Review Sandpat Beach Shack - Colva

My husband and I absolutely love going here. We were in Goa for 3 weeks and came here almost everyday. The food was amazing and the service was great, Sandra knew what we wanted as soon as we arrived. The family makes you feel really really welcome. The spot on the beach is perfect, a short walk to the sea and stunning views (especially as the sun goes down) My husband's favourite thing to order was the chicken club sandwich and I highly recommend it as well. Prices are very reasonable and it is all extremely good value. We can't wait to get back 😁😁

Great place to go for food/drinks and loungers. Cheap food and drink and Great hospitality. Masala omelette is a must try!

About 250 meters to the left of the main Colva beach entrance. Smaller and little bit more pushed back from FL the beach than it’s neighbors Superb place to spend the whole day in since it’s far enough away from the main Colva beach crowds Beer was super chilled Food was great and the staff (all of them are a family is my guess) were super friendly and helpful. The crumb fried prawns, the beef chilli and beef curry rice were fantastic. We spent pretty much the whole day here - from breakfast to a very late lunch. Will definitely visit again

The service and atmosphere at this shack is second to none, the staff are pleasant and make you very welcome. The food that is served is very good and and alway extremely hot. Well done Patrick and Sandra.

Wow! Best food on the beach!! Secure place to leave your stuff while you swim and no beach sellers pestering you either. On site shower for after your swim. A warm welcome awaits you!

i am from Wembley UK.I have been visiting Goa , for more than 20 years and mostly i stay at this shack for all day ,as it is a family owned by Patrick and his Scottish wife Sandra and their 2 children, the efforts they put together is their best and all customers are so happy that they come every year and i have never found any better place in hospitality in their services,food etc and at reasonable prices and never been disappointed in their services and hospitality and that's what is tempting me to go there every year and will be going as long as i am fit to travel.

Homely food at nominal cost. I ordered around 6 items for just myself. Great place to chill after the water sports activities nearby

Relaxed down to earth people. The guests very friendly too!

Przed przyjazdem do Colva szukałam w internecie lokalu serwującego dobrą kuchnie, trafiło na SandPat Shack, nie mogliśmy trafić lepiej jedzie pyszne, atmosfera wakacyjna, bardzo mili i sympatyczni gospodarze. Czuliśmy się jak członkowie rodziny, trafiliśmy (14.03) na urodziny gospodyni lokalu, poczęstowano nas urodzinowym pysznym tortem. Jeśli jeszcze w życiu trafimy w to urocze, ale dalekie od polski 🇵🇱 miejsce to na pewno je odwiedzimy. Dziękujemy za przemiłe chwilę które spędziliśmy w SandPad Ela, Iza, Mirek i Waldek z Torunia. Umieszczam komentarz równo miesiąc po urodzinach gospodyni jeszcze raz STO LAT.

Отличное место, чтобы расслабиться! Вай-фая нет принципиально. Музыка не орёт. Блюда очень вкусные и большие. Персонал не говорит по-русски, но меню с переводом. Меню разнообразное, на все вкусы. Крайне рекомендую!

(English bellow) Самый любимый шек в районе от Колвы до Бенаулима. Еда восхитительная. Цены низкие. Индийские блюда, но без свойственной им дикой остроты. Мои любимые: акула на гриле, плов бирияни с курицей/криветками, китайская лапша, спринг роллы. Каждое блюдо не больше 300 рупий. Напитки: свежевыжатый сок или ласси из ананаса/манго/папайи/арбуза за ~100 рупий. На завтрак обычно брала овсяную кашу с кокосом и шоколадом за 100 рупий. Очень вкусно и по-домашнему. Отдельно хочу сказать о семье, которая владеет этим шеком. С этими людьми невозможно не подружиться. Очень тёплая и семейная атмосфера. Мы были здесь впервые. Но видели, с какими эмоциями туристы из прошлых сезонов возвращались сюда и приветствовали Патрика, Сандру и их детей. ____________________________________ My favorite shack in the district. During my vacation I ate there always. The food is great. The prices are low. Indian cousin without that wild spicy taste. My favorites: grilled shark, biriyani with chicken/prawns, Chinese noodles, spring rolls. Each dish is around 300 rupees. Drinks: freshly pressed juices and lassi of mango/pineapple/papaya/melon ~100 rupees. For breakfast I usually took porridge with coconut and chocolate for 100 rupees. Very tasty and home-like. Additionally I would like to mention owners of this shack. It is nearly impossible not to become their friends. The atmosphere here is very friendly and kind. It was our first time in Goa but we saw how tourists from previous seasons come back to eat at this place and spend time with its owners.

Just got back from India ,only visited colva for a few days but spent it in sanpat..food and location fantastic. ..host Sandra and pat couldn't do enough for us ...a lovely family run shack /restaurant. ..

Been meaning to write this review for a while, we visited in November and the SandPat was one of the most welcoming bars there. Sandra and her family are excellent hosts, lovely and funny! We went in for breakfast and didnt leave until the var closed!! will be back in November ☺
