>If you are going to the restaurant for the first time, you will be utterly clueless to find the entrance. There's hardly a sign.<br/><br/>Ambiance and Seating: The table that was reserved for us was very cramped that I was asked to sit at one side of the table and a waiter pushed a table a bit toward me for my husband to sit at the other side. We overlooked this as we were in such awe looking at the moving robots. Then our starters were brought by a robot which stood far from reaching distance. The table was too heavy for us to move and we were helplessly waving hands at the passing waiters to reach for our food. Not to mention the fact that the robot constantly talks till the time you fetch the food from its tray. <br/><br/>The restaurant has bright yellow lights that overpower the whole ambiance. <br/><br/>Food and cleanliness: We ordered Thai and Chinese food. Thai Pai chicken tasted terrific. But the portions were quite small for the price that we pay. Along with Mojitos we were given straws that were sticky at the bottom area. God knows what it was. It was a big turn off! We complained and the waitress bore a long face as if it was a privilege to ask for clean straws.<br/><br/>Service: Except for one Mr. Kripal, the rest of the staff were of no help. At Robot, it is a terrible mistake to order starters and main course separately. Because by the time the main course arrives, you have already lost your interest/appetite. The management could give as much importance to recruit its staff as its robots.<br/><br/>The average cost for two people (Rs.600) is quite misleading. We were two people. We ordered 2 starters, 1 main course and 1 drink and the bill amount including GST was Rs.1300. This is quite evident from the menu displayed on the page too. It should be atleast Rs.1000/ 2pax.

Loved the food taste ❤️ worth it for the money. ! The menu is bit confusing and can be made clear enough for everyone to understand.. the way of ordering is quite complicated and even that can be helped by the staffs!

Colorful glowing seatings in the reception as you enter. A hostess receives us with a smile. As you tell the booking name, they get you to the table allotted for you in a while.<br/><br/>Ambience : Robots and human roaming here and there makes it look like a futuristic movie in reality. While we were looking for the waiters to order, they asked us to use the tablet on the table to order ourself. That's an add on to the futuristic concept. We ordered our food on the tablet and saw the other tables taking selfies and kids wondering and hugging those robots.<br/><br/>Food : As the robots cross our table continuously, suddenly one of the beautiful lady robots turned towards our table and OMG they speak. She asked us to take the food from her. We told the waiters that we will serve ourself from the robot, as it gives the full feel without any human interaction. However for anytime help, those waiters are all around the place. We took the food from the robot and touched her hand as she thanks us and moves away. I went there with my husband and 5 and 1 year old boys. Loved the ambience. Lighting, waiting area seats were differently lit, my kids loved it. Robots were a different and unique experience. Feels like you are in different world. Ordering from a tab gave a techy feel.<br/>Coming to the food they have limited choices in each category no complains there coz we chose quickly :). We ordered cheese corn balls (must try!!!), hariyali chicken, Thai veg curry, veg hunan noodles, alphonso ice cream and jamun. Everything was awesome!!! Yummy!!!<br/>A special thanks to the staff there who insisted to take care of my one year old while I have food with the family, which I did after a realllllllyy long time...<br/>A nice friendly environment, good ambience, awesome food, not too heavy on pockets... will definitely recommend especially those with children.. they will enjoy the experience!!!

It's a pretty good Concept of path following robots coming up to you with the food tray. But has its own drawbacks which i would discuss further.<br/><br/>The place is located on the first floor of a tower and just has a small board outside which is not easily visible to people who are not familiar with the area or visiting for the first time.<br/><br/>Parking is available so No need to worry on that part.<br/>The ambience is good with neon lights and colourful decor. I would suggest you to book a table before you go as it would be most likely crowded.<br/><br/>They have a tab in the place of a menu on which you can choose what would you like to eat and order right away. The water is still going to come to Your place and look at the menu therefore the whole idea of a tab on place of a conventional paper menu and waiter taking orders is defeated.<br/><br/>The food is good. I had ordered garlic naan, tandoori roti, pepper chicken gravy and hariyali machi gravy (fish).<br/>The quality of the food was good and quantity of each gravy is good enough for a single person.<br/><br/>Going towards the cons.<br/><br/>1. The robo is rather slow Moving. And people constantly blocking its way by clicking selfies is further going to delay the arrival of your food. It might get a little cold when it reaches you.<br/><br/>2. I found the waiting time to be a but kn the higher side but I'm going to give them the benifit of doubt as the place would have been crowded<br/><br/>3. Despite placing the order on the tab and the waiter making a note of it, a wrong food order was placed on my table. This is a bit disappointing when you've been waiting for a long time and have digitally placed the order on a tab as well as informed the waiter.<br/><br/>4. The food is a bit expensive but worth the price. My bill came upto INR 1000 for two.<br/>

Food was good but there are no varieties. The ambience is so cool. But then for such a great ambience, people would expect for more varieties. Could bring in some continental dishes into their menu. But must add good desserts as there are only few cakes in their list.<br/>Except for that, yes! I have ordered Thai panneer, Dynamite potato, chilli garlic noodle, cheese balls. Out of this only Noodle was good, dynamite potato should be crispy but it's more saucy than crisper. Thai panneer is a starter and it's served in gravy consistency and too much of coconut oil. Corn cheese balls the corner kernel's are half cooked and flavour less. Overall ambience is good, service is good , food taste is avg, The robots are good they are used only to carry the ordered menu. Childrens will love them it would be better if the robots are interactive, price side the food seems to be little expensive side.

Well, my friend and myself had great expectations for this newly budded "Robot Restaurant". If you ask me if the expectations has been meet? Try it for yourself buddies you I'll know.

Yummy tummy tasty....just loved the food n ambiance 😍😍😍😍....very good atmosphere....the robos r lyk queens ...over all the everyone will love this type of restaurant 😍....kudos ❤

Not just robots, the entire place is different and radiant. Well i liked their nv starters, veg ones were okay. Thai roasted chicken and thai creamy prawn were yum - apparently they make good thai. The starters were bit pricey for quantity, but main course was copious.<br/><br/>Desserts were limited and huh eight layered cake (?!) - dont get carried away by the name, its so small. <br/><br/>Service could have been much better. Tab dint work for sometime in one of our tables, main course was served to them way before starters but staffs were so negligent to respond.<br/><br/>Overall a mixed experience, give it a try for the robo experience and selectively good food.

This place is not even worth a first time visit. The food is abysmal and service is extremely slow. It is overpriced for the food they serve. I give it a star for the innovation they’ve tried (a starless review wasn’t possible).

Seeing the zomato reviews went in to the restaurant, one time i guess its ok!<br/><br/>Ordered a couple of thing's from the menu like the dynamite potatoes, gobi 65, chilly milli chicken, some tandoori variety of paneers etc... Expect the potatoes starters others were just not to the expectation.<br/><br/>Then paneer butter masala, dhal tadka, dont remember the chicken gravy name...veg biryani order was mixed up twice, wrong food on the table with chicken biryani and fried rice was served though lastly they didnt charge on the bill... But when a super veggie partner getz this kind of food and the waiter when calld and checked says its veg and later the supervisor agreez its nv and replaces it... Its wierd ...<br/><br/>Deserts like gulab jamoon with icecream, brownie with icecream, tropical delight etc tasted just fine..<br/><br/>So food will rate 2.5 ,ambiance 3,staff 2.5,service-1 though robot served , theres a lot of small things to be looked in, like the serving of plates, spoons etc... Everything thats commonly kept needed a reminder... And super slow... When the staff turned up.<br/><br/>

Super dooper ambience with a colorful lightings... People will definitely love this place for a different attempt.Those robots will just turn to your table and the waiters will serve you. The robotic voice said that have a nice meal.<br/>Every table holds a tab where we should place our order.<br/>Food was little delay only.<br/>We tried chicken and fish starters. All the 4 starters were osum. We didn't taste the biriyani as it was over.chicken fried rice and hakka noodles was good followed with Butter chicken and butter naan.<br/>Cost is little higher than the normal price but it was totally worth it for the starters.<br/>Totally a nice ambience with a different thought by having the robots.
