Review Sree Annapoorna Sree Gowrishankar - Coimbatore

I'm visiting this place from last 8years. I love their Rosemilk and Badham milk. They are just awesome. Wherever I visit coimbatore I'll visit here. The tiffin items are also awesome. They have good variety and taste is also good. Staffs here are kind and food is delivered on time. The place is clean and worth visiting. Best place to visit for budget friendly hygine food in and around gandipuram. The only improvement required is the rest rooms which could be improved. Overall this place is worth visiting for food. Had a small bite here, I felt like they lost their touch with the taste. Curd semiya was average, curd vada was good but their coffee tasted really bad. Thinking about Annapoorna I have nostalgic feeling, because I love their items to the core. Roast, rose milk, Curd semiya especially their coffee used to taste awesome. I'm really disappointed with this branch.

A fine dinning veg restaurant located in Gandhipuram, serving authentic Tamilian Breakfast, must try their idli, coffee and dosa items. They are also popular among the locals for sweets and savouries. It is also recommended to try their rose milk and mango milk shakes.

Always a busy hotel with lot of veg options...A perfect hotel for travellers. The service is even in late night hours and is fast. The hotel is maintained clean though it is quite noisy since its adjacent to city bus stand. Must try dishes are ghee roast and coffee.

Visited this hotel for a quick lunch. It was not very busy. Ordered roast dosa and it was tasty. The side dishes were many and were in good quantity. Service was pretty quick. They asked if I want hot water and gave me. They also accepted UPI payment. The only problem was it is very easy to miss the hotel. I couldn't find it unless I used Google maps. I was just standing in front of the hotel.

Near bus terminal, so busy always but team is managing but still to improve. Nobody is there to help to seat we have to wait n get seated quality and tasty food, service is good rates are reasonable

The hotel is located on road so it is better you park somewhere because parking is a big issue if in four wheeler. Right now there are renovation going on so the entrance of the place is not the great lile open drainage and everything. Apart from this the ambience is good and food is tasty. Annapoorna is famous for it sambar right now the standard is reduced but they have a decent sambar. I would recommend their iconic sambar dishes and they have right now incorporated more of pastries ans sweets which are really good. Pastries are eggless so you could buy them. Apart from during peak hours you can park the fodu wheeler in a common place near the textile stores which is the only place you can be sure that they are safe. Overall enjoy the food it is really tasty.

Very nice place to having a food, very beautiful hotel, response from all staff are very kind, especially manager thank a lot very good place for families and friends, very peaceful place, value for money if I will came definitely meet u all, and miss u all and keep going yourself for what costumer service needs thank you

One of the landmarks of Coimbatore, serving traditional vegetarian food for more than 40 years, still going strong. Very clean atmosphere. Good service by staff.

Good veg restaurant near the main Gandhipuram bus stand. The food was of good quality. The service is okay but there is a delay in getting orders. The place seems crowded always since it is in a main spot. Overall a neat and well maintained restaurant. Recommended for a good breakfast. Note :- maps show Sree Annapoorna but the name outside is Sree Gowrishankar. The place is same only.

This outlet of annapoorna is located at Gandhipuram. The food here tastes really good and the place is usually crowded. The staff offer quick service and are responsive to your requests. Overall a good dining experience.

They always maintain the quality and service to the customers. I always come for their coffee. I have one concern who comes in four wheeler the parking is cost is bit high at the hotel premises. It’s better to Park your vehicle at the corporation parking in front of the hotel premises it will cost very low 10₹ per hour.

There is nothing to say about the food, everyone knows Annapurna is the king in south india for their quality of food . It's a good place to dine with family .

Amazing food at Annapurna ...delicious. But disappointed that we have become slaves tonthe system... Different definition of economics of scale 2 idli rs 16.50 each 3 idli rs 18 each 4 idli rs 16.50 each 5 idli rs 17.4 What is the level of odd number idlis to eat to get the same rate as even. Mind boggling economics. The answer system is like this? Really... Have we become slaves of the system? Is this the new economics? Need to correct management books.

Whenever I am in Coimbatore I drop in for dinner here. Good ambiance and great service. I enjoy the authentic south Indian dishes like dosa,idly,uthapam etc. Great taste.recommend.

So I came to Annapoorna in Fun mall, Coimbatore and was so sad to see the standard come down so low! I had ordered for sambar vadai and dosa..first the sambar vada comes and it's cold-Both the vadai and the Sambar and I told them how come it's served cold? And the waitress says I don't know! Then the dosa came n the dosa was cold n I was just outraged..how can annapoorna with its standard, serve a dosa that was already made? So with my dosa cravings, I told them il wait n watch you guys make my dosa and then I asked the manager how is this hot? Decided to finally enjoy my dosa, n as I dipped my dosa in some coconut chutney there were 3 to 4 short strands of hair in it and I just gave up! Pls make sure they wear hair nets as hair is likely to fall..when a customer complains you would want to make sure their next order is right, but clearly they don't care! It's sad that people spend time and money to build a brand and employees just bring it down

Right from Chai to Coffee to Tiffins to their Chinese, I love them all. Especially that Aapam is pure love. Oh, and do not forget having Rose Milk and Rasamalai! I can come down to Coimbatore from Vizag, Have breakfast and then go back to Vizag. That's not exaggeration, I can actually do it. That's the level of love I have towards their food ! Keep it up Annapoorna 🙌😇😍

கடையின் முன்புறம் நெடுஞ்சாலைக்கு சொந்தமான Center Median ஐ , எவ்வித எச்சரிக்கைப் பலகையுமின்றி பாதசாரிகள் கடக்குமிடமாக மாற்றியிருப்பது உயிருக்கு உலை வைக்கும். அதிகாரிகள் குடும்பமும் ஒரு நாள் இந்த வேதனையை அனுபவிக்க வேண்டிவரும் என்பதை மனதில் கொண்டு உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

I had tasted in all branches. However, my favourite spot is on Nanjundapuram Road, near Ramanathapuram. Sunday lunch is awesome in any Annapoorna branch. Fixed menu on all Sundays. Potato Fry, Avial and Wheat Payasam. I never miss it. Live To Eat ! Why don't you give the fixed menu for the rest of days ?

Gave feedback via the machine at the GandhiPuram branch next to the bus stand on Nanjappa Road, after the waiter and supervisor told me that feedback given here gets the direct attention of the top brass. One Mr.KalaiMani called me back to get a detailed information on the feedback given. Let me revert after 6 months to see how serious you are about the feedback given by your customers for more than 45 years.

For guys like me who simply love south indian food, the best place in the city would be this hotel. Ordered chappathi and rava dosai. Chappathi, is simply great especially onion tomato chops combination. Rava dosai, cant be more crispier than that. Chutneys and sambar were excellent. In Total fully enjoyed the taste at a nominal price and made me to write this. Thank you Annapoorna. Kindly continue this good work. You are really the pride of coimbatore !

I can give only five star for Annapoorna .That too from what I remember from my 1991 college days in Coimbatore . The best Sambar Period. Got hitched with Idle Sambar and Filter coffee from Annapoorna on those days. Moved to different places and still think about the taste of Sambar . I use to ask friends to buy the Sambar powder and sent it to me, Is there any way I can Order the Sambar powder and get it mailed?

Quality -Unique taste -idly Sambar , coffee, Ghee masala dosa etc are my favourites . Cheaper compared to Chennai . Traditional courteous service . Must keep it for ever .
