This place is a gem of a place for non veg lovers. The chicken pepper fry was spicy and brought tears but the taste was wonderful!! I even had the non-veg meals and it is very simple and yummy food - there is mutton, chicken and fish gravy and loads of authentic veg sabzis to choose from! Rice is unlimited! Drove all the way from Kotagiri to this place to eat some really yummy food! The host is very sweet and is originally from ooty himself. Overall a non-veg lover’s paradise!

Saw multiple good reviews and came to this place . The ambience was simple and neat . Giri babu the waiter took care of us extremely well . The food was simple homely and tasty . The quantity surprised us . Prices are extremely reasonable. Even peeked into the kitchen it was so clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this place .

Best mess in Mettuplayam for dinner. Very good mutton kaldosai, idiyappam is a must try . The chilled tender coconut 🥥 payasam was excellent and refreshing. Just the sinks need to be maintained a bit more. The owner lady is so homely and welcomes all guests with a beautiful warm smile. The server boys are extremely good ,polite and very prompt. No comments at all

It was a takeout of all Vegeterian dishes. Food taste is great and the prompt delivery. Definitely worth for that price. Saw the dining area its clean too. It's not a pure Vegeterian place but I was comfortable to order Vegeterian after seeing the place. The chef confirmed that they use different tava for Vegeterian cooking and hope they do so. Recommended place for quick bite.

Came with family for a dinner around 10pm. They managed to serve us allmost what we want. Overall a satisfactory dinner and tasty

Dhanam mess mettupalayam . Better mess with good taste . The atmosphere was okay . Can sit like 20 people. Coming to food . I tried their mutton biriyani, with 4 to 5 mutton pieces and the taste was good . Their chicken chettinadu was spicy and tasted good . Worth for 200 rs. Mutton biryani 250 rs. Worth the price.

Good place to have quality non veg food in Mettupalayam. Owner Giribabu himself serves the food with lot of care and love. Dishes are tasty with moderate spice. Enjoyed well.

Chicken briyani was too good with that chicken piece well cooked. Mutton chukka was so juicy that will melt down easily. Egg masala was top-notch. It was good with meals. Overall, very much satisfied.
