Small yet decent airport, gets crowded in peak hours. Seating area is limited, might have to stand and wait. Feels congested but has all amenities inside. Security faculty are a bit rude, especially the one who checks you with the metal detector (maybe because of the fatigue and boredom).

I recently had a layover at the Coimbatore Airport and found it to be a decent, but not exceptional, airport experience. The airport is small, but clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were some areas that could use improvement. For example, the food options were limited and overpriced, and there were not enough seating options in the waiting areas. Despite these issues, the airport was functional and I was able to catch my connecting flight without any major issues. Overall, the Coimbatore Airport is a decent option for those who need to fly in and out of the area, but there is room for improvement.

Very nice and very strict security inside the airport. Actually depending upon the number of passengers it can be renovated and can be made more spacious as when two to three flights are departing at the same time it's very crowded. Passenger space and all can be made more spacious if possible.

One of the largest airport in India. Parking facility is less when compared to cochin international Airport. That is the one of the major demerit.

Small international airport .. the airport is clean . Variety of shops to purchase .. Krishna sweets and Annapoorna restaurant to have food and buy sweets .. the rest room are neatly maintained.. they can increase the seating area for the waiting passengers

Decent airport , less parking facility and lot of birds issue by their droppings in waiting area.. Improvement needed in better way to meet up with international standards..

Very beautiful airport remsembling cultural significance of coimbatore. As a traveller didn't face any inconvinience. Maybe a bit small in terms of space as compared to chennai airport but all major flights connecting to major cities are available here. Surrounded by beautiful locations best city visited so far..

Airport staff, airline staff and CISF staff are polite and helpful. Airport is small but clean and tidy. Good to see that most flights leave on time as well.

These days, the time and effort you spend in bigger airports, you feel airports loke these are much more comfortable and easy going. The processing is very fast (check-in, security, etc.) With similar focus on quality, you have options to purchase, eat, etc and the time to boarding is very very fast. There are all the basic facilities than an airport should have. The accessibility also is very good.

Good airport. Not a very big one, but neat and very friendly staff. They took me to the nursing room without me even asking them when they saw my child crying. The taxi services were also readily available.

Announcement-free airport ... It is quite airport in India.. Weekend days there r a lot of flights available .. Some international airlines are also coming to the coimbatore ... fast boarding pass we can get there .. very good service by the workers .. We can check the weight weaving outside .. Only 2 gates available entrance & exit .. Outside taxis are available ... Flowers bouquet 💐 Shop available .. then 2 shops Balaji restaurant & magai hot spicy available .. restroom was very good & neat ..

The airport has been upgraded really well but lacks some basic amenities. With just 25 plus flights per day, it probably needs a lot more air traffic to make it more efficient. Interstate Taxi rides can be tricky - enquire well before you travel
