Amazing experience. One of the best lunches I've ever had. Only disappointment is that they've changed the restaurant name and menu. We no longer get Andra food. But we get certain dishes that are really a treat for spicy food lovers. From soup to kulfi everything was tasty. Loved it. I tasted 'Tender chicken sauted with red chilli' and I must say I've decided to give 5 star rating in my first bite itself.

We booked their party hall for my sister's engagement, it was a wonderful experience. All the staffs were very supportive and was ready to serve us immediately. Mr. Arul, Manager of the restaurant was very friendly and ready to listen to our needs and deliver the same without any delay which was very helpful, since there were some chaotic moment where their help was very much appreciated especially when there were some uncontrollable crowd.
We ordered only lunch and it was also great in both quality and quantity. Event those who visited the function has given a great feedback. The ambiance and the decorations also met our expectations, they are clear professional and it shows well in their output. Overall a wonderful experience.
Thanks to all the staff members who assisted us. You guys made sure that my choice was great. :)

The ambience is good hope they very good interior taste. But when it comes to food they server old chicken. I ordered chicken Monica, chicken 007 & lousania chicken via zomato i felt yesterday's chilli chicken taken out of fridge reheated and recooked. Wasted money.

I request everyone not to go to this restaurant<br/>I had Non- veg meals, they gave me white rice, chicken curry, mutton curry, fish curry looks interesting right having all three different curries, but the fact is they gave only gravy, like chicken gravy with no pieces, mutton gravy with just one head bone, fish gravy without any fish. When I asked manager what is this he said.. sir if you want pieces you should order separately.. I don't know who calls this as Non-veg meals <br/>I think zomato should give the option of rating from 0 to 5 instead 1 to 5 <br/><br/>do not ever dare to go there

We have ordered for grilled chicken with clear instruction to prepare with less spicy. They delivered with more spicy and too much masala. Its not suitable for kids. Ordered chicken tandoori, chicken soup at Andhra Ruchulu. Delivered on time but it was very cold and bad taste. I suspect it was prepared on previous day and unsold chicken refrigerated and delivered on the next day to us. while ordering I gave a note to hotel that it's for kids. Thanks Zomato and Andhra Ruchulu for teaching me a lifetime lesson. That was my last online purchase of cooked food. Bye Bye Zomato.

I had great expectations with this restaurant... But was very very disappointed... Me and my wife ordered non veg meal... The taste of gravy was very ordinary and very less spicy...I even said this to the waiter... He was casual enough to say... We don't add spice in gravys....<br/><br/>I think eating only a meal in this restaurant has no value for money....... Sorry to say this....<br/><br/>Pls show some improvement in taste and as Andhra style of food has always set high standards in terms of taste....<br/><br/>End of it we are also paying Rd.160+taxes for a meal..... Shouldn't we expect taste and quality of food....?????

A good one! Chicken keema biriyani was really good. Kodi veppudu was okayish. The star dish was 'Pachi mirapkaya kodi', a chicken dish made with green chillies, which was fantastic! The ambience is wonderful! Service is amazing! Definitely a hotel to visit again and again.

The delivery time was too late , however it was forgivable since the delivery person had sincere regret over it. Nevertheless, what annoyed me was the disrespectful and irresponsible reply from the lady who spoke to me when I called to enquire about the delay. She ( name not known), literally got impatient for the second time I called and was like “ you will get your order now mam) in such a rude tone , not paying respect to either her customer nor her work.
