Small and neat place Owner is available, he is friendly to serve you good food This is located at residential area, so easy parking space Bhelpuri 4.5/5 Luvly Papdi chat 4.5/5 Luvly Veg nachos 2.5/5 kind of ok Lasagna with extra veggies could have been better, I personally felt it was lil bland 3/5 Cold chocolate shake 3/5 not sweet, just pure chocolate flavour which makes u feel lik bitter at end. Quantity less Veg sandwich 4/5 good for ppl who love cheesey For price the quantity is little less. But definitely good to go place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting EATALLEY, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. The menu at EATALLEY is a masterpiece of culinary delights. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted with a perfect balance of flavors, using only the finest ingredients. If you’re a fan of hearty mouthwatering desserts, this cafe has something to satisfy every palate. TAPA master is great. You must try pizzas here.. it’s very tasty and thin crust one when compared to other pizza shops.

Simple yet tasty cafe, looks like cafes in Aurovile. We tried a few items and everything tasted good. Service is also quick.

A nice place to visit for vegetarians and vegans. Food is stunningly authentic (Italian and Mexican). Good variety of appetizers and entrees. Pizzas are super delicious! The ambiance is cozy and elegant. Staff are courteous and listen to your preferences. They also suggest choices which indicate they are well versed with the menu items. Definitely a must visit for pizza and pasta lovers!

This is our regular spot to hangout for the last 4 years (at least). Great people, great food. 1. Ice creams are awesome- they are natural fruit, so good that we asked them to cater ice creams for our big day- our wedding reception. ✨ Guests enjoyed the ice creams so much! The catering was so good and prompt. Thanks Ankit! they also loved the popsicles (90s tube Pepsis) 2. Pizzas, chaat and Italian food is yum as well! In addition to being a a great cafe for dine in and takeaway, they are a good option for catering for special events as well ! ✨

A great place to taste Italian and Mexican foods. Earlier it was known as "Little Italy". neat ambiance. Food tastes great. Parking available. Bit expensive but I personally feel worth for money. A good choice to give a try for Italian foods. They also prepare custom pizzas as per your requirement. The customer service is great. Waiters are really cool.

Best Pizza I have had in Coimbatore! Super reasonably priced, THIN CRUST with healthy ingredients. Pizza Melino is a must try! Love the fact that someone in Coimbatore is making Authentic pizza and Italian Dishes. Place and decor is also beautiful and the surroundings are also peaceful and quiet. If you are in Coimbatore and want a real good Pizza. Drop by 'Eat Alley'. Have been buying from here since 2021, fantastic and best go to place for my family and I for Pizza. Special mention to Mr. Ankit who caters to our needs at all times and lets us know about new pizzas and recommendations. 👍🏾

Love this place... the wheat crust Sicilian pizza is our favorite.. been visiting this restaurant since 7 yrs right from it's ramanathapuram days.. it was fine dine there but sadly not here. Our only disappointment is it gets too loud now in the current building due to bad acoustics that it's impossible to sit inside. Last time we visited, gen z wer having a group outing & the noise got out of control. We tried our best to ignore, but our millennial brain was just not having it! Had to request the waiter to deliver the pizza to our car & ran out🏃‍♀️ Bt the pizza was worth it & that's what matters to us foodies🍕

I recently visited this chat shop with friends. The ambience of the restaurant is good with great quality of food at affordable cost. Now they have opened an branch in sai baba colony too. Have added the mouth watering dishes.

Such an amazing spot! The atmosphere is incredibly soothing—perfect for a delightful meal, friendly chitchats, or catching up with friends or even go on a date. Our choices: #Dahi Papdi: A flavor explosion, rated 10 out of 10! Mint chutney and meetah paani added a mouthwatering touch. #Paneer Tikka Pizza: The cheese and paneer tikka were fantastic. The crust, though slightly thinner than expected, gave a kick to the spices. #Veggies White Sauce Pasta: A definite highlight! I'd take a day off for this. Those mushrooms added a nice touch. #Garlic Bread: A perfect companion to the pasta—nice combo! #Tender Coconut Shake: This was a refreshing full stop to our meal. Soothing and satisfying. Big thanks to Ankit Agarwal, who expertly guided us through their best offerings. We missed out on the Cheese Fondue, but we're looking forward to trying it soon. We had a blast. Don't let this place slip by! 🍽️👌🧀🍕🍝🍹 #FoodieHeaven #FantasticFlavors #GreatService #UnforgettableExperience

My friends and I had a great time here having delicious Italian and Mexican food. You should definitely try the lasagna here. It was so tasty. Cream of mushroom Soup was wonderful. We also tried special enchiladas. As we were so full with other items, and probably because of big beans in it, we couldn't enjoy it as much we liked the lasagna. The service was very good. The gentleman who served us seemed very knowledgeable about the varieties. His suggestions were appropriate -as he helped us to make it just like how wanted our dinner to be. Nachos was also very delightful. Felt like a bit expensive. Still it does worth it.

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle bustle and honking of traffic, then NUKKAD is a place to be. The place is spacious. It has got both, outside and inside sitting. A small playground is there for children to enjoy. This makes the place ideal for the entire family. Even if you are a couple, you can have a quiet lunch or dinner here. Evenings 3 - 10 PM you can also enjoy snacks like Pani Puri and other chat items. Nukkad's main dish is Pizza, Pasta, Italian dishes. They also serve moctails and soups. The staff is well dressed and well mannered. The lighting is good and simple and elegant interior has been done. We ordered pasta and a bread item. The dish was delicious and the quantity was decent for two if you are not a heavy eater. Cost wise it is on the higher side, but then it has its own benefits. It's a good place to take a break once in a while from homemade food and try out these delicacies. If you decide to try it out, you will have a wonderful quiet time with your friends, spouse, or family.

Unfortunately, I went there without checking much about the restaurant went there expecting to try a few good meaty dishes and to my surprise they only serve vegetarian options. However the ambience and experience was really good. Basically it's a good place to take your girl out for dinner if she prefers vegetarian options and is into cheese. The fondue is a must try if you're there

Been planning to make a visit to this place for more than 2 years and finally made it. The food was so delicious and our entire family loved it.

This is also one of the place for families and young crowd ppl they have a huge variety of veg Mexican. Italian And in Indian cuisine also they have ah good ambiance with a children play area staff's behaviour were great quite a bit expensive but worth for our money we had a RAVIOLI PASTA / PIZZA, MASALA GARLIC BREAD, ASSORTED CORSTINI...
Sushmitha
I use to like pizzas from here but today when I ordered through online I got a pizza in which there was a different smell. I think the flour used to make pizza base was very old. Worst experience
Sushmitha
I really use to like the pizzas from here but today the taste was not good at all. The flour used for making pizza base had a different smell, I think it is made from old flour.
Rahvi
Perfect place for authentic Italian cuisine!
Kangeyan Gangadharan
I was fooled by the reviews.the service was nice but this is probably the worst italian restaurant i have ever eaten at in terms of taste. The pizza had burnt crust and they just heated up milk and they called it a soup.
Ananya
This is the amount of bread and vegetable left after we finished the cheese fondue.
Not only did the cheese taste different, we received lesss than half the restraunt serving size.
The potato skins weren't crisp either, but that's understandable given the delivery time.
Vishnu
This place is welcoming with charming service and food better than I have tasted.
Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by the duo couple Mr and Mrs ankit . Meal was served hot and yummy it was ...Never missed Non veg actually ....
Vimal
Had ordered Garlic bread, their signature pizza and pasta. Tastes good. Only issue was the pizza was very spicy. But overall above satisfactory. And yes courteous staff!!
Pizzas And Florals
Best place in the city to have authentic Italian food.

Ambience could have been better! Inside the restaurant was well maintained! No proper handwash! Their sphegatti was good! It can be more better for their cost! too costly for the quantity!

Visited the place as friend’s meet up event

The dining space is huge and spacious. They also have a decent play area outside so kids can be entertained.

We tried the following

Garlic bread ..unique and very tasty.Must try

Risotto Del fathore ..decent

Al pesto Genovese ..creamy and tasty

Nawabi thin crust pizza ..crispy and tasty though I found it spicy

Overall this is a bankable Italian restaurant in Coimbatore

THE RESTAURANT WHICH TOOK ME TO ITALY AND ROME WITH THEIR DISHES

AMBIENCE
could have been better still no change in their ambience and could be more of a formal cum cool one

DISHES
THE taste of the food is just lip smacking
THE LASAGNE was of more cheese so
Couldn't get the original taste

THE BEST GRALIC BREADS IN Town seriously lip smacking and damn tasty

COLD COFFEE WASN'T WORTH THE TASTE

PIZZA 🍕 was really amazing but it lacked an
Italian 🇮🇹 punch

VERDICT :ambience must be changed and they serve traditional Italian cuisine definitely
Worth giving a try

Ordered pasta here through zomato. Food was very tasty and ambience was good. Italian cuisine were extraordinary here. will definitely come back for more.
Shubham Agrawal
Food is good. But service is horrible. We ordered 4 items and for each item they took more than 30 minutes. They were giving priority to Swiggy orders.
Aravindan V
One of the best Italian restaurants in the city. Amazing pastas and pizza. A very big variety of Italian food. 5/5 for the taste. Ambience can be improved a bit more. Definitely must try for Italian food lovers.
Babu Rao
They have not taken in consideration of 2nd highest meal is free for 1+1 offer,
We were in 13 members group where we have 6 Zomato Gold members were there,
The billing was wrong,
We have paid extra amount and came..
Karthikha Ravi
Went to this place after seeing it on Zomato. Have passed this place many times and never noticed it. Then came to know it was previously Little Italy and now name has changed. Food was great. Lasagna was excellent. They also have excellent pizza with wheat base if needed. Ambience also is good. They have a play area for kids to play which my kid enjoyed. The owner and staffs were friendly and service was good.
Nadeem
We ordered 2 dishes:
1. Pasta Barbaresca which wasn't very nice on the the palate. It lacked Italian flavours and was a little salty.
2. Pizza Napoli was good. Nice and cheesy with fresh veggies.
The service was very quick and polite. The ambiance is a little dingy and dull.
Shankar Krishnan
Great food here. It's been long since I ate here. Can't recollect the names. But have uploaded the pics anyways. Lol. I felt they could increase the portion for their rates. Otherwise this place is good.
Vidhya V
Italian cusine lovers do definitely love this place. We had pizza and pasta here pasta gives a rich flavour of creamy taste which would serve 3 people. Pizza we got it in thin crust with mozzala cheese layer stuffed with cheese burst which is ultimate than pizza hut!
Nafeed
Best pasta in town... totally loved it. Definitely going back for more. Subtle flavours none overpowering the other. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food.
Nidhin
Was skeptical about this place at first due to the shady ambience and confusing names(The place has two names). However the food was excellent, so was the service. Tried Zuppa Di Broccoli (5/5), Corleone (4/5), Calzone Al Forno (4/5), Pasta Barbaresca(4/5) and Sizzling chocolate walnut brownie(3/5). The place is slightly on the expensive end but it's worth it.
Pranesh Kumar
The service was pretty good. The people here are courteous and friendly making the entire experience beautiful! The food was really good too. Good job!

So I dint know Eat Alley and Nukkad were different until my cousin told me, she told us she's taking us to Nukkad so I thought the chat and the Italian sections are the same, apparently not
Eat Alley is the Italian section inside with the AC while Nukkad is on the outside, but you can order both outside
Anyway coming to the Italian part of my order, continuing from my previous review on Nukkad
We ordered the following:
Starters - Pale Di Potato
Pizza - Sicilia
Pasta - Pasta Barbaresca ( in Ravioli because the other pastas weren't available )

Pinacolada

Pale Di Potato:
We ordered this mainly for the garlic mayo which was promised in the description but what actually came was nothing like garlic mayo at all, it was something sour and bland, very poor
But the potato itself was pretty decent, it was basically just small pieces of fried potato in some Italian seasonings

Sicila:
The menu said thick base but we got a thin crust, so that was obviously disappointing, the pizza was kinda ok taste wise but there were hardly any toppings, nothing like the description

Pasta Barbaresca:
One word: horrible
This just dint seem like a pasta..just seemed like some random gravy, ravioli in some deep gravy
Even the ravioli filling wasn't good, seemed like they had put pieces of broccoli inside

Pinacolada:
Lastly the Pinacolada, the worst item to have come, what on earth is this? For heaven's sake, remove this thing from your menu, 200 bucks for a tonic ? I'm sorry but it isn't acceptable, we were told that the pinacolada comes with different fruit mixes n icecreams n all if I remember correctly but there was no icecream whatsoever
it just seemed like some bad tonic, not done at all
You really have to up your game

Have only ordered through home delivery and their pizzas r simply amazing. way better than the over priced dominos and pizza hut. crispy thin crust pizzas and delicious even thou only veg option is available
Aswin Prabu Kesav Prasad
Definitely not worth the price they charge.
Very mediocre experience dining at this place.
Mushroom soup was very thin and not up to the mark. The pizza was better, pasta was average
The whole dining experience was below average.

The thing is , the quality and the quantity of the food they serve doesn't match with the EXTORTIONATE PRICE they charge.
Eat Alley is the definitely the place to satisfy pizza cravings. The ambience here is all wooden, with breezy curtains and it gives a warm, home like feel to the place. We were served complimentary drinks which were very average. We ordered a starter with fresh mushrooms and bread which tasted good. We ordered Pizza Napoli with a wheat base which took a while to be served but the waiter duly informed about this earlier. I found the service good enough even though I've read a lot of bad reviews about it here. The pizza was amazing and it truly is one of the best ones you get in the city. This is a good place to spend your weekend with a few pizzas. I would like to visit again and try their pastas and desserts another time.
Vikas Jain
Worst place!! Spoiled my evening, they cannot provide portable drinking water and charge exuberantly for mineral water. Staff are very rude, food sucks big time.
Akshara Bhatt
Amazing fine dining place. I got awestruck by having the first bite of cheese fondue. Amazing on the whole. Will definitely get back again just to try desserts . 😍
Thadamaga
Never had better mushrooms, a must eat for anyone travelling to combiatore. Fungi alla trapanzi: guys don't miss it. Ravioli was also great and my wife loved jeera masala soda, great to get kolkata flavour here
Sam
The mushroom soup was watery. The pizza was average but they were generous with toppings. Lasagne was over the top! And I'd actually tasted strong rum in their tiramisu which was how a tiramisu should taste like!
Jithosh
One and only Italian restaurant which is worth for your money. We had been here multiple times and never felt any compromise is in the quality. Fresh baked garlic bread, finger licking Lasagne are must try!
Priya
Ordered online, Soup was good ,Fresh and nice
The main dish was parceled in a plastic box,hot pasta had a plastic smell.. Kindly avoid packing hot
Lakshmi Tamilarasu
Absolutely Love this place. Serves the Best ever Italian food in the city. Can never stop going to this place & the dessert "chocolate bomb" is to die for.
Venkat Vishwas Ravi
After reading soo many bad reviews I wanted to give Eat Alley the benefit of the doubt.. I should slipper myself for even giving them a second chance.. we ordered nachos which was okay, then a pizza which was burnt and a chocolate bomb which had too much of flavour in it.. we ended up wasting all the dishes and got back home with a bad stomach.. btw.. the pricing and food, no relation..!!
Arun Viswanathan
Excellent experience Everytime I visit the place.. a great place for vegetarian Italian cuisine lovers.. their 449 table buffet is a treat and value for money.. possibly the best pizza in the city.. pleasant service also..
Rahul Bhandari
The corporate meal was filling with almost all sorts of food varieties, The service was overwhelming, Again a perfect joint for Veggies :) Ambience and stuff are not so appreciating but they greet their valuable customers, Food is perfect with Satisfactory flavours :)
Karthik
Had the chance to go here for Dinner and it was really good. The thin crust pizzas were nice and the lasagne was wonderful. Cheesy and full of flavor. The desserts were in their own league. We ordered a blueberry cheesecake and it was out of tha world. Overall, a foodie place for vegetarians and pizza pasta lovers
Foodelicious
This place has both authentic and indianised Italian dishes on their menu. I'm personally not a fan of the indianised ones. Their pizzas are thin crust, saucy and full of flavour. The pastas are quite oily. However, never try the starters or the desserts. We were once served stale tiramisu and there wasn't an atom of remorse from the staff. Also, the staff is a buzz kill. They don't smile, they don't help out, nor are they responsive.
Balachandar
A refreshing take on pizza. Much better than pizza huts and dominos. Only vegetarian restaurant in Coimbatore that I don't mind visiting again. I also liked their garlic bread and lasagne, they were equally good.
Vishnu Kumar Das
Very good ambiance, specially in the city like Coimbatore. The Gps location is bit faulty, as it shows the back end of the restaurant where there is a slum. first time when i thought of going here the Google map was misleading. but the second time, It just happened that I stumbled upon the signboard and Boom it was the one I was searching for. Was very happy to see such places in Coimbatore. Highly recommended but they need to improve on the menu.
Naga Yuwanesh
Justice to the pizzas , soups , starters are good . Thin base pizzas , wood burn , only veg , nice place for a get together .One of the best place for pizzas in CBE .
Vijay Verghis @vj1901
Heard a lot about little Italy rebranded now as Eat Alley in Coimbatore. I had a mixed experience here and it could probably because I did a take away. Pizzas was the only stand out dish and I ordered a sicilia. It was very juicy and and fresh. Pastas was pathetic especially the white pasta and the sauce lacked the cream and it was filled with cheese. Tried out the wheat pasta which seemed to be somewhat under cooked and both the pastas were served with no bread or condiments. Caramel custard was good however the tiramasu was a disappointment. I have rated them high only for the pizzas. Definitely recommend you to try them out for the pizzas only. Staff are very polite and do take the extra mile to serve you.
Parvathyneelakantan
The food was okay. We ordered a bruschetta but the bread was not warm. The dessert was really good... overall the experience was okay! Will not be coming back.

A must try place if u like Italian cuisine...the pizzas are divine.. amazingly ambient surroundings... service staff are also good...a bit overpriced menu can sting ur wallet though..

Had gone yesterday to visit Eat Alley to have dinner with my family. Though the food was amazing but the customer service was pathetic from the waiter who was serving us to the manager who was extremely rude and yelling at us for no fault on our part. The waiter was totally lost and was not able to understand English, take orders and didn't have the basic sense of clearing the table when the next dish was served. Upon asking, he just gave blank look.
We requested for bill long before completing dinner and they kept us waiting for ten minutes. When the bill did arrive, we had been charged extra for lime soda water which we didn't order.
We asked the waiter to deduct the amount but he just deducted the MRP amount and not the tax applicable from the previous total amount (Rs 1390). Since he was not able to understand, the manager Mr Mani came into the picture. He requested us that he could not give us a new bill as it was difficult to generate a new bill and told us to calculate and confidently told us that it would be same amount ( Rs 1280)
It wasn't a matter of money for us but the way he behaved. While we were going through the bill and discussing amongst our self. He intruded into our conversation, snatched the bill and started yelling at us saying we were accusing him of cheating. He also mentioned that he didn't bother about customers like us since he has other regular customers. Whether he had the notion he could throw his weight around two girls only he can tell. But he only kept quiet when my sister raised her voice and he ran away from scene to make a new bill which again took another ten minutes. The new bill mentioned the amount was 1270 which is ten rupees less than the previous bill
As already mentioned it was not a matter of money and we were ready to accept the same bill after the verification but after Mr Mani atrocious behavior, we are surprised that Eat Alley has recruited such manager who has zero managerial skills, etiquette which is essential in the hospitality industry. It was Mr Mani's suggestion that his atrocious behavior could be published on social media and he didn't care.

Little Italy is one of the finest Italian restaurant in the city.one. One can get pizzas everywhere but only here you get the original Italian pizzas .The thin crust yummy cheesy pizzas are the show topper here .This is a pure veggie restaurant and they offer different types of pizzas ,pastas ,starters and shakes .They do offer Chinese menu as well if you wish .Lazanga and nachos are my favourite here. The cheesy panner pizza with sun roasted tomatoes are really so yummy .The ambience is moderate need to improve in that .Apart from that everything is fine.

Food :3/5
Ambience :2/5
Hospitality :3/5
Cost: 1500 INR (approx for two)

An ambient place with a decent decor. To get inside this resto you have to walk over a wooden pallet which runs over a drainage system which is actually dangerous. The resto has to set this issue right. Having stayed for quite some time in Italy and tasted the food there, I have to say that the food taste's quite authentic. Tried a pizza tobasco and penne Quattro stagioni and both of them tasted fine. The pasta had a bit of extra cheese poured into it though. Over all a nice place to be. I feel the prices are quite high

went with family. Wow what a place a taste real Italian dishes. Pizzas was great. The ambience, calmness was good. Parking could be better with a security. Even the time taken to prepare and serve was quite right to ensure we spend quality time with family and friends.
Kavin
Wow! The pizza is very very very good........hospitality-ok
.........ambience - good..........good place to dine in and take away...........
ANAND
Good Italian pasta. The salad is not best in quality, the exotic veg like lettuce are not good in quality, had lots of old rather than fresh lettuce. Likewise, felt the same with feta cheese they serve with so called salad "INSALATA".
Prashob Thomas Kurian
I have been here like a lot of times. The best is their wood 🔥 pizza. The cheese cake is good not the best. The ambience is pretty good. And its not to over crowded. Rates are high. But worth it definitely try the pizza if you are a 🍕 lover.

a very refreshing change, from the usual south Indian found in abundance here.

its really located in an alley... with soft lighting and a pleasant decor, it captures the heart and essence of the food they represent in the beautiful pictures, flooring, tables and walls.

the food was good, the wood fired oven pizza was just right.

with a good variety in pastas as well, i had the baked pasta, which was great as well

last , had tiramisu, for desert, had a good hit of khaluhaa at the end, loved it.
Pavithra Rajagopal
Eat Alley - is the joint restaurants of spice and little Italy. As the name suggests, you get both Italian food and North Indian. They have a lot of different varieties of pizza, and they're the typical original thin crust ones. Pastas are exquisite too! My favourite part of dining at eat alley are their desserts - tiramisu, mango cheesecake and caramel custard are must tries! Lovely ambience, but the service is a little slow. Nevertheless, the food quality makes up for it!
Aditya Gollapudi
Little Italy is a restaurant I've enjoyed almost since the early days in Chennai & Bangalore. When I heard they opened up in Coimbatore, I had to make my stamp here too... Place is very nice and cozy, though a bit hard to locate. And with the branding changes I had a hard time searching for them on Zomato as well.

Food wise It's a 5/5 for me. No questions there.
Murtaza Kuwarawala
It took me quite a few months to contemplate whether I should go for a Vegetarian Restaurant being a pure Non-Veg Food Lover. To be honest, I love Italian Dishes and hence I regret not visiting this place earlier.

Went to this place on a Sunday evening quite earlier than normal dinner time, I was actually surprised that the restaurant was open for service. The ambiance was just perfect and it did remind me of the times and places I visited during my trip in Italy.

When it comes to choices on the menu, this restaurant offers quite a lot for one to decide and makes it a much harder decision. I had ordered 'Crostini Alla Ragusana' - an appetiser that contains bread slices in different varieties. Though it was well baked, the dish felt a bit salty (Maybe, it might be the actual recipe but not sure). With regards to Main Course that I had ordered (Cannelloni Alla), the food was well cooked and had quite a unique effect. Also, the desserts , Chocolate Bomb and Gelato were just icing on the cake.

With regards to service, this is where the restaurant lacked. Twice, we were given wrong orders and the staff were not prompt that made us lose time giving the restaurant a negative point.

Verdict:

Food - 5/5

Service - 3/5

Ambiance - 5/5

Value for Money - 4/5
Sabitha
Thought its little Italy, but it's not. So disappointed. It's not an Italian restaurant any more. They don't serve what u order for. I don't suggest any one eat alley
Niyati Harnathka
Good ambience good food and decent service.. We ordered the bruschetta which was absolutely terrible. With low expectations we then ordered the lasagna, cannelloni and the melino pizza. The main course was so good that it more than made up for the starter. The pizza and lasagne was especially good. Will definitely be going there again.
Benjamin Blanchard
Good quality veg pizza but slightly on the expensive side for pizzas. Fast delivery for pizza. Some non veg pizzas would be good! Plenty to chose from the menu.
Dharwish Hameed
The best Italian cuisine in the city! Yummy pizzas and pastas. There are a lot of varieties in the menu. Each tastes in its own special way. Priced little high but it is worthy as you don't get these recipes any where in the town! Must visit.
Prat Yush
Yummy yummy yummy food:) definitely a must visit and I need to try a lot of other items from their menu ..totally worth the time you spend here :)

I went for lunch buffet in little Italy
I thought it will be an Italian spread but the disappointment is that varieties are Indian
I observed all the food varieties are not hot so I thought to leave the restaurant but one of his staff has apologized for inconvenience and then they served well
Soup is perfect
Starters are okay
Main course is really bad
Desserts are good especially that mango pie and chocolate mousse
Visweswaran Manickam
One of the worst dining experiences. The server was happy enough to serve us some previously prepared starter and even after specifically requesting to make it less oily and prepare fresh, they served the same again. The ambiance was less appealing. The place was hot and we were sweating from the beginning, they did not care to switch on the air conditioner.
We were waiting for more than an hour and then came a dry oily garlic bread. The hospitality was very bad. The rating was giving for the purpose of this review, otherwise I would rate it 0.
Foodieraghu
After great controversy for veg food walk on a Sunday lunch, we went to this lovely place. The owner Ankit was kind enough to serve what we asked for and also promised we wouldn’t regret being there. Happy he was able to keep up the promise by offering the Largest Pizza they can make i.e., an 18inch Pizza. What more special can that be with different topping in each slice which makes it 8 diff toppings in 8 diff slices. Above all the greatest happiness was that being added to their regular menu henceforth. They made it so perfect and special. A special thanks for that.

If u have crave for Pastas then this is one of the best place in CBE to have cheesy, creamy pastas. I tasted the ones served with the buffet and loved it. But I was not able to try various options available in pasta and also was not able to order lasagne. When coming to desserts I ordered the best option available, Tiramisu and unfortunately I was not much happy with the that but my friend told theirs was one authentic available in our city. May be it was my bad day as I was told they didn't have their other specials like the Chocolate Bomb, blueberry cheese cake. Also missed out many others as some of the friends opted their VFM Buffet so were not able to order anything much as I had to complete the hugeeeeeeeee pizza with 3 ladies. Their Brownie with icream with melted hot chocolate was not that great.

They have a wonderful ambiance, a decent Parking space, the outer dining place would be lovely for a wonderful evening with ur loved ones..

Just Looking at the menu at little Italy gets me dreaming of the amazing food that is Italian cuisine, the dripping cheese and the fresh vegetables. The menu has the dishes listed in their authentic italian names with detailed descriptions of every item which is an interesting read in itself. My sister had told me about their amazing fondue so I was itching to try it, after the funghi Alla trapanese which was a fresh mouthful of mushrooms in Italian herbs with Fresh buttered farmer's bread we went for the cheese fondue, it is not on the menu but is available on request, it is a bit pricey but is good enough of a starter for up to 4 people, served with lightly blanched broccoli, zucchini, baby corns, carrots and pieces of crisp bread which just soaks up the delicious cheese sauce and herbs, it is a must try in little Italy. The pale di potato is a great starter as well. For the main course, one could try the lasagna, risotto, or gnochi which is similar to the Cannelloni Alla florentina, it had a fresh burst of cheese in every bite. The portions are large and filling not to mention the abundance of cheese that so invitingly flows from each dish. No meal is complete without desserts and the desserts at little Italy dont disappoint. The tiramisu is delightful with a hint of coffee and I cannot bring myself to order anything other than the chocolate bomb every time I go there, it is simply to die for!.

Lovely place! Been here with buddies to taste some Italian food. The menu was large and so we could order stuff and share among ourselves. Very efficient service and nice ambiance. We sat outdoors to enjoy the breeze. We had pizza, pasta and some Mexican stuff. Truly a break from the normal routine food. Deserts lent a fine finish to the 3 course meal. We had a chocolate bomb, brownie and pudding. The only thing I missed was non-vegetarian food. It might look like being over priced, but definitely worth it for the ambiance and the break from routine.

I freaking love this place! I don't know if it's "authentic" Italian (never been to Italy :P ) but I do know that it's one of the best tasting and superbly prepared and served Italian cuisine in Coimbatore. The place is charming - we went as a bunch of 5 people and since we were bound to make some noise, opted to sit in the open air despite the waiter recommending to sit inside due to mosquitoes. But they made their best to make us comfortable, patiently waiting for our order and responding promptly on call.
Coming to the food - it's smack dab delicious! There was this pizza called "Bombay" which I really loved. And there were awesomely prepared pastas too. The dessert - Chocolate Bomb! This one dish is worth being there but nevertheless, every item in the dessert was awesome. The waiter took care to explain what they recommend and how each dish would be, to ease our selection.
10/10 - Will go there again.

If a really wanna have some authentic italian food, this s d place to have.. The ambiance was too good as v expected. Been to an Italian cuisine for the first time, V ordered garlic breads and a Indian pizza with Italoan herbs.. V felt both were served different than the usual so called pizzas. One of the many places in Coimbatore that I've visited on lots of occasions, but like all the restaurants, I'm only getting to review this place. I still hate myself for not joining Zomato earlier.

Anyhow, this place has been recently renovated and they have added sofas and stuff, so the place looks like it can handle more customers. And plus they also have an open setting also, so during those cool summer evenings you can maybe sit out.

The service at this place is decent. Friendly staff members. So we got to the place and it wasn't crowded at all. In fact we were the first ones there. It's only by the time we finished and were leaving that the place got crowded.

Little Italy is known for the veggie-ness. So for people who prefer chicken cubes over paneer cubes, then this is not the place. That being said, it's not like you can't try this place at all. They have seriously good food.

Since we weren't that hungry, we settled for just a Wood Burn Pizza, the Mediterranean Pizza. Topped with fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella, imported olives, artichokes and oregano, this pizza is full of flavour. The mozzarella literally melts in your mouth and you can taste the artichokes well. I forgot how many slices it had, I'm guess 8. Anyhow, I spiced it up a bit with chilli flakes and Tabasco sauce. You really have to eat it a bit fast, otherwise it will go cold and well lemme tell you cold pizza isn't all that great, especially when it's a thin crust one.
For desserts we ordered for Blueberry Cheesecake. Now, the cheesecake at this place is something different. The only problem is that they never seem to have Blueberry Cheesecake. They have it once in a blue moon. If you get it, you'll be blessed. Trust me, the Cheesecake at this place is yumm. It's a different take on cheesecake altogether. They add Blueberry compote and fresh blueberries to the cheesecake batter, so you end up getting a purplish sort of cheesecake. Their base is always very thin and crumbly. And they top it with fresh blueberries and syrup. You want happiness, then order this.

This place is easy on the pocket and the amount and quality of food that they give, makes this place a must dine out place in Coimbatore.

I loved Little Italy from the first time I visited it. The food is very delicious and the quantity is a lot! The menu can be confusing for people who are not familiar with Italian dishes, but the staff is always ready to help out. There is a wide variety of dishes on the menu. I would definitely recommend this place to people who are ready to spend some money and who love Italian food.

A friend giving treat is a friend indeed :-P

Many wouldn't have known this place because of its location & approach.

Nevertheless, they know to cook Italian. Pasta & breads were amazing.
The sausages were too good and the sauces were blended to perfection.
Desserts are a delicacy - wish they introduce more of them!

Pretty quick service, calm ambiance with sufficient spaces between seating & the best part - portable mini-stoves for keeping the sausages hot.

One of my favorite places - because it's only vegetarian :-D

Little Italy - Little outside; Italian inside :-)

This place is unreasonably hyped . The starters were very bad . I mean nothing was fresh . Everything was over coated with olive oil. Most important element for the Italian food is the seasoning . It was completely missing in all the dishes that we ordered. Caprese was tasteless . After the disappointing starters we at least wanted a mediocre main course. We ordered cheese quesdillas(Mexican), Bombay pizza, cheese corn balls , etc .. To my surprise none of it tasted good. If you expect a genuine Italian delicacy this place is not the one. I wouldn't say it's Italian. Very expensive.

An afternoon well-spent. Ample car parking space, Awesome food though priced a little high. Eventually you will not regret for the taste and the wholesome experience you get.
I would recommend Nachos with cheese sauce and Al de formica (cheesy pasta). Their wood burn pizzas are also good. Desserts are not that great.
Special mention: don't forget to ask for their Fresh Tomato Sauce.
The cheese fondue is good here! Stuffed pasta would be a good choice! It doesn't have a great ambience but quite decent! The service is ok and the price is not very reasonable!
One of the best, closest to authentic Italian flavors. I had visited this place with my family and cousins in 2014. We all loved the food and service. The food is made from scratch except for a few, which needs some early prep. Pasta can be ordered in refined and unrefined (wheat) flour. Pasta is cooked Al Dente by default, can be customized to one's preference. The pizza menu is flexible and full of fresh ingredients (which i presume to be locally sourced). The drinks menu is eclectic and in a way connects Coimbatore to the rest of the metros for the lack of a purely continental experience.
The crew patiently explain any questions you might have over the food, the ingredients, method of preparation etc., They also suggest customization to suit your palette.
I hope the restaurant gets to maintain their menu and don't end up customizing the flavors to match local taste (since one can request for specific adjustments while ordering, i truly hope the menu stays intact).
Had a wonderful, wholesome and fulfilling experience at Little Italy.
Looking forward to going back when I'm in India next time.

Love their pizzas. Best Italian food in Coimbatore. Hands down. Take outs take some time but still worth the wait. Try their wheat crust pizzas and garlic bread.

Well, I asked for a home delivery. It was fast enough.

Price was on the higher end of the stick.

The pasta was little bland(maybe I should have tried some other one). The fondue was good, but not a must try. Pizza was very good. Tortilla chips were nice.

But the bombshell was chocolate bomb. WOW! Yummy! Must try.

Bottomline - A different experience. Not sure if the difference was worth the price

Nice place for Italian food in the city. Ambience not great It looked dull. Food was good. Especially the Pizza’s and Pasta’s. Hope they improve on soon.

This place is bad. On all aspects.

Food: Though it was a buffet, it looked nothing like one. The starters were never available when we wanted some. They kept running out of food! The pizza was not at all up to Little Italy standards, and they messed up the toppings we asked for. The only saving grace was their pasta, which was really good!
Dessert was probably the worst! They gave us four cubes of colored mush, which were supposed to be mousse! The brownie was very hard and very bitter!

Service: Went here on New Year's eve for dinner. There was nobody at the door to even guide us to a table. The staff were the most confused bunch of people I've ever seen at a restaurant! They didn't even serve us water until we shouted at the waiter, ten minutes after sitting at our table. The waiters were so unaware of the customers that we could've walked out without paying the bill and nobody would've realized! We asked to meet the owner but the manager very rudely refused. We had to threaten to not pay the bill for him to go call the owner.

The owner was nice though. He apologized saying that the staff was new and that this was their first buffet night. But be that as it may, those are no excuses to serve horrible food in a horrible manner.

Bottom line. This isn't Little Italy. Do not go here.

This place dishes out terrible food. The restaurant name is such a misnomer. Nowhere near to how Italian food should taste.

Everything was lacking from food taste and ambiance to staff service.

The waiter showed up after waiting at the table for over 15 minutes, impatiently noted down the order and disappeared for about 30 minutes.

This place runs 3 restaurants under one roof - Little Italy, Little India and Spice. The Indian spread is reasonably good.

My impression of Little Italy was from the various Little Italy franchisees I have dined. This franchisee at coimbatore is a total let down to the Little Italy chain. The franchisee has not even bothered to fix the noise generating, water leaking a/c nor has he adequately staffed the restaurant to serve the guests.

In total, not a place I would suggest others to dine. Meal for 3 would cost around 1500 INR. Portions are reasonably big.

Went in for a quick bite with friends on a Saturday evening, since it is very close to home. Absolutely relished the ravioli pasta, which was creamy and a delightful treat. The tabasco pizza wasn't far behind either, and we devoured two large ones. For a nice, cozy ambience very close to home, I often don't have to look beyond Little Italy!

The place was really cozy and enjoyed some exclusive service coz we were the first customers for the day.

About the food i love italian but really donot know that much except for pizza, pasta and stuff. So with some help from the guy here i helped myself to some delicious fondue , a really spicy napoli pizza which was surprising for i had never had spicy stuff in italian. Well that was good. And for desserts i treated myself to an exquisite cream caramel .
