We went for a late dinner. The ambiance was good. Sophisticated customers. The food exceeded our expectations. But service was so poor. They were not properly attending the tables. I had also visited their panaji franchise which was also good. A really good restaurant for tourists to have good food and fun.

Tasty food. Excellent service with friendly waiters. Clean, good ambience. A bit on the pricey side. Rajesh, thanks a lot for being a great host!

An amazing culinary experience at Red Ginger. My favourite dish was the chicken dimsums , the best I’ve ever eaten. Squid tempura is also lovely with the Wasabi Mayo. You must try the cucumber mocktail. 5 stars to the chef and the service team. Ample of parking space

I’ve been to Red Ginger a few times now and I must say, this place never disappoints when it comes food or service. • Food taste, quality and quantity- 4.5/5 • Ambience - 4/5 • Accepts cashless payments • Washrooms are clean and well maintained. • They don’t really have a dedicated space for parking, although there is place for parking at the roadside most of the times. Recommended items: Thai red curry with Steam Rice, Sushis, Dim sum, Honey Chili Chicken, Drums of Heaven, Crispy Calamari with wasabi, fried rice and drinks. Overall a very decent place to visit with family and friends, one of the best Pan Asian restaurants in South Goa.

Red Ginger is an absolute gem! 🌺 The bar and restaurant have such lovely vibes, making it the perfect place for a big family gathering. The Asian food there is truly the best - we loved everything we ordered! The crispy pork was our absolute favorite, but we also devoured the Singaporean rice noodles, sushi, fried rice, chicken wontons, chicken Basil, and some refreshing drinks. The service was top-notch, and the overall vibe of the place was just fantastic. Highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience! 🍽️👌

Awesome place to dine in. One of the best restaurants I have ever been. The staff are courteous. The service is very good. The bathrooms are neat and clean. They have music in the evenings during weekends.

One of the most exquisite dining experience, I can't put in words the food is so so tasty and delicious 🤤 We couldn't get enough of the Dim Sum, Noodles 🍜 and the Rice 🍚 The cocktails 🍹 are equally good! What a stunning place to have your food in this absolutely peaceful and delightful restaurant! The location is so easy to find, right at the corner of the road! Staff is brilliant, service is on point! Food was amazingly superb. We ordered Thai Green Curry with Steamed Jasmine rice and some Belgian Chocolate Gelato! A huge Buddha Idol crafted on the wall is worth the watch!

Amazing place. Awesome people. Lipsmacking food. It is monsoon time and there wasn't much crowd. Not sure how well they handle the peak season. Items tasted : Suchi - Chicken spring roll - Egg hakka noodle. Impressed and visiting it again during our next Goa visit

We visited Red Ginger as my colleague bought new bike and wanted to give party. We like the taste, service and atmosphere. I recommend everyone to try atleast once if you love chinese dishes. The Red Ginger only serves chinese dishes. Starters are little disappointed with the quantity for that prices but taste is wonderful. One main coarse is enough for two taste and 👍. Overall we enjoyed the taste, ambience and service.

We came here and were served by Rajesh, excellent service. Our favorite was the Crab chilli sushi it tasted excellent.

Great food. Amazing service. Everything on the menu tastes amazing. We had been there two consecutive days and that’s how good the food is. Btw it’s very close to Colva beach and local market. Finding it is easy.

We are in love with this place! Returning to Goa and this was one place we had to visit again. The kids too were super excited to eat here. The food here is prepared and served with love and is top notch. Sushis here are better than we have had in mumbai. Must must visit.

This restaurant is really awesome, located in colva just near the beach, food is simply delicious, ambience is superb, complete value for money. I tried Chinese cuisine in many restaurants but this one I will definitely remember for many days. The staff behavior is very polite, especially Ravi who served us. He explained all the uncommon dishes and helped us selecting the right ones.

Unexpectedly food was good. Eye catchy interior and atmosphere. Service is very fast. I tried Sushi for the first time but couldn't figure out the good or bad taste. Apart from this all other items were good. Chicken noodles, dumplings, and fried rice were good. Chicken Wonton was even better, they were crispy and tasted good. You will see so many budha statues there which makes the ambience perfect. The place is good for small bite and full meals and better for groups who love to try new flavours. Must try place if you are going to colva beach.

It was absolutely fantastic meal. Some of us in the group have a serious gluten allergy. Chef Ujjwal came to the table and told us our choices. He said that he would be able to adapt most dishes and do them gluten-free. We started with Tom Yum Soup. It was light and fragrant. We then had some Chicken in Sichuan Sauce, Tofu in smoked chilly sauce and Singapore Noodles. Each dish was distinctive. It was an entirely flawless meal. I would recommend this restaurant highly - especially for people with allergies.

Red Ginger<br/>One of the first places to open post lockdown. Relocated from the old location to Leda's Colva along with fisherman's wharf.<br/><br/>Food here is always a delight. <br/>The crunchy pork is one of their must haves, soo crispy which makes it a must order.<br/>Their pork dumplings are one of a kind, - tender, juicy and oozing with flavour.<br/><br/>Their prawns wrapped in bacon was also good and had a lovely spicy after taste.<br/><br/>The Eby roll was average and could be more flavorful but portion was generous.<br/>The service was prompt and the staff took good precautionary measures.<br/>A definitely recommended place.

We Ordered Stuffed Crab in House speciality , Prawn Shumai and Nasi Goreng along with around 4 rounds of Mixologists drinks..<br/><br/>Food was good, Fine Dining, Reasonably priced for the work and the investment put in this restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive to needs. Well located on the Colva Benaulim strech. The crowd that comes in here is also a decent click.<br/><br/>Overall it was a good experience dining in here. Had been here on the 1st day of 2020. Had one of the finest dinners to kickstart the year with a bang. We ordered for a variety of snacks and mains blindly going ahead with the recommendations of the Mgr. Mr. Prashanth and the head chef. Every dish was a master piece, packed with a symphony of flavors and the textures married each other really well. The sushi platter, thai curry, steamed chicken with shitake, dimsums and the korean chicken are a must try. The ambience was soothing and relaxing, location perfect and the vibes- welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better start to the year. They do have valet services and space for parking. Do look out for the chef and the Manager Mr. Prashanth who would ensure you have a great dining experience. Thanks to the entire team once again. Highly recommending this and coming back again soon.

Had a great time yesterday , loved the Sushi platter , Stir fried Beef , basil lamb. Pad Thai noodles , Food was good and we loved the same. Would definitely recommend to try the same out if visiting Colva.

Ambience is really good. Good for big group. Food is nice, especially sesame prawns. A bit expensive but worth it. Can watch live screening of matches.

Service was great and loved it. Food was equally awesome. We were served by Mr. Chris Fernandez, who did his very best to serve us. The crowd was good and the place had a very nice ambience. It was a beyond 5 star experience. The people who work here are professional and you could notice the small details on their work.

This place is just beautiful .. I wanted to try sushi so came across this restaurant.. the interiors just amazed me... I must say it's one of the finest Chinese restaurant around colva.. About the sushi, never mind, not my kind of thing.. but soup and the starters were impresive.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the red ginger colva...we were served exquisite food(seafood as well as poultry and lamb)...the drinks are to die for and the desserts are probably the best you will get in any restaurant. The ambience has a classy and royal feel to it..and to add the icing on the cake the staff is extremely helpful..a special mention to the staff which played a role in making the vist more memorable..am looking forward to visit again..Highly recommended place for pan asian cuisine lovers

We went to The Red Ginger for dinner and the food were really good. The bar atmosphere was great and staffs were prompt with the service as well. The tempura sushi roll was so good, A must try

When you enter Red Ginger, all you can see is the warm red interiors and décor which will quickly teleport you to a place in Chinatown. The ambience is fancy and it's situated right in the centre of Colva. This restaurant is the only place in the south Goa which serves the best sushi and my favourite would be the philadelphia sushi roll and the prawn and tempura sushi roll.<br/><br/>We ordered the crispy calamari with wasabi mayo, sliced grilled lamb with chili lemongrass and basil and the wok tossed shanghai chicken for starters which was good although the quantity wasn't.<br/>For main course, we had the Nasi Goreng and Chicken burnt garlic fried rice with Chicken in Sichuan gravy which was amazing.<br/><br/>For desserts, we ordered the date sesame balls stuffed with dates and coconut with ice cream which was decent.<br/><br/>Overall the experience was good.

This place is located within walking distance from Colva Beach in South Goa and this place would leave you mesmerising with its royal ambience and lovely food. <br/>Thai Food is a must must try. LIIT is lit.<br/>The staff is also very courteous. The only issue i felt was with the waiting time which is quite long and can irritate.

While we were deciding places for dinner, a friend suggested about this place and with no second thought we decided to head straight to this place. The ambience of the place is so good and the well trained, courteous and patient staff make your dining experience really amazing. <br/>Coming to the food we ordered honey chilli chicken, chicken braised in chilli sauce, black pepper fried rice, Long Island raspberry iced tea, berry colada. <br/>The taste of every dish that we ate was just amazing and for a critic like me, I could not find any nooks anywhere. I specially loved chicken braised in chilli sauce, the coconut flavour was complimenting it so so well. The quantity of the food is also good. <br/>Overall it’s worth the money you pay for it. I would definitely like to visit again to try the other items on the menu.

Been here a couple of times on a friends recommendation. Sushi is amazing.. One of the few places in the south where amazing sushi is served. Along with sushi, many have recommended the shrimp and spinach dumplings.. Good food. But at a very expensive price. The ambience is good. My must go to place for sushi and especially duck meat. Yummy. Don't forget to try their unique desserts aswell.

One of the best & only sushi places in South Goa, which delivers on point Sushi & other Asian food.<br/>I don’t have a picture of the Thai curry, because it got over as soon as it came. The Thai curry is absolutely cooked to perfection with just the right balance of coconut milk and the rest of the vegetables & chicken/prawn/veg depending on what you prefer. A must try for sure.

Awesome food, great service, peaceful air conditioned ambience. Maybe could have added more variety in the dessert menu. Prawn tempura with wasabi mayo and sushi was exceptional. Dessert date and almond dumplings were perfectly balanced, not too sweet...worth a try! Looking forward to the next visit!

Had the Pad Thai noodles and the Californian Avacado sushi. Both were so perfectly done, that we couldn’t resist visiting the next day. Great service, excellent food quality, decent quantity. Must visit if you’re in the area.

Good ambiance, average food, pricey menu. That's the short version of my review. We decided to come here based on the zomato rating and reviews. It's a big place with a nice oriental ambiance.<br/><br/>We started with mocktails, Lemongrass Iced tea (2.0/5.0), Berry Colada (5.0/5.0) and White Angel (3.0/5.0). The iced tea was very disappointing, I could hardly taste the lemongrass flavour. The berry colada was the best, blending the creaminess of the coconut and sharp taste of the berries. The White Angel was basically a mojito and mostly ice.<br/><br/>For Starters we had the Spinach spring roll (5.0/5.0) Delicate and very tasty, it was the best dish of the meal. It wasn't very oily and the stuffing was flavourful and just enough.<br/><br/>The Dumplings in chilli and coriander (1.0/5.0) was a big disappointment. First of all, the menu is misleading. What I actually got were Manchurian balls, not dumplings. When I told the waiter he boldly said that those are called dumplings, as if my I've never had dumplings in my life before. The chilli and coriander was a good combination but if I had known it was a Manchurian dish I wouldn't have ordered it.<br/><br/>For mains we had the Thai basil noodles (4.0/5.0), a decent dish. The basil flavour was incorporated nicely in the dish. A hint of chilli could be tasted as well. This was a good variation of the typical hakka noodles.<br/><br/>The veg sushi platter (3.0/5.0) divided my opinion. The tempura sushi was good, the crunchy tempura contrasted nicely with the soft rice. The California roll was just bland and not at all appetizing.<br/><br/>Overall, I'd say that they have a few good and a few bad dishes. Your experience will depend on what you order. This is probably one of the best Asian restaurants that I have been to in Goa! Though I enjoy Asian food, I had no plans to visit here until I happened to check their menu on zomato and it seemed really interesting. <br/><br/>AMBIANCE: This restaurant has a pleasant and clean ambiance that syncs with their Asian theme, starting from their soothing music to those beautiful cutleries. They also have live sushi counters where you get to see the chefs rolling out the sushi!<br/><br/>FOOD & DRINKS: They have a decently designed menu that opens an array of options for both vegetarians as well as for meat and seafood lovers. All the dishes that I had ordered for were beautifully presented in equally beautiful cutleries. The seafood was soft and succulent, I could taste the freshness while they were not unnecessarily overdone. I would greatly recommend the ‘Vegetable dumpling in chilly coriander’ which was so flavourful and also not too greasy like how Chinese food is otherwise served in many places. We also happened to order for the ‘Yellow Thai Curry’ which was very authentic with aromatic Kaffir lime leaves, delicious Thai sweet basil, and Pea eggplant. The restaurant also serves a variety of drinks and has an interesting set of mocktail options for teetotallers. <br/><br/>SERVICE: The outlet in Colva is relatively less busy so one can dine here without having to place a reservation in advance. The service here was very good with very prompt and hospitable staff. <br/><br/>Overall the dining experience was very memorable with delicious food and more importantly value for money with the justified portion size! Am sure return back the next time, I happen to visit Goa.

Nice layout, ample parking space, courteous staff. We visited for lunch. We ordered the chicken dumplings which were delicately flavoured, the braised chilli chicken had a substantial but not overbearing punch of chilly and the tempura prawns with wasabi mayo were light and crispy. The wasabi in the wasabi mayo was a little more than what I enjoy. For mains we had chicken haka noodles which were on point and jasmine rice with prawn thai red curry was flavorful. Were too full for desserts.

So our three day trip ends with amazing food from this place... the ambience is good... playing soft music.. <br/>Tried thai chilli basil noodles with garlic and vegetables, and pan braises broccoli and tofu in smoke chilli sauce.. <br/>The portions were sufficient for two of us( even when we had hunger pangs)... the food was yum.. and the staff were also quite courteous <br/><br/>A definite try for food lovers..!!!

Service was super slow and chaotic. Granted we went on a busy Sunday evening, but our food took forever to be served. Even just getting ice cream took incredibly long. Every time we asked a waiter for an update they would say "I'll just check" and then disappear and then not come back to tell us how much longer to expect it to take.<br/><br/>The food was good except for the Pad Thai which tasted nothing like Pad Thai. It was just loaded with a black pepper based stir fry sauce rather than the sweet and spicy (red chilli) authentic Pad Thai paste.

Didn't really think I'd go to an Asian restaurant in Goa, but this turned out to be quite good! The food was delicious (specially their soups). If you're anywhere close to Benaulim and craving for Chinese, this is the place to be. Really good sea food.

The BEST in South Goa !!! Delicious oriental food, the lobsters were really tasty and really well cook. The chefs know what they are doing with the food!! The waiters are friendly and help you choose from their huge menu.

Red ginger, one of the best restaurants for Asian cuisine in south Goa. Kum pao chicken, red ginger sesame prawns are the best delicacies here. Ambience is to the point and you can just feel relaxed right when you take a seat.

Awesome ambience and vibe. Loved their food. We had ordered drums of heaven, Salmon sushi & Chicken Thai green curry. Sushi was perfect. Thai curry was almost close to authentic and would have loved it more with Jasmine rice.

No doubt its the best amongst very few Oriental eateries in goa & we visited for Valentine's day dinner.<br/>Romantic ambience with exotic decors dimmed lighting, candles and slow music. The restaurant has a good ambience with the right lighting and interior furnishing and design, makes one feel comfortable and relaxed. The dishes are okay from a selection of Thai, Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese dishes we tasted. Had the Belgian draft beer, but wasn't as chilled as it should be and very mediocre . Service is good but the service staff could use some more training to be more knowledgeable with what they have on the menu. Prices are above average. Overall a good dining experience.

This is one of the nicest places down south . Perfect for some pan asian food. Stayed at Benaulim beach in Goa and this restaurant was located just 5 min walk from our place.. Heaven.. First time we saw it while on our drive and it's outer appearance attracted us to this place.. It's awesomely decorated both exterior and interior.. Couldn't manage many photos as went at night both the times so didn't get enough light to click...so now leaving behind Ambience as it was awesome, let's come to food.. On our first day we went for veg hakka noodles with tofu in Thai peanut sauce.. Flavors were bang on.. Tofu was so soft and it's peanut sauce was equally good.. Noodles were rightly cooked.. Overall our appetite was satisfied.. But having had such a nice Chinese on day one left us to come back a second time.. Next day we went for Thai green curry with sticky jasmine rice.. My God it was yumilicious.. Mouth watering aroma filled the place one Thai curry came in.. We liked it so much that repeated the curry.. At first I thought maybe the next one might taste different and would destroy the experience but voila.. Hats off to chef, the second one was also consistent in taste with first one.. Sticky rice was good and curry had loads of veggies (some of which were new to us but were awesome).. Not to leave behind the mentioning of staff.. Restaurant has good ambience and the food is tasty. The service was a bit slow probably due to lack of staff.<br/>Overall, good restaurant for Chinese and Thai food.<br/>

The food is decent, the service is decent but when you order for ice cream, THEY CHEAT YOU. Beware. Ask for the prices first,then order. They charge you TRIPLE THE PRICE On MRP.

Always have a great meal at red ginger everyone is always smiling and happy puts one in a good mood .Noor is awesome always laughing cheek to cheek and a very happy person . I’m sure he’ll be an asset to the company he should be manager soon. Today i have had the worst time at red ginger by having the worst honey noodles of my life at a place which was serving the best honey noodles in Goa. They have officially removed it from the menu but the server asked the chef and he said he’ll make it . After tasting it I asked the server to take it to chef and find out what are the ingredients. Server then told me that chef has put Orange Juice in honey noodles .

One of the best place to have cocktails specially who is not regular drinker. The taste of cocktails is sweet and doesn't feel like alcohol at all. You can drink all night. Even the food is good, specially drums of heaven.

The Red Ginger - Big on taste ! ~ Tasty food, good hospitality.. Has everything a good restaurant needs...<br/><br/>Right from the moment you enter the restaurant you feel happy, nice airy cheerful well spaced out restaurant in the heart of Colva.<br/><br/>And you can always ask the waiters about the dishes you are interested in and you will get it :) I was really impressed by their hospitality.<br/><br/>I highly recommend this place, you can visit the place without any second thoughts and the price is tad bit on the higher side

Great ambience.. visited this place just cos the amazing rating its got. Food was gd to taste but a bit disappointed with the small quantities. The thai curry wasnt quite sufficient for two. But great flavours. The honey chilli chicken seemed a bit too dry.

This is the best restaurant in south Goa. yesterday me and my friends went there ,we had a best dinner special thanks for, who served for us. Restaurant had a cool atmosphere.Ambience was really awesome. Totally we really enjoyed.....Thank you team Red Ginger!!!!!!🔥😘

Stupid ppl...donno how to respect a customer...jus because we were little wet and not even thinking of baby i was carrying ...they said that they wil serve food outside...how on earth u treat a customer like that..I will never ever visit it

A great place to have some nice Pan Asian food in Colva. First and foremost, excellent service! Our server was a guy named Abhinav who attended to us with a constant smile on his face. It’s because of this that I’ll rate The Red Ginger as 4.5! We reached quite late (almost 11pm) so there wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant. They had a nice playlist which totally matched our taste in music! Now to the food. We ordered a sushi platter which had 3 types of sushi. I liked the California roll and vegetable and tempura roll better than the one with mushroom, although I think overall I’ve had better sushi elsewhere. But the sushi here was decent. For main course we ordered Thai Chilli Basil Noodles with garlic and vegetables, which tasted great! We didn’t feel the need to order any gravy with it although the noddles were not saucy. The quantity is quite large and maybe sufficient for 3 people. We also ordered a Gin Martini and Strawberry Basil Martini. Gin Martini was too strong and we had to have that diluted a bit. Strawberry martini was really nice. For dessert, we ordered Toffee Banana but since they were out of bananas, they brought us Apple Banana. The apple had a crunchy honey-sesame coating on the outside and was served with vanilla ice cream. Overall, a great dining experience!

Without doubt the best place for Asian cuisine in South Goa! I really loved the bao(sadly that's no longer on the menu). The satay, dumplings, sushi items are really good.<br/>Loved the Thai inspired desserts as well.<br/>The Shanghai fish and momos are delicious too.<br/>

Awesome ... we would definitely recommend for the food, the ambience , and the service ! Wish they had some salads .. We enjoyed the Sushi . They were kind enough to give us half portions of veg and non-veg in the same platter , on special request .

Top notch service, excellent food,very beautiful ambience. Only thing which lacked is the drinks. Each of us(3)had ordered cocktails and Mule after reading the delicious ingredients but was highly disappointed because all we could taste was bitter lemon spoiling for days and days in the pantry. Being too harsh hoping it would be better in my next visit... But the service and food managed to get good points..<br/>

Staff is friendly and prompt. I had food here multiple times during my stay in Colva. Food is authentic and tasty. Ambience is superb, all in all value for money for Chinese lovers.

Awesome food. Good delicacy and their services were remarkable.. But quite surprised to see scolding their colleague staffs in front their guests like ''I'll fire you, or kick you out" I'm not quite sure what he said Was in a tipsy, anyways is not a good profession.. I went to dine in with some of my male friends on my recommendation and was quite shocked to see practicing this kind of profession. You can always deal with it during staff meeting or inside the kitchen.. Hoping to see some change on my next visit. #MAYBE. Sorry 3*s'

The food is awesome n preparation is really authentic.. although due to rush, they take little longer time to serve.. quantity is just adequate..<br/>

The best dining experience ever had in all aspects like, ambience, greet, food and gesture by the staffs. Our steward Anil made sure the smile on our face brighten up more compare to the smile when we entered and it really did. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you team The Red Ginger.

This is one of the very few restaurants in town serving the best Chinese cuisine. Lovely ambience, very friendly staff and the food is just amazing!<br/>The prices are a little above reasonable but it's worth the quality of food.<br/>

One word - superb. From the serving staff, to the ambience, the drinks, the food, the dessert, everything was upto the mark. Just reached Colva and once again, Zomato to the rescue. The place didn't disappoint at all. The chicken pad thai was yum. The soyabean curry was the only negative as soya chunks were not cooked properly. Veg Thai green curry was delicious. Definitely recommend if you're looking for Asian cuisine near Colva.

Came to the place as we were in the mood for some nice Asian. Tried the sushi,the soups and some.mains. great service clubbed with great food. Will come back for sure !!

Tried this restaurant for Oriental Cuisine : Awesome Food with delicious and mouthwatering appeal.<br/>Sushi is the key Dish to die for - so delecate and smooth  with eye soothing refreshments.<br/>Loved The Philadelphia Roll & California Roll.<br/>Also the Maincourse was good with nice flavors of Asian authentic regions.<br/>Thai Curry was the best ever meal i had  with Sticky Jasmine Rice.<br/>Service is quite good with Vibrant Ambience. Totally Value for money.<br/><br/>They also deliver to doorstep - without any extra charges ! Will definety visit again.

This is a beautiful place right on the main road to benaulim, cool place , beautiful interiors, welcoming staff and lipsmacking food. If you love chinese food , head on to this place. We Ordered for Tofu & Mushroom dumplings, Vegetable fried wontons (Not so great as it turned a lil hard), Prawns in smoked chilli sauce & salt and pepper squids. And to top it all we had freshly baked almond and ginger brownie with icecream. Food is great. Happy tummy 🍨happy me😋

For a long time we were craving for authentic chinese and then we found The Red Ginger.<br/>As their exciting menu, food was also lip smacking with a lovely ambiance and great service.<br/>We ordered very simple.<br/>Long island tea,<br/>Kum pao chicken and<br/>chicken fried rice.<br/>All items were simply very tasty. Ovarall it was a satisfying dine in date.<br/>
