Review Dr. Grill - Coimbatore

I have ordered a spicy chicken grill. Very well cooked. But they grill with skin. They serve it with But as I am a Non skin chicken eater I did not like. Good option who like to eat with skin.

Loved the place. Visited two times Chettinad grill is my favourite. Quality of chicken is very good. Mayo can be given free of cost. They charge Rs.20 for that.

The variety of Grill Chicken provided here, make it a must go for all the Grill chicken lovers in town. The American BBQ Grill is excellent and don't forget to try the different dips.

Pretty neat and timely deliver. Should try out their special Ghost grill. That's where the taste is in. The others are really good too. The only downside i find is the lack of variety beverages.

Dr.Grill is my favorite restaurant. Varieties of dishes, stunning flavors with grills. Starters, main, deserts, and much more. All under one roof. Value for money, quality is at the top. Good ambience. Good place for a date along with loved ones. Above all, food prepared with maximum standards. I do recommend Dr.Grill to all. They have many outlet’s in and around the city.

Visited the recently opened Dr grill in vadaValli. Had a mouthwatering grill chicken. The chicken was cooked to its core, with no rubbery meat. The option to customize the spiciness of the Grill was unique. The tikka masala grill chicken taste is still lingering in my mouth.

Good place to dine. Ambience is good. They served tasty dishes and quality is excellent. Grill’s were so perfectly prepared - enjoyed. Quantity of the food items was at perfection. Staffs & their service was appreciated.

Ordered chicken biriyani. Received some kind of "masala" flavoured rice with a few tid bits of small chicken pieces thrown into it like they were doing us some big favour by providing it. Worse still, they hadn't even bothered to skin the chicken properly and the half pieces in the Biriyani had been cooked with the skin. <br/><br/>Their grill chickens are tasty but are costlier than their competitors with nothing to really justify the higher cost.

Delivery service is bad. Delivering the wrong items. And the packaging is also not very good. <br/>And they don’t make corrective measures to fix the mistakes. That’s the worst part.

Definitely the right place to come when you are craving for some good grilled chicken! I really enjoyed my American BBQ chicken. It was flavoursome. The ordinary chicken grill was also yummy. The blackcurrant mojito was a little strong than we would have liked it but it was alrite! The mint chutney dip was superb - wished they had given more of that!

We used to visit frequently to this outlet, but recent visit lead to health upset due to having stored chicken . We now decided to avoid going here.

We had a fantastic dinner in this majestic true ambiance restaurant in the heart of Coimbatore. From the small things like the cutleries to the design of the dining hall and to the warm and efficient staff who attended and made our dinner 'So Special'. I don't want to touch about how delicious and marvelous the food was as its a 'DR' touch which undoable questionable by anyone even by the food critique... this is the 'Wow' factors that made us felt so 'Royalties' among the diners... keep up the good job and always wonders your guest... indeed we will visit you again... thanks a million.....

Hi there yesterday i visited Dr. grill restaurant at laxmi mills i really enjoyed their famous grilled chicken which i have been ordering only as delivery the store was tidy .the ac was good  music was only westem .staff was friendly .but saw very few staff around and hence i had wait for more time then usual .overall a great experience highly recommended

Everybody talks about this place in my Uni. I also heard they have very select menu and otter stories So went to check and got dumb founded. Man, that's an awesomely perfectly juicy grilled chicken that I got to eat similar to Nando's and chipotle in the US. Man, I have got tears in my eyes out of joy. What a chicken! Will be there soon. Only suggestion please keep the AC and Music on right levels.

Hi guys yesterday I went to Dr grill restaurant with friends. The restaurant was very good. We enjoyed the food especially American BBQ was superb. Customer service was very friendly. Keep up the great taste always.

Worst delivery ever.. My house is just 10 mins away from Dr grill. The delivery was supposed to be at 2.20 but I received the food only at 345.. Expectially the phone attended Divya was really irritating with no proper response . There is seriously no need for the phone attender to keep telling their name often. It's seriously irritating.. It was like talking to airtel customer service.

Order was placed through their app at 7.00 PM. It asked to schedule time of delivery. I chose 8.00 P.M. Its 8.50 P.M now and I haven't received my order yet. Now when I open their app it's asking for feedback about last order. WTF is wrong with you ppl.

One of the best grill chickens avaliable in cbe...try American bbq grill with mango jalapeño dip...their biryani is also good...little expensive compared to other grill centers but it's worth the price..

Too many good reviews about Dr.Grill and it took me a long time to visit this place . Coming to the food part , GHOST grill the best dish in this place , too good taste and spicy . Please avoid if you can't handle too spicy . Their signature dish American BBQ is also good and kinda tastes sweet . Would recommend sodas and milk shakes which do good with the grills they provide . Overall a very good experience. Best grill in the city as of now .

I was at the Laxmi mills outlet this evening with one of my friends!! The Ghost grill was so spicy that we actually could NOT feel our tongues for a minute !! They serve it hot hot wid some bread and the dips. Tooo good! Trust me guys!! That are so yummy.... This was the most spiciest dish that i have tasted all my life!! <br/>#amustgoweekendplacemuahmuahmuah...<br/>........... And make sure to have a wide smile at the front desk... or you are not gonna get one! Lol!!

Found this place randomly while looking to pick up a quick bite from. The staff were helpful in making suggestions. The spicy grilled chicken was quite tasty! I liked the choices of sauces we bought too!  Service and price were good.

I've been here a few times now. I'd have to say this is probably one of the best places in Coimbatore for grilled chicken. The mango dip goes together with the chicken real well.

This ambience was good could have been better and it was my first visit. The staff there were friendly and we ordered for Ghost chicken which was rated the most spiciest and it was spicy but the quantity wasn't so satisfying.

I have been eating Dr.Grill chicken for sometime and this review is pending for a while and I could not postpone it any more after today's fantastic lunch. As a foodie grown up tasting foods very much in Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi, Coimbatore was not appealing as much until I have stumbled upon Dr.Grill. About the Grill: It is juicy as no other. The Barbecue flavor makes it uniquely sweet. The spicy version I tasted was still moderate, enjoyed by my family. Also enjoyed the green chutney and mayo accompaniment. On the drinks department: I tried both mojitos and milk shakes and they were equally good. The delivery was on time and the packing was well done with a good quality plastic reusable container. By the way, my review is mostly based on delivery experience with one time dine-in at the Ramanathapuram outlet. Though the space was limited in the store, the ambiance and service is of good standards. Highly recommended for a unique grill chicken experience.

They apparently have no intention to promote dine-in coz the place was hot and stuffed. There was neither an a.c. Or fan running. Moreover, we are subjected to mosquito bites. The bbq chicken was okaish coz the marination didn't work for this type of grill. Since I have tried their other options, I was not surprised by the quality and taste. The pricing is appropriate which is a good feature about the menu. It's a good deal to buy grilled chicken here but only take away is advisable.

Food was good, my rating for considering only food will be 3.5 but the service offered was a total mood spoiler. First thing the item was served last and then the wrong item was served finally card payment was not available and instead of apologizing fa it the executive blamed us. Finally I was cheated "Yes the banner outside the shop says 10% discount but when asked abt it the executive said it is not implemented yet with a sarcastic face" <br/>On the whole had a very bitter experience...

Visited this place for a team lunch for the first time. We ordered grill chicken, chicken biriyani, veg biriyani, french fries and strawberry mojito drink. Chicken was tender and soft and taste was just amazing. Biriyani was equally good and the chicken provided with the biriyani was very soft. We could feel the freshness of the chicken within a bite. People who work there were very polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend my friends to visit here to have a great munching... Cheers... Good job guys....

I got a double grilled butterfly Tikka Grill as a take away.. The packing was really good in a recyclable box.. Loved d taste and tenderness of chicken.. And their Grill tasted well with the Mango Jalapeño dip.. It tasted yummy and it was just perfect.. Try it out if you wanna taste a good grilled chicken with unique flavours.. Dr. Grill, went after very long time but I didn't get their best as i expected this time. Suddenly when I was carving for a grilled chicken i travelled about 10km to reach this place passing shai grill and many other outlet too. I tried just classic grill as i was solo traveller. The chicken was brought up well, it was tender and fresh, chewed a small it was yummy bt when had my next piece it was just tasteless inside. The outer coating was perfect but the it was not at all marinated in deep. I am really happy with the delivery time and service of Dr. Grill. Butterfly Grill is awesome and the packing is also awesome. The only drawback I can say is I placed an order with two plain biriyani and the delivered only one which I think is a manageable mistake. Anyways thanks for the good service Dr. Grill and Zomato.

A humble menu & the bird so good enough to do justice and perhaps more.I won't say its the best grill that I have had because it doesn't taste anything like the regular grills only that its so different and splendidly delicious.Quiet simply the juiciest 'chicken' I have had in Kovai.Go for their American BBQ & Chicken Tikka and the add-on biryani is a decent one too.And don't forget the Mojito.The only negative is that we had to wait a bit for the bird to arrive,considering the small size and very few customer accomodation as well as the limited menu.<br/>

A very big disappointment when I walked into that door dreaming of juicy chicken the guy came and said no chicken and you know what the time was only quarter past 9..!! I am giving two because of the display pictures and such a bad way to turn someone off is to say sorry when are done for today when that is the actual dinner time<br/>As I am unable to review this place I again I have given my second review on the comments.. If you are serious about tasting great gourmet chicken then you are at the right place! The grill and the flavor(esp BBQ) here absolutely exquisite. Not to miss the calm and perfect ambience mixed with the wood backdrop which makes it even better. <br/>Adding a bit more flavors to the menu would be a great idea for improvement.

Its really very superb Grilled Chicken from Dr.Grill with the low price.I visited here just 2 times only and I really became a fan of this Dr.Grill.I ate varieties of Grilled chicken all around and I can say Dr.Grill is unique in their taste and flavor.  And especially I wonder about their cooking methods which makes their grill soft and juicy. I tried every items in Dr.Grill.Their chappati and wheat paratha are so good and healthy without oil. And the special about their grill chicken is our stomach won't feel bloated even if we ate big meal in Dr.Grill.And their services are also very good like their ambiance.But in their menu items are very less... Need to add more unique items. and totally my experience in Dr.Grill was awesome and I can recommend it everyone to taste here.

Dr.Grill is is a pleasant surprise . This unassuming place has so much in store for your palate . They stick to a short menu , this being their biggest positive. Sticking to their strengths . The Grill chicken especially the barbecued grill was literally finger licking good (KFC needs to take a refresher course in what it's tagline really means). The marinating and the sauce on top of the chicken is delicious complimented by the quality of the chicken itself . Tender and juicy . Would visit this place as often as possible . If only they had a better range of drinks. Highly recommended for an excellent grill .

I used to order a full grill chicken n started to struggling with it. Here, at Dr.Grill u can eat full grill chicken without a break, unfortunately u can't expect anything other than a grilled chicken. Otherwise staffs are cool n the restaurant has a good ambience. Especially their zinger lemonade drink is awesome.

Entered with expectations of a tasty meal with grilled chicken on a hot afternoon, but unfortunately the restaurant didn't manage to mesmerize me. To start off, being located on avinashi road, parking cars is a trouble. The tables caught my attention but the aroma around the place was a let down. I was there at Dr.Grill last weekend for dinner. Welcoming, it has great atmospherics. It's minimalist design and carefully done decor is pleasant in the eye. I loved their furniture. A friend and I ordered a regular and tikka masala grill chicken with mango jalapeño dip for an accompaniment. It was absolutely delicious, to say the least. The regular was classy.  Tender and juicy, it was perfectly done. But I loved the spice in the tikka masala. It's marinade was just what I wanted. We washed it down with a ginger ale and a kiwi crush. I was chatting up with their smiling and friendly manager. He told me Dr.Grill opened in February this year and have been able to attract customers who not only enjoy their culinary choices but who are also conscious of what they eat. Well, he wouldn't tell me the recipe, but I what I gathered is a process they have created to keep it healthy and tasty. We paid Rs.632 for two and impossible in any other city in India. It has already become a regular for many of who live in Coimbatore. I also noticed Dr. Grill is about quality and care.  The dishes are served in the beautiful areca nut or beetle nut plates that are biodegradable. Their takeaway boxes are reusable. Good ambience.. I ordered a bbq chicken. takeaway.. Quantity was good... Would recommend for anyone who loves grill chicken.. Would definitely come back for more...

Nicely cooked grill,I had a BBQ grill wen i went was really nice and especially with that chutney they give,wil definitely go back to try some more.,cost is also ok,not highly priced.

One of my favourite places to eat !! It's soo wonderfully made that's it is juicy n tasty till the last bite. Love grilled chicken. A must try to taste the real taste n softness. Try it eith the mango dip n u will relish it!

They hope to add milkshakes and sandwiches to their menu soon, and I'm sure these will be popular.<br/>Prices are also very reasonable.
