Review Asiatique - Coimbatore

The ambience was good . Staffs are really friendly and well trained . We ordered Prawn Xo Chilli Soup noodles and it was amazing.Sambal prawns were grilled to perfection.Desserts and beverages were good too !! Overall a good place to try asian dishes

This is a roof top restaurant with good ambience. They have indoor seating as well. Good place to hangout with friends and for special occasion. The food is good.They serve Chinese and Thai food.They take time to serve food but it's worth the wait. Do visit if yoy like to spend some quality time with friends and family.

I came to coimbatore for a family holiday and I was really glad to find this place for asian food. The dim sum was yum and we had the Tom Yum and the XO Noodle soup which was spicy and filled with veggies. I truly enjoyed the cool atmosphere with a view of the city and planes landing on the airstrip. For the price and quantity I think it is worth it. Am definitely coming back!

Me and my husband visited here on Valentine's day. Asiatique is a roof-top restaurant. So we had to pre book ourselves to occupy seats under roof top. But looks like they don't note down ur booking it is merely first come first serve basis. Indoor facility is also available. We reached between 7 to 8 pm so we got a table that was fully decorated with rose petals and s scented candle in the middle which was so romantic and the ambience was mind blowing. The restaurant is so neat and the staffs are really polite. Next the food that is served here is Thai, Chinese based. So one can expect a different kind of menu here. Please look into the menu in Zomato before you go there. Chicken satay, chicken wings, Kung Pao chicken and golden baskets are some frequently ordered yet delicious ones here. One who is looking for different kind of menu and a tasty food should definitely visit here once. Oh about the cost - it is medium and pocket friendly. We ordered around 8 dishes and the cost was around 1600 for two. You can definitely visit here without worrying about the cost.

Asiatique located above Hotel Arcadia , The cusine over there is totally Thai and Malaysian, they have authentic blend and taste. The have both Veg and Non-Veg.we tried Ais kachang,Grilled mushroom,Phad kra pao chicken,Nasi goreng,Drunken noodles chicken and Chocolate dim sum. Good place for thai food. Family spot, good vibes, friendly staff's

The food was delicious. Variety of options. I had Pad Thai noodles. It was very flavourful with a pinch of chilly flakes, peanut and jaggery powder. There are many starters too. It had chicken, prawn and veg. Veg options were also good. Even Though it was a rooftop experience it had mosquitoes. That's the only drawback. Service was good.

It was new year's eve, so only buffet was available. Food was great. Everything was yum. Variety of dessert to choose from. The outdoor was fully occupied, so had to settle for a table inside (not so picturesque). Will go back on a regular day to check out their entire menu.

Great place for Thai and Indonesian Cuisine! They retained the South East Flavors without mimicking Indian style which provides the customers to enjoy the original flavors.

Most of the dishes are not available even even with limited menu. Waiters will take more time to take order or even to give menu card. Cards not accepted. For food.

Nice ambience & Good Food... calm for a quiet & subtle meal experience

Very good, clean and well presented South Asian Food in Coimbatore. The Chicken Dumpling, Pad Thai and Chili Garlic noodles were very delicious. You must try the fried ice cream. They also serve food from the Sree Anjali menu, one of the popular restaurants in the 90's. I missed that food and was fortunate to try it again. It had the same taste.

Overall bland food, diluted drinks, which we had to send back to be altered, nothing special about the lotus stem, plain tofu, all of which was edible only due to the sauces readily available on the table, ais kachang was a sad effort to what I've had elsewhere, fried ice cream was another disappointment, the ice cream remained super hard long after it was served, Sambhal fried rice was as bland as the rest of the food served, chocolate momos had a dark chocolate filling and it was passable, they also had some sprinklers on the roof that kept spraying stuff on the food, which they only turned off after we asked them to, only thing worth going back for is the view of the city and the French windows.

Lovely authentic food. We stuffed ourself with just the starters. Dumplings and satay grills were the highlight. Completed our dinner with fried ice cream. It's little different from the usual friend ice-cream with a hint of coconuty flavour. Loved it.

Good Chinese fare. The food is a lot better compared to other Chinese restaurants. Service is very good. Ambience is good. A comfortable place to sit and eat a good Chinese meal. The buffet is sufficiently delicious. Don't miss a chance to eat here

Full fledged asian cuisine in Coimbatore. The dim sums are pretty amazing. Do try their Phad Thai l, Thai curry and Pok Choi, tofu and Mushrooms.

Went for lunch to Asiatique.<br/><br/>For starters, I had the Chicken Satay and Chicken spring roll.<br/><br/>Chicken Spring rolls were delicious, especially when dipped in the Sweet Chilli sauce they had served. Would give it a 5/5.<br/><br/>Having had Chicken Satay in Singapore, the taste of the chicken satay I had in Asiatique wasn't up to par with the orginal ones.<br/><br/>Nonetheless, it was good and the chicken was succulent. What would have made it better was if they had served it with the classic sweet & spicy peanut sauce that authentic satays are eaten with. Would give it a 3/5.<br/><br/>The main course was the much revered Malaysian Mee Goreng. Again, having had authentic Mee Goreng in Malaysia, I was hoping Asiatique's Mee Goreng would taste similar but it wasn't so. Despite this, I liked eating it because the taste by itself was good. Would rate it 3.5/5.<br/><br/>I absolutely loved the Sangria they had given. You should definately order it and drink along with your food. It's very refreshing and delicious.<br/><br/>For dessert, I wanted the Silken tofu but unfortunately, it wasn't there at the time I ate. So I ended up ordering Fried Ice cream. The dish was okay and it was a nice sweet to eat but nothing very extravagant. Would rate it a 3/5.<br/><br/>The prices were fairly reasonable and the bill for just the dishes came up to 1000. Service is very good and the ambience is commendable. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to have good Asian cuisine.<br/><br/>

Just wow!!!!! The chef 👨‍🍳 knows the asian taste . Best place for yummy food . Only they hold this menu in the city coimbatore. Good food n staff and not to miss out in ambience.

If you are fond of rooftop to catch up with friends or family and wanting to try something different from Chinese then this is a must visit place in town. Affordable pricing combined with some authentic food. This is not the regular Chinese restaurant which serves Manchurian and Noodle but something more than that which will impress everyone’s taste buds. <br/><br/>I visited this place on a fine summer evening, the rooftop welcomes you with some natural breeze. The atmosphere is calm with cozy furniture. <br/><br/>The menu has some good number of South East Asian cuisine specialising in Thai and neighbouring cuisines. <br/><br/>To start with, I tried the Tom Yum Soup (Prawn) which was a good and mild clear soup with some hint of lemongrass.<br/><br/>For starters, I was suggested to try their Chiu Chow DimSum (chicken) which had a fluffy texture, perfectly steamed with a nice chicken filling. I would say this was my personal favourite! A must try as well!<br/>And came the Satays - chicken, sambal prawns and pork. The chicken was the best among the three where the prawns taking the second and pork the third spot.<br/><br/>Moving to main course, I preferred trying Phad Thai and Phad Krap Pao. To my surprise Phad Thai was extremely cooked well with a genuine authenticity which was satisfying and the Phad Krap Pao is minced chicken with a curry base served with rice and omelet which can please one who prefer non spicy food was also good. The potions can easily serve 2 people. <br/><br/>Ending the meal with an Ice Kachang was blissful which you won’t find at many places! They have done exotic South Asian desserts like Sticky Mango rice, Tom Tim Grob,etc which is also a must try down here...<br/><br/>The overall experience was enjoyable with a good feeling of tasting unusual Asian food. Again the menu is well priced with no compromise in the food quality. Kudos to the team behind this great setup!

Rooftop restaurant overlooking the runway. Had a silken tofu, made of soi milk and tofu along with caramel sauce dipped over it.<br/>The remaining items included Thai Green Curry, Chee Chow (Veg) and a Sichuan chilly dumpling. Very nicely done and presentation was great too.<br/>One of the few restaurants in the city serving pan Asian cuisine and would definitely visit it again.<br/>

Fantastic food and lovely ambience! Authentic Asian food and super reasonable.<br/>The prawns were fresh and The Sticky Rice with Mango deserves a special mention. The Nasi Goreng was full of flavour and the dim sums melt in your mouth. <br/>Hands down the Best Asian place in town!

It was really a different experience for me to try out Thai cuisine at Coimbatore and loved their hospitality . Asiatique roof top is best for an evening dinner with family/friends totally loved their service & Food. It was a gateway to Thailand delicacies. Every single food was explained by them while ordering bcz we where not much aware of Thai cuisine. 👌👌👌👌😍😍😍😍overall I loved the place food service everything.

As far as authentic cuisine is concerned, our experience at Asiatique was great! I’m surprised to see the negative reviews that have been posted because Vishnu was very attentive and open to feedback. He has traveled extensively through Indonesia and Thailand, learned how to prepare those dishes there and is dedicated to bringing those real flavours to Coimbatore. He was also willing to change or replace any item that wasn’t up to the mark, so please ask the management team. He even gave us some off menu choices. He made me a custom sangria mocktail. We had several dishes: butter garlic rice, grilled mushrooms, pad Thai, Laksa, Tom yum, dim sum, honey chilli mustard fish, red ruby, etc. I really enjoyed the grilled mushrooms, dim sum and laksa. I liked the flavours of the red ruby, but not sure about how others will take the texture. The Tom yum was ok, a bit too spicy and oily. Others liked the pad Thai chicken and garlic rice. Since it’s a fairly new place, he’s still working on the ambience and decor, but I liked the roof top view and misting devices with fans that kept us cool. This is definitely a place with lots of potential!

Loved every bit of what they served. From their amazingly delicious chicken, prawn and pork satay to their softest thinly coated dim sum and not to forget the surprise honey chilly lotus stem and the grilled chicken, varehhh vaaah! I can still feel my taste buds dancing! Asiatique it is for some yummy Thai food!

Food was excellent.. I loved the subtle flavours of the bak choi, and the dumplings - tried prawn, chicken and vegetarian - perfectly done. I didn't take too many pictures, with delicious food and beer it is always difficult to wait. Good service, and ambience. Cheers

The Sambal prawns, Nasi Goreng and Red Thai curry are great!!! Some of the starts are also worth trying. Lotus stem and tofu are a few to suggest

Visited a couple of weeks ago ,having visited a couple or South East Asian countries the food was as authentic as it could get .then I also spoke to the chef and figured he was trained there.plus with Coimbatore being limited that also serves alcohol along with good food this is the place to chill at .

A place to take notice when it comes to Asian cuisine. Their pad thai is to die for and I want to rave on and on about it! However there were several dishes that stood out in its own way when I tried their new menu.<br/><br/>The goreng, the pad thai, the mango sticky rice, the Sichuan dimsum, the thai soup all of them were great in its own unique flavour.<br/><br/>The ambiance of this place is definitely a highlight as it takes open roof dining to the next level of goodness with its sheer lighting.<br/><br/>Do give asiatique a try and I am sure you will like it for its own personality and do try the Pad thai because it's simply amazing!

Love their soft chicken/prawn Dim-sums, the sambal prawn and chicken Satays! Khao Soi (soupy noodle) and their Chill garlic noodles are a must try. <br/>The Red Ruby dessert is a must try!
