Review Dhanalakshmi Hotels Restaurant - Coimbatore

Great ambiance, reasonable prices. Good taste. Top notch lighting and clean restrooms are the highlight. Local delicacies are more tasty. North Indian items feel less apt as per North Indian taste. But definitely worth visiting once for the sake of local South Indian dishes, sweets and service offered at very affordable prices.

Annapoorna is one of the top restaurants in Coimbatore. It is located right beside the road and has ample car parking space. However, it can get quite crowded during peak hours. It has an enormous area with loads of seating. Air conditioned seating is also available. Sweets and confectioneries can be bought at the entrance. The ambience is decent, but can be improved. The restaurant is pure veg, but it has a wide array of options which caters to everyone. Options range from breads to gravies to salads to huge platters. The food is excellent, and the service is also decent and quick. All in all, Annapoorna is a great restaurant for traditional South Indian flavors. Strongly recommended.

If you ask a native of Coimbatore, Annapoorna will be recommended as a must visit place u the Top of the list. Being grown up in Coimbatore, I have been visiting this place since 30 years (even after my relocation 20 years back). This restaurant has maintained consistency in taste and quality of the food items. No wonder how they are in top despite growing competition. Though all items are good, their signature dishes like Idly/ Vada immersed in sambhar, Roast (Long Crispy Dosa), Masal dosa, Poori Masala, Appam, Seva, Rose Milk and Fliter coffee are must try. They maintain different masala stuffing for masala dosa & poori masal Instaed of one common ingredient. Sambhar in Annapoorna taste excellent and is unique which

I always make it a point to visit the annapoorna in RS puram during my visit to coimbatore. There is a AC and a non AC section. Went here once for the breakfast and once for the lunch buffet. Food tastes excellent and the service is also very fast. Now they also have a section where they sell indian sweets and also donuts etc.

One of the best hotel for Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Coimbatore city. The service is excellent and they make you feel at home. Meals is unlimited and even with heavy rush their service is extremely fast. You have options for North Indian, South Indian and Chinese dishes. South Indian dishes is definitely a must try and you will definitely not regret them. Don't expect too much spicy food here. But it's clean & hygienic place. Kids friendly. If your are going on weekends then you need to wait for a min of 10-15 mins. They have multiple branches within the city. Check for Sree Annapoorna only ample parking space available.

Went at around 7:30AM. We had a quick and friendly service. The food was good and overall the place was quite pleasant. Since it was early in the morning, there was little to no crowd/ rush. I liked ghee roast the most, followed by vada sambar and idly sambar.

Quality food and quick service. Pure veg lunch and tiffin , sweets and bakes ,pastries are available. Always there is a wait. 50 years of making taste.... Every spot the experience resembles. Very systematic . Car parking card is free for first half an hour. Clean rest rooms in second floor. Has community banquet halls too.

One of the High class Vegetarian hotel in RS Puram Coimbatore. Nice dishes which includes spicy and sweet. "Rasmalai" is a must try item available at the sweet counter (serve chilled). The only negative is that we want to wait for some time to get seated.

Tastes just awesome like any other Annapurna! If you are near by RS Puram, this is the best choice for pure vegetarian food. They have multi-storey elevated parking facility. The ambience is good & staffs are well behaved.

I've had one of the best dosa of my life here! The chutneys were so delicious as well. The place is so neat and we'll maintained and was a little crowded but it was Sunday morning. So understandable. We also bought gulab jamun which were so moist and perfectly sweet. And the hype for annapoorna is real. I would say it's a must visit when in coimbatore.

Exceptionally well. I haven't tasted better thali and dosa. And the service was outstanding. My soul will remember this flavourful food.

Every aspect is gud. Service can be improved. They take order using tab. And after 10 mins they say the dish is not available. I warned them for not repeating it. It's pride of coimbatore

Very kind and friendly staff. The atmosphere was good and they manage the crowd effortlessly. Ample amount of parking space for both car and bikes. The food was very tasty and good in quality. I didn't get the nostalgic taste in their sambar. But it was good.

Their South Indian meals is one of the best in the whole state. Also their kaju masala and veg noodles are very flavorful.
