The quality check for an excellent Briyani is, you should not need raitha or any other accompaniments when eating it. Vaskas briyani is one such Briyani. One of the best Briyanis I have ever had. Taste and flavor is present in each and every grain of rice. Portion is very sufficient enough for 2 people and the aroma is enticing. The greatest plus point is that its very light and not heavy at all. I would sincerely recommend this to everyone. Please try it once and you will know what I am talking about.

I stay near to it. When I tried first time the rice was not boiled well but mutton piece's are well boiled and tasty. I gave feedback to them. The second time everything was perfect. Please give it a try. You will love it. I love the interior btw.

I ordered through online and loved the taste of chicken biriyani but only thing i disliked was chicken was not cooked properly and was too spicy. If these things were rectified it will be the best biriyani i ever tasted in Coimbatore.

Generally good place and good ambience....grilled chicken is their best as of I tasted. But parking is the draw back and the hotel is located in busy roads if you park you bike while coming back u will see at least 10 bikes parked around you, other than that all is well with vaskas ...

Briyani taste is OK compared in that masakalipalayam road, chicken pieces in gravy usually not good,AC sholud be maintained inside restaurant usually no chillness orelse ventilation should be there.not comfort to sit in afternoon

Dear Vaskas biriyani.. I'm a long time customer for ur biriyani. After swiggy started delivering I used to make atleast 7 orders a week. I have recommended all my friends about urs to all my colleagues at my college.<br/>But, since 2 months, ur biriyani is worse than ever. The quality and quantity has reduced considerably and its tasting like shit nowadays. All my frndS used to tell the same to me. Just to sell food at low cost, don't compromise on quality and quantity. Value your customers. Don't focus on high sales volume by selling shit. I guess your customers find an alternate (coz ur food is getting worse by the day). Focus on quality.
